Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice the horrific experience I had with The Mobile Store Galleria Gurgaon. I have been a long time loyal Mobile store customer over the years until yesterday.

Yesterday I went to buy a new phone at The Mobile Store SG 14 DLF Galleria phase 4 Gurgaon. I wanted to exchange my one year old blackberry curve 9380 with any new phone. When I asked them the price to exchange the same they told me that they give me Rs 2500 at the max at this point one of the sales guys told me about the IPHONE buy back scheme. He told me that he will get me Rs 5000 for the same phone. On this I agreed he took my Citi Bank credit card and swaped the amount Rs 20500 for the same. Then he asked me another 2000 rupees to pay in cash and told me that he will return Rs 1000 whenever I return them the blackberry box ( As I didn’t have the same with me then). At that point of time they didn’t provide me any bill but when I got the ebill from you ( Pls see attached) I was shocked to see that they had punched full Rs 6000 as discount bill amount ( Rs 20500).

After getting the initial shock I checked the price with Apple centre and other stores and they all confirmed me that everyone was giving a minimum of Rs 6000 for Iphone 4 buyback. When I went to the mobile store today and complained them about the same he was giving all rubbish excuses. When he failed to answer me why the bill showed RS 20500 with Rs 6000 discount and he gave me only Rs 5000 he suddenly told me that’s because value of my phone is Rs 1500 ( Last night he told it RS 2500) and became adamant on that. When I told that I want a explanation where did my Rs 1000 gone he had no answer and kept repeating the same thing that value of my phone was Rs 1500. Then I told him to give in writing he wrote something on a piece of paper and gave me ( Pls find attached).

I kindly hereby urge you to look into the matter on urgent basis because if the offer of Rs 5000 buy back was genuine then would have simply swiped Rs 21500 for my card not Rs 20500 and secondly he would not have asked cash from for the remaining amount. Also the bill clearly states that RS 6000 discount was applied so where did my Rs 1000 disappear. Kindly check this malpractices which Mobile store Galleria is doing in your esteemed organization’s and cheating customers using name.

The Mobile Store — CHEATING WITH DEFECTIVE MOBILE

Dear sir/madam,

I Mr burhanuddin Rangoonwala has purchased Nokia X2-01 from THE MOBILE STORE located at Bhayander (west).

I have taken a particular color of handset but the phone had technical problem which was told to them on the same day of purchase within 1 hour.

They are now giving me the same Handset but of different color which is not accepted as i have paid for that particular color model.

i want justice and want your help in getting that same color phone from the store.

    I have purchased Blackberry 9220, black worth Rs. 9500 from www.themobilestore.in, on 1st may 2013 and i have ordered it on 12 months EMI based.

    Issue i am facing is, because of some problem in between The Mobile Store & Credit Card Company(SBI), amount of mobile has not converted into EMI from their side.

    On june 5th 2013 I found that bank has debited Rs 10,546.00 from my account and payment was not converted to EMI.

    I called to The Mobile Store Customer Care on for help to convert that amount into EMI, they give me. complaint number - Msco10017330. And told me that I will receive a call from there side (The Mobile Store) regarding this EMI issue within 2-3 days.. But I have not receive any single call till yet but a email - saying "the complaint was escalated to concern team and we have received a confirmation that, We request you to pay the first EMI only and whatever interest charges you are getting charged we will reimburse the same, if EMI is not been converted before the billing date of yours."

    I am following regarding same complaint from last 40 days, and no solution from their (The Mobile Store) side.

    So kindly help me out for this issue.

      I want to gift 4GB microsd card to my brother. So i purchase it online from themobilestore. I order on 23 June 2013 by cash on delivery mode. My order no. Is[protected].
      I got my card on 25 June 2013 by fedex docket no.[protected]. When i try to insert this card on my mobile, i realise that card is bigger than slot. So to confirm that i try this card with different nokia, samsung mobile & also with i ball tablet. By comparison with my friend card, it is confirm that purchase card is bigger or say defective.
      As per terms & condition, i inform them with in 48 hr. Customer card executive take my complain & confirm replacement. I also mail some photo at [protected]@themobilestore.in.
      On a second day of my complain. When i want to know how i get replacement, another executive gave me complain no. MS[protected]. And reply that still your complain in process as 48hr are not part of my first complain.
      On third day. When i call them early at around 11am they reply me to call after 1:30pm due to some reason.
      On fourth day from my complain, when i call them, they have no answer for my question. Till the day i spend all most 30rs on call.

