I Purchased my mobile phone(Micromax) from Sion branch Mobile store in June month after that 3 times my phone was not working as i stay in hyderabad if i go some other branch they say from where you purchased you have to go their. So for that i used to visit mumbai. This time i gave my phone on 14th oct till now i didn't get my phone whenever i call them they disconnect or give me stupid excuses and the product which they gave me its defective so in every 1 month its stop working...please take action

My name is Sagar Srivastava and I am staying in BTM Layout, Bangalore, India. So I have recently bought 2 iphone4 from THE MOBILE STORE, SHOP NO G-48(Ground Floor), NO 22, BANNERGHATTA ROAD, JP NAGAR 3rd PHASE, BANGALORE on 15/10/13 Invoice No 12071/10096326. This complaint is against the Store Manager/Agent of your above store. I first went to this store on 12/10/13 Saturday to buy the phones and the manager/agent named VENKAT and another female saleswoman greeted us at your store. So before purchasing the phone I asked them a few basic questions like The final offered price, Can I convert them into EMI option with my AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD, What about the cash back offer o[censored]sing Axis Bank Card. The answers given to me by your store representatives on that day were: Final Price 23800/- + 5% Cash back and you can convert them into 3, 6, 9 months EMI option with Axis Bank Credit Card with 0 Processing Fee and 0% Interest. I doubted so I confirmed again as at other stores like Univercell, Sangeetha etc they clearly told me that EMI option for Axis Bank is not available. That means to avail the EMI option I have to get it done through my bank and that would cost me close to Rs3000/- more. So I was pretty much happy with the offer at Mobile Store as I was saving good money. I placed an order for 2 iPhone4 and Mr VENKAT at store confirmed(over the phone) that I would get the product by Tuesday. I was also told that instead of taking 5% cash back I could avail {extended warranty+theft insurance} at the same price. Now I was just pleased as I was getting my iPhone for Rs 23800/-each with {extended warranty+theft insurance} and 9 months EMI option with NO EXTRA CHARGES. Now came 15/10/13 and I was eager to get my phone and was in regular touch with Mr VENKAT over the phone. He told me that I would get my order by 7pm. When I reached your Store by 7pm i saw my order and met with Mr VENKAT I asked him to verify RATE DETAILS once again on paper. Now comes the Twist, Mr VENKAT very softly says that 5% cash back offer is their but EMI option is not available for Axis Bank. I got shocked and surprised, from last 2 days this man was making me a fool and when I am about to receive my phone after a long wait he puts in T's&C's that were not informed before. I asked him then why did he made any false promises then, on top of it Mr VENKAT tried proving me a liar in front of a pack crowd. I felt disgusted with his behaviour. I turned to the other lady saleswoman their who confirmed it on my face on Saturday that EMI option is their without no extra charges for Axis Bank cards. Even that lady in front of everybody changed her statement drastically and proved me lying about it. Even the extended warranty+theft insurance offer was a false promise and I had to pay for it as we'll in the end. This Behaviour from your Store Representatives is completely unacceptable and led me in paying Rs26469/- + Rs2800/- more for converting them into EMI's thorough my Bank. In total the phone has costed me Rs 29269/-which was promised at Rs23800/- ( I have the phone recordings as proof) i.e Rs5469/- more for each phone. My Request is refund of Rs5469/- for each phone and even compensation for the extreme rude behaviour shown by MOBILE STORE Agents and harassing me in front of general public. This is certainly not called Customer Service. I give you 7 days of time to have a complete investigation on this and send me reply via email or phone. I have prepared a strong evidences on my end to prove that I was right and your people did gave FALSE Information for selling products.         Dear Sir, I had purchased samsung Galaxy Grand Mobile from The Mobile store, Walkeshwar Road, Mumbai on 22nd April 2013. The code of shop is 1038. My invoice No. is 8900295. the said mobile was purchased by paying the amount by my Credit card of ICICI Bank. I was to get 15% cash back within 45 days of purchase as per the prevailing scheme at that time. I have yet to receive the cash back amount although more than 150 days have passed. i have registered a complaint with Mobicares and my complaint No. is MSCO10024807. i have already sent my bank statement to email address- [protected]@mytms.in as required by them from my email address anand.[protected]@necindia.com i want my money 15% to be returned to me as soon as possible thanking you need you help

