[Resolved]  Tata Sky — channels available on tata sky

We have taken the TATA sky last year and from then later on some new channels that has been announanced are not available even though they are there at the TATA SKY menu but many channles like:-Bindaas, UTV movies, Neo sport, 9X, NDTV imagine etc are not available now.So could you please look in to the issue and provide proper services so that subscribers are least affcted.

I would like to inform you that my name is BRIJ RAM I will purchase TATASKY DISH ON 20/03/2008 IN BHAGIRATH PLACE NEAR RED FORT DELHI-6
DEALER PHONE .NO.[protected] ID. NO.[protected] Dealer & company promise to me I will come on[protected] to[protected], he did not come our area so I will came to chandigarh on[protected] personally he told me[protected] our engineer will come to your side till date and he will come to me 06/05/2008 I will longtime waiting you but dealer and company persons nobody can come, so many time I will call to company and dealer no response for your side I will waste the time and money and chandigarh expense also . please refund our money and expense I came dealer five timedealer told me you can complaint the tatasky otherwise case him dealer told me I have get Rs. 50 only.

tatasky new channel
I brought Tata Sky connection in May 2008 thru helpdesk but as per installer guy, it can't be installed on my house due to missing direction of signal.

I called helpdesk to cancel the order on 2nd June 2008. They told me to return the whole money and cancel the case within 5-10 days. But now, 1 month has been passed and no action has been taken from their side.

I called them 5 times but every time they keep me on hold and after that call disconnected automatically. It's very frustrating and disappointing.

Obviouslly if they didn't take action within next 15 days i have to go to Consumer court.

Your Tata Sky customer dealing is very poor. you people are not responding either on phone or via any communication. your employee came at home after three days of purchase of Digicomp. Even after the connection Digicomp is not working. Please look into the matter. we, customers are very much harass by your services.

you people are simply befooling the public. Look into the matter or we take some legal step against you people.

I have to go through a pathetic customer service from TATA sky. I have been a TATA sky customer (Sub ID: [protected]) for more than a year.

Reason for Disatisfaction: Due to some work I was out of town for last 7 days and didn't get time to recharge my account. When I was watching TATA sky it went off due to my failue to recharge it on time. I called up your Helpline to check if you can give me a grace for a single day to use TATA sky. I was AMAZED to know that this is impossible. Your customer service cannot allow me to use it for a single day! I know, I will go ahead and charge this tomorrow. However, I wanted to tell you that your company is Worthless, Hopeless and useless. I will ensure that I inform at least 100 people that you have such a pathetic incompetent customer service.

I understand that this is not possible as you told me this is done by a computer. However, this was my comansense as a customer that it would be possible. As I am working myself in a customer support. Also I have been a customer of AIRTEL for last 3 years 6 months. And they have always assisted me.

NOTE: I will escalate this to higher authorities up their in your hierarchy. To tell them they won't be able to live more on this company and will lose to this competitive market.

If no acion is taken on this piece, I will switchover to any other brand in near future will ensure at least 100 people at my workplace, friends will be aware of this useless service.

Then I received a call from Banglore. Where the supervisor asked me if I want to disconnect the service...PATHETIC. I will now have to carry these dumb antennas along...

requested sir, i buy the tatasky last 2 months and have prob with signal i not get signal for star plus, dd national, zee tv, neosports, all these channels are cutting.i suggest u to just increase the signal plz
i brought the connection in the year 2008 and after 2 years we had a problem in set top box and they told us to change it and buy a new set top box...neither they are giving proper response nor helping us...really pathetic customer service they have
