Sir,
I am been using voltas air conditioners since 2004 and am very satisfied with the product. The product has outstanding quality and reliability. I have been referring voltas a.c to my friends and relatives since then.
Last year also I bought a 2 ton window a.c, serial no.[protected], from Baidyanath Electric Stores, Shyam Ganj Road, Deoghar[protected], [protected]) on 20/06/2008.
The a.c was working fine since last month when it stopped cooling. I booked a complain in the company’s toll free dept. on 13/05/2009, complain no. 09MY132812. A technician Mr. Rajeev from deoghar service centre ([protected]) came on 14/05/2009 and visited my place. He checked the air conditioner for about 3 to 4 hours and informed me that fuse & relay are defective and he took away these parts and told that he will replace the defective parts within 2 to 3 days. But after several reminders and hundreds of phone calls, he didn’t came back to rectify the a.c till 12th of June. He came on 13th of june, but even after working for 3 to 4 hours, he could not rectify the a.c.
I am really fed up with the quality of service which the local service centre is giving to me on behalf of such a reputed company. We are suffering a lot as the a.c is not working since more than 1 months. I am sending you’re the copy of the scanned service report of the technician who visited my place. My warranty will expire on 20th of june 2009.
Please take some serious steps so that our faith on the company remains intact.

sir, i have taken the voltas a.c (1.5 ton)split a.c. i have taken a.c from authorise dealer(anugrah electronics&appliances rohini, new delhi ). i talk to dealer regarding the complaint of my split a.c. still i have not get the positive response from company side. i have bought the two split a.c and one of them is not functioning properly.service engr is not yet visit to my home. the bill number is 4732 (boook no..95).the date of purchasing the split a.c. 28/06/09.
ihave made the call in complaint center . the complaint number is 09jl022349.id no isc0022293 on dtd 2/07/09. i just want to say there is no response from company side.the fitted date of split a.c. 30/06/09in evening . its hardlyone days go the a.c is not working.

    I purchased above product, from Snehanjali, Malad on 27th March 2009, which was installed on 03/04/2009. Within a period of two months, it started giving problem. The AC gets off suddenly after working for 5 to 15 mins. then suddenly get starts after 5 to 15 mins. some times dont start at all for a long time, neither remote commands are accepted nor manual operations are accepted.

    Lodged a complaint on 25/05/2009 with dealer which was attended on 30/05/2009 i.e. after 5-6 days. for 3-4 days after that it was working, n again same problem started, so lodged a complaint on 07/06/2009 which was attended after a week, no body bothered to take notice of complaint, the technician just ask me to wait at home, but didnt turned up. The after constant follow up a technician named vajid attended on 13/06/2009 n inspected the product n told me, that he will have to remove the product n take to factory, since that day being saturday, the work shop is close for two days, promised me to come at 11 am on Monday 15th June 09, but no body turned up, when called to him, he said he is out of town.

    Within a period of two months if the product has developed serious fault, means there is a manufacturing defect, n so the company should replace the same with new one to me.

      remote is not working

      we bought split ac voltas two years ago. the problem is the remote. the remote is not working even if we changed the battery. can i get it repaired or i can get new one from the voltas company itself. So many duplicate are available. but i want only the original from voltas company. can i get it. what should i do to get it repaired.

        This is with regret I wish to inform you that VOLTAS AC cartoon does not contain all the items:-

        It has been repeated for the second time:-

        1) I purchased a VOLTAS 0.75 T AC( P 070 WiNDOW) with remote on 8.5.2009 from VIVEKS TAMBARAM, CHENNAI(BILL No. [protected]) which was delivered on 9.5.2009. The most important is when the pack was opened by the Installation person" Mr SARAVAN" he could not find the REMOTE, except only 2 batteries and manual were there, immediately it was informed to VIVEKS TAMBARAM, as on date the status of the remote is not known and it is very difficult to use the AC. I prefer to buy VOLTAS AC for its quality etc., but it is very sad that VOLTAS don’t care to check the parcel before delivery.

