account - MH/PUN/34224/14352.Had submitted proper form to transfer my
previous Company's PF account KN/BN/19966/462 with this existing account on
5th October 2006 ,means its over 3 years.
I asked my previous company they mentioned that the file came there with there office and they

I have sent a courier from Ghaziabad (UP) on 20th April to my residence which is in panchkula near IT park chandigarh.

This incident happend on my Travel from Tirunelveli to Chennai in Nellai Express dtd 20th June, 2008. i had booked a ticket for my in law on 30th of jan 08 and indico had cancelled the flight on that day and offered flight for next day.when we tried to cancel the ticket they told there is a cancellation charges of rs 750/- and they will deduct that money and will refund the money to my account (i booked ticket through my credit card), my request from every one please do not travel from indigo airline..
