[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor service tata broadband connection

Sir i am using tata indicom broadband connection past 5 month my login id [protected]@vsnl. Net
Past 45 days i am facing lot of problem in my broadband connection connection lost for 2 to 3 days continuesly. Even i recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost from tata broadband connection. And i paid the advance amount for 5 month. Still i am facing the same problem after meeting to the head mr sarvanna & area manager mr. Sarat in chetpet office.

Please suggest me what i have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost i loss my many bussiness proposals income.

1 hour or 2 hour is sence but 2 days & 3 days connection lost is totally nonsense. Please help me.

house-domestic — Tata Broadband internet service

I am a retired emplyee residing in Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu.I had a Pre paid internet connection of Tata.Since I was out of station for 2 months, My internet connection was deactvated.Again I have requested Tata to activate and the same was activated.But Instead of continuing the prepaid cvonnection they have put me in post paid connection in Rs 1800/- plan which is of NO USE to me.My usage is only limited for a few minutes to check e mail only.I am not running any browing centre or internet job.Why shoul I have a post paid connection at a high cost.I have asked Tata personnels but No response.Will the Tata customer care officers look into this?

I am also facing same problem I was submit CAF on 20 Feb 2009 and got the connection on 5th march 2009 but after installation it’s worked only 1 day after that it’s down. That day I was registered complaint in Customer care center next day its work automatically but after two days it’s again goes down
In one month I was locked 10 complaints in Tata.

internet speed is expressed in two ways as u know
kbps & kBps
153 kbps = 153/8= 20kBps
n u got 15=20 (kbps or kBps)
so tell me whether ur actual speed was in kBps or kbps?
if its kBps then there was no problem in ur connection dude.

PSU Telecom companies like MTNL and BSNL are far better, as the Executives are courtetious and service not as bad as private guys. While you have all information upto the top most executive to complain with, there is no precise information widely published in private service providers. But the stigma that it is PSU pulls them down and public go to private guys with great hope for good service until personally experienced.

Tata Indicom Broadband Connection — Connection not given and money not refunded

Dear Sir,

My name is Anoop Nair. I applied for a Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 6th November 2008 in my friend's name. I paid Rs.843/- for the connection in cash. The connection application was rejected beacause there was low signal stregth in my area.

I contacted Customer Service several times for the refund of the amount but always false promises were given..At last i wrote a mail to the nodal officer and the appellate authority of Tata Indicom but no response came from their side.

So finally i wrote to the head of the grievance department to get me the refund amount.After some days a mail came from the nodal officer promising a date by which i would be receiving the amount..But still i didnt received the amount..I waited for 2 more days after the promised date but no refund was done..Hence i finally wrote to the head of the grievance department again that i have waited enough and now will be going to the consumer court..No reply came from their side and no refund uptill now..

Please help me to get me the refund amount.
Looking forward for your help.

Tata Indicom Mobile — About service related

I am subscriber of Tata Indicom connection a venture of Tata teleservises network since Aug.2006 having mobile no. [protected]. From the last two months I am facing inturupted services from the network side. when I call or send SMS it will shows “massage failed ” and it did not reach to the receiver but charges are debt from the account. The second problem which I faced a lot is when someone calls me network respond them “user is busy or out of coverage area” inspite of having available and phone is not engaged. I have complaint several time to the call centre but I always given complaint ID instead of handling the problem on priority. Latest complaint Ids are[protected],[protected].Customer care execut. Are also advised to reset the phone. I have done it two or three times, but no use having done so far.
Tata Indicom is advertising in all delhi ncr having crystal clear coveg. Without any network related problem to the subscriber, but my problem is still persist having no action done till date.
So, I request you to kindly do the needful to continue un intrupted services as I earlier avail.

TATA Indicom — Coverage problem

My name is Vishal Goyal and residing in Noida, sec 15, I take a connection from TATA - Indicom postpaid and from very first day, it give me problem for converage and network related, my call were dropped, i have to rush out of my house or working area to take the call. Several time I take this issue with the customer care of TATA - Indicom, but never I receive any professional and satisifcatory response for my problem even many times they cut my calls without properly listen to me.

Please take this issue with appropriate manner and get it resolved

Tata Indicom claim they are leading ISP of India but scence is just opposite i m a regular customer since

Tata Indicom Broadband Connection — Money refund

I am Uma Maheswar, my broad band connection login id is mahesh.[protected]@vsnl.net, I have taken prepaid Tata indicom broad band connection and paid all the Rs.4000+ rupees and disconnected the connection within 10 days after hardly using for 10min due to poor connectivity. When I had connection every day I have to make a call to complain that the connection is not up. After a lot of frustration I got disconnected the connection on 18th Dec 2008. When the connection was disconnected I was told that my money will be refunded in 60 days. After 60 days when I called Tata indcom call center they told connection is disconnected only on Feb 18th. It looks like there is a grace period of 60 days where customer can take back connection. I listend to them and called after 60 days. Every time they tell their back end people will get back to me. Nobody call back me even one or two instance some one called from back end they will say they will get back to me. I am frustrated calling these guys. So lodging this complaint to get my money back.