        2)This is also to inform you that my previous VOLTAS AC was delivered to me without INSTRUCTION MANUAL and as on date it is still pending.
        3) Even though I require a Split AC I do not want to buy from Voltas because I fear that next time(3rd) the Cartoon box may not contain the AC and instead some ? may be kept in it…..Off course one can accept/digest that only on 1st April……., being fools day….
        Its is very shame on TATA products, because as on date I was preferring TATA products but a reputed company has let me down.

        I would like to inform that the AC is being used by old aged persons and without remote it is very difficult. I kindly request you to arrange to deliver the remote by courier immediately and also acknowledge/admit the mistake and try to rectify it by employing sincere personnel’s so that the company’s reputation is not put to SHAME.

          I purchased two air conditioner (1.5 TONNE SPLIT AC) in april'07 in the name of Kanta Chhabra from Allied Industires, Daryaganj, Delhi. We got one of the AC installed at my home place and one at my shop in Mukherjee Nagar. The AC fixed at my home is working fine but few days back AC at shop started giving trouble as its cooling got decreased heavily. The serial number of the AC which is not working properly is 4550907/U/07/A/730437. I gave the complaint at VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE and its complaint number is 09JU110936 dated[protected]. One of the person came to our place to tell us that this is the maximum cooling which we can get out from the AC which is never understandable as I am using this AC for last 2 years. I am owner of five AC's from VOLTAS all of which are working fine except this particular AC. And that person went away without repairing the AC and without service charges. KIndly do the needful and ensure that this AC should work properly as rest of my AC's are working.

          Air Conditioner — Non Working of AC

          Dear Team,

          I am Ashok Kaim having 2 ton split AC ( VOLTAS ) bought on 13th April 2011, i am tooooooooo frustrated with the AC, i have logged more then 10 times in customer care, every time technitiation come and say that AC is fine, after few hours, somewhere water likadge problem, somewhere Cooling Problem..

          I dont wanna this AC, and i want to register a CASE against the company..

          i would like to request to higher authority, plz take strict action against them, and help me to resolve the issue....

            This is Nithiyavathi, Admn Officer working for CEO Pvt Ltd, Chennai. A year back, we had purchased 6 ACs from Viveks, Annanagar.

            I have registered a complaint to Viveks Service on 29th May with relate to non working of one of our split AC. After continuous call and complaints to Viveks, a technician attended the issue on 5th June and left the place stating that a replacement of a minor part is required and said the problem will be rectified on the same day. However it is 12th June where in which i have not received any feedback from Viveks for correcting the A/c even after my calls to them.

            I am totally dissatisfied with the service they provide. Need guidance / support from the higher officials to look into the issue seriously.

            I have never seen a worst customer service in my life time.
            We got a 1.5 split A/C from viveks and after 2 weeks the A/C did not function.I made a complaint registered on june 22. First time i called they said 1 week time. i called after a week on 29th, they said july 3. after 2 hours i called again, they said july 11. a brand new A/C is not functioning and a worst service from viveks. Service center people does not have patience to answer our questions.
            I am never going to buy anything from viveks and make sure to get this feedback is posted on all review sites for electronics goods so that they will be aware of viveks and its service.
            yes one of the worst service I've ever had. they assured to give good service when we were about to purchase from them. after two or three months, when it was the time to clean my Air conditioner, i called them repeatedly and told that a foul smell is commin out of my AC. they said they'll come today, tomorrow, after 2 days. but they never came. i complained them and gave the worst feed back for them in their feedback option. then they finally came. at that time, when they came to clean, i was not there and they broke the direction changer and other things. So don't ever buy anything from viveks. They are giving some of the worst services.

              Two years ago, i installaed one window AC of 1.5 ton from Voltas.
              This ac stopped functionning this month and i lodged the service request on Voltas dealer in kota (chaudary international). The first time i was told that the service technician would attend within 48 hours. No body visited. After waiting for one week, i started following up with the dealer but, everytime i am told that the technician is visiting today. Finaaly, i approached the website of Voltas to fing two email addresses, one of Head, Mumbnai Region, Mr A K joshi and second of Prakash, and sent them email on 25th April, 2008 requesting for intervention, but to my surprise, both the emails bunced back.

