I am owning a Tata walky phone no[protected] with phone set provided by Tata indicom with buttons on phone set 1 to 5 as speed dialling option(come to know about this recently)....In the month of May i received bill of Rs. 1280 with voice station/portal charges of Rs. ~1044. I was surprised to without even knowing what voice station charges meaning how could i get this charges.. So talked to Tata customer care about the same and come to know that voice portal( charges Rs. 6 /min) can be simply dialled by pressing no 2 key which company people did not informed while giving the hand set, and even if the no. is dialled by mistake it is not auto cut after some time if no action is taken by customer in selecting any option which auto call reply machine is asking . So , in my case the call was recorded for 2 hrs and 45 mins and actually i did not call on this sevice. Sir, my complaint is that why company has provided such costly option on speed dial and when i have not asked for that. Even if it is provided why it is not told to customer by giving oral or written instructions. i am not ruling out that this single button could be pressed by mistake or inadvertently or by any kid but this cost too much to the customer. Company should told before hand about this costly option given in phone at the time of handing over the equipment and there should be option that call should be cut if auto reply machine does not get any response from customer side.. This is a clear cut flaw in company service/Technology and why should i be totally pinnalized for this
I have complaint regarding this high charges to tata indicom customer care (complaints nos:545561 (online) &[protected]on phone talking). But instead of solving my complaint they replied by closing the complaint (mail attached) and presently my outgoing facility is stopped
Kindly help me in this case

TATA Indicom — Unable to get refund of security money after disconnection
I had a tata indicom number [protected]. I asked for disconnection on 1st March 2009. According to laws it should be disconnected within 10 days of request. But the officials have dragged till april 16th. They tell the reason that I have asked for reconnection on 26th of March. But I have never done like that and I want to see any proof if they have.I have asked for refund status, and complained several times( at least three). Every time they are telling to wait for 15 days for refund. The complain numbers[protected], 69975,[protected].
I had again complained on 16th June.
Mailed to nodal officer on 22nd June.
Still waiting for refund
