Previosly I used to pany Rs 350 for the south Jubo pack with all the channels.
After they reduced the price. Then during Ind- SA series(to be telecasted on the NEO sorts).They told that U wont get this channel and you will be charged 300RS per month
Customer no other Go had to pay for it(no matter that after that series it is a utter waste of time watching that channel).
Now they started blackmailing for ten sports that i need to pay them 15 Rs per month during India - SL
series. the plan of theirs is to cut the Star sprots, ESPN, and star cricket and charge 40 Rs per month(during the champions trophy)

reduced price - 300
Neo sprots - 15
Star cricket - 40
Ten sprots - 15

total - 370

So they are charging rs 370 for 350 package. Isn;t it ridiculors..This is total day light robbery.
Not sure who is going to stop this...I am atleast going to file an affidavit in the cosumer court regarding this issue

yes, i do agree with you, they said there will two regional packages but only few of the regional packages are publishing.Even they are not yet lanced movies now channel.

    During these rains there has been no signal. Raised complain, a technician by nme of Amit Satam, cell phone called, charged Rs 300 and informs that "cable is faulty and needs to be replaced". According to him cable is full of water.
    I do not understand the diagnosis. The cable is allways exposed to sun and rain and it is worthy of such exposers and now if it is filled with water then definitely the quality of cable supplied and installed by Tata Sky (Jan 2007) was substandard.I have never heard of signal cable affected by rains.

    tata sky dth services — no signal receipt

    our id no [protected] i lodge complaint to tata sky dth about 15 days back but no response was given then i lodge a complaint at customer care centre with complaint no. 1-[protected] but was surprised to note that my complaint in recrods was said to be solved whereas nothing has happened on ground, then i contact to nodel officer on 4/7/08 in lucknow he insisted me to again contact the customer care centre and said to get removed the complaint within 24 hours i even said to him that my complaint is lying unsolved for last 30-40 days even i am paying the bill then he give me complaint number sr[protected] from lucknow and said i will get the resolve within 24 hour and i made a complaint at customer care centre with complaint no. 1-[protected] and i was told that their engineer will visit on 5/7/08 at 4pm to 5pm but no one turned up today when i examined the complaint status at customer care centre i was told our engineer may visit on 9/7/08.
    May i know from the honourable authority in how much time my complaint would be resolved.

    TataSky — No Signal to DTH

    I am not getting signal since 3 weeks and I have registered complains 5 times and I didnt get any response.

    Problem is with our society where I reside and tatasky provider over agreement. In my complain I asked them to send some authorized person to talk and resolve the matter or provide me individual antena (tatasky configured common antena for all in our building). Everytime I got the assurance that they will reach me and resolve the problem within 48 hours but after 3 weeks and 5 repeated complains I see no response.

        Hello All,

        I have ordered Tata sky DTH on 07/10 through their helpline[protected] and it was informed to me that the product will be delievered in 3 working days.I waited till 07/16 but I didnt got any call from their excutives.I called them only to find that it will be delivered in next 24 hours.But to my nightmare those 24 hours never came.I used to call their helpline daily to find the status.They never followed on my request.It was an horrific experience.I would have been lucky have I not ordered this Tatasky DTH.I could have got the connection from local cable wala atleast their service is not this much bad.I will never recommend this Tatasky to any of the person in the world.I was so proud of TATA brand name but it spoilt its image...

        Am still waiting for the delivery of Setup box ordered on 10th August on [protected]. Every time when I call on this no 4-5 call center employees use to tell only 4-5 pet sentences this is now 12th day and every time they tell it will be delivered by to day EOD.

        Initially they have made false commitment regarding schemes which I have mailed on helpdesk but till date after writing 6 mails I have not received even a courtesy call from the group. It is really very shameful for such reputed group to provide such pathetic response. Am was searching to complaint at TRAI/Senior TATA Group authority but fail to get. IF anyone has please let me know.
        believing tata brand name is the genetic fault among indians, like me. I ordered on 23/08, paid thorugh card on phone, they told it will be on or before 26/08. Sice yesterday have been making repeated calls to 66011122, [protected], response from janardhan, jitin, mohan, rajani & more was: we can not guarantee for delivery of hardware frm b'bay & not concerned with it; after delivery you have contact us for installation. Sine yesterday have been tellling them to cancell it, if they cannot finish the job bu 5pm on 30/08. But they are kept on telling the above reply. In the net could not find tatagroups phone no. for complaint, as tatasky is maligning the name of the century old tata's name.