              We donot expect the poor service support from the TATA group compny, who claim to have INDIA KA AC.
              Yes, they truly have INDIA KA AC-----No service Support. The other MNC have very quick service backup and truly respond back within 48 hours.


              My strong recommendations... dont get carried away by INDIA KA AC...DONOT BUY VOLTAS AC - or else have a failed AC in peak summer...INSTEAD buy some brand which gives good after sales...GODREJ is one definitely...

                Gift Center Jalandhar Pb. vide invoice no 103
                dt 22.04.2009. After installation the AC is not
                Co0ling properly & in warranty period . I contacted
                the Dealer but he ask me to contact the customer
                care.I lodge the complaint to customer care vide

                Voltas Vertis Plus 1 ton AC — Gift item not received

                Hi,

                I purchased a Voltas vertis Plus 1 ton AC in March 2009 for which i have been given a gift cupon. As per the instructions in the cupon, i have sent the cupon along with the product code, invoice to Spectramind marketing Noida.

                Till date i have not received the gift "14 nos multi utility set" mentioned in the cupon.

                Voltas Vertis Plus / Air Conditioner — Gift Item Not Received

                I had purchased a Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton AC in April 2009 for which I have been given a gift cupon.                 Voltas/vertis elite — not cooling

                I Deepak Sardana from Jaipur had purchased 2 Voltas Elite 1 ton AC from RajaPark shop named Felcon last Week,From last 2 day i am facing the problem that i am not getting the enough cooling that i was getting earlier so i had mentioned the complaint at your helpline number.then your 1 executive come to attend my complaint Mr.Ishwar singh instead of resolving my complaint he said its OK but we have to clean it and that i will do later and u have to be satisfied in this cooling only and Ur other AC is OK.But i am not getting the cooling in both AC and i am in big confusion that this is the service and cooling of world class Tata company product...it is the worst.I had written the same not satisfied comment on your service receipt also Receipt no.00784.
                Kindly request you to look into the matter and resolve my problem other then i have to take some legal action..

                  I purchased 1.5 ton, Vertis Plus Window Aircon . Voltas AC on 24 /5/09 for Rs.18490/- from

                  Reliance digital Retail Limited,
                  Shipra Mall, Shop no 1, 2, 3&4
                  Level III, Ist Floor, Plot -9
                  Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram,
                  Ghaziabad, U.P. 201012 .

                  I received the delivery of AC at 9:00 p.m on the same day.

                  Next day when I opened the box for the installation, I found the Remote missing.
                  I called up Reliance as well as voltas to ask what is to be done, both replied that, I can get the AC installed and company will send the remote

                  After lodging a complaint with voltas, a new remote (different from the one shown in the manual)was issued. but it did not match with Ac and hence, not worked.

                  The technician took back the remote to get it replaced within 2 days.

                  Mr. Pankaj, at voltas, who is dealing with the issue is not giving any crude solution to the problem and even not giving response at phone.
                  Now its been more than 15 days of purchase and I have not received the working remote that could match with the Ac.

                  More over a weird sound is coming from the AC. when I complained about it no action has been taken by the voltas.

                  Kindly guide me, as to what should be done in a case where after dealing with a brand name like voltas which assure you to provide service for 5 years of purchase, is not providing (a missing part of the Ac) service within 15 days of purchase.

                    I had purchased voltas AC 1.5 from Raj Electronics, Rampuri, Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 09.5.09 Ac is not working I complaint to shopkeeper but no response from them . Voltas is reputed company and they should provide prompt service otherwise noboby will purchae the Voltas product.Please look into the matter and do some needful.

                      I had bought above mentioned Window 1.5 ton AC a few days back. First of all, the fan was not working. My complaint on 25.5.2009 was attended on 26.5.09. The so-called technician fixed-up the problem and on the challan form(copy of which is with me) wrote that the grill is also broken and needs change and went with the promise that it shall be changed in a day or two. On 28.5.09 the fan started making noise again which was fixed 2 days after repeated complaints to the customer care and phone to the franchise Ginny Aircon. Although, the AC is now functioning, my grill has not been changed as promised thought it has been more than 10 days. Repeated requests for change in the grill comes up with the answer that the grill is not available. I want to ask Voltas that how come they are fixed in new machines? Is that not ridiculous? A company which boasts of TATA as brand name, if it offers such poor service, God forbid about other companies. If the mandarins of Voltas company are seeing this, please pull up your socks. I am going to suggest to my relatives 'NOT TO BUY VOLTAS AC FOR GOD'S SAKE.

