my name is anchal singh. few days back i gt an email sayin i gt selected in tech mahindra company.when i contacted them they told me to deposit 7200 rs in an account which will be refunded at the time of interview.they said i will be gettin offer letter and air tickets within two days bt til today date i haven received anythin :( they gave me two contact numbers but from past 5 days both the no.s are coming switched off. i think its fake account.they are takin money from people.i am givin u the details of that account. pls sir help me in gettin my money back, i will be thankful to u.

i got a mail from quicker.com regarding opening in TECH MAHINDRA,KOLKATA in sap abap n there also mentioned a cell number of a person who claimed as a senior-analyst in tht company.HE told me u have to come to kolkata for interview on 22nd dec 2011, n also told that its a refference job thts y u hav to pay 1lacs15 thousand for company bond and 60thousand for refference after getting your offer letter.so i went at kolkata on 22nd.they took an interview in company.After tht they send me the offer letter in same day.isaw the offer letter.and handover allthe money.They told me the bond paper was send by the company tech mahindra ,hyderabad where they posted me before 2 days of joining.When i went on 23rd of jan which was my joining date in hyderabad TECH MAHINDRA office,they told me thatthe offer letter is from tech mahindra but they have no information about my joining.
After listening that i called to the company and also that person but they avoid me.I compaint a case in kolkata police station but they misguide me.I lost my money about(175000/-).sir please help me regarding this.i think the company should start a new income source with the help of some culprit.i want justice.They are playing with sombodies imotion.

Discrimination and Harassment at Tech Mahindra Chandigarh


I am Gurpreet Singh, Working in Techmahindra, IT Park,Chandigarh, having EMP ID-101368. Through this mail I just want to express inhuman behavior of Techmahindra Chandigarh towards their employees. I

joined the company having golden and long lasting career but Within 2 months of association with company, I landed in disaster. Now I am looking forward for any kind of assistance and support from you to get

justice.

when I joined techmahindra on 15th Nov,2011, I was so happy but throughout last two months I have been so rudely behaved by the management that everyone have objection against it. As far as training

department is concerned it is very useless and unprofessional....Trainers usually spend their most of time in chit-chat and do nothing. I would really like to share my work experience with Techmahindra.

1.I was selected for Airtel Punjab Postpaid as per my communication skills but later on I moved to Airtel Delhi Process without any reason, I didn't know what was going in the mind of these people, I had to

accept as I was constrained.

2.Finally I got selected for Airtel Delhi Postpaid process and my training started on 18th Nov,2011. I would really like to point out here that 3 times these people changed our trainer inbetween hence no constant

training given to us.

3.Our Training Manager (Mr.Pawan Joshi), really don't know how to manage the things, He put our salary on hold one month before and mentally pressurised us to clear certification and clearly said that salary will

not be given incase failed to do so.

4.On other hand when some of employees objected for same he released the salary partially to them but not to all.

5.Unfortuneately I could not clear the certification, there were two guys who were supporting the candidates in certification but they themselves were not clear about the product and because of that three

candidates could not clear the certification.

6.One of the candidates having good approach and relations with operational manager, these people given one more chance to him, whereas it could be given to all. Me and other guy named Sunil were being

asked for resignation and when we objected the same, Trainer named Minni Sharma threatened me that they will put my name in blacklist because of which we guys would never be able to join this organisation in

future. They forced to give resign and we had to.

7. We talked to Trainers, Training Manager and even to HR Manager but they are not cooperative at all. First of all it took 3 days to reach them because they didn't want to meet us. When they met us, it was

useless to speak with them, they just said "I can't help you".

8. They took our ID Cards forcefully and asked to resign and said that if not then they will terminate us.


Now I am looking forward for any kind of assistance and support from you, Please help me to get justice. Employees are the real assets and resources of the company and these people are really exploiting these

resources. HR threatens non cooperation means they will ruin our career. These people really treat themselves as owners of the company. I am forwarding this mail to higher management, just because I want it should not happen to anyone else.

Tech Mahindra recruited students from various Campuses including my college. I got placed in May and still not received any confirmation about whether we will be joining the company or not. When i contact the HR they don't give any reply and say you also may not be called, it's their decision.