        tata+sky tata for service is false statement made by the company i ordered a tata sky on 02/10/08 through credit card online. i was promised that i will recive my digicomp in 5 to 7 days. so after the promise date i am giving regular calls to them . they have only one answer that tommorow you will recieve, they dont have the courier air way number. i think they have recieved the order so now they will develop the technolgy and manufacture one box then they will give me. very silly from the big company like them. i want this complaint to be seen by sky people so they can necessary action against the name tata . i aam feeling like that i am fool that i have purchased online . icould haven taken from the local dealer . please freinds dont purchase online or you will suffer like me and increase your phone bills.

        TataSky/DTH — pathetic service provided by help desk

        I have booked tatasky dth hardware online through tatasky portal using debit card on 28th Oct 2010.
        Till today i have not got hardware as well as any call for them regarding the delay to provide the same.
        inspite of following with the customer care for 4 alternate days, every times the customer care guys provides with the different deadline and informs that you will recive call on or before the deadline, but non of those bother to call or inform regarding the status. I'm totally upset with the service which i ' receiving from those tatasky at the initiate stage, i wonder wht kind of service will be provide after. So i urge people to dont go for tata sky DTH as there service is pathetic, it has only name nothing else. Im sorry to say that cause i'm too working for tata group.

        I ordered one set top box from tata sky 8 days back with ID no: [protected] but still not recived any calls or DTH box at my address. I tried calling their customer care a lot of time. After arround 10-15 calls , they respnded back and registered my complaints assuring that you will get within 24hours but still there is no response. The two complaint id below 1-[protected]

        I had the same issue and had to follow up with individual people to get my connection. I have also purchased online and took me about 10 to 15 days. But the only good thing he got my connection activated immediately without any delay. That was good service from them and have no issues.

        TATA SKY itself recommends not to buy set top box online and recommend to reach out your nearest dealer for better service.

        DTH-Tata Sky — Setup box not provided after payment

        I have paid Rs 3999 on 18th April 2011 for buying HD Plus setup box, my request number
        was : 1-[protected],after that 12 days gone but I am still waiting for my HD Plus Setup Box. I even requested you to provide me HD Box instead of HD Plus box if you are unable to provide HD Plus box but no solution till date. I request you to call me on [protected],[protected],[protected] immeditely and let me know the reason for delay. In case you are not able to provide any box refund me Rs 3999 paid.

          Tata sky(sindhudurga/Western region) has abandoned their services since 10/7/08 of customer ID no [protected] and fact is that still they have not provided/ restored the service and for which their customer care section at Pune Call centre is solely responsible. We have tried to explain the fact but their customer care agents replying us in the typicall call center fashion they have provided us their Banglore Manager contact no. but when we tried it found busy throughout the day 12/07/08. Since 10/7/08 their response is we will resolve your problem within 72hrs but the fact is that when abandoning the service takes no time no intimation to the customer and for restoration they require 72 hrs, after 24 hrs of it over then their reply is mail has been sent to concerned section, here customer is suffering and they are not taking care simply killing time. Is this what we expect from TATA like branded service provider

          This is to bring you in notice that my tatasky is not functioning properly since from last month there is continous loss in signal & for more hours not able to see any channels & when we try to contact customer care for long hours the all india lines are busy. then i put request online on tata sky site but till now 24 hrs. pased here is no feed back, my details are mentioned below

            Dear sir,
            I am a Tata Sky customer and till today i had no complaint about the excellent service of Tata sky
            But today my faith in Tata Sky is shaken. My client id is[protected]. I recharged for Rs. 260 today (on 29th June 2008).
            I saw on the home page of www.tatasky.com that there is an offer in which i can wath 60 movies worth Rs 4500 free of cost.
            FOr that i have to go to My tata sky section and order movie in showcase. I did just that and i was told that Mithya movie (which
            i ordered through showcase) will be shown in channel no. 376. SOmetime later i saw that Rs 75 has been deducted for the movie.
            I called the custome care executive and told my grievance and requested him to reverse the amount in my account. But i was told that it can not be done because my movie is being shown
            in channel no 371. I never saw the movie and was charged Rs 75 for a movie which i never saw on Tata Sky.
            Sir, i think i was cleverly caught by the marketing gimmick of the tatasky.
            Please do not cheat customer like us. You should give full information about the offers.
            There were no terms and conditions attached with the offer.
            Please reverse the amount otherwise i have to rethink about again recharging and referring anyone to tatasky.
            I may spread bad words abiut the tatasky besides legal action.

