    A couple of days ago, i went into the mobile store, CG road, ahmedabad, to buy a mobile phone, they said with purchase of mobile costing 3000 or more i will get discount coupons of rupees 10,000 which i will be able to use at stores, food joints, resturents, shopping, and hotels in AHMEDABAD, I specifically asked, " can i use them in ahmedabad" they said yes. i bought the mobile, 2day i went to the dominoes, and showed them the discount coupon which was with me, they rejected it, i felt so insulted and humialated, i went to the mobile store to complain then, the sales person was least interested in me, bcz i had purchased the mobile, did made me wait, afterwards they said that " DISCOUNT COUPONS WILL NOT WORK IN AHMEDABAD" THEY just changed their statement, and started to give silly excuses.I walked off from there.. THIS IS HOW THE MOBILE STORE , CG ROAD, AHMEDABAD, CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.WHEN U GO TO PURCHASE THE MOBILE, THEY WILL GIVE U LOTS OF OFFERS, N THEN REJECT IT. THEY ARE CHEATERS, NEVER PURCHASE MOBILE FROM THESE CHEATERS

      This is with regard to a formal complaint on my experience with MobileStore, Marol Vijaynagar outlet.

      In Oct 2010, I had purchased a Nokia C3 handset from the said outlet. However, early last week my handset just went dead. My husband, Mr. Robin Lewis, took this handset to the outlet to investigate what could have gone wrong (early last week).He met Mr. Ranjeet there to whom he handed over the handset for investigation by the techinician.

      After immense follow up there was absolutely no concrete response from your executive. He kept dilly-dallying the issue and Mr. Husband insisted it is difficult for me to operate without a handset and he may please suggest if this could be sorted out?

      Mr. Ranjeet told Mr.Husband that there is a liquid damage to the handphone and that the warranty is lapsed. Mr.husband further inquired what would be the charges of repair and how much time it would take. The executive promptly replied to this and said the charges would be around Rs.1200 but no commitment on the time by when it could be repaired.

      We sensed something is not right, and there was no concrete response for continues four days hence on Saturday (12th feb2011) my husband and myself personally visited the mobile store early morning at about 10am. We couldnot meet Mr.Ranjeet however we picked up our handset and took it to authorised Nokia Care centre at Andheri. The technician there first confirmed there is "NO LIQUID DAMAGE" and rectified our issue within a few working hours under WARRANTY. I got my cellphone back the same day.

      I formally wants to report a complain against The mobile Store at Marol Vijaynagar outlet for the fradulent service, misguiding the customer and no responsible behaviour to revert on the queries.

      I insist a reply on your action on my above complaint.

        I had done a Mobile recharge from "THE MOBILE STORE"Fatehgunj vadodara by my creditcard NOxxxx xxxx xxxx 1756, at that time that person did recharge Rs 299/- on some wronge number, when I made complain to him he told me that the same will be refunded to me in 5 to 7 days and made a complain and made me CC mark of the same male. After sevral complains they finaly told me that the amount cannot be reverce..I had done the recharge with the mobile store Why I should bare their mistake.

          In the era where the consumer is to be treated as the king, I guess the mobile store feels the consumer can be fooled easily. This is because of the very bad experience that I had with the purchase of a Nokia E5
          I thought the mobile store would be a reputed shop to purchase a cell phone since it seem to be a branded stop. Thinking so I walked in at the Vasai (West) store and asked the sales representative Mr. Ali to help me with the latest mobile with the best features. He suggested a Nokia E5, I then asked him for the price and the benefits that he would be offering with the purchase. He said I would be getting a cash back based on the scratch card system which would be between Rs. 50/- to Rs. 15000/- and as a diwali gift you would be given a surprise gift costing a minimum of Rs. 2,500/-
          After being satisfied with the benefits it was offering I decided to purchase it and asked him to proceed with the selling process. I was asked to scratch the card wherein I got Rs 75/- which was deducted from the selling price and I was asked to pay the final amount. After having paid the amount he handed over the cell to me. I then asked him for the gift, he said – Can you collect the gift after 2 days as I do not have a nice gift at the moment and would like to give you a better one. Believing in his words I left from the shop.
          As told to me I went to the shop after 2 days to collect my gift. The concern person Mr. Ali was not present, he was on his weekly off. The other sales representative told me to check with him tomorrow. After purchasing the cell I had tried taking a back up from my old cell to the new one from my PC. Till 11 hours it was showing as processing and after that it showed an error that it could not be process. I asked the sales representative to help me with the problem. He checked for the version from the cell and said that it is a July 2010 version and I need to upgrade it from the Nokia Service Center. I am still taking the rounds of the Nokia Service Center till date.
          After 2 days I visited the store again for the gift. Again I was told that it has not yet come and I will have to collect it after a couple of days. This happen atleast 10 times wherein I or my sister went to collect the gift and was disappointed.
          Atlast on 5th Dec when my sister went to collect the gift she was given a headphone of iball to this my sister question is this costing Rs. 2,500/- to which the sales person replied gift should not be measured in cost and this headphone cost Rs. 3,500/- since it is a branded iball headphone, saying so he started looking for the price on the headphone and said it is not mention as we do not write the price on the gift. When she came home we checked the price on the headphone which was mention as Rs. 199/-
          Does the mobile store use cheating as a method to sell their products? This is a pure insult to the customers. I am very sure that I am not the only person being cheated. There are many people who have purchased from the mobile store with an assurance to get a gift of Rs. 2,500/- or more.
          I would really like to advice you to stop fooling people like this. The customer cannot be fooled all the time. I would like to pass this message to maximum no of people so that they are not cheated like me.

