I m the customer of Tata broadband since 2009 but since to starting 1 year i enjoying the broadband and after the one year they go down - down and down when i m facing the speed problem they always told me ur plane is too low please increase ur speed without this i can't help u firstly i increase the speed i add the new plan which is Rs. 1400 + vat etc total value of place around monthly bill is 1600+ after 2 or three months again i m feeling speed problem they again told me please increase the speed again i choose upper plan which is around Rs 1800+ monthly bill after 1-2 months again i feeling speed problem when i registered the complaint always they register the net problem not registered NET SPEED Problem when i told him i m facing the same problem again please check my connection after checking the connection his executive told me we are not responsible for that speed the area tower is overload we are not providing u the regular speed every months 15 days regular i m facing the speed problem.

When i talk executive to reimbursement me last 2 year please add my complaint every time they registered my net problem not reimbursement problem i any body solve my problem as soon as possible . every person give me negative response

    Dear ,sir i have post paid cdma No.[protected] of tata indicom company from 2009 t0 19 Nov. 2011 i hasbeen change the port of my No.in tata docomo as 91 Nov 2011. my security money was deposit at tata indicom from gwalior mp but i not refund my security money pls help me .regards sir

    TATA Indicom — Unable to get refund of security money after disconnection

    I had a tata indicom number [protected]. I asked for disconnection on 1st March 2009. According to laws it should be disconnected within 10 days of request. But the officials have dragged till april 16th. They tell the reason that I have asked for reconnection on 26th of March. But I have never done like that and I want to see any proof if they have.
    I have asked for refund status, and complained several times( at least three). Every time they are telling to wait for 15 days for refund. The complain numbers[protected], 69975,[protected].
    I had again complained on 16th June.
    Mailed to nodal officer on 22nd June.

    Still waiting for refund
    sir i had take a ccb connection in 2007 .In november 2009 validitity of my ccb connection has expired .Then i call customer care to know how to disconnect my telephone then he says to me after 3months of expiry date you can diposit ur phone at distributer .Then after three months i went to distributer to diposit my phone and refund me my security money then he says to me right now i can't diposit ur phone and he also take my mobno then he says i call u for diposit but till now he can't call me for diposit my phone.

      I purchasd An omh sir from Tata Indicom Outlet.They said data charges are 50p/Mb.but its not that case its charging 10p/10Kb and cutore care doesnt know a heck about these omh sims. recharges are also not available for it very bad internet service

        when i make a call then i saw that there is no balance in my account and after some time i recived a message that a song is downloaded in my mobile on 8/7/2012 and 42 rupees balance is deducted from my mobile. On 8/7/2012 my balance deducted from my mobile [protected] in the morning 10 am for downloading of a song . but i don,t download any song my 42 rupees deducted from my mobile. i want my balance is to be refunded now ,

          Tata Docomo Account No:[protected].Photon No : [protected].

          I lost my Photon modem on 14/3/2012 and i was also not satisfied with the service bcos they said that i crossed my limit of

          10GB but it was only 7GB, so i went ahead and bought another modem from different company. I also notified about it by

          calling the customer care number but i was told to pay the Rs.2000 before i can deactivate.Finally i decided to pay

          Rs.1475/- bcos on 12/04/2012 a collection agent came to my house he said he will give 25% discount and that i should call

          the customer care number to deactivate and that my account balance will be zero.

          Here in starts my ordeal.I called them and was told to pay Rs.2000/- and then only my modem will deactivate, but i told them

          that my device was lost and also that i paid by cheque just 4 days back but call center agent said the payment does not

          reflect in their system.Finally i started to check my bank account my account got debited on 02/05/2012.But then i was told

          to pay Rs.460/- i tried to reason with them stating that there should be no balance in my account and that my account should

          have been deactivated.

          This went for a month and a half and now now i got an email saying that i should pay Rs.2183/- Everytime since last april

          whenever i get a call from tata indicom first thing i tell them is i lost the device, but even then i will have to pay them

          Rs.2183/- now i get a call and she says she will give a discount of Rs.500/- oh god where will this end.....

          Now i decided to call them on the phone number stated in their email for the past three days but to no avail....

          Now tell me is this the service that you provide? Harassing calls and what not? And lastly i will not recommend your service to anyone even m foes........