The problem is very frequently any one of the TV no signal is displayed, Very often I have to complaint, the technician attend it & rectifies & after some days the other TV gives the same problems, my guest complaint, so I have to attend it which is 20km from my resident. kindly find the solution for the same
            my rooms are on rental so it is irritating to hear the complaint

              I am a subscriber of TATA SKY direct to home services ...It is more of direct misery to home ...every time it rains the services get disrupted ...I could not watch the Euro Cup and scores of other programs because of their sub-standard technology which they have sold so aggressively that customers have got fooled ...I would like a full refund for the set top box as TATA SKY is a hog wash ...Please help

                TATA name till now use to carry an image of respect and a company full of ethics in my mind. But the recent turn of events has forced to reconsider on my beliefs.

                With the start of DTH, TATA group entered into the arena amidst much fanfare.Needless to say it was accepted with open hands by the masses as TATA was a name they could blindly trust and they believed it wouldn`t resort to cheating. But now with the draconian relocation charges they have really stooped to an all time low. 600 rs for drilling two nails into wall must be probably the costliest task in the whole of India.

                The worst part is that you people are resorting to the old licence quota raj policy of one size fits all. For example if an user has got his dish with him along with wire to the new premises, and he only needs some tatasky technician to come over, align it and fix it up ( which is merely a 10 min task ) even then you are supposed to pay 600/- and if you are going for something from scratch then also its 600/- .


                My only concern for a company which till used to project a good image in customers is to stop resorting to such cheap tactics and be reasonable in their pricing

                i bought tata sky thinking tata is a reputed name, but later i found the customer service horrible. i relocated from banglore and was told i will be charged 350 if the building in mumbai has a common dish and 600 if it dosent but after shifting i found that the building has a common dish and the person who came to instal told us that ill be charged 350 but now they have diducted rs600 and i have been making std calls as they dont have a tollfree number but the service is so bad that they failed to help, and after recharging they had to give the connection in 24 hrs but they came after 3 days and have charged me rs 70 for those 3 days though the connection had not been given and again i had to make a std call and they put me on hold and told me to put a mail as they cant do anything.
                The charges for relocation is high and upon it if it takes more than 20 meters of cable they charge u extra 200 which i think is looting
                My experience is even worse

                Tata Sky installation charges are 1000INR. For relocation they will charge 600 rupees. Once you call them for relocation, they will come to your house and then connect it and then charge 200 rupees more saying that it is non standard installation and the cable is more than 20m. The interesting thing is the cable is not the property of the customer but the property of TATA sky. In case if the customer is relocating, he is not allowed to take the cable with him. Then TATA sky takes away the cable with them. They are asking me to pay 200 more rupees.

                Sir I wanted to complain against the dirty fraud tricks played by tata sky people to loot customer’s money. What they have done now is that they have added crucial channels like ESPN, STAR SPORTS AND STAR CRICKET to a new add on pck called "SPORTS PLATINUM" it costs Rs. 75 a month. These channels previously in the family pack and MOREOVER SOME OF FREE TO AIR CHANNEL was coming at the time new connection and now stopped all those channels.

                Fraud in the name of relocation
                I bought tata sky thinking tata is a reputed name, but later i found the customer service horrible. i relocated from sector 17c to 17a five month before at that time I was paid 600, now again I was changed my house in 17a itself around 100 metes away from previous house and again they were asking 600 Rs and i will be ready to give 300 but they were not accept.The charges for relocation is high which i think is looting the customer money

                I just bought TATA Sky a couple of days back in a multiroom configuration. Though at first I was impressed by the professional manner of the technicians but now after jst three days m begining to repent. Firstly my name was entered wrongly in their records. I can forgive a spelling mistake but changing my name from Shivendra Bisht to Devender Vist is horrible. As if this was not enough they activated my service with addons like Lifestyle Gold & Education Gold which I never asked for. And today I suddenly recieve an alert stating Rs. 100/- has been deducted for Non Standard Installation Type 1. What the hell! I was never told i was having a non standard installation at my premises. They already charged Rs.1000(after 50% discount) from me to install one dish with 2 STBs. When I went online to complaint the My Query page will not accept more than sixty words - that means I'll hv 2 make 2-3 complaints. but even tht doesnt work. After submitting one complaint the site is not opening the query page. This is so unlike TATA. I must say my trust on the TATA name has been shaken if not totally broken.
                I strongly agree with all the complaints. It's really sad that TATA SKY is not standing upto TATA's name they earned in the past and still people trust them. And in this age of competion where they alrady facing to other service provider like DISH, BIG and SUNDIRECT etc they will no longer be able to maintain there customers unless they improve their service. So the concerned has to seriously look into the complaints and do the needful for the customer satisfaction.

