[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor service tata broadband connection

Sir i am using tata indicom broadband connection past 5 month my login id [protected]@vsnl. Net
Past 45 days i am facing lot of problem in my broadband connection connection lost for 2 to 3 days continuesly. Even i recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost from tata broadband connection. And i paid the advance amount for 5 month. Still i am facing the same problem after meeting to the head mr sarvanna & area manager mr. Sarat in chetpet office.

Please suggest me what i have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost i loss my many bussiness proposals income.

1 hour or 2 hour is sence but 2 days & 3 days connection lost is totally nonsense. Please help me.

TATA Indicom Broadband — Sending bills even after requesting connection termination

Dear Sir,

I am Priyank, staying in Bangalore. This is to bring in to your notice that i had taken Tataindicom Braodband connection last year with Login id- priyank_15. Last month (Nov-09) after paying the outstanding (Rs. 827/-), i had request to deactivate and terminate my connection from 26th and 27th Nov 09 respectively. Regarding this i had sent 2-3 mails to the customercare people.

Now these people have billed me for Dec-09, and worst part is, even after so many calls and mails they are insisting me to pay the current outstanding, i.e. bill for Dec-09- bill for a month when i am not going to use TI broadband services and regarding which i had informed them in Nov-09 itself.

This is very unprofessional and un-ethical service from TataIndicom people. I request you all who so ever is using TataIndicom Braodband, better change your connection or later on you will regret like me.

i m customer os tata indicom from last three years i am tata only but this time i want a caller tune and i had speaked with a customer care executive in the morning 5:30 on 16 th dec and he said me the welcome tune code number WT128616 for teluge current movie song atu nuvva itu nuvva and i and did recharge of 100 in the evening and got balance to wt and sent a sms to 12800 WT128616 but till nite 10 i never received any caller tune so i had called to 12844 and said film name and song same but starting i got some music only then i had sms to 12844 saying that music i didnt said i want telugu movie current song atu nuvu itu nuvvu then after half an hour some caller tune came do no wat and i had called to customer extue 12524 and speaked with mohd ali and other fellow they said they will change the song to wat i want but till now no resonse and now my balance is from 83 to 20 so you people say me wat i must to do .at any cost write now i need that song only people set me.
I applied for a Tata Broadband Connection in the month of June 2009 through one of the Franchisees of Tata. The person was very prompt in collecting the payment, but later I was told that i need to spend another 2000 to buy a router. I did not want the connectiong anymore and asked them to return the money. This person called Poojashree said i would get it within 3 days. Since then, the followup to get this amount back has been constant with Poojashree when she stopped taking my calls and responding to my mails. We started contacting the customer care and did not get proper support from them. Finally we figured out where the head-office is (Wood Street) and spoke to one Mr. Ravi Srinivas[protected] over there.

He tells me that the people running this franchise are absconding and they have closed all accounts in September as i contacted them in October(Oct 4th to be specific), it looks very difficult to get this amount back. He has the audacity to tell me, you keep following up with me.. I think, the amount of called that have gone to Tata till now has crossed the amount i am supposed to receive from them.

How am I to know that i cannot trust a Franchise. For me its Just the brand "Tata" which matters. But something as small as this, Mr. Ravi Srinivas from Tata is unable to understand. He keeps asking me "You tell me Madam, what should i do.. " If anybody is Tata is reading this, please train your people on what they should do so they dont ask their customers.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this response from Tata and would not want to have anything to do with the telecom division.. ever..

TATA Indicom Broadband — Fraudulent Transactions

Whenever I check my account balance on tata indicom broadband website, I find unnecessary charges on account of content purchase, which I never downloaded or subscribed.

On one such complaint, they reversed the charges, but on[protected] I was again charged Rs. 365 as content charges. It seems they are delibrately doing this to earn revenue from the account of ignorant customers. I have lodged a complaint no. 11481120 today itself.

This is to caution all tata broadband customers to keep monitoring their accounts for such fraudulent charges.