          My name is Tarun Bhatia. I have applied for a loan from Aeon Credit service . I got the approval on 6-oct-2013. The Application No.[protected] and the Loan agreement no. 1310-1-[protected]-4. This loan was against the mobile phone "Samsung Galaxy Core" which I wanted to buy from “The Mobile Store” from Shop No. 108, Ground Floor, Shankar Rd Mkt, New Rajendra Nagar, Delhi - 110060 State : Delhi. Unfortunately, the mobile phone was out of stock and they said they will arrange the mobile in 2 days . I have contacted the mobile store to check the status of mobile but till the morning of 13-Oct it was out of stock. Then at evening on 13-Oct I got to know that the mobile is in stock but my loan agreement has expired and I won’t be able to buy this product I have requested the dealer (The Mobile Store – shankar road, new delhi ) to sort this matter. In reply they said they will re-submit my application and they will get the approval by mail on Monday morning. Monday morning I got on more msg from Aeon stated that my Loan number[protected]. But at the very same day this application was declined by Aeon as i got to know this from "THE MOBILE STORE". I asked them that it was not my fault. The mobile was not in stock so they have to fix this issue. Unfortunetly, They are not ready to listen anything. I have spent my time while visiting to store and on calls which i made everyday to get the status. Morethan that, it feels bad when you have to wait for something for so long and then you came to know that your time limit has expired. I dont know why i have to pay for this where i wasn't at fault.             I made a online purchase on 'Sony - Xperia M' around a month back(sept -3rd) and the order got cancelled due to 'no stock' of product. i was told you will receive moeny back through online in 10-15 working days.It almost a month gone and Now when i am chasing/reminding them they have ready made answer "its in process" without checking the details i have got the complaint registered in their official website around 15 days back and mail conversations however no fruitful results obtain.             No response for dozen of mails... Scoled them many times through phone.. Nearly after 15 to 20 calls, Finally they escalated my call to some higher level decision making senior officer and i said like, " I'm recording your call.. pls tell me that shall i raise a legal complaint against mobile store..? say Yes or NO so that i can use this tap for an evidence" .. he said 'No Sir' I'm sure i will take this as serious one and i will do the needfull" Within 24 hours of this.. I got my money backk.. :).. thanks alot to him..:)

            They refunded my money.. Callled them many times and finally sent them back.

              Hello Mr.Himanshu Chakrawarti I am just writing this message only to let you know that what a horrible customer care service your company providing me. I have an EW with your company & I have send my handset to you people for repair. Its been a month, & your customer care dept & escalation team couldn't provide me a simple answer, that what is the status of the repair. Everyone promise a callback, but one actually does one. Its been 10 days, that the case has been escalated, still no update, Thanks to your escalation team. I have totally lost my patience, right now I am writing an email to your escalation team, hope to receive an update with 24 hrs, or else I am getting my handset back, I will repair it myself. Today your company lost one customer, & i make sure that all my friends, colleagues, & FB friends gets this information. And I will remember to share this experience in all the forums that i can find. THANKING YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR SUCH A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

                My self Sneha Panchal, Yesterday I have visited one of local stores of "The Mobile Stores" in Ulhasnagar i, e. (Ulhasnagar - 17 Sec) and I found some discrepancies and I would like to say that I was not satisfied with service and staff’s weird behavior. I think they need some more efficient staff who can handle customers very correctly and calmly. Coming back to discrepancies, I found vast differences between online pricing & interest rate slabs. For example according to http://www.themobilestore.in/ price of Nokia Lumia is 9, 699 - 9, 999 whereas in store price is 10500+. Moreover if you will compare your price with other online stores, you will see that 9, 999 is still costly then why should I pay 10500. Kindly explain. Waiting for your rply.

