Sir/Madam,

I write this letter to complain you about erratic & slow-responding TataSky+ Digicomp (Very heftily priced at Rs. 6000/- on exchange basis) which despite several complaints on their helpline (should be Toll-free but is chargeable) have not been changed but informed instead that it is the same with all TataSky+ Digicomps and that I will be charged Rs. 350+ if in their supreme judgment & world-beating wisdom there is no such problem.

I also see that every few days or so, some petty amt. between Rs. 2-10 gets charged to my account and gradually my balance keeps reducing. I never send any SMS or any such cash-generating gimmicks resorted to by TataSky. Why then am I being unnecessarily charged. What is the use of keeping a healthy positive balance if Tatasky keeps deducting my hard-earned money on frivolous grounds?

Tatasky is not behaving like a reputed corporate house but some petty thief even stooping to the extent of charging for such basic right (not some bloody service) as enquiring about one's own (not theirs) a/c balance (which no Telecom operator nor any bank does) forcing one to SMS (again Chargeable- what a SHAME !!) for the same which should anyway be updated on a daily basis on Tatasky itsel[censored]nder Account Information.

I have told them that in order to protect other people from getting cheated by Tatasky, I will use the internet to spread the news of this incompetence, shameless attitude of TataSky and its gross neglect of customer grievance to several hundred of people who are waiting to see which DTH service provider is caring about its existing customers and not greedily eyeing just the future prospects.

    Sir,

    I am a customer of TataSky and my customer ID no of The same is [protected].And I have a rental basis room in Delhi. For that I have shifted my room from my previous place to new place i.e 584/D Gali No 6, Govindpuri N.D-19. And during time of shifting I have brought all of Tatasky equipments i.e. Disks, Set Top Box etc. Then from Tatasky, an Engineer come to install the same on dated 25th march2009. and after installation the service engineer( Mr Taslim Cell No-[protected]) have been signed by me a vocher of Rs 350/- due to installation charges.

    Meanwhile I recharge an amount of Rs 300/- for rental charge(dated 23/3/09 Tatasky Transanction ID TY[protected]) and for service chagre of Rs350/-(dated 28/03/09 Transanction ID [protected]).

    Inspite of being recharge of total Rs 650/-, my present account balance shows minus Rs 450/- and when I complained to TataSky they informed that they instlled new disk and for that they charged me Rs 1000/- extra.But thias information completely wrong. You may contact to service engineer as well as can also inspect.

    Under this circustances they cut off my connection and I become unable to enjoy TV despite of making payment.

    So I request you please look into the matter and solve my problem as per your best.

      1. I am having a tata sky connection with user id no. [protected].ON 17th Mar 09, at around 1830 Hrs I recharged my TATA sky account with Rs 500/- through ICICI netbanking.The amount got debited from my ICICI bank...but even after 22 hrs my TATA SKY account has not been credited with Rs 500/-.


      2. When I contacted mumbai customer care, I was told that this tranaction was not valid and no amount has been credited to my Tata sky.They advised me to get in touch with my ICICI bank.But ICICIC bank is also telling me that from their side the trancation was sucessful and that's why the money has been debited from my ICICI account.
      Again I contacted TATA sky customer care, but still they told me that money was not credited to my TATA sky account and it has not been debited from my ICICI account.
      3. To my utter surprise money is debited from ICICI account and not been debited to TATA sky account.
      4. You are requested to please help me out immidately.

      I am having a tatasky connection with user id no [protected]. On 15th dec 09 at 11.30 pm. I reached my TATA sky account with RS 300/- through Federalbank net banking. The amount got debited from my federal bank but even after 24 hrs my tata sky account has not been credited. Please you are requested to help me out immidately

        Dear All,
        Its bad that TATASKY is not willing to broadcast a free to air channel, even upon multiple requests since 6 months. Every time I get an answer that they are working on this and will get back as soon as possible. But no Luck :(

        Does any one also having the similar complaints?
        Hope TATASKY may soon broadcasr PEACETV.