TATA SKY is a complete CHOR company ... they have completely destroyed the reputation of "TATA" with their fake relocation charges, secret debiting of account, hidden charges which never show in bills, non-working second hand set-top boxes and complete lack of attention to servicing a customer...There only purpose in life is to CHEAT, STEAL and MAKE MONEY OFF THE CONSUMER... I am truly glad that now that they are no more a monopoly in the market, Consumers can happily stay away from this fraud company and get services of DISH TV, AIRTEL DTH, VIDEOCON DTH or even RELIANCE DTH at cheaper rates too.
                I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done.                     You have not stated the basic cause of issue. It is hard to identify why your STB was not working. Did you call Tata Sky customer care and address your issue? Try getting in contact with them if they are able to trouble shoot and resolve your problem on call then that should solve your problem or else you will be alloted a tech visit to look into the issue.

                      I had relocated recently and I had informed the TATA SKY for re-installation of my connection.During installation itself the work was very poor, shabby and signal was weak.I told the technicians to check the signal quality and strength at the end of installation as it was hardly 20-30% for which I got a nasty answer back saying "once the picture comes on TV you have to just switch it on and start watching"without addressing the problem.I called the customer care # but due to their new package programe the lines couldnot get thru until next day.I registered the complaint next day and there was no response for almost a week.Meanwhile they promptly deducted the relocation charges of Rs. 600.I called them again and next day another technician came and admitted the signal was very week and corrected the problem.After almost 10 days later they deducted again Rs.300/ stating service charges.I called customer care but they took all the details of technicians but no positive reply from them. kindly look into the matter and help.

                      Dear All,

                      I am very disppointed by service extended to me by Tata sky. All promises
                      claim during placing order has been termed as false promises

                      I have place the order on 21st March and my order number is 1-[protected], during
                      the time i was told that the installtion will be complete.

                      Forget about installtion no one from Tata sky has called to convey the delay
                      in installtion.

                      This is leading to utter frustation and giging me feeling that these tall prmises
                      are the marketing gimmicks.

                      To inform this has happen with me second time. A year and half back i have faced similar
                      problem when i have to send them back packing as they dod not turn up on time

                      With tha passage of time i thought some change in the service level and
                      but the quality of service s very similar.

                      I am feeling cheated now, and will ensure that no one atleast my cintacts go for
                      tataky sky services

                      I sincerly hope some action wil be taken for my email and will not be dump as
                      another junk mail.

                      I have bought a tata sky st up box before 3 days but so many call the service center person not install the set up box. this is the very bad experince with tata sky. i have made a call to service center but they are not install my set up box.

                      The date of installation is usually agreed upon at the time of purchase. Since it has not been activated you will not be charged for the inactive period. The despatch of materials (STB, Dish, Cables etc) by the technician should be co-ordinated with the sales team of Customer care. It is also advisable for you to note the information of the technician who is about to visit your place for installation so in case he does not turn up you can immediately contact both the parties(CC as well as technician) to find out the cause of non-arrival. I Tata Sky has one of the most helpful customer care in the dth industry. It looks after customer greviance which also has efficient after sale service execution however at times there may not be a technician in the area to handle the situation and the work has to be alloted to third party technician which may take some days. The sales team should have your DTH installed ASAP as they value customers time.

                        TataSky recharge coupons are not available in market. TataSky dealers/agents are charging Rs 330/- for Rs 300/- recharge. I think TataSky is not paying any to them. I request TataSky to pay something to dealers/agents so that they do not rob TataSky customers.