                        i have purchase the volatas vertis gold ac (1.5 ton) from ambika enterprises-sco+42, sector -11, panchkula(hr) on 18-5-09, after instalation ac is not working yet i lodge the cmplaint in ambika enprises & voltas custmer care no[protected] & shop no [protected] mr avtar, evry time the people give me date said our engineer is coming, two time there engineer come first there is no gas in ac gas will be reffil & he fill the gas, nex few hours ac is not working i again complaint other engineer said it compressor has dammged, tilldate my ac is not working these people doing only time pass, voltas cutomer care has no proofession attitude & shopkeeper behave is very bad, i dont now how solve this proble please help & guide.

                          VOLTAS — NO RESPONSE FOR SERVICE

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have purchased a Voltas Split AC in ratna fan house on May-2008.Recently i am getting problem in the AC.I have made a call to customer care[protected] dated 21st June 2010.They replyed that the call will be attaended with in 24 hours.But still (26th June 2010) i have not seen any one to attend the problem.Even after repeated call to customer service i could not solve my problem.

                          Since there is a skin problem for my Dad, i have purchased the AC.But now it is not meeting my need's.Due to absence of AC, my dad getting lot of skin problems which i cannot bare due to the poor service.

                          Yesterday(25th june 2010) a person with the mobile number [protected] has called enquired the address.My place is out city.So, i has not came back to atted the call.

                          If they cannot support for remote area they should not sell the products to that area.

                          This is the same problem we are facing for all the products which we buy.

                            I m very sorry to say that your water cooler services after sales is in very very poor condition.
                            I complaint on dated 07.07.09 via complain no. 09 JL 070370, complain attended after 10 days, by regular followup, but unable to get in OK condition. Then after our regular followup, attended by you local service person on dated 03.08.2009 but same here, unable to get Ok.
                            We have purchased four water coolers fm VOLTAS. I represent Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.
                            If you have any customer care/regard please call me or try to attend the complain by VOLTAS SERVICE ENGINEER, - -- not A LOCAL TECHNICIAN.

                              I have purchased Voltas AC three years back from dealer at Jalandhar dealer SS Solar Appliances. First free service was done after one month from date of complaint.                               We have purchase 2 ton split a c from Fine Electronics(faridabad) against bill no. 2156 dtd-19.05.09 .From the first day we have face the non cooling problem, regarding this we have complaint towards Weather Comfort services, & we are complaining to your area head Mr.Ashok his mobile no. is [protected], from last one month, every time were getting same response that we will replace the same with in a day .                                 Referance to my Service Request ( No. 09my27 ), VOLTAS service staff attended the complaint on 28th May, 2009 and removed the compressor of my Air Conditioner for replacement under warranty with the committment to reinstall within one working day. But the same is not done so far even after telephonic reminders to them. . For referance SCAN copy of the Service Report Number :- 9663 of 28th May, 2009 is enclosed herewith as attachment.

                                we have complained so many times, but they are not ready to come, coz one of their service man has made a damage to ac while servicin, and now they asking for amount, , whther its not our fault
                                All the dealers are making us fools by not giving proper information.
                                I have bought two Voltas Windows A.C 1.5 Ton, Model Elite last year 2009 from Laxmi Nagar – New Delhi.
                                Despite of calling / sending mails for the service no one has turned up for doing service for the same.
                                Given time then also no one has come up for the service.

                                I have one question to this company. They say Bharat Ka No 1 AC.
                                I would like to comment on this company that they should not fool the customer by saying this. I was not aware of the fact before buying the ac with Voltas. Frankly speaking I was having before Samsung & LG A/C there service are much better that this worst company.