                  On[protected] when I visited MobileStore, saltlake, Sector-1, Kolkata-64 to rectify two problems viz 2nd sim is not working and battery backup is not up to the mark, the technitian whose Cell No [protected] took my handset and opened it infront of me and provide me jobsheet where he wrote the set is under waranty. And he informed me with 7 to 10 working days the set will be set right. But that Sir, 42 days was over MobileStore could not hand over my set at all till thisday rather while making telephone call to them, they are not responsing and when I personally visit Mobile store, technitian Gobindababu tells I have not received any approval till thisday. That Sir, is this the service of reputed brand. Besides the present valu of my set Galaxy Y duos is not more than Rs 7000/- but when claimed it to the Insurance company as Rs. 7500/- . nNeedles to mention that whenever I handed over the set to mobilestore, saltlake city, sector-1, kolkata-64, the set was in working condition. I have visited the stores as many as 35 times. but it is a matter of great regreat yesterday when I personally visited thje store, Technitian Gobinda wanted and forced me to give him Rs. 3500/- in cash failure of which the set will not be handed over to me. What he will do, he will take whatever amount has been approved by insurance company and the set after minor repair will be given to the customer and meanwhile a large amount of money will be taken from the customer and in this way customer is being deprived. In the warranty period under any circumstances company cannot charge large amount from customer if it is not damaged from his side. This way Mobilestore are bluffing to the customer and doing business as well.

THAT SIR, ALMOST 39 DAYS HAS BEEN ELAPSED THE SET HAS NOT BEEN SET RIGHT AS YET AND WHEN I MAKE A CALL TO THE TECHNITIAN OF MOBILESTORE IN THE AFORESAID NO HE NEVER RESPONSE AND AS MANY AS 15 TIMES I VISITED MOBILESTORE AND IN EVERY TIME HE OPINES THAT WITHIN A DAY OR YOUR SET WILL BE REPAIRED.

                    THAT SIR, THE SET WAS IN WORKING CONDITION AND IF ANY REPAIRMENTS IS REQUIRED THAT TOO IS MINOR. BESIDES I CONTACTED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND A COMPLAIN REGISTRATION WAS DONE AGAINST MY MOBILE SET WHOSE NO IS AS MSCO10025728 ON[protected] FOLLOWED BY SEVERAL EMAILS AND TELEPHONIC TALK WITH THEM BUT ALL ARE IN VAIN. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INFORM ME ACCORDINGLY.

                      I have placed an ordered of Micromax Canvas Hd A116 smartphone with extended warranty from http://www.themobilestore.in/ on 24-Sept-2013. Total price of both the products was Rs. 13848/- I have applied a coupon code and got discount of Rs 1000, coupon code was issued by http://www.themobilestore.in/ in some earlier promotional offer through facebook. In there website, where product information was shown, I was getting a message in highlighted color that if I pay through SBI Debit/Credit I can avail 8% discount. message was as follows - "FLAT 8% DISCOUNT on all State Bank Credit and Debit Cards!! Discount will be shown on payment page once you enter your card details and click Pay Now. Prices valid only on the website." I have paid total sum of Rs 11820.16 after applying coupon code & also paying rest via SBI Debit card and received order confirmation mail from their side. but later on 26-Sept, I received mail from them that the order is cancelled. To clarify the reason for cancellation when I spoke to their customer care executive, the person told me that since I availed two discount offer they cancelled the order. Now the issue is I was completely unaware of the Terms & Condition whatsoever regarding my purchase because during the entire process of selecting/confirming/paying the order there was no mention of such conditions. Although, they have already refunded the amount which I paid to them, but I felt bluffed & wasted my time over their useless service claims. If I knew at the time of purchase that, this condition may arrive, I would never go for buying by availing both discounts. Regards,

                        The complaint is regarding The Mobile Store branch located in Ambala Cantt.Our Sony Ericsson X10 mini pro was given to the store for repair of the touchscreen at the end of the month of July.The handset was bought on 9th January 2012 and was under extended warranty.For three weeks the store kept telling us that the spare part required for the phone was not available but at the end of three weeks they owned up that the handset was lost during transit and they would give us the depriciated cost of the handset as compensation. But there has been no further action inspite of repeated reminders over the phone from us.