                        DEAR SIR,
                        WE HAVE PAID FOR 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION FROM 23RD DECEMBER 2009 WHICH HAS TO BE RENEWED IN DECEMBER 2010 BUT THEY HAVE SOMEHOW
                        STOPPED MY CHANNELS IN JULY.WHEN COMPLAINT WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY OUR ACCOUNT IS OVERDUE AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SAME.I HAVE ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT DETAILS AND MY RECORDED STATEMENT AT THE TIME OF MAKING MY PAYMENT,BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GET THE SAME.
                        SO PLEASE INFORM ME WHAT CAN BE DONE.ALSO THEY HAVE INCREASED THEIR TARIFF SINCE APRIL BUT HAVE NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER AND DIRECTLY DEBITTED THE AMOUNT FROM THE AMOUNT PAID FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION.SO PLEASE HELP US OUT AND TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH FRAUDS THAT THEY DO.

                          Making complaints on the customer helpline number of tatasky is of no use. It is always busy. Their website does not work properly and no tatal eaflet provides an email or postal address on which we can lodge complaints. Of course having the address may not help because the company may just ignore the complaint. But at least one will have th comfort of having told them that they should not try to fool people about channel and package pricing. Besides they should at least provide toll free numbers for recharging. Then they may advertise on it to their heart's content

                          I have been trying to get your right web sit to get information on recharging thri debit card for nearloy one hr.my system is in reactivation stage.I am not able to get first of all your basic informations. Your web sies are filled with question aqnd answers.thorougly waste. Try to provide essential and basic informations in simple terms Which should be accessible on the first click
                          My complaint has been raised since 31st march 2013 and is still pending...i have wasted abt 200 bucks in calling the customer service atleast 7-8 times but no resolution. Best part is that they hang up after every 5 mins so u got to call again and repeat the whole conversation again to another rep then they hang up again...im so frusterrated by their pathetic service...they are really inefficient and a complete waste of time and energy. Pls choose another DTH service i[censored] are planning to buy one...TATASKY only talks big...but does nothing to resolve technical problems.

                          Extremely dissatisfied with their service.

                            The Tatasky is very inddiferent in there service. Even after recharging, they are not activating within a day or two and they take their own time. There is no proper indiual person /office /tel no etc.On the whole best in worst service.
                            Dear Sir,
                            Unfortunately I, R.K. VIJ happens to be a subscriber of Tata Sky DTH Service since last more than six months. My experience with the CUSTOMER CARE Service has been very bitter, during this period. The latest episode, I subscribed Rs.7/- only to download the SLUM DOG MILLANIORE ringtone, in my registered mobile no.[protected], and I was told that within twenty four hours this service will be provided to me. However, Tatasky people were very prompt in debiting this amount to my account immediately but, till this date, this service has not been provided to me at all, although, more than 12 days have passed, since I made this request. My numerous calls to the CC people have yielded no positive response. On 7th of March I again registerted my comlaint vide no.1-[protected] and also talked to Ms.Jaslin, but after 3/ 4 hours I got a message from here that my request cannot be accepted and nor my charges of Rs.7/- can be credited back to my account no/Customer ID No.[protected]
                            I feel shocked and cheated, as I never expect this type o[censored]nethical business practice from the house of Tata's, who have build up a repotation of being a corporate with firm believe, in words and practice, about the total transparency in all their business transactions.
                            I as a Senior citizen would request the top management of the company to look into the matter deeply and investigate as to how this serious lapse has happened and no body virtually seems to take the responsibility. This is not a matter of Rs.7/-, but it depictes the gross carelessnes, irresponsibility and callous nature of the Tatasky team as a whole and CC Department in particular. Finally, I want either the services for which i have been made to pay be provided within next two working days or if not possible the amount be credited back in my above referred account with a word of regret from the concerned authorities, failing which I shall be constraint to use various other options available to me as a consumer and ownus of which shall squarilly lie with the Tatasky Management.
                            Whats yur customer care no. and which one i had its not respondiing. Please give me no. new.
                            Tata sky - you are the cheaters. I stay in Deralakatte. I have taken tata sky connection from Amma Electronics, Thokottu, Mangalore. I ask any help with them - they are not able to answer to my question. Even after subscribing - it will expire before the subscription date ( earler to 3 days ). If I will ask them to solve my problem, they are telling - everyone facing the same problem. I am planning to complaint this to consumer forum, also i will inform this to the media. Your customer care service is worst. Please take care of this matter seriously, otherwise this will be a costly affair to you people

                            Hv booked Tata Sky DTH vide no.1-[protected] for last three days.Yesterday one engg visited n said the deigicom /antina can be installed in one balcony.later said will hv to be installed on roof.now if the signal is not cattered to customer then its whoes fault.my adjecent neighbour is having tata sky in theire balcony.i agree on roof now i have to go for two set up box so there will be two connection.who will bear the cost for extra wire fm roof to both my tvs?