            today {[protected]} they solved the problem, S.E. aino was out of stoke so they took it back and refund it and as soon as new one come in stoke they will inform me.

            i got the solution with in a day thank you for that.
            I got the call back from THE MOBILE STORE they said they can’t do refunding and another C.E Aino was out of stock so the exchange the C.E.Aino from .C.E Vivaz.
            I am fully satisfied form the service. They tried to solve the problem as soon as they can thank you for that.

              I am Indranil Sinha and a regular customer of The Mobile Store. On Diwali, this year, I came across an interesting offer from The Mobile Store, wherein the schemes on purchases on mobile phones "promised" cash-back rewards and movie card vouchers free. I made up my mind to avail the offer and decided to buy in a Nokia E-63 on the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras falling on 3rd November. On queries at the toll free customer care number inquiring about the price and the offers running with the particular model (Nokia E-63), I decided in to buy the handset on the same day only.

              Ordeal - Part I

              On visiting The Mobile Store at District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi, in the evening on the same day (3rd November), i bought in a White Nokia E-63 with IMEI number [protected] from the particular store. While the store employees were not particularly interested in providing me the cash back coupon, which I got after much asking, they flatly denied me the movie ticket card voucher. Quoting them, they categorically stated that "My mobile device was not applicable under the movie voucher scheme and the scheme was only applicable on selected few handsets, while my phone was not one of them".
              On a reference to an advise from the customer care who had informed me that, I am eligible for the movie card vouchers if I buy a mobile device costing Rs. 7500 or more, they bluntly asked me to go and talk to the customer care only. Albeit, I had made a purchase by then, I was on a losing ground and had to return without the vouchers.

              Ordeal - Part II

              The next morning brought with it more ordeals wherein, on contacting the customer care to forward a complaint of the same high-handedness, I was advised that I would get a resolution of my problem within 48 hours. The story has been looping itself for the next 15 days till about today wherein the standard responses from the customer care has been that "You would get a response in 24 hours", "A senior would call back within 1 hour", "You would get a resolution within today", and so on.
              In the interim, around last week, I got a call from the The Mobile Store head office from Mumbai, who after my troublesome story, promised that my ordeal would be resolved within the next 24 hours, which unfortunately have not completed itself yet.

              There goes my Story. Would really appreciate if any action happens on my intimation.

                I recently purchased a sony ericcsion spiro set from The Mobile store in hospet on 3/11/10.The mobile set started hanging/freezing the very next day.I took it back to The Mobile store after two days and they refused to replace the same when they had the 14day refund policy.I want to lodge a complaint against The Mobile store for selling Defective sets and refusing to give replacements once purchased .The Mobile store in jayanager bangalore had promised me for a replacement for 85% over the phone,I also visited them in person to clarify the same showing them the bill and they told me even if 14days were over they will replace the handset but the very next day when i went for replacement they refused telling me that they never said any thing about such replacements and wasted two days of my time making me loater round between the service center and the mobile store.And they started fighting with me rudely taking advantage of me being a single women to argue.I seriously want justice for my money.Please help.

                i purchased a sony ericsson x10 mini pro from there c.r.park branch, New Delhi.. on Thursday and on friday found that its camera is not working. prepared a DU from sony ericsson service center and went to the mobile store branch from where i purchased he cell, the attitude was very bad.. one of the mobile store person even said that now i have to make many rounds around the store before I get back my new cell. Is this the way they are dealing customers? They are selling brand new soy Ericsson cell with problems and post sale sevice is horrible. I seriously regret why I purchased my phone from Mobile store. I want justice

                    Whomsoever it may concern

                    This is in regards to a recent purchase i did from The Mobile Store Koramangala Bangalore, I regret for my merchandise with you people. I have bought a Motrola XT3 Quench from you store on 24/10/10 and not even a week and it has failed with some hardware fault. I went to the Mobile Store shop and the manager there said that I need to get a DOA letter from the service center even though it does not have any physical damage as per The Mobile Store Policy. I like a fool went to the service center in Jaya Nagar (Fine Fone Solutions) who does not have a clue about this handset.