      Also during those days, i send many mail, but i did not get any reply. I show full faith on themobilestore but now i fill like cheated by them.

        I have ordered the Nokia Lumia 520 Cyan, from the mobile store’s website and made the payment of Rs. 9999 through my card. However post they billed the amount in my statement one of their representatives has called me informing that the Cyan color is not available, so they would deliver the black color. (However they could have given me a call before they claimed the payment.) So I’ve called up on the helpline to cancel my order and get the refund, now the executive catered me out there was the best example of pathetic customer response, still somehow I managed to get through with their managers and eventfully everything flushed into resulting nothing & now I had to accept the same phone, coz I can’t trust them on their reversal policies. Perhaps their website still shows the colors available in the product.
        Bought HTC One-X with extended warranty through Mobile Store.
        It worked fine for few months after which it suddenly stopped working and switched off i.e. Dead, so I submitted the handset to Mobile Store in June'13 and got the handset back in Jan'14 almost 7.5 months later that too without being repaired, on top of that Front camera was missing.
        Its very difficult to trust Mobile Store now, I am not sure that even the internal parts have not been changed.
        Because of their delayed service I had to purchase a new handset worth 16, 000.
        In all I have got a pathetic service + Faulty handset + money wastage(52840) + followup hassle + time wastage. I would like someone to look into the matter and provide me with justice and compensation of Rs. 52840.

            I have purchase online 1 tablet on dated[protected],from The mobile store. and received[protected].But we find there speaker not working so we talk with cust.care and deposit complete set our nearest mobile store in paschim vihar.This shop code is 1164.that time customer care executive promised me i will get same new product between 4 working days. but till yet i have not received my product, lots of time i talk with cust. care but always they said you will get between 48 hour, but till yet i am steel waiting this 48 hour from[protected]. finally i given request for cancel my product on[protected], request no. is MSCO10014079. after that yesterday[protected] i call to cust.care for know this status he said your request regarding cancellation not in processing .so he again write my cancellation request. there no. is MSCO10014280. This kinds of behavior i have very tired nobody listen my problem.

            After that i find mail by the mobile store is---->We truly value you as our privileged customer and regret the inconvenience cause to you in the matter address to us. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you and for your displeasure whilst you felt our service levels did not meet any expectations.               At Siliguri, panitanki more, mobile store through credit card with 9 months EMI option, but they were unable to provide me the same due to non availability of stock, but till date they havn’t provided me the same as well as they are not refunding the amount.

              The Mobile Store — Mobile Complain

              I have just purchased a cell phone of nokia model no. E63 from THE MOBILE STORE from indore outlet situated at sapna sangeeta road.
              From the very first day i have been continuously receiving problems in my handset.Some times the phone gets hanged or the memory card gets corrupted.I have been informing the concerned person of the mobile store regarding the same but they just dont bother about my problems.
              I have been going to the mobile store for around 5-7 times for my problem but sometimes the concerned person does not come to solve the problem or he ignores me .I am student i dont have that time also to again and again to the store and rectify the problem in the cell phone they gave,

              Kindly help me out with this problem .
              i order for tab to flipcort courier to samsung galaxy tab 2 p3110 but i dont no what it is sim use or with out sim, it got my place 19/07/13. but it's not for usefull to me i ask to flip cort i need exchange my tab to samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100, but we told no sir we con't return that product. but i am told it is not use full to me what i can do, she told no sir i am so sorry i cont take return.

                The product received by me was of blue colour instead of black. So i complained to The Mobile Store through helpline number. I was told that complaint will be processed within 4 working days. But after the committed time they said the black coloured device is not available. So i wished to return the product and asked to refund my amount. They asked me to drop the package to nearest The Mobile Store outlet. I've dropped it to the following outlet:

                The Mobile Store — Product not yet delivered

                I have purchased a Samsung E1410 handset from The Mobile Store (TMS); order number[protected] on 20th of May 2010. Till today neither I have received my product nor I am getting any certain reply from the TMS people. Whenver I call up their customer care either the server is down or they would register a complaint and would not go ahead to do anything for it.

                This is a height of negligence and it only shows their poor management and unable to tackle things.

