[Resolved] Tata Sky Package — deactivation of sports channel | |
I am a tata Sky subscriber. My user ID is [protected]. during installation in jan 08 it was told to me that i will be given free package of Rs. 300/- for 06 months i.e. up to 03 Jul 08.which i was getting till 30 may 08. since 01 Jun 08, all the sports channel were deactivated which does not suppose to be before 03 Jul 08 even the package rates is reduced w.e.f 01 Jun 08. you are rtequested to restore the same at the earliest or to state the reason for breach of terms and conditions entered during installation.