          Kindly solve my problem.

            My Photon Number [protected]. I was unable to login my account. Message is shows that "Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts.Please click on reset password link to reset your password". I reset my password 5-6 times and try to login. But not possible. I requested 4-5 times for help customer care by mail ' Customer Care <Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in> '. now more then one month. No reply or help from them.

            India's top services provider like this service?

              i am soumitra chatterjee,an private company employee,i am using tata indicom CDMA connection.my mobile no. is [protected].
              i am using it since June2011.today evening they disconnect my no. without any information.
              when i contact with customaer care they ask me that my ID proof is not verified.
              how can they disconnect my no without any intimation? my all contact is with this no.,my official contact also is also this no?
              how can i contact to any emergency?? they said that 72 hrs to be wait for reconnection...how can i carry on my job without contacts...

              please look after the matter....as a customer we should be intimated earlier and time to be given...

                I am owning a Tata walky phone no[protected] with phone set provided by Tata indicom with buttons on phone set 1 to 5 as speed dialling option(come to know about this recently)....In the month of May i received bill of Rs. 1280 with voice station/portal charges of Rs. ~1044. I was surprised to without even knowing what voice station charges meaning how could i get this charges.. So talked to Tata customer care about the same and come to know that voice portal( charges Rs. 6 /min) can be simply dialled by pressing no 2 key which company people did not informed while giving the hand set, and even if the no. is dialled by mistake it is not auto cut after some time if no action is taken by customer in selecting any option which auto call reply machine is asking . So , in my case the call was recorded for 2 hrs and 45 mins and actually i did not call on this sevice. Sir, my complaint is that why company has provided such costly option on speed dial and when i have not asked for that. Even if it is provided why it is not told to customer by giving oral or written instructions. i am not ruling out that this single button could be pressed by mistake or inadvertently or by any kid but this cost too much to the customer. Company should told before hand about this costly option given in phone at the time of handing over the equipment and there should be option that call should be cut if auto reply machine does not get any response from customer side.. This is a clear cut flaw in company service/Technology and why should i be totally pinnalized for this

                I have complaint regarding this high charges to tata indicom customer care (complaints nos:545561 (online) &[protected]on phone talking). But instead of solving my complaint they replied by closing the complaint (mail attached) and presently my outgoing facility is stopped

                  I have purchase a tata photon plus no.[protected] your customer care executive Mr bhawani singh Rjapark Office ([protected])since 2 month ago 499 plan. but your executive provide 1st month 950 plan free.and next month 499 plan automatically convert.but till date note convert 499 plan and bill amount last two month 950. I have not paid 950 and I request you to please change my plan 499 otherwise I go to consumer court plan.please suggest.

                  i harshit j peshavariya bought internet connection from tata indicom ltd. I bought this connection from one of its dealers Astha Agencies jamnagar.
                  I told them to give me internet connection which has unlimited plan so they told that we are having a unlimited plan where monthly rental is Rs 799/-, so i told i want that plan but they gave me a plan of rental Rs 500/- where the internet connection is not unlimited, so because of their fault i got a bill of more then Rs 2000/- so i again launched a complaint at the office and told that u have given me a wrong plan so they accepted their mistake and told me to pay Rs 600/- only i told i will pay the amount but please reverse my bill first they also reversed it but after 15 days again i got the bill of Rs 3000/- as i have used the internet only for 15 days i do not know why i got this much bill as my connection was also stopped and its was their mistake they gave me a wrong plan and they also accepted it still i am getting calls from their recovery officer that u have to pay again Rs 3000/- till now my connection is also stopped please look into the matter i am ready to pay Rs 799/- which is the amount of the plan i wanted.