                          Dear Sir/madam, I had ordered one mobile 'Sony Xperia M Black" color from The mobile store on 2nd Sept, 2013 w.r.t.[protected]. Order was to be delivered before 07/09/2013. Unfortunately it didn't happen. Also in response to my complaint, they replied & given 2-3 different due dates but again failed in their commitment. Also they were talking about stock issue & taking the order for same model & making the Aam Aadmi fool, & mobile was shown as available for so many days on their website. I have also requested to supply the order in some other color which was shown available on their website. But no response on it. I am seeking proper justice from your end & seeking some penalisation on "The MobileStore Limited Unit #501 & 502, Kohinoor City, Kirol Road, Off L.B.S Marg Kurla (W), Mumbai - 400 070. India." for failing in thier commitment, using my money for more than 15 days & making the fool by showing item available on their site & after receiveing the money saying stock not avaialble.                             Dear Sir, I made a purchase of samsung galaxy s4 (invoice no: 56386/9844211) and iPhone 5 (invoice no: 56390/9844273) on 4th September on 12months and 6 months EMIs respectively from the mobile store at the Salt lake city centre (store id: 1192). Both the invoices clearly mention that the purchases were made on EMIs. But unfortunately my SBI credit card statement shows that it has been charged in full. When I approached the store from where I bought it, they simply refused to cooperate. Instead they asked me to call the customer care helpline. I called the helpline immediately and they said to wait for 7 working days, before they could lodge a complaint. Upon calling after 7 days they gave me a complaint number (MSCO[protected] and someone named by Ronaldo Tapase called me and assured things will be sorted out by that week itself ( which was meant to be the last week). He wrote an email stating that I am supposed to pay just the first month's EMI, to which I immediately replied stating that I cannot do it until and unless the provide me an official statement of the break of the EMIs of the 2 phones. I wrote another email afterwards and both of it went unreplied. This I did because my SBI credit card statement says I am supposed to pay in full of the amount of INR 86,999 and I simply cannot make a payment of the 1st month's EMI by the word of mouth from someone of the mobile store. Kindly look into this matter with urgency and direct me to proceed further to file a lawsuit against this unprofessional attitude of the mobile store.                             Just to add on to what I just wrote. This morning someone named by Mr. Prashant called me and assured that he would send me an official letter within 10-15 mins. After that I waited until 6.30PM and in between called thrice. I asked to transfer the call to Mr. Prashant or some senior executive. All they did was to make me wait for 15-20mins and abruptly ended the call. At 6:40PM I got an email from the mobile store stating to make a payment of the first EMI, without any official statement or mention of what they will do in case the bank charges me a penalty.
                            I am literally frustrated with the highly unprofessional attitude of the corporate office of the mobile store.
                            I appeal all the prospective customers to anticipate this type of attitude and customer care handling of mobile store.