                I seriously advise people not to purchase any item from them online since these people are cheats and do not have integrity to deliver that they promise....

                All I can say is "Pathetic Attitude" and "Unprofessional behaviour"

                  Dear Complaints Helpdesk,

                  This complaint is regarding online delivery service of The Mobile Store. I had placed an online order for a mobile vide order number[protected] on 10.03.13 with an expected shipping date of 18.03.13. When the order was not shipped on 18.03.13, I was told by the store to wait for 48 hours and that order will be shipped on 20.03.13.

                  However, when the order was not shipped even on 20.03.13, I had placed a request for cancellation of the order. Surprisingly, the cancellation request was also not processed until 22.03.13, which is when I called up again and was told that the cancellation has been taken into account and will be processed soon. On 25.03.13, I got a call from Mobile Store telling me that the mobile is not available with the manufacturer and has been discontinued and that the cancellation request has been processed.

                  What was surprising was that the very next day, the same product was being shown as 'Available - delivery within 6-8 days' to lure more customers to ordering the same.

                  Today (01.04.13) when I called up again, the helpdesk is still telling me that the refund will take 12-14 working days since it is linked to a credit card. This is unacceptable to a customer who has paid the money on 10.03 to wait for about a month to get the same back due to no fault of his.

                    ast year in first week of april 2012 we bought a mobile sony xperia worth rs 25000/- from Mobile store Elgin road kolkata.after using it for 10 odd days, it started hanging continuously. we went to mobile store and they they will repair it and not replace. after too much verbal fights they agree on replacement instead of repair. We bought samsung mobile S II which was approx 5000/- expensive. We gave them 5000/- approx and bought this samsung thinking atleast now we wont have this trouble. thr area manager was very kind to give us home delivery of the new mobile and saved us from travelling to thr store. After six months of buying a 30000/- mobile we faced the no display problem. The whole software went for the fix. this time we asked them to please refund our money as now we cannt trust the BRAND MOBILE STORE anymore. But again thr area manager was we are providing u the service and all blah bla .....we thought to give them a chance again. Now again after 5 months the display has gone for a fix. we again go to mobile store on 26 mar 2013 ie today and are asked to visit to the service center., after talking to area manager they accepted our mobile for repair. my only question is when u buy such an expensive thing (atleast this expensive for ppl like us), u spend ur hard earn money , is it fair to give it for servicing twice/thrice within 1 year? the company should be ashamed of itself and refund our money coz replacement we have tried, servicing also we have tried. now as soon as our warranty period will be over probably they won’t entertain us also and would charge for this repair coz in every 5 months this mobile goes for a fix.

                      I purchased Nokia N-8 Mobile from the mobile store with extended warranty. When the phone was down, I went to their Sion branch. They repaired incomplete (the guy named Firoz told me that he has received the new display but the screws are lost) and will call me once screws arrived. Now when I am going back to their office, that guy has left and new guy is asking for 3500 Rs for the display. What kind of external waranty it is? Now he is calling it as physical damage. Alas, my 22000 has gone. However, I will now never recommend any of my colleagues nor friends to go with mobile store.
                      I already wrote couple of emails for complaints but I wonder if anybody reads or listens to the complaints.

                        Sir,i recharged my mobile online through themobile store website"themobilestore.in".on 7 feb 2013 recharge of rs 127 order number[protected] and one other recharge of rs 110 dated 8 feb 2013 order number[protected],both recharges were failed and amount deducted from my bank account.I registered complaint for both and from that time till now both orders are showing a status of refund pending on their website.I called them by phone ,they told me that refund regarding order dated 7 feb is under progress and order placed on 8feb they dont have record of any such order in their database,but on their website both orders are showing "refund pending" status.I got a call from them,that they have refunded my amount to my bank account.I conformed from my bank and have not received any amount from mobilestore to my bank account.After that i called them again,but everytime they tell me to wait.They have a policy,that if an order fails,amount will be refunded within 14 days maximum to bank account,but today a month and more days but i have not received my amount back.Please help me.Thanku.

                          I have order samsung galaxy s3 from the mobile store on 1 feb 2013 and they ensure to delivered in 3-4 working day but then they no delivered the handset in with time period. I cancel the order on 9th of feb, but till time they no refund the money. Every time when i call the mobile store they asking for wait 14-16 days. every time i get that reply but they did not do any action for refund. Please look in the matter and help.