                  Dear All
                  I am harshit peshavariya i purchased internet service from tata indicom jamnagar from astha agency ltd the number of the sim card is [protected] i asked them for unlimited plan but the lady over there gave me a plan which was not unlimited. I opted for the plan which was having 800 rs rental and unlimited surfing and downloding but the lady gave me plan of rs 500 which was not unlimited so i got a bill of more than rs 5000 for just 15 days then my card was stopped they accepted their fault and reversed 2000 rs from my bill still the card was stopped they are now telling me to pay 3000 rs to start it again its their mistake why should i pay so much of amount so they told u pay rental for two months that is 1600 rs but my card was stopped within 15 days still they are telling me to pay 1600 rs i have also given 500 rs as a deposit. Now there recovery agent are coming each and every day to take the money and using very bad langauge and telling i[censored] will not pay the amount we will just do any thing this is just harrasement done to me and my family please help to sort out this matter i am ready to pay 500 rs and also ready to let go the deposit of 500 rs that makes 1000 rs still they are not ready for it. and there agents are using very bad langauge and harrasing us please help

                    In My Phone([protected]) PPC service has been closed from 5th july and they charging me very high colling cost after that.
                    I had made 2 complain regading this first on 5th july and second on 7th july but still preoblem is remain same.

                    I can do only 1 call to TATA costomercare in a day and after that call didnt connect.
                    my last complain in is PBR 12026819 that could be solve no 10th july.
                    But i am still in problem.

                    Before 5th july my phone call rates are LOCAL 1 RS/5min and STD 2 RS/5min
                    BUt after that they charge LOCAL 1 RS/min and STD 1.50 RS/ min.

                    please do some needfull.

Inspite of me intimating your customer care they not taking my complain registered. I have been receiving annoying telemarketing calls Which I certainly dont wish to come on my number.                         Hi,

                        I had taken Tata Indicom Broad band connection few years back. And, had payed all the monthly charges without any due and had closed the connection few years back. Suddenly, yesterday had received a call from Delhi stating they are calling from Delhi consumer court and have to pay 2,600/- pending towards the due remaining. I said would contact the stores and if any charges/due would clear it. But, they started abusing in foul language and mentioned to clear the due immediately else they mentioned police would trash me into jail and have to appear in front of the Delhi consumer court. So, could you please help out in this regards as suddenly the people call telling they are attorney and if immediately clear the due else trash to jail. Also, the worry part is they are using very abuse and foul words which has hurt me a lot. I have clearly mentioned if any dues would really clear it, but they are calling me every day and abusing. It has really tortured me from past few days and not able to work at my office or at home.

                            I sanjeev kumar using [protected] for last several years but not i am highly disappointment from the behavior of IVR and customer care executive
                            following are problem i faced

                            1. i can call customer care only once a day, if i try second time iwill be directed to write to customercare.[protected]@tatatel.com or visit near tata outlet

                            2. while talking to customer care executive he put my call to hole and kept me waiting for 20 minutes, lastly i myself disconnected the call


                            I am extreamly disapploitment when cc is chargeable why cant i get it multiple time in a day

                              This is Rakesh Sharma S/o Sh. Sat Pal Sharma r/o m8/1230, Nawankot, Amritsar.
                              Tata Indicom has closed my number[protected] without giving me any intimation. I was not called or even a single message was not sent to me regarding this step. I am their regular customer for last 8 years. I am having all of my mobiles and landlines of their company i.e [protected], [protected] and[protected].
                              Mobile No.[protected] is my main number which I am using for last 8 years.
                              4 years ago, I had provided them all the necessary Identity documents and this number[protected] was not having any problem after then. This number is given in the records of the companies linked with me like HDFC Bank, Punjab National Bank, Aviva Life Insurance Company, LIC, and most important to UNICON and HEM Securities Pvt. Ltd. which are holding my trading a/cs. All of them are unable to contact me and I am bearing loss in my Trading A/cs. It is not possible for me to change the number in the rocords of every institution linked with me. Tata Indicom is not responding at all.
                              Company has problems in their record maintaining but customers should not suffer for their internal problems.
                              My mobile number should be provided to me since I am using this number for last 8 years.

                              please guide me how would i know the status of my complaint?
                              I have received an e-mail from Tata Docomo. They just answered that this number could not be re-connected again. This is not a suitable answer. Company should reconnect this number as I am using this number for last 8 years. I had provided my id_proofs everytime company has enquired.

                                Am using Tata Indicom Broadband and the above mentioned subject was the issue. There was a debit from my account without any intimation and for the same have lodged many complaints over the phone and mails and one of the complaint no (Mail) is 108-632. The complaint was lodged in the month of April 2012 and more than 2 months neither any one from Customer Service, national head - Customer Service and Head wasnt able to solve the issue of a customer wherein the mistake was from the TATA broadband. I had to write escalation mails and used to recieve a standard answer given below.