I acquired membership no. 10254 effective from29th September, 2009 from M/s. Pentacle Services, 16/20, IInd Floor, Room No. 2, WEA, Padam Singh Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi on payment of Rs. 799/- for Home Emergency services throughout the year. .  At the time of providing the membership, I was given to understand that certain jobs including that of shifting / fixing of AC will be undertaken under this contract.  This was again and again confirmed from their Executive Ms. Anu.
Now, on giving a request to take out the AC from window, the company is asking me to pay Rs. 100/- for taking out the AC  and, I have to make my own arrangement to transport the AC to my new address.  I understand the logic to transport the same at my cost but unable to digest the demand of Rs. 100/- to take out the AC.  If, a customer is required to pay for this type of jobs, then what is the purpose of acquiring such contract. Moreover, definitely other demands will also be raised for services provided by them. I have been trying their Customer Care no. at least 30-35 times for more than 4-5 days continuously, but always the call was unattended. Against my 8 e-mails, I had been obtaining call back from Ms. Shruti, Renu, Shashi, Anu, Mr. Vijay (HR Manager) only from their Customer Care without any outcome.After hearing my grienvance, every representative assured me to revert back, but surprisingly, no one reverted back.

I caution all concerned to be away from this company and appeal if there is anybody to get the issue resolved. Under any circumstances, I require my subscription amount back.

I already complaint for more than 20 times. Everytime i call them, customer support always Reply like this " Sorry for the inconvenience sir, Our server seems to have problem and our Technical people are working on it to get it fixed ASAP".

I have this problem for more than one month..I think i might going to disconnect all the TATA indicom and switch to other ISP..

i have recharge rs. 100 . at dated 08/09/2009. Transiction id[protected]. many of times i have talked and mail through my USB MODEM at TATA CUST. CARE no.- 12524, 12527, 15225. But RS. 100 NOT recharged in my account.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Low speed of Internet

I am getting very low speed on my internet connection. MY connection id is [protected]@vsnl.net. I made the complaint so many time since installation, but all in vain. My last complaint no. is 11518962. Please look into the matter earlier otherwise your company is force to me to knock the door of consumer form.

tata indicom board band — poor signal

I have a complaint with Tata Indicom Broadband services. I have taken a connection of infinity 750Kbps plus on 18/11/09 my login Id [protected]@vsnl.net. From the day one and till today I have launched many complains at their Customer Care. For low speed & there given the speed only 194-240kpbs not activate the 1 mpbs only in the Ad they give 1mpbs This is regarding the frequent disconnection problem. The adsl link in the router goes off suddenly in a day. I have been complaining more than 35 times, and the disconnection period varies from 10minutes to half hours. After that the connection get resumed. I was promised excellent service and network, since the brand boasts of quality broadband When i spoke to customer service, i logged complaint... has been closed... While the problem could not be resolved from my side even that Issue closed from Tata Indicom Side without any information to me while they commited for the same while taking the complaint...

vsnl(tata indicom) — not getting full service

Hi, I'm Injeti.Natasha i bought a vsnl broadband connection 3months ago.the plan is Flash256 wherein i'm supposed to get around 250 kbps during the day from 8:00am till 10:pm and during the night from 10:00pm till 8:00 i should be getting 1.5mbps.The reason why i'm writing in to you is that i never get 1.5mb speed but still paying for it.And also the internet does not connect every few days.I called tata indicom toll free many times and registered my complaints many times they promise me that the problem will be rectified but till date nothing has improved.I need your help to solve this problem.Your immediate response will be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

im a victim of tataindicom Wi-Max braoadband...i had to recharge for 1750Rs in last month bcoz there credit card transaction module on webpage was not working, which cud recharge for 1000Rs only...its big amount for my kind of salaried person...now since 2 weeks net connection is at pathetic speed...connecting - disconnecting...at call center they cant register complaint bcoz there data base is DOWN...so i've found the solution .."I WILL BE COMPLAINING AGAINST THEM IN TCS, TELCO, etc SO THAT TATA WI-MAX EMPLOYEES DO NOT GET ANY INCREAMENT IN THEIR SALARIES FOR NEXT 5 YRS."...god bless Hounrable RATAN TATA SIR

