Hello,

I appeared for a scheduled interview by Tech Mahindra through an employee reference on 1st of Nov 2015.
I cleared all the technical and managerial rounds and the HR called me on 4th of Nov 2015 for the salary discussion. They mailed me the proposed salary and committed for the offer letter in the next week by 10th of November 2015.

After their commitment I have resigned from the current organization and my last working day is 4th of December 2015. Now after so many followups they are not sending the offer letter and saying that the position is on hold and I could try in some other company as it might take time to release the offer.

Please let me know whats the right solution to my problem and whom to contact in this situation.

I have faced the same situation, they promised me for the job and also gave me mail that I was selected, but kept on delaying it upto 2 months after which they completely denied that any position is available and told me that the role for which I was choosen doesn't need any more developers...I was totally freeaked to hear such lousy response and my father is a lawer so I have planned to sue them ...I advice you too sue them on mental harassment issue.

Hi RPFC Pune, Please help me in my PF claim issue"transfer from Ericsson to Tech Mahindra". tech mahindra had initiated PF transfer on 21-April'2015 but it is still pending. PF Number : PU/PUN/0034224/000/0185413 i tried call 5 different nos so many times but no one bother to pick the call. from this next year onwards i will stop to pay PF, who will tolerate this lagging attitude of PF people.

Dear Team,

It's been 4 month i left Techm and currently i am trying to initiate PF transfer from Techm to Current Org.

But during PF transfer from EPFO website, TechM company is not getting listed in previous company list as DOE is not updated yet which i checked from history.

So please do the necessary update in EPFO portal so that i can initiate PF transfer to current org.

Rewpected sir, I had worked with Tech Mahindra for 1 year. I join this company at 19-mar-2013 and leave this company with proper resignation at 31-mar-2014. On 18th of june this year I had applied for PF. I had submitted all my document including Stamp paper and revenue stamp, Form 10c, Form 19. I was asked to wait for 60 days, according to which I was supposed to get my PF amount till mid of August .But it more than 60 days, i still don't get any amount and notification related to my PF. Last week I contact to the person to whom i submitted my all document. She ask me to call after some hour. Same day I call her, but I don't get positive response from her side. I am worried about my PF. I want to know what exactly happened whether my form get rejected, or if not why don't I get my PF amount till date. I already waited for 60 days. Kindly help me out.

Hi Team, My name is Srinivas Suresh. I was informed that my full and final settlement would be credited after 45 days from my last working day that is June 19th. I made sure that all the clearance process is done before I left the company. Unfortunately, it is now 2 months and I have not yet received my settlement till date.. Tried to contact HR department and payroll. just got a run around stating that it would be processed in September 1st week. Last time when I contacted, I was told, it would be processed in Aug 2 or 3rd week. now again got a different date.. Please do look into this and lhelp me out with this. My emp Id is 416849

He asked all my details. he said he needs to get salary approval from Senior people. Then the next day he asked me to send some more documents.i sent. but i didnt get any reply or offer no proper response also. Why u people need to waste our time also.why u want to keep fake interviews and wasting our time. Please don't miss use us.
