[Resolved]  Tata Sky — helpline number not working

I have been trying to contact the helpline.. my id [protected]. tatasky connection is not working. I am in Press and will hit the TV channels by Friday if dont get the response. Pls ask the company technical person to contact asap

dear sir,
i am not satisfide with your service. your help line is busy for ever. i can not understand your monthly rantl plans. so i have to decided to discontinew the tata sky after some day.
i am waiting your fevourable replay if you are realy interested to resolve the problame.

tatasky channels are not functioning. tv screen displaying 'No Signal. please check and clear it.