My Self Dinesh Kumar, Panchkula and working in DC Office, Panchkula

I had worked with TechMahindra Pvt. Ltd at Chandigarh for the period of more than three years . *After that in the month of March I had applied for my provident fund and in the last week of November 2011, I had received a sum of 20606/- rs. in my account as PF.
According to my calculations for my PF amount for the period of 3 year 10 months it comes to an approximate of Rs. 40000/-, to 45000 while I had received just Rs. 20606/- in my account. Further I had confirmed from *Pune PF Helpline No. [protected] *that I had got just half of my PF amount i.e. just 20000/- rs. and half of my PF amount got rejected. Also when I contact with techmahindra, there hr guys said that this is not our headache, fill the form again and wait for again 8 to 9 months. When we are try to contact with helpline. Every time helpline no is not respond. I think techmahinda is making fool to all employees.

Sir, I had submitted all the required documents in respect of my PF withdrawal and I want to know the reason for the rejection of my half PF amount.

I Also Discussions With Shantanu sir and Sr,HR Manager MR.Shushil Behra sir First Of All he Suggest me please contact your Local H.R then I was discussion with Gutam piplani sir (HR) TTSL CDMA Department And also discussion with my team leader Farhan hussain and he was provide me some advance salary after one month again my performance allowance is not Adjust in my salary again I was discussion with Gutam sir I was committed that your salary problem is short out in your next month salary ,
And next month I was moved in other Process (EBS ICE ) Which is Technically process in A37 Sec 60 in noida again my Dipawali allowance is not Adjust in my salary I was facing Salary problem again and again in the last 6 month so I take the finally diction ,because I was so frusted I have not get more then Rs, 5000. That’s why I will give the resignation and then time my process HR (neha) and aman Sir (Process manager he is committed that your dipawali bonus which is have not Get, you will get next week but still I have not get my Diwali bonus around 5300 Rs, my only salary problem is the main reason so that’s why I was leave to techm.

Hi Everyone,

Tech Mahindra conducted offcampus on 26th March 2011.it was a 2days drive at Vardhaman College of Engineering,Hyderabad.We went for the drive at about 7am,there was a written test at around 1pm.we were informed that we were selected in written test and asked us to attend for Technical.We completed both Technical and filled a TechM form and then they conducted HR round around at 7pm and waz told literally that we were selected as TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE with 2.9 As CTC per annum and intimated that we will be getting offer letters within 20 days.but we dint get till now.When we called HR he had been telling that we will get them by APRIL,MAY,JUNE,JULY.But when selected candidates started asking him he finally told that there is no chance for us to get offer letters.This is the story happened.Such a fraud company,i dont know why it is playing GAMES with student's life.His name:TM MOHAN SANSA,[protected]

Please check bank account which was mentioned on the form (approx. RPFC will take 3-4 months for clearance of PF)

I am facing problem with PF department ,I have recieved my pf on 27 may 9262 Rs . It should be near about 25000 Rs. I have worked with techmahindra company 3 and half years. I joined Techmahinda in 26 dec 2006 and resigned in 23 august 2010 . 1st year My Pf deducted 186/- from march to dec 2007. 2nd year my pf deducted 286 /- jan to dec 2008 . 3rd year may pf deducted 315 /- jan to dec 2009.and last year my pf deducted 429/- from jan 2010 to august 2010 . kindly resolve the issue . I got selected in Techmahindra on 2nd May in Sharda Centre Walk in Drive . I was told that I will get the offer letter in next 2-3 weeks but i didn’t got. Then i contacted HR persons regarding offer letter then they sent me the confirmation Mail and also told me to left the Job that i was Doing because i need to serve notice period also. Then i left the job in Dec 2010 and start waiting for the offer letter. Now as i asked them to give me the joining they are denying to give joining and giving silly excuses. I am going though the depression phase as i don't have job in my hand right now. They played with my career, I keep on calling then but they just give one excuse that now the joining are freezed but i don't understand that they are still hiring freshers now then why they are not giving the joining who are already placed. Its not happened to just me but with so many young talents.
