[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor service tata broadband connection

Sir i am using tata indicom broadband connection past 5 month my login id [protected]@vsnl. Net
Past 45 days i am facing lot of problem in my broadband connection connection lost for 2 to 3 days continuesly. Even i recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost from tata broadband connection. And i paid the advance amount for 5 month. Still i am facing the same problem after meeting to the head mr sarvanna & area manager mr. Sarat in chetpet office.

Please suggest me what i have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost i loss my many bussiness proposals income.

1 hour or 2 hour is sence but 2 days & 3 days connection lost is totally nonsense. Please help me.

TATA Indicom — Broadband connection charges and lies about usage

I have been a TATA indicom customer for only a couple of days.
For the connection i took the business plan which has a rent of rs 499 with a landline free calls of rs 200, usage of 2GB free..
In 4-5 days i have recieved a call saying i will have to pay some rs.1000 odd for usage..!!. weird 5 days o[censored]sage..
phoned the customer care, they say my plan was for 1GB and not 2GB.. first LIE.. GOOD GOING MR. TATA to attract customer by teaching employee's to LIE...
then the customer care person says i have used 4GB odd in 5 days..!!!.. has per what i know for all these years for internet usage.. if a plan says 2GB usage.. it means i can download 2gb for the month.. but this person tells me tht it also includes any internet page opened also..!!1.. NEVER KNEW THIS..
Also during installation, i had confirmed that i will be trying it for a couple of days and then confirming.. For this i was told i can call up and cancell the connection if i dont like it.. now the customer care person tell me i will have to pay up soon.. i have already told him to send a person to take the router and cancell the connection ASAP...
THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE WAY TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS.. BY TELLING ONE THING AND GOING ANOTHER..
i have been using the NET for a very long time and inspite to downloading software never paid more than rs 500 per month..
I WISH TO TELL ALL THE PEOPLE TO AVIOD TATA INDICOM CONNECTION..

Broadband — very bad service u given me

hello sir/ madam
i brought urs company broadband connection in june. last 13 years i m very good coustmer of air tel.
but i choose reliance connection. i feel so much pain. when i found my broad band connection u disconnect with out any message or call.
if you charge and we pay the late payment charges. why u dissconnect my net connection. it means u peoples dont trust me. i paid 3500rs. to buy the net connection. it means i trust u. u gives us a good service. but i m wrong.
this my expericane u r nt a relaiable service provider. my usages is nt excess of my limit/ plan.
very bad experiane i recived frm urs side.

This is sujatha i am residing in hyderabad i have the prepaid connection of tata i have given a complaint of inproper network coverage, i have given same complaint 3 to 4 times by saying that i am unable to reach some contact from my home aswell from my office, but the same answer i got from every customer care executive that madam we will sort out your problem till today.Since 4 days i have been waiting for that and very co-incidently they are not allowing me to speak to any customer care executive also now.

This is not the right way of providing service to customers.

Please take this complaint with a action n convey it to the manager.

TataIndicom Broad Band — internet is going on slow

I am byrareddy, i have stay in sulthanpaly, bangalore-32, i get this connection at 22-apr-2008, I have use this connection up to still date, but it is working very slow for last 3 month's, I did not complaint because i already try so many times but it's not possible to contact us. so please i request you to take the care immidiately.

Completely agree, even they are asking me to buy a static IP to have a continous service.

TATA Indicom Broadband — Lot of interruptions, no continuous supply.

No one responding to the telephone. I am right now in Kolhapur of Maharashtra. If we call the customer care, then it will be a chain of calls to be done and nobody has the solution. They will continuously ask to call new numbers (all are these are STD chargeable calls and once I was asked to call HYDERABAD tata indicom office number, me staying in maharashtra). It is so hopeless. There is no continuous supply in Broadband. Really would like BSNL to improve their quality so that we would opt that and also AIRTEL broadband to start here in Kolhapur.
This company is running a fraud business. This is a very common strategy since they offer franchise's to untrustworthy persons. They also give deliberate bad services and bad customer care to perhaps convince the customer to stop using their service and since they will not refund the money, they will get complete profit over it. The customer care officials also tell you to terminate your connection if you are pissed off. This is the largest fraud company in the history of India. What a huge bloat over TATA's name and reputation. I spit on them

TATA Indicom Broadband — Just cheating all the customers

Hi have a Tata Indicomm Borad band connect. Mainly use to work from Home during non -office hours.I wantthe raise a voice against them as they are cheating customers.I am also working for IBM and a Network engeneer so we also know how much time it use to take if there is a Fiber CUT
on 12thnov 2009 I have opened a complaint that my connection is down till now 16th nov 5pm 2009 my cinnection is not up.
Complaitnt number is11176754.