                            I need this extra cost to be waved off.i had spoken to seniors n had been assured for the same, but no call to confirm neither no engg to install.

With this product I have also got the promotional offer of DTH set top box with 3 months subsciption free, and for that I have filled the application form of SPECTRMIND marketing Ltd. having S. No.397636 and sent the same with all necessary requied documents and a DD for Rs.99/- to them on 15/09/2009 via speed and safe courier service.                             Tata sky call centers are the worst call centres ever. the people hardly respond and whenever they do, they take you for a ride. A recent thing that happned to us was we wanted a new tata sky connection so we called the customer care and they took all our details and then diverted us to some other person. That person stated himself as praful chuahan and told us to take a new connection only through are credit card saying that will get us a better scheme and that we would get the delivery within 48 hours. So we proceeded with the transaction and waited for 48 hours. And after 48 hours when we still dint get the delivery we called the customer care again to enquire about this and these people told us that there is no such scheme. So we were furious and when we enquired further they just apologised and told us to wait for another 7 days. So we were really fed up and called the compalints department and the so called "professional" took us for a ride by saying that 48 hours meant 4 days bcause they only worked for 8 hours, Now please tell me who was this person trying to fool??? and is this what professionalism means?? and what is wrong with the ever reputed Tata group?? Mr Ratan Tata are you listening???
                            Don't understand this big organization doesn't have 24X7 customer care, No response in morning time. its 11am.

                              Set top box not receiving signal since 4 days. No ones come to check and Call centre gives the usual reply. They are not really bothered. However if you call for a new installation someone will appear within hours.!!

                              this is sashidharan tatasky dish holder in chennai. my previous address is 10/9a abiraami nagar main street, chennai 92. i have shifted my house bef 20 days in the same area called sanjay gandhi nagar, 2nd street, virugambakkam. they have installed for a new connection on the same day of occupaid. they have asked me for more 800 rs as instalation charge including wire charge. accidently the same day we met very bad fire accident at our house.luckyly we our family safely escaped. but all our good are burnt in fire. we had nothing with us.we have registered a complaint on the house owner other day. they have given f.i.r. copy. after a huge unlucky experiance. we have shifted our house in the same area addressed new number 50, akshaya apartment, first floor, kaliyamman koil street, west natesan nagar, virugambakkam, chennai 92. we had your connection for more than one and half year. so we need the tata sky connection again. we have lost the set top box in the fire. we are having the remote .my customer id is [protected]. so as a valuble costomer, how can we joined again as a customer. we are not in the position of giving you new deposite. so pls mail me and call me and tel the next step and consider our request. we request you to give a new connection without any deposite. call me and tell the detail, customer name -r.sashidharan. cell number-[protected], customer id [protected].

                              Have 3 Tata Sky Desk top boxes connecting to one Dish Antenna installed on the roof of my building.I have had this connection for over 5 years.I had been advised by your technicians to have the cable connections from the Dish Antenna cleaned at intervals as during damp rainy seasons there is a sediment deposit formation resulting in
                              intermittent transmission of fractions of a second. I had requested Tata Sky to do the needful previously and they had rectified the same to my great satisfaction.
                              I have again started having the same problem recently and yesterday had complained regarding the same fault. I and was advised to check my DTH. When I explained to the person that this was the case with all 3 DTH & I wanted the connection points from my Dish to be serviced he assured me they will do the needful. I also warned him that the roof is out of bounds after sunset and they could send the technician any day before 6pm. Tata Sky installer Gopal Biswas arrived yesterday at 7.05pm without prior information and insisted that he will check only one DTH and refused to go to the roof. He did not allow me to write on his job sheet and left without doing a thing.
                              I called the Help line .One person named Amit responded & hearing my complaint assured me his supervisor will call at once. Till 10.30am today no one has bothered. I got a message from Tata Sky at 8.01pm last night informing me that my work has been completed and the complaint has been closed.
                              I seriously object to this high handed behaviour of the Company and as I have just renewed my contract with them in August by paying over 10,000.00 rupees for a year will like my problems sorted out at once. If not will like to get out of Tata Sky and chose another provider.
                              You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a technician to arrive as per your convenience. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and get your issue fixed immediately.

