TATA Indicom Prepaid — Balance Deduct for welcome tune

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Gopal Verma and I am using the TATA indicom Prepaid number is [protected]. Actually I got a call from customer care on 5th feb,2013 for activate the welcome tune but I told him that I am not interested for welcome tune then disconnect the phone but after some time I got a message that "your welcome tune has been activated successfully through AGENCY and deducted RS.50.
But, I had not given the permission to activate this service. Also customer care service has been barred .

I humble request to you please refund my balance and stop this services for future.

TATA Indicom — Wrongly/without intimation BALANCE deduction

I have two Tata indicom no. [protected],[protected].Both r life time nos.Today recharged my 2nd no.i.e [protected], after 30 minutes of recharge whole the balance deducted and on contating the 12524 customercare , they saying that some valueadded services r active on the phone.while i never said for any such type of activation.So pl.look into the matter and satisfy me earliestly, Otherwise i will sea it a type of fraud being done to all the customers and that is why Indicom gradually coming downward.

Tata Indicom pre-paid — automatic balance deduction and poor service

Tata indicom is really a topmost cheaters for subscribers.They send SMS Directly of subscription without asking or any request(like Romance pack,SMS pack of festivals, caller tunes).i[censored] call to customer care ,the never reply ,after five or six trials
they pick up the phone(hackneyed procedure of pressing 1...6.....9 and they put off).they understand that money with customer is easy money to cut off his pocket.if u tell them for remedy to this problem then they will tell u to send sms STOP to 155223 and doing that nothing is stoped and again after two days SMS(Automatcally comes )that u have subscribed this pack(every time come with new pack or same)though we haven't .SET DND(set do not disturb falacy given by Customer care)never works and always gives INVALID REQUEST error when u send this SMS to Them.My NO IS :[protected].i m going to copy this to consumer court.

TATA Indicom — automatic subscription

This is to inform you that my balance is being deducted automatically without my permission for a service. Last month on 7th or 8th March Rs. 30 were deducted from my account and the message which I got mentioned that I had subscribed to some Chalisa subscription about which I wasn't even aware of. Moreover I am not a Hindu that I would subscribe to this service. When I `complained your company refunded back my money i.e. my account got refilled with Rs. 30 and I was told that the service has been deactivated. My complaint no. was 256350.

But again on 7th or 8th April, 2011 , Rs. 5 were deducted from my account again due to Chalisa subscription. My account had Rs.5.19 balance in it and then Rs.5 got deducted and I was left with Rs.0.19. Again here I would like to mention that I didn't subscribe to this subscription and automatically how can your company subscribe to any service on my behalf without my permission. This time too I complained and my complaint no. is 271008 and service request no. is BAL[protected]. But customer care guys told me that Chalisa service was very much activated and it didn't get deactivated.So they can only deactivate it but can't refund back my balance.Till date my complaint is not resolved. I called the customer care on 9th April for the first and then written complaint on 12th April.

Its not a question of Rs. 5. The thing is that this thing has been going on repeatedly. Next time it would be some other service and I would be subscribed of something about which I wouldn't be aware of. Please look into the matter and refund back my balance.
Yes I did talk to the customer care executives but my balance has not been refunded till date. Kindly do the needful!!!

TATA Indicom — deduction of services

On my tata indicom mobile number [protected],I had recharged with Rs.2008 which provided me with Rs.2008 talktime and unlimited free calls to all other tata mobiles.But now they are charging me for even calls made on tata mobiles.This happened few months ago also,but when I logged a complaint they started giving me 600 minutes of tata to tata calls and now they have stopped even that.Even the cosumer care representatives are not listening and saying that "you can again log a complaint."
I hope that you will help me again.Looking for a positive and fast action.

TATA Indicom — deduct balance every time

Hi.
I am Shashi Roushan. I have a prepaid Tata Indicom Mobile connection of number [protected]. whenever i recharge my mobile they deduct my all balance or large amount of balance. whenever i talk to customer care they told me his net service is not working or give some other excuses. i am very tense. How i know the mini-statement of my mobile number and get my balance revert back.
Other issue is they add a caller tune with my mobile number without my permission.
Please help me. I am very tense. I can not call any one because of my zero balance.

TATA Indicom — Deducting Balance Non-stop

I,Gholam Afzal,bearing mobile no.[protected],complained on[protected] regarding the deduction in balance.In reply Tata Indicom gave me the complain no.BAL[protected].Once a customer care executive called me on[protected],while I was on the way to my office.I told him to call me after 10 minutes and I briefly told that my problem is not solved yet to which he told that I will get back the deducted amount.He never called me since then.I again recharged on[protected],and as expected the next morning my balance was deducted by Rs.5.I do not know what is the problem with the service provider.Are there software not developed to satisfy the customer or is it there nature ?I further want to say that on the last occasion I did not asked for the deducted balance refund, but now I want all the wrongfully deducted balance,deducted for the last one month or so.
Hoping this is my last complain.
