[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Photon Plus — No Customer Service

Did you know that Tata Indicom Photon Plus is the only best product introduced by Tata Indicom. Even though it doesnt work everywhere its speed is very good. There is a main problem with it. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR IT. I tried calling cutomer numbers total 7 numbers. No one knew what to do. They keep passing the problem to the other phone number (not passing between departments but phone numbers). Finally I tried to email them. There too I receive only phone numbers. THE SAME PHONE NUMBERS. Then all of a sudden I receive an email saying My Problem has been solved and that they are closing the complaint!!! Say WAT????? To hell with them. If any of you know the correct customer care number pls do let me know. Thank You.

TATA PHOTON + SUCKS, THIS DEVICE IS GOOD FOR KEEPING IN THIER ARSES TO GIVE THE HEAT WARM TO THEM APPLYING SOME GEL. THEY PROMISE ATLEAST 3.2Mbps, BUT DAILUP FROM BSNL IS TOO GOOD WHERE WE USE TO GET 56Kbps, AS MY CONNECTION GIVES ONLY12Kbps, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

This is to inform you that I was using Tata Indicom internet services since 2007 through No. [protected] under Moonson Offer Unlimited 64 kbps Plan and my average bill is Rs. 385/- only and i pay the bill properly every month for past 3 years. But without any reason for past two months there is some problem with your side stating excess amount with Penalty. Till date NO ONE has bothered to call me or to check it wheather what's wrong. Just sending the bill of any amount to me is not proper. Last month I have made additional amount payment of Rs. 100/- as after due date of Rs/ 486/-. What to do pay the bill what i think is Rs. 385/- per month or else you will give me the detail of excess bill.
Company like TATA Indicom customer care does not even have the facility to talk to the excecutive.
If this problem is not solved or cleared it properly I am sorry to say that Although I didn't paid the amount they have sent me next bill. I don't want to use any services of Tata Indicom now onward after seeing this type of wrong billing. I want to pay the amount what I think actually used thay according to me around. Please let me know what to do.

Its too annoying that i have taken the connection of Tata photon plus on 04th Dec 2010 and its still not activated and i have never faced such a worst service any time from any product and i have taken the connection from Domlur outlet Bangalore and the person whom i was in contact has switched off his mobile now ([protected]). And i thing this not worth to take the connection, Customer care did not respond properly for my query. My device number is [protected]. I dont know how seriously will you people care about thios complaint.I hope to get a call back for this complaint.

Finally they read the complaint here and called back and said that i can come and collect the Rs 100 they charged me for the "free" bag. But what about the Rs. 2500 that i have been charged for a device that gives no more than 1 mbps when they are advertising a speed of 3.1 mbps. According to their lawyer-like-fine-print stance they advertised it as "upto" 3.1 mbps, saying that it will not always give 3.1 mbps, but it should at least touch 3-3.1 mbps sometime right? It never goes beyond 1-1.4 mbps, so what'ts the meaning of writing upto 3.1 mbps. As if this cheating was not enough. Now they are repeatedly calling and trying to convince me that they assure speeds of only 256 kbps and that i should be thankful that i get 1mbps. Despite me telling the caller sternly 10 time he continued to repeat the line like a broken recorder "1 mbps is enough", not listening to what i was saying at all, what a bunch of machine fed . First they sell us short then they tell us that we have not got less, that we should in fact be thankful that we are getting more than 256 kbps. Wow. Haramiyon ka jawab nahi.
Without solving anything these [censored]s sent the below email, all they did was get some stupid exec to call and and get me to do some time timepass setting changes on the computer which resulted in no difference in the slow speed whatsoever, their device is not capable of giving speeds above 1.4 mbps yet they advertise 3.1 mbps, the truth is that they have oversubscrubed customers and it is not possible to give everyone 3.1 mbps, so it is like fitting 200 people in a train coach meant for 100 people, bloody [censored]s, i hate my country because nothing gets done to such cheat companies, i emailed the DoT guy and he simply pointed me to go to the DoT website, he is paid by Tata as Tata lists his email id on their Site, all chors, shameful

I am using Tata photon plus since october and till 22 dec i didn't received my bill.One day i receive the call from the Tata photon saying i need to pay the bill i told that lady Priyanka Pleasse sent the bill.She hang up the call.Again i recieved the call from the Tata Photon asking for the money and again i told to send the bill again the same.On 27.12.10 I recieve the bill but right now i am out of station.I don't have the credit card to pay the bill on line.I told i will pay the bill on 06.1.11 but Priyanka from the company with few lady started abusing me and telling if i don't have money to pay the bill than why i go for the TATA PHOTON CONNECTION i should take BSNL CONNECTIION where i need n't to pay the heavy amount.