        Tata Sky — Not showing free to air channels

        Sir,
        We joined Tata Sky with high hopes but it is really sad and surprising that we are not shown some of the free channels like "Total TV" and "Haryana Today". Inspite of requests we are deprived to see these channels as all the other free channels like "Sadhna", "Sanskar" are all shown from the very beginning.If such disparity is shown unintentionally even then people will be bound to think of seome vesetd interests. It is my humble request to show us the above mentioned channels as people everywhere are wanted to see "Total TV" and "Haryana Today" and these are free to air also.
        My Tatasky consumer number is [protected] then not shown in my TV for ESPN, STAR SPORTS AND NEO. I alreay paid 1 year validity amount. so kindly arrange my these above channels in my TV.

        Yeah, none of these cable oprator, or DTH oprator give that channel, they are scared off Zakir naik lol
        I really want Peace tv to be provided by tata sky.
        Yes similar is the problem with Dish TV and BIG TV.

        I GOT VERY EASY SOLUTION TO THESE DTH OPERATORS. JUST OWN A DISH AND RECEIVER TOTAL COST 4K (No month payments at all PEACETVURDU is for FREE ) FORGET ALL THESE SUDO, CYRCASTIC PEOPLE AND GET THE TRUTH AT YOUR HOME.

        I believe tatasky should maintain balanced by adding all religious channels for all communities like they added "Astha" and all hinduism propogating channels and there should n't be any double standard in thier act as a broadcaster in a secular country.         Why all D2H service provider not showing Peace TV despite they all know that they could earn far more when they telecast Peace TV?

        Its a big question that need to be answered by them faithfully.

        I would like to go to cosumer court regarding this and also file RTI to Information and Broadcast Ministry and like to get an honest answer from Mrs. Ambika Soni.

        It seems that Muslims in India are denied of watching their favorite channels such as QTV, Peace TV etc. There are many DTHs but none of them telecast even though there is growing demand for these channels. They can telecast MTV, FashionTV, but they don't telecast good channels that hold the high morals. C'mmon, guys wake up!!

        When i tried to contact Tata sky customer care for a complain, simply i lost my mobile balance but can't talk to any person. Every time the estimated time increase instead of decrease. Simply they taking our money in gently manner.

          I have purchased a new addon connection of Tatasky satelite TV and purchased 4 recharge vouchers of 2 nos of Rs500 denomination and 2 of Rs 200 Denomination that is total Rs 1400 from the market and had sent them by SMS from my Vodafone that is my Registered Mobile no.with Tatasky.I had to pay Rs 500 for the installation.But when my recharge for february was due I got to know that they had recieved only 3 SMS and told me to check with the service provider that is Vodafone.Vodafone Immediately confirmed that they delivered all 4 SMS to Tatasky No 56633.But Tatasky is confirming only 3 SMS and crediting Rs 900 only to my Account.Now they are claiming that they have bot recieved the 4th SMS while Vodafone is confirming of delivering the same.
          So please inform me what should be done as Tatasky is not responding for the same as they are only asking for the 16 digit pin no.
          So please try to help me out

            It is hereby stated that i m assopcite to 1+3 scheme of TATA SKY DTH services, on the name mr. parveen kumar goel, sub ID: [protected], I had faxed on 09/03/2009 at tel no.[protected] to tata sky back office situated at Banglore for DE-ACTIVATION of 1 Digicomp as one person had moved from my premisis, but tata sky back office has not responed even 48 hours had already been passed. i had met to local dealer Ghandhi Communication he said that he is not authorized to that kind of works.
            Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible either i have to seek some other way.

              As per supporting engineers i am the perorated user

              My Tata sky Subscriber Id No.: [protected] and whenever we contact Tata Sky Helpline for set up box problem, and discuss the same with THE REPUTED TATA SKY TECHNICIAN then came to know that persons are not an technician neither an general electrician.
              We feel that they are not Tata Sky Technician.
              We request you to open a Tata Sky Service Centre at Kolkata also.
              I was looking for a place or service centre in Kolkata from where I could purchase a TATA SKY remote. I called up the helpdesk, they provided me with a wrong number and wrong address-----there are many dealers in Kolkata providing TATA SKY service but there is nobody to address somebody who is looking for TATA SKY remote----

              The call center service sucks!!!

