Relocation harassment

I have given request for relocation of existing connection on 22/9/2008. I had requested my installation to be done on 1st oct 2008. I had called customer care officer for more than 20 times, each call lasted for about 15 minutes average. Till date i.e. 14/10/2008, this issue is not resolved. I request you guide me the methodology to sue Tatasky in consumer forum....

Worst Consumer Polocies

problem with distributor

ello sir/madam,

i am a tata sky dealer in chandigarh. i am facing some problem from our distributor . he forcing me to purchase atleast 5 pieces of digicom every month and he said me that if you will not purchase 5 piece of digicom of tata sky then your demo will be disconnected . we already have 5 piece in stock now so how could i purchase more piece. in every month i sold around rs.45000 to 50000 recharge voucher of tata...

ACCOUNT ACTIVATE BUT DISK IS NOT INSTALLED

i have purchase a tata sky connection on 13 oct, but till today 17 oct they have not install disk . I even call customer care so many times. Meanwhile my account activated and money is started deducted from my account, i got one sms recharge your account, so i recharge my account, even now installation is not happen, i am waiting for it.. Recharge problem

Dear sir/Madam

I did recharge of Tata sky amounting Rs 300 on[protected] at 7.30 pm. Dealer told me that it will start in half an hour.
now its going to be 22 hours and it is still not working. I have visited two times to that deales and his response is we have done recharge now we can not do any thing.

I had booked for TATA SKY service on 4th Oct 2008 and paid Rs. 3999/- for full one year subscription, at time of booking i was told that your hardware(Set-top Box) will be delivered with 72 workings hrs. On what basis they are charging so much for the channels when being paid 260 p.m.

I want to know that why Tata Sky is charging so much for so many channels in the name of so called packages when we are paying rs. 260 pm as subscription charges. DD-SAPTHAGIRI to be telecasted

Hi All,

We have sent many requests to tatasky customer care to telecast DD-Sapthagiri Channel, they tell us that they cannot give that channel.

DD is a free channel, Why cant they give. Tatasky or whoever it is they should telecast all DD channels.

Setup box not delivered even after 6 working days of purchase

Worst Service - A black sheep in TATA

TataSky connection, the Ac adapter to Digicam got damaged within 4 months, even though our electrical circuit panel got tripped automatically as a safty measure during voltage fluctuations. Note that all the bulbs, fans, and electronic items are working fine. Only tatasky AC adapter got damaged that shows the quality of items supplied.

Lousy Service; Non Responsive Customer Care

Pls help, I have been trying to contact tatasky helpline for the past 15 days.. I am put on long holds on the helpline and still not able to get thru. My STD bill would be huge..

Package Pricing

Hi,

In the recent price war between Tata Sky & Dish TV, Tata's have been claiming that they have reduced their package price.

However, it is interesting to note how they are mis informing customers. They have taken 7 - 8 channels out of the Family pack and reduced the price. If you want to get these added (sports & lifestyle channels), you have to pay additional 70 Rs which brings the price back...

Very bad service

Hi,

My subscriber ID is [protected]. I got the Tata Sky connection during early March 08. At the very start itself, there were a lot of hiccups but eventually it got over. I ordered the connection online and they said the hardware would be delivered in 5 days. Well. 5 days became 15 days. I kept calling daily and the CC would promise that the hardware would be there the next day. Needless to say, it never happened. I went ahead...

wrongly charged of showcase event
