TATA Indicom — Disconnection of services without intimation

I bought a moto razr v3i phone along with tata indicom postpaid connection in an instalment basis.However now and then i was unable to pay my phone bill due to many reasons before due date. But one day, almost six months ago from now my outgoing was disconnected without intimation even before ten days from the last day of payment. That day my old mother was not well and I work for the night shift and at 2:15am when I was tried to call to my residence, it was shocking to know that my connection was not available.It is a shame on part of tata indicom for doing this, and later when I asked the reason for the disconnection, I was told that my credit limit of 1300 ruppes was over.Then I launched a complaint to tata indicom to immediately disconnect my phone forever and take back the instrument permanently, even for this there wasn't any response.I have frequent visitors from tata indicom saying that they want to collect my bill, but when I ask of my complaint, they say they would return with required action to disconnect my phone, but none turn up so far.I even sent three mails to tata indicom but in vain. Unfortunately I was not told about the inextendable memory of the phone. Today the phones which cost three thousand has a better memory than my twelve thousand phone.Then where is the point o[censored]sing such incapable phone.So I request the concerned department to take immediate action.

yesterday evening i found one msg that my documents are not submitted on the no[protected].
while have recharged in my number 599/- plan is there. so today mornnig itself i had submitted all of my duccuments again.but still now my number is in out of service so i am [censored]ing alot of problem .so as as u will give my connection i will be faithful for you

service has been disconnected on 11/04/2011 without any intimation for my mobile number [protected], i have taken this connection before 5 year, and now they have disconnected, i am not able to call even customer care, i have submitted required docs in the tata indicom store (sangam marketing yavatmal) on 12/04/2011, but till today my sevices r not been activated, i went to the store every day to check my number status, they use to tell it will take one more day for activation, but yesterday 14/05/2010 i came to know that they have not sent my docs, they did not even took my signature on the address proof, that's how people in the store (sangam marketing yavatmal) are playing with the customers.Pls take necessary action on them, so that people like me will not suffer in the coming future.mail me to the id [protected]@ymail.com regarding the action u people have taken on them.