                This is complaint against Tata Sky Dish TV.

                I had taken taken Tata Sky in Aug 2006 after long discussion with them. I had take connection for INR 4000/- & during period they confirmed that they are going to add telugu channels in two-three months time at same cost. They added south package almost after one year & that also excluding package price at that time.

                During last six months they are revamping channels & prices.

                During revaming they had removed many channels of sports & many others & when asked they had said that this is as per coustomer request. When I had asked list of the coustomers who had demanded to remove these channels they deny by saying they can't give list of those coustomers. I think in India people are mad about cricket & i am confident & sure that nobody will ask to remove these sports channels, this is required to be checked from Tata Sky on this issue & should be demanded list of coustomers & after these they put these channels 0n pay to basis.

                When as an coustomer i demanded for adding telugu channels they confirmed that this is not possible as it is a separate package & for these channels we had to add this package at extra cost. So their is separate rules for adding & deletion of the channels.

                Recently again Tata Sky has increaed some package price (Family Package) from 200 to 215/- by saying they had added some channels & from recently added channels i see almost all channels are air to free channels. When i enquired regarding addition of channels, as per coustomer support all channels in Tata Sky are paid channels & their are no air to free channels available in the tata sky, same i had asked to give it in mail but they are reluctant to give it saying they can't give this in mail. They can give all information in the SMS format & as per Tata Sky they reply to queries in mail format but they can't give mail saying their are no air to free channels available in the tata sky. So Tata Sky is literly fooling the people by simply giving negligience answer & they are doing the thing in their on way & i think their is no control of the goverment on these people. For these newly added channels, when i asked who had requested to add channels & increase price they are not having any answer & are not submitting list of the coustomer who had demanded these channels. So, these people are playing with indian people as per their will & wish.

                So, it is my strong request, some actions & policy has to be formulated on these service provided & some uniformity has to be their.

                When we mail them on the query, we will not have direct reply insted they will give their package price & cahnnels available in the package, they will never give direct answer to the query.

                I want information on above query from Tata Sky at the earliest.

                TATA SKY DTH SERVICE — Package channels removed for no reason

                I had called customer support for adding Gold package, Ten Sports and 260 Rs package.

                Earlier the Star Cricket, ESPN, Star Sports were free till 30 Sep 2008.

                But now these channels are missing. I tried calling and making the customer support understand the issue.

                But the response is pathetic. Each ther 10 new suggestions to restart and check the box but no proper resonse.

                It looks as if i am a fool to avail additional channels and lose existing ones for no reason.

                Please add these channels in 2 days or just revoke all my earlier additions to previous status of 200 Rs monthly package.

                    Tata Sky — unavailability of Recharge vouchers

                    Tatasky DTH service has been an integral part of my family.
                    But due to un-availability of Recharge vouchers in Darjeeling, W. Bengal, We are not able to recharge our account, the due date of which was 12/10/08. More over we are unable to SMS on ur number as the service is always fails.
                    I recieved an SMS from ur end stating that our connection will be dis-connected from today midnight.
                    Regarding this, I'd like to bring forward the above problems faced by us in Darjeeling as we can do nothing.Please do the needful so that we may be able to purchase the vouchers in time and save ourself from such harrassment and tension repeatedly.
                    In case of my connection been disconnected from your side, I will be forced to opt for other DTH services available in Darjeeling.

                    It quit difficult to recharage tata sky on line. My opinion is company personle did not work to make, on line recharge proceess essy.i browsed a lot but could not find to login. It should be as essy as net banking is.
                    iam not able to know the balance amount and coustmer care must be free of service.

                    I am Goutam Jain from Davangere Karnataka state having subscriber ID [protected], tats sky company has very third class customer care service I observed ever.

