[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Cheating on 5% cash back offer

I’ve purchased Blackberry 8520 from The Mobile store on 31 Aug 09 Vide invoice number KA/24906 from The Mobile Store Koramangla with a promise of 5% cash back in 2 months. When I complained about this in month of Nov I got a reply that it will take some time and in first week of Dec you will get your check. We surely send it across. This is January of 2010, I’m still waiting on for my Money. Pls let me know why you guys are cheating for small money and do false promised when you have no intention of returning money. I need my money back.

Mobile Store — No money back

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one Samsung S5233 phone on 8.0.09 from mobile store
situated at 108/37, P.Road, Kanpur. My customer No. is[protected].
After my purchase I have applied for your money back scheme alongwith
all the desired documents and details apprx. two months ago. Yet I
have nothing heard or received from their end. While it was ensured that I will receive my money back within 30-40 days.

You are therefore requested to please do the need ful to get expedite my request for money
back and inform me accordigly and oblige.

Mobile store- — Cheatin by Mobile store on CASH BACK OFFER

This is to bring you in notice that i purchased a mobile under cash back on 20
july 2009 under cash back.I sent the required document to get my cash back
within the limited time period.As stated to contact after 4 weeks in case the
customer did not receive the cash back.

I contacted the Mobile store and i was said that i need to wait for september
30 to get the cash back.
When i did not receive the cheque i rand in the customer care of mobile store
and i was said to wait again til october 15 for the cheque.
whn i did not receive till 15 october i again rang the same customer care and i
was said to wait till october20.

Now when i rang the same mobile store i was said that the company is very sorry
as they havent received the document of mine.

I even rang Spectramind Marketing and i was said that there is no such
document.

I want to know if my document did not reach then how did you tried to fool me
round from sep 30 to oct 20?

I can challenge for the calls that i have made in your customer care.
I had had a talk with RAJU in customer care and he has also ditched me?

Every time i tried to register acomplain i was said that no complain can be
registered and only request can be taken and there is no unique number of the
reques.
This is big cheating from mobile store and spectramind marketing and i would
surely file a case in the consumer court for such fraud play.

I have also not received the cash back evenafter sending the duly filled in form and making several calls to Mobile Store customer care. How to file a case in consumer forum against Mobile Store for this fraud.

The Mobile Store — 5% CASH BACK PROMISE

I had purchased a mobile make Samsung Model No.S5233 (SAMSUNG STAR) with a invoice no.HR7320 dated 09.08.09 amount Rs. 8969. They have promised to refund the 5% Cash Back on it. They gave me a form to fill it along with bank details and dispatch it to Chennai office to Cash refund processing. Accordingly I have filled the said form with bank details along with my identy proof & copy of invoice and dispatched through courier.
Now Almost 5 months has been passed. I have not got any cheque or any credit amount through ECS in my bank account. I am following up regularly with their shop person they are always saying please wait your refund cheque will be processed.
I wish to ask through the stage of Consumercomplaints that how much time will you take for refund processing and why you are commiting with customer of such type of promise.

Same with me.When I purchased, it was told that I will receive 5% cash back in next 4 weeks.But now its almost 25 weeks but I have not received even a single rupee.

All are CHEATERS.

Never trust on "THE MOBILE STORE".
Its a friendly suggestion: "NEVER EVER GO TO the mobile store".
Same with me. I will receive 55% case back when i purchased the Samsung Star mobile from Mobile store on 10 Nov 2009.
It was told that money will be return as a check to your address within 6 weeks.
But no reply from there side, even they are not replying the exact status of the money back procedure.
It may be possible that at the last they could say we have not received your form or form was incomplete and offer date has passed.
and they can CHEAT us in a very planned way...

Hi All,
It seems all fraud. I purchased a sony mobile from mobile store on October 15th and got 55% cash back via their scratch card. I fill up the form and send it to the address mentioned in same week.
But the same thing happened and I have got nothing.
I contacted to their shop and they said because of some delay in their payment process now checks will be delivered in first week of January. But nothing has happened.
It is a good way to cheat the people.
If any of you guys are planning to go to consumer forum or some where for legal action against them then please let me know.

GUYS – Don’t trust on Mobile store, they are big cheater.

You are not alone. If store was really interested in giving some discount then they should have given then and there itself. Forget or go to consumer forum.
I have purchased a mobile set Samsung 3500i from The MobileStore Rampur (U.P) Rs.5229.00/- and I have received a Money Back Scratch card then after 5% money back scratch card no benefit.

All fill documents are forwarded to The Mobile Store (Money Back) Syrma Building, Plot No. B-27, Phase 2nd, Zone ‘B’ MEPZSEZ, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai- 600045 through Pafex Courier Docket No.[protected] dated 03.Dec. 09 then Documents received person Mr./Ms. Mahalaxmi Dated 07.Dec.09.

So please arrange these further details.

The Mobile Store — No cheque of the 5% scheme

I have written numerous times. Yet still I have NOT recd my cheque.

Since the necessary procedure has been done by me and the required steps not followed by your company, I would like to raise the query to higher authorities.

It has been 3 months and I am yet to receive the cheque.

I have sent all the details, numerous times yet still I have not recd the cheque.

Following are the attachments:
1. PAN CARD
2. Voter ID
3. The Voucher Scan copy.
4. Bill Scan copy.

The Mobile Store — Cash back offer cheating

Mobile store cheated me with upto 55% cash back offer. I purchased mobile and won 5% cash back as per the scheme. I filled the form as per the instructions. After several reminders over mail/phone/personal i did not get any response from the Mobile store. I repeatedly sent mails but no response. Don't rely ever on mobile store. I recommend not to buy any product from mobile store.

i have purshased a samsuns omnia b7320 from
mobile store bhubaneswar vide inv nowb5136,
item no-96508 dt 3.10.09. i have also qualified for money back schem for 5% on
Rs.13999/- voucher code no-PTMS00094600.
TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY
AS I QULIFIED. i have allready sent the money
back from in the month of october. please