Please we need a action strong against them.

Tata Indicom Broadband — Poor Marketing and no call for new connection

Hi,

I have registered a month ago in Tata indicom for getting a new broadband connection and no response till now. for every week i used to call and the person used to tell " not connected to ur land number" I have given my mobile no to reach me and the stupid fellows calling my off landline.

What kind of marketting from Poor Tata? even they dont know how to get the customers. I really surprised the CC person asking 1000 times sorry sorry and they dont even how to talk..

What is the use of brand name "TATA". no quality and no marketting. simply sucking the blood from the stupid indian people.

This is with reference to my complaint number 11193750 logged on 14th Nov, 2009.
I had requested for a static IP for my Wimax broadband connection on 14th Nov & the customer care official promised a resolution of the same within 24 hours.
Today, 17th Nov 9:00 pm, even after 72 hrs of my request, the complaint is not resolved. Adding to the fury, every time I call the customer care number[protected], the standard response I get is 'the back end team will get back to you'. Irritated upon the same response & no resolution to my problem, when I request the call center exec Ramesh to connect me to the supervisor, he places the call on hold without my permission for more than 30 minutes & reverts back & finds me still on the call to his surprise!
When I insist to speak to the customer care manager, Ramesh says that Mr. Gani (the cust care mgr) is busy on another call & my issue would get resolved by 12pm the next day, 18th Nov.
I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of poor customer service to Tata Indicom customers. I expect an immedaite resolution to my compliant & an apology from the cust service executive & the manager for keeping on hold for a long time without my consent.
I also expect monetary compensation for the numerous follow up calls made to the customer care & the subsequent mental agony of listening to the hold music for long intervals without any resolution to my complaint.

TATA Indicom Broadband Service — One month free offer

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that there are some fradulent activities going on in terms of marketing TATA products in all.

Firstly I have two mobile prepaid connections and a landline connection and broadband connection.

I have complaints for all of them
firslty, for both my mobiles and landline, i was auto registered for caller tunes and 30 Rs. per month per phone was deducted without my knowledge. I was watching TV one night and I get a message on my landline that I have been subscribed to the tunes and thanking me for the services chosen, when I call up the technical dept immidiately they say that someone would have subcribed to it. I say I am watching the phone and my mobiles i get this message, I ask them to check, they refuse to check and say we could only cancel the service but could not refund the amount.


Secondly I got the broadband service, where there was an offer in May of one month free if we pay for 6 months in advance. Now on 22nd is my renewal and I am told that there is no such offer going on. They are smart in marketing but cheating poor customers. i would like you to take serious action against this service provider and put a ban to their licence for services sold like this. Is anyone out there in TATA to hear and action this, or can we assume that all are cowards selling to consumers out there and never recommend anybody about the services. Tata Broadband — not providing service for what they have charged

we took tata broadband with speed 1.5 mbps at night now they called and saying we wont be able to provide 1.5mbps and only 384 kbps will be provided, they have already taken money in advance,so i want my money back or same service as promised or partial payment

Tata Indicom Broadband — wimax - pay for 6 month and get 1 month free - It's just word relay wont work

I have taken wimax connection six months back, I was told if i paid advance 6 months amount i will get 1 month free, then i paid full six months amount

It got disconnected exactly on end of sixth moth

I have called customercare they are telling now, there is no offer like that.(Earlier i have called them when taking connection that time they said yes)

This is to inform that on Nov.20 we had your broadband installed, by your technician Vinod Kumar, which worked that evening and after that I could not log in at all. Next day after seeking help from your customer service, was able to log in once and after that I could not access the internet even after repeated attempts. So we informed your sales man, Harish Kumar, about this and cancelled the order and stopped the check for the the amount we payed in advance for four months (Rs.4,000/-) and requested the equipment that was installed on roof (antenna) and the modem to be removed from our premises. So far nobody came to remove those things. We request you to do it ASAP, as we are going out of country on Dec.3rd. Today we again called your customer service and informed the same to your employee, Navin employee #33468. If you do not remove the equipment promptly, this is to inform you that we are not responsible for it .

My dear Friends,

Please do not go for the Tata indicom broadband dsl connection. If you take that connection you will never be able to browse completly. you will get frequent disconnections and some times you will unable to get the technical support also. It seems that call centre guys have byhearted only one sentence. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED SIR WE WILL FORWARD THIS COMPLAINT TO THE TECHNICAL TEAM AND WE WILL RESOLVE THIS WITH IN NEXT 24 HOURS.
NEVER GO FOR TATA INDICOM BROADBAND