                    Tata Sky — Channel not showing and no one contact after complaint

                    After many times inform to TATA Sky customer care and the Missed call services regarding the " Channel not shown subject " no one visited till date on the new address.

                    Tata Sky — No Signal for the past one week

                    For the past one week I am not getting channels. After sending SMS "NS" to 56633 also there is no response. Last month also I had the same problem and it was resolved in 3 to 4 days automatically. This is horrible and really painful

                      No signal

                      I have been using Tatasky since more than 1 year now... My ID No. [protected]

                      Since the month of November 08, I am getting "No Signal" daily from 0500 to 0900 hours.
                      I have complained several times ( nearly 20 times on phone and through mail) but the problem
                      is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain.

                      Kindly do the needful....

                      Dear sir, i am kabir ahamed the unfortunate customer of tata sky..my subscription ID is [protected]
                      i am not able to view zee, star one, star plus, sony, dd national and many channels in my tata sky. when i call them they told me some steps to do. i have done that many a times but nothing was happened. when i call the customer care they said technical engineer will come here and check my digicomp etc etc and i should pay 350 rs even if nothing is wrong in my digicomp/dish/LNB i am getting rid of this problem so please help me...i had erlier complained in this consumer forum on 28th of this month only. and suddenly my problem got solved in tata sky. i thought it is because of your extreme step. but suddenly on 30th of this month.. means today.. i got the same problem when i switched on the t.v .. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.
                      I HAD PAID THE FULL MONEY BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO WATCH THOSE CHANNELS.

                      Tata Sky — not getting some channels after paying for them

                      good evening sir,

                      i m a user of tata sky dht service and some months before i baught some top up cards of rupees 2600 to add on some addtional chhanels in my account and get added on my account but still not recieving those chhnaels yet.
                      plz help me . i ask my tata sky deealer regarding this problm but he is not ready to listen to us and no other dealer also hering our problm
                      plz send my request to tata sky head office and provide soluton of it..

                      Tata Sky — channels not coming even after paying money

                      Dear sir/ madam
                      please act on these complaint as i am getting severe problems from tata sky.
                      i am not able to view star plus, star one, sony, zee etc channels. its showing no signal. when i call customer service centre they asked me to pay 350rs for the technical engineer even if nothing is wrong from my side. one day it'll come and another day it doesnt. please help me sir/madam.

                      They called me up to say that my problem has been corrected, even though i still wasnt receiving any channels.When i insisted that none of the channels are still available, she asked me to lodge a new complaint.And the problem continues...3 months no channels, no signal...
                      I am trying to close this account at the earliest, since i have no faith in any of the TATA products now...

                      I never had any such problem. I suspect the problem is with your digicomp. I don't understand how can you claim that there is nothing wrong on your site. It is not Tata Sky's fault. So your complaint is not valid.
                      I am a Tata Sky subscriber. I had wrote lot of emails throough your website requesting to increase the number of Tamil channels and number of add on packages. But till date no response from ur concern.
                      Comparing with other DTH services in Tamilnadu as well as in India, the channel packages and add on packages provided by you is not attractive to earn new subscribers to Tata Sky. The actual fact is lot of Tata Sky subscribers in Tamilnadu are jumping to other DTH or to cable service.
                      For example, in Tamil language you are providing only 10 channels[protected]. It is our bad fate, as a Tata Sky subscriber I must watch only these channels even if I select any package. Further it is stated that if I want to see a single english news channel along with south starter pack (Rs.125/- p.m) I am forced to pay Rs.260/- per month. If you provide and add on package for english news channel, I am very much convinient to pay Rs.125/- p.m + cost of add on package.
                      Conclusively I am stating that as competetor to other DTH service providers you please introduce convenient packages to different kinds of subscribers and more add on packages. If my request is not considered favourably at the earliest or not responded, I will be forced to leave your family. - M.RUKMANI

                        Dear Sir

                        My tatasky subscriber ID is [protected]. This is to bring to your kind notice that my account has been debited for. Rs.75/- yesterday only for booking some movie showcase which I never booked. On inquiring from the helpline it was told to me that this showcase was booked from my registered mobile. On my refusal they told it was booked from my registered login ID on their website i.e tatasky.com.