TATA Indicom Photon Plus — Ridiculous Customer Care and Very Incompetent

I called up yesterday at around 1pm and requested to close my PHOTON card and send a mail to me for confirmationa nd requested tos end me ASAP and I was given assurance that it would be done by 5pm on 28th Dec,2010.The complaint number is[protected].I still havent recieved any mail confirmation in my registered email ID.So I called up now and it is 1:45am on the 29th Dec,2010 and someone by the name of Rakesh Mahto spoke to me and he again took the request for arranging a call back from seniors by 1pm and dint allow me to speak to any senior officials now and the refernace number is[protected].I am going to quote both these incidences in condumer forum when my lawyer takes legal action.I also asked Rakesh that if i dont get a call tomorrow then what will happen and he said he can do nothing about that.I really dont expect this kind of behaviour and want the tapes of the voice of communicationa nd will be filing a law suit against the individuals and TATA PHOTON PLUS people.I really dont understand why they treat customers like fools?
I am furious now and want strict action to be taken against individuals and also want to punish them by suing them.
TATA photon Serverive is very ...very bad ...i first time seen this type of service in my life...i purchase its at 2200 and after some dayes gets disconnected due to negative document verification and not they are asking the bachler deposite...i totally againt that, , as they not disclosed thsi this before puchase the device...please think before purchase such kind of service..and one more thing...the people assosite with the photon is not qualified and supportive

The customer care service of tata indicom is very bad i am contacting to customer care for my applying my complain but no response.phone is not received My mobile no. is [protected]. On[protected] a message was received from TMJ582820 that DELHIONSMS alerts at Rs. 30/- for 30 days. No any request and activation from our side. Without my permission, this alerts activated in my mobile. Why? I had also tried to customer care on 12524, but no suffiecient reply was given.
Please deactivate the DELHIONSMS immediately and return my Rs. 30/- which was wrongfully deducted as a charge of DELHIONSMS which was not requested by me. i m extreamlly disappointed with ur service.plz call me.if my problem does not solve
tata photon sucks..the dealer from where we bought tata photon told us there wont be any charges for one month till 15 gb..which was also reconfirmed with the customer service of tata photon to avoid any future discrepancy that it would be absolutely free, and we hardly used 15gb..and guess what we were billed 1000 odd rs for the same..when this dispute was raised with customer service they completely took a u-turn and said there were no free services in the 1st month..when told this is the deal dealer gave us and was confirmed by your own people..they had no answere to it..although the bill is under dispute but we had to pay the bill amount..dont know how long would it take for the dispute to resolved..so my suggestion to my fellow friends dont go by name or addvertisement use your own brain...

TATA INDICOM PHOTON+ — Arrears Payment

On 16/02/2011, I've paid Rs.1000.00 out of my arrears amount of Rs.5226.00 for my photon+ ([protected]) vide Receipt No. NESA/HNI/FEBRUARY 2011/84879. I'll pay the remaining amount as and when I'll be able to. The company shouldn't send their collection agents to me without noticing me again and again. Further, they shouldn't call me every now and then and whenever they feel like. I'll pay the dues in my convinience and time.

Tata Photon Plus is a complete rip off, i bought the connection a week ago and the max speed that i am geting is 110 KBPS, 42 calls later to customer service, tata sends a engineer to my home and lets me know that their tower is not powerfull enough so i have to wait for couple of months for power to be boosted.why are they even selling in my area (new delhi) when they know that their signal strength is not powerfull enough
Their customer service sucks too and do not know whats going on withy my complaint, no cordination between their backend team and Customer Service and if they think they can not provide answer to your query they just hang up the phone..

They gave me the phone numbers of their Nodal Officer and some Vivek who is a big shot there but they never ever pick up the phone.

This company is not going anywhere they will rip off your money and run away


Final Advice - DO NOT BUY TATA PHOTON PLUS AT ALL