                                We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you.
                                With regards to your mail we would like to inform you that your concern regarding validity and account has been escalated to our team on priority .We will surely communicate the resolution to you at the earliest as soon as we receive the feedback from our team.

                                Worthless and Pathetic Customer Service which i had end up in calling them many times and writing mails which has no revert and repeated answer for more than 2 months. Please dont go for the service wherein have regular network issues and would end up in losing money.

                                Sir,
                                I would like to inform you that my number validity is already completed in last month
                                and I want to continue my validity one year or two year , I already called to your hipline number and also visit your Howrah Maidan Tata indicom Store , getting an information that only Life Time validity is available.

                                Respected Team I would like to request you please arrange any recharge facilities that I can continue my validity. The main reason that I not want to go your life time validity is, I will bound to recharge Rs 200 for every 6 months. I don’t have such uses that I recharge Rs 200 for every 6 Months.

                                So please look into his matter and info me ASAP

                                  dated 23/5/2012 and yesterday i recharge 20 Rs but i have no benifit of sp recharge

                                  i recharge my cell phone number [protected] dated 14/03/09 with amount of RS.699 to get all india tata to tata calling free but they still charge all my call to tata to tata i register complain to tata indicom customer care on dated 14th march 2009 at time 3.05 pm complain number is BAL[protected] and they send sms to wait 24 hours after copmlition of 24 hours i converse with them they told us to wait for 48 hours from the time of complain after complation of 48 hours still my problem is not resolve and they still told me to wait for another 48 hours.
                                  please do the needfull and take action as soon as possible.

                                  I tried to recharge my mobile No. [protected] through Tata Indicom's website on 29th July, 2009. Surprisingly, the money was deducted from my A/c, but my mobile was not recharged. Never approach Tata Indicom, it has lost its image in the last 2-3 yrs.

                                  I RECHARGED MY TATA INDICOM PREPAID NO.[protected] TWICE BY ON LINE RECHARGE RS.50/- BOTH TIME BUT DID NOT GET BALANCE YET.WHILE MY BALANCE DEDUCTED IN PNB ACCOUNT.

                                  PLEASE SIR CHECK IT & REFUND MY 50+50=100/-AMOUNT.

                                    I have bought ACER timeline series laptop on 4th may 2012 and it had a offer on Tata photon+. Offer was that i have to buy modem in 750rs and 2 month unlimited internet of worth 1900 rupees absolutely free.
                                    I contacted tata photon+ customer care and representative attending the call told me that offer is valid. next day he called me back and after confirming address, he came to my address. he told me about this offer and told me that i will not get any bill for 1st 2month. so i accepted this offer and got tata photon+ modem with mobile no[protected].
                                    1 week later i found that my connection has been stopped and internet not working. when i called customer care i came to know that they have done fraud with me and changed my scheme to 950 ruppes/ month scheme without any rent free period , so i registered my complain on 22/05/2012. despite that they were promising to me that scheme will be changed as initially offered, it had been changed. later i got bill of 352 rupees, though my connection was active for 1 week only and it is inactive for last 1 month.
                                    now i told them to terminate my connection on 10/06/2012, but they did not do this till now and raising bill from me though i was promised 2 month rental free.
                                    please take action against this company as they have mentally tortured me by doing fraud.

                                    Tata indicom photon — not working in windows'7

                                    I have tata indicom photon. but it does not support windows'7. Please tell me how to solve it.
                                    DEAR SIR I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TATA PHOTON WITH WINDOW 7 WITH MY MCX SOFTWARE IS NOT RUNING WITH IT SO PLZ LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSIBLE

                                        The so called 'HARI ASTRO' subscription of Rs.10.00 [after every 2/3 days] is being debited from balance in my TaTa phone CDMA SIM No. [protected], saying that the so called subscription would be renewed AUTOMATICALLY [!] at the rate Rs.10 per 7 days. I have never given any instruction or has never permitted HARI ASTRO to debit my mobile balance. HARI ASTRO is deceitfully snatching money from my pocket. I request the money deceitfully taken by HARI ASTRO from my pocket be refunded to me.