                        Sir, I would like to tell that I have never created such ID on their site. On further enquiring details I found that my account has been debited several times and total amount of Rs. 350/- has been debited from my account from October 2008 onwards.

                        Sir, I have written a mail to the helpline desk as suggested by the Senior CC Ms. Renu to disable the resigtered login ID. On further enquiring about details I found that my email id which is registered with tatasky is not a valid one. I asked them to send me the scanned copy of my application form on which I requested to register that email ID.

                        Sir, I visited the tatasky website today and found that anyone can register on that site by just knowing the subscriber ID of anyone which is not a difficult task. There is no security system on that site.


                        Kindly look into the matter.

                        what u are saying makes no sense.. i[censored] are saying that somebody will register with your subscriber id on the site, there is nothing he can get out of it coz everything has to do with your id. If he orders a movie, or any package with ur id and his no. you are the guy who will be able to watch it. So it does not make any sense for anybody else to register with your id. Secondly, they will not debit amount from your account for no reason at all. Tata has a brand is very established and genuine, debiting small amt from account is definitely not what they do.

                        I have registered with tatasky on their site and have given them my digicomp no and sub id and have confirmed that both are true even then the site keeps saying that the two do not confirm
                        Their is no provision on their site for the customer to get any relief for such a situation

                        I actually wanted to recharge the account with Rupees 5031.00 only Tata sky account of our Mr. Raj Kumar (Tata sky subscription ID [protected]) for subscribing to Annual Mega Pack of Rs. 5000 and paying off old debit of Rs 31.00

                        When I did first transaction of Rupees 5031.00 the message appeared on pc screen that you kept the browser idle for a long time the transaction was unsuccessful.

                        Then I again did 2nd transaction of Rupees 5000.00 the message was received in my mobile No. [protected] by JK bank that transaction is successful but tata sky account was still not recharged.

                        Again I did a transaction of Rs. 200.00 it was successful and Rs. 200.00 was credited to tata sky account.

                        On talking to Tata sky service call centre at[protected], they told that the transaction of Rs. 5031 and 5000 are in process for customer ID. [protected] and it may take further 48 hours for crediting the amount in our account.

                        Even today i.e 21st of August 2009 the amounts of Rs. 5031 & 5000 are still in suspense, I request that the amount of Rs. 5000 only should go to the Tata sky‘s account and Rs. 5031 may kindly be diverted back to my Credit card account.

                        Its more than 4 days and it is requested that matter may kindly be treated as most urgent.

                          The regional (Marathi) channel is not available on TATASKY though it is Free To Air.

                          I request TATASKY Officials to let us know why?

                          It is surprising that the famous 'SAM Marathi' is not yet available on TATA SKY after reqular requests. I fully agree with the blogger. Now it is a high time and I request, Maharashtra Navanirman Sena to take up this issue with the authorities of the TATA SKY. This always happens with we Maharashtrians or Marathi Manus. We have high hopes from Maharashtra Navanirman Sena.

                            This is with utter dissapointment i am sending this mail. I am Santhosh Kumar who was a customer of Tata Sky (Sub ID:[protected]). I had moved to a new residence this 7th and i had registered a request to shift my connection to my new residence. Unfortunately it has never happened on date. Your engineers first came to my place on 9th and told me that your dish could capture pictures only thru South East dirction and that my flat was not in that direction. Hence it was difficult and that i had to pay a total of 1400 Rs for a new new coder and cables etc. Firstly i informed that i will not pay a single penny extra as its not my fault that Tata Sky can capture pictures only in 1 direction. For which i later on agreed to pay. Today 13th Jan, ur engineers visited my place again and informed that it is very difficult to install in this place and if i take the builders permission they can give it a try and that they had no guarantee that it will work properly after 2 months. Infact they advised my wife to go for a cable connection rather than continuing with Tata Sky. This is a genuine techincal fault of Tata Sky and as a custmer i dont have to suffer at all. For the last 1week it has become a nuisance for me with various executives calling me now and then which is affecting my official duty as well. Pls also note that noboby from Tata Sky had informed me on installation that there is a technical of such nature with this connection. Had i known it during that time i wouldnt have taken this connection. This is like dumping a connection onto somebody without giving full details of the connection. This is i think the biggest mistake i made of opting for a Tata Sky connection.