                                Poor response by customer care, no toll free no. Have to listen to ads when you call. Waste of customer's money as he waits interminably and listens to ads.Package prices juggled, same channels for extra charges.No account statement sent. Most customer care voices not audible.Many free channels not given. Customer does not get local news. Cable much cheaper. Mechanics take long to arrive. Minimum charges Rs 300.Not the kind of service one would expect from Tatas.

                                  I paid Rs 3000/- through internet on 13th May for yearly subscription charges for which Tata sky never confirmed at their own either way of e mail or showing the payment status through TV set in your account information section. On my asking, it was confirmed to me that they have received the amount. Why they are not showing the annual subscription in my account information is best known to them???

                                  On 15th June I talked to Tata sky executive on telephoned and enquired about receiving alert signals for payment reminder. She told me that the reminders for payment is for the gold pack only which my son subscribed earlier. The gold pack is available for Rs 30/- per month or Re 1/- per day in addition to the normal subscription. On that day a very less balance was showing in the account information section, hence I told the lady executive that this additional scheme will be automatically expired. She confirmed that the additional pack is available only till 15 and thereafter if we want to continue for the same than will have to deposit the amount. Right now I do not want this additional pack hence I didn’t recharge the amount.

                                  To day the entire services have been stopped by them. I talked to their customer care unit then to Ms. Sanjali Malhotra and then to Shefali but all in vain. I tried to explain them that these are two separate packs and I requested them not to mix up these as one as these are not interlinked. But no body was ready to listen or think coprate with me and told me to deposit further Rs. 200/- then only they can start the services. I am highly disappointed with the type of servicers given to me and very specially the way of explaining /tackling the things to their customers by your executives and specially Ms Shefali.

                                  I never want any credit facility from them then how my account is showing negative balance?? I am a chartered accountant with more than 20 years but failed to understand your logic for deactivating my total TV programmers in spite of I paid the one year rent in advance.


                                  I never expect such services specially from the Tata's. I am very disappointed with total handling of the issue. It is a sort of black mailing by Tata sky with customs. I have no option except to deposit the Rs. 200/- under protest but I will fight for my right through internet and will logged complaints with different forums.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    I want to raise my voice against extremely poor service of Tatasky.

                                    My Tatasky connection is down from 9th June. We raised the ticket on 10th June (SR[protected], 11th June (SR[protected] and 12th June to let Tatasky know that I am not able to view their service at all.

                                    Today is 15th June & still stuggling to see a resolution.

                                    Also they have distributed services to many more people than they can handle. Due to their inadequate infrastructure, I am not able to go through their helpline line[protected] even after being on hold for more than 10 minutes on multiple occasision. I am sure this can be shown by their call hanged records.

                                    This is a live example of the most poor service I have ever received.

                                    Tatasky is proving a slur for the reputation of Tata group of companies.

                                      Hello,
                                      TataSky is surely a slur in the name of Tata's. One went in for this product as against DishTV only because of the Tata name but where has it landed the users.
                                      It appears that tatasky has gone in for restructured packaging only to make more money. Right now even on the site its not clear as to how much these addons cost in order to subscribe for them. Further, even after logging in into MyTataSky these packages are not listed in the subscribe page and so one cannot add them on to ur subscriptions.
                                      Calls to their call centre number are worse since after holding for quite some time one could not speak to anyone to get the clarifications. As such one had to give up on it.
                                      The whole thing is a mockery on subscribers since the bottom like is that they providers can change things at will and the consumer can do nothing.
                                      I wonder what the regulatory authority is doing on such issues.

                                      I agree with complainants as I also find it impossible to get through to customer care as I am kept on hold for long periods . further we have all the information for addons and special packages but no information is given or to be found for un subscribing the same.

                                        not reciving the signal since last week. complained to tata sky helpline at[protected]. the technicians checked the set top box and digicomp twice, but they could not set it right. They insist on replacing the digicomp, but it is actually in working condition. You are requested to get the needful done immediately and save me from unwanted expenditure of replacing the digicomp.                                         Dear Sir
                                        I have taken package of sports channel but i have not reciving the none of the sport chanel and Zee TV , Sony TV and Imagine TV , Zee buisness chanel also reciving the mixing signal.
                                        kindly lodged the complaint and do earlier as possible.