                              Microsoft has taken over your Mobile phone division, but Nokia you still owe your Loyal Customers. Since 2003, I have been a NOKIA loyal customer and am currently using the NOKIA E63 purchased in Nov 2009. My office handset being the Nokia SUPERNOVA 7210 was replaced about 4 months ago with NOKIA ASHA. With only good experience from Nokia, we purchased a NOKIA LUMIA 720 for my younger child on 6th July 2013. Even though my son experienced a lot of software problems right from the beginning, the staff at THE MOBILE STORE (TMS) – HypeCity Malad reset the phone thrice in less than a month. Eventually we were advised to deposit the handset with TMS, who would send the handset to NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE. We pointed out to TMS that the phone had a crack on the GORILLA GLASS 2 on the lower left hand-side corner of the phone measuring about 2mm in width and approx 1cm in length. Also had minor scratches developed on the upper face of the phone. On 3rd September, TMS Staff called us from the NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE to inform us that NOKIA will not reload the software, because the phone can go dead in the process due to damage to the GORILLA GLASS2. They told me to take back the handset I demanded a written statement from NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE through TMS HyperCity Malad. Neither party is willing to put in writing their diagnosis. My question is why did TMS accept the phone in the first place. As a RETAILER, it is TMS responsibility to act on behalf of the CONSUMER and protect his rights. However THE MOBILE STORE has no ethics where the Consumer is concerned. I had long heated conference call with TMS Store Manager called Prince and the Area Ops Manager Pramod Shetty, who were only concerned about protecting NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE for their own gains and in the process VIOLATED MY CONSUMER RIGHTS! Both TMS staff were extremely rude in their conversation trying to ‘shove their directions that I should take back my phone without a resolution' Since the software issues cannot be solved by the Creator - NOKIA, As a Consumer I expect a refund the RETAILER for a phone that has only proven to be a headache over the past two months. PLEASE NOTE THE BUCK DOES NOT STOP HERE!

                              My issue was resolved only because HYPERCITY MALAD took the initiative of escalating my complaint to the seniors at THE MOBILE STORE. Mr. Rajesh Singh of THE MOBLIE STORE connected with me and ensured that not only the Software was reloaded but also got the Gorilla Glass replaced as a goodwill. Whilst I still do not have anything complimentary to say about the Front End staff at the MOBILE STORE, I have to remark on the marvelous way Mr. Rajesh Singh - took up the matter and arranged for a resolution.                                   I had visited Mobile store branch on New BEL road, blore. When i was checking regarding the handsets, i was suggested for Micromax A 92 in less than 10k range. I was very particular about the after sales service and the exec told me that the services are very good and there are several service centers in bangalore. This handset was purchased on 26th July and by 15 Aug, the power button stopped functioning. When i went back to Mobile stores, I was told that it has to be taken to a service center in Malleswaram and that the service will be done immediatly else the handset would be replaced. When i went to the said service center I understand that it has closed and, that there are only 2 service centers in bangalore and they expect minimum 15 days to service the handset. What is the use of buying a new handset, if it does not fuction properly for even 2 weeks.?? and why this wrong commitments to clear such junk stocks?                                     Hello, I am really disappointed with the service provided by THE MOBILESTORE stafff to their existing customer. I faced this issue at one of the branch in Ahmedabad, (address is here) Address Shop No.101, 1st Floor, Shoppers Plaza-1, Opp. Municipal Market, C G Road, Ahmedabad - 380009 Gujarat [protected] Head of store locator dont have sense how to talk with customer. I went there to know status of my mobile which I bought from there only and given for repair in terms of extended warranty since more than 25 days (I have recommended by friends too to take mobile from there and they took) but, store head talking and behaving like he standing at fish market.                                       i have given my lumia 800 for repairment which had some minor issue ( phone software had crash). The phone was brought from the same mobile store( i.e mobilestore rcity mall, gathkhopar) to which i have given for repairment and the phone is still under warranty given by the mobile store . They told me that it will take maximum20 days for the repairment but its now more 20 days and i havent recieve any feedback from the company regarding it. The give on telling me the same story that the will be arrive in next 2 days or so and i feel so cheated. So , i therefore request you to kindly take necessary action ..

                                        I am totaly unsatisfied by themobilestore.in.
                                        I made a booking of mobile on 31st july, 2013 and they told me that you will get your mobile in 2 to 3 working days.
                                        And they also provided Expected Shipping Date on 5th Aug, 2013.
                                        So, I made booking according to the date i planned my long tour. But today 7th aug, 2013 i did not get mobile.

                                        and i called to customer care also but they understand that I am foolish and i talked to senior person also but nothing happend. I told them to take my complaint and my complain no is : MSCO10021813
                                        I am totaly disapponted with themobilestore.in
                                        And I canceled my ticket for home also because i was going from my given address for more than 25 days.
                                        If any body can do anything then plz help me.
