ACTIVATION TIME

Tata Sky is prompt in deactivating the digi card but takes lot of time to activate the same.My TV was de activated and after recharging the voucher it was not charged and no telephone number is there to inform them about this...

Commitment

When we shifted to Goregaon (West) we thought to go for DTH service instead of regular Cable Network. Amongst the DTH service providers, we went for Tata Sky because of TATA's credibility.

Flashing codes and other irritants

The 8 digit code with blue background is flashed every 5-10 minutes or so on my TV screen for at least 30 seconds. Sometimes, there are multiple such codes at the same time. This is really irritating from the point of view of viewer experience, as the codes are right there in the middle of the screen in most instances.

I was lead to believe that this is a security measure, but flashing it every 5 minutes is just ridiculous....

Weekly prize( ipod shuffle) not yet received

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that my father was declared as the weekly winner of tata sky game ( moonlight mayhem) on 9 th Feb 2009. The weekly prize for this is an ipod shuffle. But still we have not heard anything so far from Tata sky inspite of giving mail complaints to them a couple of times.

I have almost lost all hopes of getting this prize. If this forum helps that would be nice.br...

Fraudulent charges

Taken the connection in Jan 2007 by paying Rs.4000/- + etc.. And every month the charges would be Rs.350/-.
In Sep 2008 problem started-all of a sudden while you watch the blank screen and then appears. We called the tata sky customer service after trying an hour we got through (great!) then I explained the full story and a executive told that she will send the technical person to check the robleem. And 2 days not to be seen again...

Annual Recharge and Worst Services

This is one of the worst company services one can ever have. Never go with these people services. The customer care people are very well trained to harass customers with improper information.Here is my nightmare story.

relocation charges and installation

We have written so many mails to tata sky help desk, and even spoke to them over the phone also, we have got the service call no 1-[protected], but till now no resposne from them. still waiting for tata sky engineer or some senior person to speak with us. we want to know to whom should we contact other than thier helpline number which is most of the time useless to call, they will put you on hold for one hr.

Idiotic set top box & irresponsible company

We are a TATA SKY customer for some years and our Digicard No. is[protected].

Whenever switched off or power cut off, the set top box will not work. This has been informed to their customer complaint over phone, `N' No. of times for more than a year, but nobody takes response in TATA SKY to replace the set top box.

We have to call their complaint section each and everytime and they will ask us to do...

Not Showing the free to air channel - Peace TV

Dear All,
Its bad that TATASKY is not willing to broadcast a free to air channel, even upon multiple requests since 6 months. Every time I get an answer that they are working on this and will get back as soon as possible. But no Luck :(

Increasing package price.

This is complaint against Tata Sky Dish TV.

I had taken taken Tata Sky in Aug 2006 after long discussion with them. I had take connection for INR 4000/- & during period they confirmed that they are going to add telugu channels in two-three months time at same cost. They added south package almost after one year & that also excluding package price at that time.

During last six months they are revamping...
