[Resolved] Tata Products - Voltas Vertis AC, Aquaguard And VACuum Cleaner — No after sales services | |
I have been trying to reach the Service station or the sales person to listen to the complaints which is persistant to all the products of TATA like 2 Voltas Vertis AC model no. 4501089/2008, Aquaguard and Vacuum cleaner. They make false promises of AFTER SALES SERVICES. They never turn up. Tata employees are ruining the images make false commitments. Please ask your dealer to attend ASAP. Split AC bought from Voltas dealer M/s Divya Electronics,
Mayur Vihar, New Delhi in June 2015 showed defect in Fan and Motor of
Compressor. Complaint was lodged on 5th July 15. Since then I am making calls
daily to Voltas customer service, their service officials at different levels and
the dealer. False excuses and commitments have been given time and again by
their officials.I do not know what credibility Voltas AC enjoy in market but I know
that I have been ditched by them where they do not maintain proper inventory to
supply defective parts to their consumer like me even after 21 days. Is this
their efficiency that they claim and is this their commitment that they write in
their guarantees. Do they not misguide their consumers. Is it not a breach of
contract if their is undue delay in service and irresponsible promises from
Customer care and service officials.
