TATA Indicom Cdma — TATA Indicom CDMA sending unauthorized MY DIVE-IN PLANET messages on my prepaid connection | |
I have been receiving these disgusting MY DIVE-IN PLANET advertisements on my prepaid connection # [protected], probably through mobile internet. Example of such advertisements are - "Download Hot Babes Wallpaper", "Download Bikini Models", etc. There are often more than 25-30 such instances in a day. I have even tried calling customer care numerous times, and as always tell me to change few settings which are not even present where they should be according to them in my phone and often I have also faced the problem of disconnecting during the call. Few of them even pointed finger at me saying I have downloaded or enabled the application in my mobile, which is not the case at all and have been verified thoroughly. Even there is no setting for MY DIVE-IN PLANET in my mobile, that can be disabled. Please note that this issue is faced by many TATA Docomo CDMA(previously TATA Indicom) customers as evident from online consumer forums. The customer care representatives I talked to did not even have basic knowledge and efficiency to resolve such issues. Please have a look into this issue immediately else I will be left with the only option to reach to the consumer court. I can be contacted on [protected] and [protected]. Sir my brother namely Nawaz Khan designation B.S.F. Constable bought me a Tata indicom Handset & sim from Itanagar while he was stay there from one his colleage at the cost of Rs 1000/- as a second Hand... Actually i want to keep the service in my address... So i Submit 4 passport photo & Driving license at Imphal Tata indicom office for verification... Whereas no any action is being taken up regarding this matter.Tata Indicom CDMA — message received from unknown no.
i am receiveing the massage from unknow number and when i call to that particular number he/she doesn't response me i want to know the details of the number [protected].please send me the details of the person calling from this no. number to my email fast as soon as passible. location:-H.N. 367 near markaz masjid kaila bhatta ghaziabad PIN 201001 uttar pradesh.Here the signal strength is totally failed .Mostly problem accurs on ground flour & in inside the room please solve out this problem soon

Hello,
I've been using ZTE S131T Tata CDMA Phone for quite a long time...I've a concern using call restrictions, when i was choosing an option bar all except friends list all incoming calls are getting barred. It was working earlier, now it's no longer working..Please assist me in getting it fixed. I've tried doing reset settings and reset phone as well, even then the same issue.

I have a tata indicom connection from many years.my no is [protected]. I am getting flash messages from the network. If by mistake i accept the flash msg my balance gets reduced. i want to get rid of these messages Please help me.
