Dear Sir,
Unfortunately I, R.K. VIJ happens to be a subscriber of Tata Sky DTH Service since last more than six months. My experience with the CUSTOMER CARE Service has been very bitter, during this period. The latest episode, I subscribed Rs.7/- only to download the SLUM DOG MILLANIORE ringtone, in my registered mobile no.[protected], and I was told that within twenty four hours this service will be provided to me. However, Tatasky people were very prompt in debiting this amount to my account immediately but, till this date, this service has not been provided to me at all, although, more than 12 days have passed, since I made this request. My numerous calls to the CC people have yielded no positive response. On 7th of March I again registerted my comlaint vide no.1-[protected] and also talked to Ms.Jaslin, but after 3/ 4 hours I got a message from here that my request cannot be accepted and nor my charges of Rs.7/- can be credited back to my account no/Customer ID No.[protected]
I feel shocked and cheated, as I never expect this type o[censored]nethical business practice from the house of Tata's, who have build up a repotation of being a corporate with firm believe, in words and practice, about the total transparency in all their business transactions.
I as a Senior citizen would request the top management of the company to look into the matter deeply and investigate as to how this serious lapse has happened and no body virtually seems to take the responsibility. This is not a matter of Rs.7/-, but it depictes the gross carelessnes, irresponsibility and callous nature of the Tatasky team as a whole and CC Department in particular. Finally, I want either the services for which i have been made to pay be provided within next two working days or if not possible the amount be credited back in my above referred account with a word of regret from the concerned authorities, failing which I shall be constraint to use various other options available to me as a consumer and ownus of which shall squarilly lie with the Tatasky Management.

Tata sky - you are the cheaters. I stay in Deralakatte. I have taken tata sky connection from Amma Electronics, Thokottu, Mangalore. I ask any help with them - they are not able to answer to my question. Even after subscribing - it will expire before the subscription date ( earler to 3 days ). If I will ask them to solve my problem, they are telling - everyone facing the same problem. I am planning to complaint this to consumer forum, also i will inform this to the media. Your customer care service is worst. Please take care of this matter seriously, otherwise this will be a costly affair to you people

Hv booked Tata Sky DTH vide no.1-[protected] for last three days.Yesterday one engg visited n said the deigicom /antina can be installed in one balcony.later said will hv to be installed on roof.now if the signal is not cattered to customer then its whoes fault.my adjecent neighbour is having tata sky in theire balcony.i agree on roof now i have to go for two set up box so there will be two connection.who will bear the cost for extra wire fm roof to both my tvs?
I need this extra cost to be waved off.i had spoken to seniors n had been assured for the same, but no call to confirm neither no engg to install.

I, Mr. C. T. Ravi of kannur, kerala purchaed a LG LCD model 26LH20 from lg dealer M/s. Nandilath G Mart, Kannur, Kerala on 30/08/2009 having invoice no.KNR-11037 and serial no. of my product is 907LPQNO22780. With this product I have also got the promotional offer of DTH set top box with 3 months subsciption free, and for that I have filled the application form of SPECTRMIND marketing Ltd. having S. No.397636 and sent the same with all necessary requied documents and a DD for Rs.99/- to them on 15/09/2009 via speed and safe courier service. Unfortunately I have not received the set top box and subscription till date. Please look into the matter and send the same early as possible. Tata sky call centers are the worst call centres ever. the people hardly respond and whenever they do, they take you for a ride. A recent thing that happned to us was we wanted a new tata sky connection so we called the customer care and they took all our details and then diverted us to some other person. That person stated himself as praful chuahan and told us to take a new connection only through are credit card saying that will get us a better scheme and that we would get the delivery within 48 hours. So we proceeded with the transaction and waited for 48 hours. And after 48 hours when we still dint get the delivery we called the customer care again to enquire about this and these people told us that there is no such scheme. So we were furious and when we enquired further they just apologised and told us to wait for another 7 days. So we were really fed up and called the compalints department and the so called "professional" took us for a ride by saying that 48 hours meant 4 days bcause they only worked for 8 hours, Now please tell me who was this person trying to fool??? and is this what professionalism means?? and what is wrong with the ever reputed Tata group?? Mr Ratan Tata are you listening???
Don't understand this big organization doesn't have 24X7 customer care, No response in morning time. its 11am.

Dear Sir/Madam Kindly Immediately REMOVE ACTIVE cooking service which is activated by you TODAY ie 22nd April at 1 PM, and dont activate any service until duly confirmed by me by my registered number or email.Tata Sky — No Signal since one month
I could not see any HD and regional channels since one month without getting any services although I have raised multiple complain with no resolution.HD CONNECTION-Subscriber ID NO-1005946320