Tataindicombroadband — Poor service

i get BB connection on 25/04/2009. One who called Bala came to my office ([protected]) and explian your palns who said if you get connection TATA In. BB gives PC Secure, sofware, one IP no and Own web site but still i am not get those items.

Whenever we calling Mr. Bala he did not attain our phone. Some time we calling by Public Booth that time he not responsible me.

So pls. take neessary step to our Complaint

TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom, terrible customer service

I've been using the Tata Indicom data card for a couple of years now. I've never defaulted on my payments and used as per the plan, however 2 weeks back when I try to connect to the network using the dialer, I keep getting the message that the remote computer is not responding.
I went on to the internet through another channel to check and be sure that I dont have any outstanding because of which I've been disconnected, I get a message saying the tel number/account number doesnt exist! Tried calling the call center, the IVR again says that my number does not exist and it hangs up
Frustrated, I send an email to their Mumbai support centre with the details, and get a reply saying that as per my request, they have disconnected by data card!! I never made any such request!
It seems somebody sent Tata Indicom a request to disconnect a data card and for some reason whether intentional or by mistake provided my data card number and what Tata Indicom does...they just go ahead and disconnect without even checking with the actual owner!
A basic check such as who the number belongs to or mapping of the account number to the telephone number, nothing was done...difficult to believe that such a large organization does not follow basic processes! It also means that anyone can send an email with somebody elses number asking for it to be disconnected and Tata Indicom would just do that without any checks!
Now I get an email asking me to go to one of their centers with a set of documents and put in a request for reactivation...this is absolutely bizarre!
I've had enough of this and am going to switch my provider but its been most disapointing for me to deal with an organization with little or no process and absolutely no concern for customer service!

Tata Indicom Broadband — Broadband connection down of last 10 days

. My broadband connection with TATA indicom is down for more than 20 days. I had logged a complaint on 12 May -Complaint number – 9712568, Every time I tired reaching the call center for the status they assured me that the engineers are working on it. Once an engineer also called me to check if the connection was working, I requested him to come in person and visit the site. This never happened. Today when I called the Call center enquiring on the status of the complaint, I was told that the complaint is closed as it was resolved. This is a very unprofessional and shocking without checking they have closed the complaint. When I requested them to reopen the old complaint which they refused saying as it already solved and closed we can’t reopen it. I understand they are pressure on the operation team to close complaint in 48 hrs time but this behavior is not acceptable. Since I could not reopen the old complaint I have logged another one – 9815226 today. Hopefully, if this mail is read by any of the TATA officials there might be a speedily recovery.

I CAME RECENTLY FROM EUROPE TO SETTLE BACK IN INDIA.DUE TO JOB REASONS I ENDED UP IN COCHIN.I TRIED MY EXPERIENCE WITH ASIA NET: LOUSY SPEED, NEVER TOLD ABOUT SHARING SYSTEM, PAID THE BILL OF 512 KB BUT RECEIVED NOT EVEN 200KB.WITH LOT OF COMPLAINS AFTER 2 MONTHS OF AGONY & NO ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF FINISHED MY ADVENTURE WITH THEM. STARTED WITH TATA: ANOTHER DISASTER. RESISTANCE TIME ON LINE IS 5-10MINUTES & THEN GETS DISCONNECTED.AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAIN CALLS NO RESULTS.WAITING FOR MY 4 MONTHS (ENDS IN JUNE) PAYMENT PAID IN ADVANCE & LOOK AGAIN FOR ANOTHER SERIOUS PROVIDERS.
MY ADVISE: PLEASE NEVER TRUST SALESMAN FROM THIS COMPANY'S.THEIR ARE USELESS AS THESE 2 COMPANIES.THEY HUNT FOR NEW CLIENTS, MAKE THEM FOOL ON THEIR PROVIDERS IN BAD ENGLISH & THEN DISAPPEAR. NO FEED BACK STYLE TO HAVE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.TOO MANY SORRY'S FROM TATA CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESULTS. THE BOSSES OF THESE COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BLUFF THE PEOPLE.

TATA Indicom — Poor internet service

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that inspite of repeated complaints regarding the very poor service of internet being provided to me there has been no action taken. I was told my problem will be adderessed within 24 hours of the complaint. But suprisingly after 48 hours of the complaint I got a call asking me if I was happy with the service provided and my were my problem solved correctly. Unfortunately there was no one from your company who had addressed my problem till then. Then on the call I was told within the next 24hours my problem would be solved. It is already more than 24 hours since that also