                            I have done online shopping for Mobile from The Mobile Store (www.themobilestore.in) and payment got deducted from my bank but i didn't got any confirmation from the mobile store, i called them and they said to provide the bank statement.

                            I have sent the bank statement but still no resolution given to me

                            The Mobile Store — Online Shopping is bad

                            The biggest mistake I ever did was to do online shopping from the Mobile Store, I waited for 3 days and I never got the delivery, Finally I called the allocated vendor The Mobile store Adambakkam, thats when I got my worst shock, the rudeness with which the person answered and he was like the system is down so I dont know when you will get your delivery, He was not ready to accept the fact that it is their fault the delivery is delayed. He kept speaking with an attitutde like " I give a damn about your issue " The tone with which he answered I swear I will never go near The Mobile Store.

                              Don’t buy any phone from The mobile store, ekkattuthangal. If you have any opinion of buying please read below ::::

                              This A25 is not SMART and this phone get switched-off automatically from the next day i bought onwards, and i cant able to power it on by pressing the button.But after removing & re-assembling the battery only it can able to switch-on.This is really very bad.And it s happening often every 3 or 4 or 5 hours. And i went to mobile store shop on 6th day itself and they blaberred like due to some settings change it happens. But nothing like that actually, this handset have this problem. And i asked for the replacement till today i didnt get any updates on that. The handset is with the mobile store guys only. And from last week onwards they are saying like they have given it to Micromax servce center. Actaully they gave it on 20-feb and its been 6 days till date, but no updates. Also i raised a complaint in mobile store Toll free num on 16-feb but no updates yet, SO i again raised a complaint by today also. I bought this phone as a gift for my friend. Very very Very very Very very bad guidance. Actually if these guys are really honest then they must replace my mobile earlier.No customer satisfication. And i bought 2 phones actually 1 HTC & 1 Micromax. Thank HTC it is working fine till today. They are having replace policy for a set which got problem within 6 days from purchase date. But that also not happened.I am not aware of what needs to be done for that. Atulayy i[censored] guys have that problem straight-away go to the Brand service center & get the DQ certificate,Then you can get easy replacement from The Mobile store. Am i unlucky or I need to blame The mobile store guys, or to blame Micromax or to blame myself why i bought this from Mobile store. Finally i got the complaint number from the mobile store CC. But still i need to wait for 3 more days... I already bought another new mobile from Samsung & gave it to my friend, since he went to his village.

                              i bought this phone for 3404.96 (but here in online its less) from The mobile store, Address: no.149, Jawaharlal nehru salai, ekkattuthangal, chennai - 600 032. Phone:[protected]... Store number: 3285...

                              Mobile Store — don't buy in mobile store

                              I have bought Nokia 5610 in mobile store on 26.01.08 for Rs 12829 bill number/ inv.no MH/01337/00001/2625

                              5610 has shown very very poor performance since purchase and I decided to replace in mobile store and to buy new hand set in mobile store itself

                              But as told by mobile store in charge of Nasik Mr.Agarwal, that he will take it back only for Rs.4000. and further he can’t help me also

                              How mobile depreciation value became to 69 % in one year. – I have requested for at least 50 % depreciation value

                              This is really cheating, poor customer support experience for me with mobile store.

                              Being in a corporate I really want to take it up to consumer council court.

                              I again want to bring your notice that customers cannot be always cheated, and I am going make this awareness to all our mahindra group employees

                              Mobile Store — Bad Handset

                              Hello everyone,

                              This is the second day I purchased a handset (spny erecssion t715) from mobile store at nehry place New Delhi. They gave me a defective handset and when I asked them to please change as this one is physically damaged. I got a reply that nothing can be done for this now.

                              Is there a way I can get this to work? I am ready for anking of action with some support

                              Don't buy from Mobile store online store on EMI's. They say EMI's with no processing fees and no extra interest, but charged me around INR 700. I called up the customer care umpteen times for crediting back the amount and even they send me a mail saying that this amount will be credited back. They eventually credited back the processing fees but cancelled the EMI option, now I have to pay the full amount at one go. So much for EMI options. I have written so many mails and have placed so many irritating calls to customer care, all those guys do their is to give you a complaint number, which never will be resolved and the staple answer is no feedback from back end team.