                    They made me wait till 6pm today and now they are telling that we would replace the system board which I would not agree as this is a brand new handset, all this confusion could have been resolved if the store manager in kormangala had taken the right decision and safe guarded customer rights.

                    I am cooperate employee and know how things work when it comes to customer satisfaction, this is absolutely ridiculous service and I would like someone to look into this to solve this ASAP. I was also promised free movie ticket and reebok jacket as part of the deal which is also not been provided.

                    If I am not getting a solution I am going to seek consumer courts help to sort this out

                      Hello Friends

                      The mobile store is the worst company I have ever seen. They have harrased me a lot in last few days.
                      I was just going thru all the complaints entered in the consumer forum against "themobilestore" is of same nature. I think now its our time to make them realise their mistakes.

                      We all should join together and send E-mails to our friends, colleagues and relatives stating that Themobile store is a worst company, don't buy any product from them.

                      Friends I personally feel that If we all join together, we can definitely take our revenges. I am gonna start a chain mail with 100 of my friends and I am sure atleast 50 of them will follow my advise.

                      Please suggest If a better idea comes in your mind.

                        Sir, I am writing you with sort of request ( Please don't consider it as complain).I being a very very loyal customer of your Stores and have visited at least 100 outlet personally, I have have never felt any problem in service or set, till recently.

                        I visited one of your store, whose address is here by given:-

                        and brought one MICROMAX mobile. Though in this store everyone knows me because each month i usually buy one cell or other, I felt really ashamed with the service being provide with the said store.

                        Couple of months back, i was told that this mobile-MICROMAX is of good quality and under the same impression i purchased it and gifted it to my brother in law.But withing a week, the set stop working and it required a change in mother board. I submitted it with your store and i was assured that it will be serviced and delivered back to me in One week.

                        With this promised ,so many weeks have passed and i am still to receive the set back. Now, unfortunately my office stood just opposite to your store, i cant help but once in a week i pop in and keep enquiringly about my set.

                        SIR, NOW THE STORE BOYS LAUGHS AT MY PROBLEM AND THEY COMPLAIN THAT THE MICROMAX SET IS NOT GOOD TO BUY.

                        Being a loyal customer I would like to ask few things from you:-

                        1. Why you are selling MICROMAX set? (IF IT IS NOT GOOD TO BUY..?)
                        2. why cant we approach the consumer forum for the staff behavior and lack of professionalism?(ITS MY HARD EARNED MONEY!) and you have given me guarantee for the same!
                        3, who will explain the delay of more than 60 days in serving one set? ( store manager says-he cant)

                        I am still to receive the Cell and with n number of false promises of the delivery date i am forced to write you this mail, and with deep heart i would like to inform you that i am no more loyal customer to your Brand. Yes i know, Individual me ,is not going to hamper your business. But trust me, I will be more vocal and more on the opposite side of yours while discussing set and services

                          myself Himanshu Kumar Srivastava,and i have face a problem for payment dispute of my card.i hear about you by my friend so i write to you for this hope you help with me because i have mentally disturb for this issue.
                          the problem is--

                          i have purchased a mobile , in "the mobilestore" cp outlet.i paid my bill by citi bank credit card number is 4385 **** **** 3009 dated on 08/10/10 and Bill Invoice no is 1159/2757.

                          when I checked my citibank statement,I surprised that payment done by my card two times for the same purchasing .When I asked in citibank executive they tell me merchant claimed amount(Rs 4814/-) two different approval number first is 074407and second approval no is 155047(given me by citibank).but i have approved only one merchant slip(number is - 074407).

                          After this When I go to your outlet on 11/10/2010 with citibank statement.the person(Mr Tarun Mktg Executive) deny the claimed amount two times and they claimed only one time against approval no 074407 and batch is also generated only one time in machine.i have also write the mail to "the mobile store" , but they don't give me any response.

                          and citi bank executive told me i have already paid this amount to merchant and this is merchant problem so directly approach to merchant for refund of money.

                          Now what can I do my money deducted and i am totally disturb due to this payment issues.

                          I believe that you can ask Citibank to reverse the charges on the second transaction, since you have not authorized it.

