Hi,

I got selected in Techmahindra on 2nd May in Sharda Centre Walk in Drive . I was told that I will get the offer letter in next 2-3 weeks but i didn’t got. Then i contacted HR persons regarding offer letter then they sent me the confirmation Mail and also told me to left the Job that i was Doing because i need to serve notice period also. Then i left the job in Dec 2010 and start waiting for the offer letter. Now as i asked them to give me the joining they are denying to give joining and giving silly excuses. I am going though the depression phase as i don't have job in my hand right now. They played with my career, I keep on calling then but they just give one excuse that now the joining are freezed but i don't understand that they are still hiring freshers now then why they are not giving the joining who are already placed. Its not happened to just me but with so many young talents. I called Tech Mahindra and Talk to the person in HR department they are straightly denying to give the joining. Please take the action asap

I am anuruddh dwivedi Emp ID 35922. I have joined tech mahindra A-6 Sec 64 Noida 201301 in 15 Oct 2007 and I leave to the company in 3rd Aug 2010 . I have applied for PF 5th January 2011.but the HR told me your PF will be come within 90 days after then i didn't received any kind of responce from the company and pf office.I called to the company but they did not give me any kind of positive responce. please take the necessary action regarding this matter

I m not interested in mentioning my details and i want to talk on behalf of all employees of Tech Mahindra BPO - Ambattur, Chennai. As i applied for my PF on May 2010 and they said that i will get my amount by July month end. But till now i dint get my amount. When i checked the status in the office they said that we dint receive any of your PF applications kindly come and give your application then only it will be processed....

i worked with this organization till 25july2010 and after a duration of 15 days i was unable to come to the office due to physical not fit and stayed at home and i was not intimate for the same. i came back to the office along with my medicale certificate on 09Aug'2010 and met with the Hr Miss Kanika . she refused to accept my medical and my resignation. she told to simply submit your Emp Id Card 57570 and wait for your onhold salary of 25 days after 45 days .

I still waiting the same . yet not i got any response from the company end.
there do sugest me what should i do with same and sugest me for any action as per emp act. i still carrying out the Emp id card.

This is regarding my PF, I left my old company on 15th Sept and filled all the PF withdrawal form.
My PF was submitted by my company to RPFC Pune on 30/12/2009.

I have not got any PF till now, I went to RPFC Pune for this issue but they were rude and dint help me.
The amount of this PF is atleast 50000, and its a big amount for me. Since 8-9 months I have been visiting Pune office to know the actual problem but I am helpless now. I need money for my younger brother's education. Can you please look into it.

I have purchased a GSM Card from Reliance last month. I'm unable to find any Network/Signal bars on my mobile. I spoke to one of the excutive and she said, it would take 72 hours to rectify the issue. However, she has taken office address. However, I'don't find signals in any of the area where I live also.

Dear Sir,
I am really really unhappy that I haven’t got the response from PF RO office Pune in spite reminding on this several times. Every I get the same answer "Will be settled soon". The customer service what I see is totally screwed up and some from higher management should address this ASAP to avoid any problem which might happen in future.

I could see so many requests pending since long time inspite people reminding for the same. It should nto happen that people go on rampage some or the other day because of this. Patience also has got a limit. It is almost more than 7 months now and I don't see anything getting materialized.

Could you please consider this as a humble request on behalf of all who are suffering the way I am and do take necessary action so that things are settled.

I previously worked in TechMahindra BPO Ltd. They recruit employees for just 4500 salary by offering a fake assurance that "after six months u will be moved to Tech Mahindra IT domain". By hearing this many freshers who are eligible for getting good jobs are approaching this concern. But, they are not keeping up their words.. And during appraisal they will just increment Rs.1-1000. Many employees are still trusting their company...

Dear Sir / Madam,

I resigned from M/s Tech Mahindra Ltd in Feb 2009. Till date I have not received my PF. My PF No. is MH/34224/2937

Initially, there was a problem of name changed in my case from Ms. Shilpa Suresh Mhatre to Mrs Shilpa MIlind Gadkari. However, the necessary papers were submitted to RPFC, Pune in November 2010 directly from my employer M/s Tech Mahindra Ltd which was confirmed by official ( Shri Ganesh Raut) at RPFC office . Since then I am calling RPFC, Pune every week for last 6 months, but not getting proper response from them. Since I am staying in Mumbai, I cannot meet officials at RPFC, Pune personnally.

Shri Ganesh Raut, RPFC staff had confirmed me in March 2010, that I can get PF in 1st week of April 2010 and hence calling him daily but not getting proper response. Phone No. of RPFC, Pune[protected]/51 and[protected] are either continuously busy or no body picks up the phone lines. i was given name of Mr. Sakpal who is senior officer to speak in this regards, but Mr Raut doesn't know his senior's contact no. and hence I am not able to contact him either.

Now I wanted to know how long I have to wait for my own money, for which I am already waiting for last 14 months.

Can anybody look into the matter and inform me?

At that time Hr person told me you will be getting the offer letter within 3 weeks.But I did not get any offer letter till date.

Today on 21st Feb, 2010 there was a mass walkin at Tech Mahindra, Sharda Center Pune.

I also got the call letter for the walkin in which it was only asked to bring some documets as below:
1. Hard copy of the invitation Mail. (Entry strictly prohibited without the print out of this mail)
2. Hard copy of Resume
3. Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th
4. Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Degree certificates of Graduation and Post Graduation
5. Passport or Receipt of Pa ss port application
6. Photo ID Proof
7. 3 Photographs

But no where it was mentioned to bring the original or photocopy. Hence, I went to the place on the scheduled time with photocopies of all the above mentioned documents and photograph.

But it was really upsetting at the venue when in one of the queue I was standing they asked for the originals and rejected us from attending the process whereas in the other queue they allowed candidates without verifying the originals.

Now, I don't understand that a company which follows so methodical process which is even certified for various standards is doing such discrimination to its potential employees.

Also, I came to Pune from Ahmednagar so I didnt had any option but turn around.

So I would request this forum to raise this issue and let the HR Team of Tech Mahindra know about this.