                              So take my advice and be warned, if you are thinking of a buying a mobile in EMI option go for some other options, may be Flipkart is good, I really don't know. Never ever go with mobile store. I have a friend who had the same experience, so it makes two o[censored]s now.

                                I have purchased Tata Docomo 3G dongle in Aug-2012 from "The Mobile Store" at F.C.Road,Pune.
                                After using this device for 3 months,it was not working at all.
                                So i took the device to Tata Docomo Store,Vardhaman Height, 1328/29 Shukrawar Peth, Pune, where they gave me the letter stating device should be replaced by The Mobile Store,F.C.road.
                                I have submitted the device to The Mobile Store,F.C.road, in Nov-2012.
                                Till now i have not got my device back although i visited Mobile store many times.
                                Every time they are saying that Tata Docomo 3G dongle is out of Stock.
                                This Mobile Store is fraud and employees are careless to customers.

                                Please help me to get back my device...

Based upon my order, I received shipping detail with tracking code[protected] and was confirmed Shipping Date as 04.02.2013. I did not receive the item after certain number of days. I checked the status on Fed-Ex website where it showed the item as delivered on
                                  Feb 5, 2013 1:31 PM.

                                  I made complaint regarding non-receipt of the above package under complaint number msco[protected] but did not receive the item or any status so far from your side. I have to gift the item to someone and need it on 12.02.2013. Please do the needful and arrange urgent delivery of the item at my given address.

                                    i bought a samsung S-8530 in july 2011 with two years extended warranty as i paid extra for it. the phone screen went blank 40% without any damage and when i informed mobile store the representative at CP B1 branch named Rafi said its not covered under the warranty unlike the representative who sold it to me saying the screen problem would be covered under it. Kindly help as i have been running to different mobile stores and united india insurance which is providing the extended warranty on my handset. No one seems willing to help me.

                                    Mobile Store — Guarantee on handset

                                    While purchasing a handset I received a one year guarantee from mobile store. However when I went to get an issue resolved they told me they wont work for me and I have to find a Sony Erricsson service centre. They never mention this when the cell phone is purchased at the store. It is extremely misleading.
                                    I dont know why we all go to shops where we purchase the handset from when it got damage or giving some problem.then what is the use of the service centres.we all are litrate people doing such foolish things always ashamed me.

                                      I purchased two SIMS bearing the numbers [protected] and [protected] from The Mobile Store City Center 2, Kolkata on 28th November 2012 with the bill amount 1576.00 . I provided all the realted documents for the same. I was told that the SIMS will be activated in 3 days as this is a process that is followed in West Bengal for the document validation. I also had purchased an Airtel Dongle for broadband. To my sorrow the SIMs were activated after 25 days from the day of purchase.

                                      I tried to contact Mobile store almost every day from the purchase and they kept informing that we have submitted the documents to Airtel and Airtel need to activate the SIMS. When I was trying to contact Airtel customer support they kept me saying that The Mobile store has not submitted the documents. I was in this loop for almost 20 days and lost the hope even after paying Rs 1576.00. I almost spent more than RS. 600 in calling The Mobile Store and Airtel. I had purchased the SIMS to perform some official work during my vacation and it did not serve teh putpose.

                                      This is very painful that people are not getting the service properly even after paying the amount and no body is going to help in this regard.

                                        [protected] This is the order ID. I ordered a Micromax tablet from themobilestoe.in on[protected]. They sent an email within a day informing the product is shipped , with a bluedart tracking [protected]. It got delivered defective product on[protected].
                                        After persistent calls and email, they said they I have to go to nearest mobile store they will mail us that product is defective or not and then we will take any action for the same.
                                        When again i call up the customer service of mobilestore, the service rep said, he can not access my order info !. Overall very bad experience.
                                        But i am still struggling to get my replacement or even asked for refund. I think, they don’t do that because they want more innocent people to get cheated. Now on[protected] I called and asked about the refund, they say there is no refund policy, will collect defective pics first and then ship new one. This so embarrassing. The mobile store chain is so bad.... the online version worst.
                                        worst customer service. never response to mails. will never contact you.
                                        dont know how many years they need for this.
                                        I did my life’s stupidest mistake shopping from this cheap site.
                                        guys avoid this site. they should be banned lifetime.
