[Resolved] Tata Photon Whiz — Poor connectivity and customer care
hi...i have been using tata photon whiz ([protected])for the past 3 weeks and have made 2 complaints alresdy. the complaint no is[protected],[protected]. The problem is that i'm not able to connect to net. The problem was rectified and closed but it repeats every week. These people don't even offer proper customer care services. I call on to 121 using my dads tata mobile....no person attends the complaint ...if he attends by pure luck ...the line gets disconnected as soon as possible....u repeat the process think that some network problem....but all the effort are in vain and finally u give up. Next day u may have some connectivity customer care calls u (if by chance u r sucessful at registering ur complaint) and asks if the net is working right now....u say YES the complaint closes and thats it.......Seriously I am fed up....today i have been trying my best to use net for the past 3 hrs but in vain....the net is connected but there is no data transfer.....link speed of 2Kbps....its ridiculous....i thought TATA is the only ethical company...but now i understand it's only the brand image the had developed duriong the last 5 decades....but not able to match it up.....