                          Clearly ask them to do so because you have not authorized it and for proof ask them if your signature is on the Charge Slip for the second transaction.

                          That ends the story with Citibank.

                          As for Mobile Store.. once you get a refund don't go back ever there :)

                            On 16th September 2010.I had placed an order for Dual sim Mobile Handset fo Rs 1649 and order no is[protected].Till Date not recived the order,Ealrier had called them to get different answers.In the account section it shows "Payment confirmed and Vendor Allocated".Despite repeat mails I am not getting any specific answer as well as refund of the Amount.They wrote a mail that the mobile and landline the contact numbers are not reacheable-its strange to know how other people can contact me when TheMobileStore guys find it too difficulty.

                            Kindly help me out.

                              Hi All, We recently purchased a Nokia Mobile at the Mobile store BEL Road ,Bangalore. The said they have some offer and they will be providing Nokia scratch card and 7000Rs coupons. After purchase the shop keeper told us they are running short of coupons and asked us to come back after 3 days and once we went there they again asked for 3 more days . One more time we went and they still said the same version of their story and got our contact details and assured us that they will call us.It has been more than a month and still no one called . We were still curious to know whether it was a real offer or not,so we called the shop a couple of days back and the way they spoke made us to think whether such offer existed or not and they told us they will call us back . We are still waiting for the call .BEWARE OF SUCH FAKE OFFERS THEY MAKE.

                                i have ordered samsung mobile online and paid through netbanking amount 3649/- on aug 31st. i got a call after 3 days stating that product is not available so take any other mobile then i said cancel my order and refund amount. customer care fellows are so irresponsible they talk nuisence and today is 29 days after i even did not get my money back and the kind of harrasment not replying to mails disconnecting phones, everytime they say you will get call within 24 hrs and after 29 days also i did not get any call from there beware from this store online and also shopping in this store is wasting your time and money no customer care at all. i am thinking now to approach consumer forum and take action on them.BEWARE ... they are bas.....ds.wasting my days and time.

                                  I purchased a cellphone Samsung E1160 online from mobile store website(themobilestore.in) on 2nd Sept 2010(Order no.[protected]. The payment is made online & my money got debited from my account but the handset is not shipped at my mentioned address. I called the customer 5 times but there is an irresponsible behaviour from the company personals. I tried mailing them at [protected]@mytms.in but the mail got bounced. Kindly look into the matter. I am very musch irritated & disappointed from this behaviour of Mobile store company.

                                  this is bibaswan ghosh...a customer of the mobile store...i have just bought a phone and i havbeen supplied with a coupon...at the time of buying the phone, i was not informed that the coupon has to be drafted within 7 DAYS.in this case i hav been miss guided an i failed to draft the coupon within the given period. ... what will i do to get my gift coz i think it is allotted for me...
                                  i buy a handset nokia & airtel connection, i also give my voter card as proof 2 times for connection, but my airtel number is being barred due to no submittion of proof, sale chor moblie store wale

But when after 3 days i called up and said to them that I havent received my Mobile They said to me that the product is out of stock and i vl receive the amount back by 14 days but till today I havent received any money back nor a reply from there side and from last week i am taking the follow up but nobody is correctly responding also and When i call up the customer care No. they say that your complaint has been forwarded to Financial dept. and you vl receive call from them. .i have all the details that when i have called them up and all tthe complaints no.I have three complaints no.1) C[protected]I[protected] I[protected].today also when i called them up there is no reply from them.                                         I visited Mobile Store 02/08/2010 for purchasing samsung business Phone, Their executive advice me that sony experia 10i has same feacter and also it is business phone but it was defected Phone and not business Phone.
                                        Again I visited Mobile Store
                                        they told me, give us DO certificate from sony, we will replace Phone as business Phone.I to do so any cost but now they offer me same phone or Rs12500.

                                        I am not satisfy their service.I have also sant them DO certificate which was issue me from sony.

                                        Sir, I have purchased one nokia 7230 mobile from your mobile store which is in Avadi Chennai on 27 Jun 10. along with set they have given me one air tel prepaid Sim, at that time I have given all the documents but after 15 days due to non submission of documents by the store air tel had stopped my service. Again I gone to mobile store and projected my problem but they have given me another air tel Sim on 12th Sept 10 and that time also I have deposited my all documents. Again after 15 days on 28 sept 10 air tel has stopped my service then I asked from air tel office they replied me same that your retailer has not submit the documents. After that I called to mobile store but they told me that they have deposited the documents. Sir I am confused who is correct either air tel office or mobile store finally I am facing the problem. I want the solution why they are cheating me, I want proof from mobile store when they have deposited my documents.