                                As I thought that this company is associated with TATA so might be better that Sumsung & LG and other competitors which are there in the market.

                                Now, I want to appeal that I want to return both the a/c to this No 1 WORST COMPANY & return my money which I have invested with no gain. All the customer / consumer who are reading this message never ever go for VOLTAS as there service sucks n AC is also not worth with any other one. Also, we are paying more as compare to the other brands which have much better functions.

It has been 10 days and they are not providing any solution .                                   I have brought 2Ton split AC for our office are 250 sq.ft. We have made several complaints to voltas but of no use everyone comes and says you will not get a cooling effect more than this. The main reason according to their service technician is area whereas at the time to buying AC I have been told that this will be good for 300 sq.ft. Is it possible that some senior technical person should visit and try to resolve the problem faced by us.

                                    I recently purchased a Voltas Vertis Elite 1.5 Ton Window AC from Shri Maruti Aircorn referred from voltas company in Chennai. After installation the AC is consuming more than the maximum current upto 11.5 amps . I called the Voltas service guys but they failed to diagnose the cause of the problem. I have called many times in the Service Enquiry section but still they didnt rectify the problem.

                                      We have purchased an AC from Ace Technomark, NOIDA. They promised us to deliver the AC within one day, but it reached us only next day and that also without any electrician. We kept on requesting them to send an electrician who can at least do the required fittings but no one turned up, then we have called our own electrcian, who has done the initial fittings but as soon as AC was started it starts giving sound, later on it was found that there was some unused metal inside the body of AC, which means that this AC was never tested neither by Voltas nor by Ace technomark. This is highly unacceptable and Ace technomark company should really be ashamed of their service. Request you all please NEVER purchase anything from Ace technomark NOIDA.

                                      I have purchased a Window AC 1.5 ton Product No. 4010903AO90001575 from Anil Radio, Sarojni Nagar, N/Delhi on 30/4/09. Since the purchase the said AC is not working well and I have made several complaints and on my last complaint due to non functioning of AC, visited by rep of authorized service centre on 13/8/09 for which they found defect that motor of fan is not working and told us that the same will be replaced on very next day but till now they not turned up for replace of the same. After repeated request with Service Centre they are assureing the same will be replaced very next day. Since more than 15 days have been passed but no action has been taken for replacement of motor of fan of above AC and the same is out of function. It is therefore, requested to take needful action for replacement of above AC at the earliest as the same are troubleing since date of the purchased.

                                      I hope that my problem can be understood by your company and immediate action will be taken.
                                      I had purchased that AC of your reputed co. so that service will be provided immediately but my presumption is going wrong due to late and unsatisfied service by your service centre. Even of my repeated complaints they have not taken it seriously nor given me any satisfactory reply.

                                        Damage the A.C PCB by the service provider.

                                        I am having a voltas window ac and i talk to customer care regarding cooling of ac and after that engineers from kooltech visit and said that gas in the ac is empty and for that we require to take the ac and give back on the next day after filling the gas, on next day when they return ac i found that the PCB for the ac got damage and i talk to them and they tell me that they will replace that PCB, again after some i talk to customer care and technician visit again and no action is taken for that, now again after some time i talk on customer care for that but again they give me the new complient no and no action is taken by then till date. they give me the service bill on which no amount of money is mention.

                                        voltas window a.c — cheating in service

                                        i am suffering from bad a.c service made by MAYUR ELECTRONIC, faridabad harayana, my a.c starts automatically after power back up, i complaineded to ur service dealear MAYUR ELECTRONICS he changed one part and said that its ok but then also its starts automatically i called mayurelectronic for that but they said its ok, its ok but nothing is ok i am feeling cheated .

                                        Voltas Window A.c — Not Attending Complaint

                                        I hv purchased Voltas Window A.C last year in June-08 ans its yet to complete One Year, after getting done Second Free Service, my Said A.C was not functioning properly.Despite of Regular telephonic complaint regarding the same from last 10 days (customer ID is C0992159) not one attending my place.

                                        After getting the second sale Service we faced regular shut down AC automatically and we need one senoir Engineer to be attending our complaint ate the earliest.