                            I have spend another 3000Rs. now and taken a asianet digital connection and i am a very happy customer of asianet now. Thanks to Tata SKy.

                            I have had my Tata sky relocated as well, but without any trouble whatsoever. I had to let them know in advance and then they scheduled the installation and was done very smoothly. In fact they clearly were very professional and efficient in their service which highly impressed me .

                              I have booked online for a new connection at 5.00 pm on 31.12.08, payment through credit card.It was confirmed that the connection will start by 1st Jan within 4 working hrs.However inspite the hardware being installed on 1st afternoon, the connection is not started till 2nd eve.

                              On contacting the local representative, only false assurance is being given.On contacting helpline the lines are busy continuosly(we can get through only recorded messages from Tatasky)

                              The service is rediculous, hopeless, ruthless...

                              Tata Sky — Have been cheated by Tata Sky

                              I bought Tata Sky connection via Direct sales. Since the offer was lucrative i took the grand package along with the set top box. I paid the entire amount Rs 4274, for the set top box & 1 yr subscription using my HDFC credit card.
                              First the installation took one month long which happened after n number of calls back and forth. Four days after the installation now the account is deactivated because it shows that i have not made the payment.
                              I have spoken to several guys who have assured me that this will be sorted out but no results as expected.
                              I am going through a similar ordeal.
                              My relocation has not been done though I had requested for the same on 2nd of this month. Even I get assurances from the telehelp people but no action is taken.

                              The Engineers have a mind of their own and these people are not able to manage these engineers resulting in no services to the customers.

                              I can say that TATA SKY cheats.
                              My dish t.v package is dhamaal mix but i want dhamal package only which is not include ten sports . I called many times on help line number but its not solve out. so please help me as soon as possible.

                                my subscriber id; [protected]. This is in the name of KD.Sharma. My digi comp is not receiving any signal since 1-1-'09, when i raised a complaint on the Hotline no they enquired about various things & asked to unscrew the main wire & screw it up gain. I did all but it didn't worlk & my digi comp was still out of any signal strength..Today again i called up at the hotline & again they are enquiring various things, I'm a working Executive at TATA & informed them that I'm not in front of the TV right now & requested to send some Executive at my place which they denied. Rather informed that Executive will charge rS 350/- for a visit. At one hand the Customer service represenative says that this happned due to some changes in software, then why is the customer being penalised for that.
                                I would request for the rectification of digi comp problem ASAP & also my daily debit to be waived off.

                                Yesterday night, I called to service centre at 24.02.2009 arround 11.25pm, he tell me is the line service problem update will be ok after 4 hours...? But, now already the next day 25.02.2009 at 4.30pm now...
                                WHYWHYWHY still remind the same...I use other phone to use also same problem...CANT receive call in n out...BIGBIG BIG PROBLEM...

                                in rainy season there is frequent problem of no signal and when we are complaining they send mechqnique and charge Rs.350/ only for adjusting dish . infact that is not our fault. i had face these problem again with in month. now they again charge for same . so i am planning to quit tata sky. i think cable is the best for ever

                                  I want Masti (music) channel on tata sky. Why is sky not providing some of channels that are available on Airtel/Dish/Videocon dth or other providers. Tata sky team, can u please look into this on priority, as we subscribers are missing some good channels that is must for most o[censored]s. My sincere Thanks to the Tata Sky team.