Tata Indicom Mobile — gross dissatisfaction

I bought a tata mobile connection in Dec09 under the plan to talk unlimited on to tata connections with in India. from the same tata shop, I took one CDMA phone. next day I noticed that battery is not lasting for more than 2 hours (even I am not using it at all). later on display also got some problem. I went to the shop and they guided me to the service centr. they had no clue about even if that centr does exist or not. I informed the same to them but they still sent me so many places but the result was the same... those shops were not there.

finally I found one and contacted them. as per the Service centr, it was out of window of 7 days so they can not replace the set. I went to the tata shop again and they took my hand set back and said it will be replaced by 2 days and I will get a call back. I waited for 3 days but not received any call back from them. then I called them and they said it will be delivered after 4 to 5 days.

now when I calculate the phone cost I have to bare in these 7 day, it will be greater than the original cost of the hand set.

TATA BROADBAND SERVICES — Unregular Service

Tata Broadband serivce has failed to provide service as per their comitement.
They gave commitment that they will resolve complain in 24 hours but their technicians are very lasy. We had given a complaint 13th of january and my complain number was
11544520 they told me that they will resolve that problem in next 8 hours but they were
failed to do that.On 15th of january i complained again and my complain number was
[protected] & they told me that the problem will solved in next 4 hours.In between my lost in business approximately 20000Rs.
never had full signals.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Money lost due to disconnection not paid

and my partner are customers of Tata Indicom Broadband for about 4 years now it happened on 6th jan 2010 that i complained of slow browsing and the next day i was not able to browse .
I gave complaint to their customer service and they assured of prompt action but no one was attending to my problem .Despite repeated complaints apart from apologising to me thay did not act until on 11th jan i went to their office and with so much difficulty the connectivity was restored from 12th jan 2010.
As here we have an Internet cafe through which i earn around Rs. 900 per day i Had lost Rs.4,500 due to inaction of Tata Indicom.I wrote to the Appellate Authority and i requested their customer service to credit the amount of Rs 4500 to me,but they are saying and crediting only the downtime credit of some Rs 554.
This is not at all fair .They should credit Rs 4,500 to me.My Account is [protected]@vsnl.net .And also i am paying for 750 kbps and getting only far lesser speed (400kbps to 600kbps)actually
Dear Sir/Madam

I m using tata indicom plug to surf ([protected]) i did migrate my plan to unlimted coz i was going to my netive place in november in Goa there was network issue of tata indicom network in my area my visit was only for four days i had sent an email to tata nodal officer there Ms sonal had replied me its a very short period to resolve this problem please bear with us next time you wont face this problem.I said ok

Then i came to mumbai i stay at nalasopara where i was facing same issue so i gave complient to tata docket no was[protected] problem wsnt solved again i did complient docket no was[protected] same no responce after that on [protected] i explient them about their wors services sopken with mr vishal on this no he gave me another docket no which was [protected] status was closed by sying network issue then i got a call from tata he gave me docket no[protected] no of docket nos but they are not solving my issue its more than a month now

Finally i sent an email to ms sonal for settelment in that she gfave me reply u r problem has been resolved and u have to pay full no money we will not give any settelment today i did call to speak with ms sonal on nodal officers no i.e [protected] everytime diffrent diffrent persons came and said sonal will call u shortly we will arrenge a call from sonal who sit at tata teleservices pune but from 12.00 to 18.00 same answer she will call you and all then whts the use of nodel officers in tata why tata ppls are not taking this matter seriously specialy ms sonal i want to do point out why u r in tata to make customers mad please take this matter seriously sir now i have booked another connection it should not happen with others each and every time i have paid ontime some times in advance really third class customer service as well nodel officer suport which i got from tata for any details feel free to contact