                                  i want channel animax on tata sky...u say that animax has been extinct from india but i had recently noticed that den network provide channel animax even in mumbai then why u can't provide it for us...plz stop giving your fake reasons that it has been extinct...your employees are not responding on my complaints...i[censored] r not able to provide right service then we will switch to another connections...not only me but many other people are fed up by this issue...its better for u to look over this matter unless u will go through a big LOSS if puplic opt for another dth

                                    i am using last almost 2 years using tata sky but last two months i am facing problem.
                                    1) tata sky digi com sound not coming so compy was replaceing my digi com wwith nominal charges.
                                    2)this giving new digi come last one week contineous reboot it self.

                                      We have 2 TATA Sky sets at our residence.Our Subscriber No. is [protected] .From 23.12.2008 F.N. one of the two sets became inoperative; no power was coming to the Adapter and the set-top box.So, I reported it to your No.[protected] by my Cell phone No.[protected] .The Complaint was registered ; the Complaint No. is[protected] .2 gentlemen came today at 10-00 hrs and changed the Adapter and the TV set is now functioning. .The Adapter now fitted was, however, not unpacked in our presence;there was no sealed packet.It was dusty and looked old, if notused already.Those gentlemen were asked by us to bring a fresh Adapter in sealed packaged condition and refit it for our acceptance of the Work Order.Rthey promised to do it on 1.1.2009 /2.1.2009. We are sorry to say that we had a doubt as one of the gentlemen said, on being asked by us, that there was no guarantee /warranty for the Adapter now given while the other gentleman said that it was for 6 months.Confronted with their contradictory statements in the same breath, they phoned up some one (not known to us ) and said that the Guarantee /Warranty is for 3 months.
                                      We do hope that you will appreciate the Customer`s angle and take remedial action.

                                      Approx two months before Tata Sky Satellite Television has been installed at my TV set under subscriber ID No.[protected] at my residence at 259/1/2, Raipur Road (2nd floor), Kolkata-700092.

                                      In this connection please note that the following :

                                      1. The cable given by you, connecting the set top box and the antenna, is short in length in comparison to scheduled length should be given to the subscriber. Due to shortage of cable I am not able to move my TV set inside the room. I informed the same to the person who installed the connection about a month ago, but still acction has not been taken.

                                      2. There is a problem in the small cable connecting set top box and TV set. Due to which the quality of picture is not good.
                                      For experiment I changed the said cable and fitted another subscriber's cable, then the picture was crystal clear.

                                      So you are requested to send concerned person to solve my above two problems immediately.

                                      Tata Sky Satellite Television — Poor Service/ False Promotion/ Cheating of Service

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I Purchased a Tata Sky DTH Connection In Jan 2010 and I used the same for around 9 months with little bit of issues which I never complaint , But when I actually want a change the dish to a different place with in the same Building as there was some construction work is going on and it may cause damage to the Dish and the Receiver and when Informed the same they (tata Sky company) has informed me that they would charging 350/- INR for doing the service for which I accepted (complaint # 1-[protected]) and they have deducted the amount from my account immediately, and their executive never turned up to my place for doing the necessary changes as requested, in the mean time the labour who came to work for the construction purpose have removed the dish from the location which caused damage to the dish and the receiver and even when informed them the same they never responded
                                      Below are the details of the customer care executives with whom I spoke and recorded my complaints

                                      21 Oct 2010 Compalint # 1-[protected] Result : No one approched or worked on the fault Satish is the executive
                                      3rd Nov 2010 record number : 1-[protected] after 1 hour they called me up and informed that they would come down to my place and repair the fault record number # 1-[protected] and till 23rd Nov there is no response from them and when I called them they( Mahuri bearing the empid # 47090 with complaint # 1-[protected]) has spoke and expressed her inabilitity to connect to the supervisior or to resolve the issue and she particularly informed me that her supervisiors or the manager is not avaialble to speak with the customer, and she also informed that I will get a call in 2 hrs from her manager if possible.

                                      Please help me with this inaffencient or irr-responsible and cheating of the service by taking the amount before the fault is resolved....
