I have purchase online 1 tablet on dated[protected],from The mobile store. and received[protected].But we find there speaker not working so we talk with cust.care and deposit complete set our nearest mobile store in paschim vihar.This shop code is 1164.that time customer care executive promised me i will get same new product between 4 working days. but till yet i have not received my product, lots of time i talk with cust. care but always they said you will get between 48 hour, but till yet i am steel waiting this 48 hour from[protected]. finally i given request for cancel my product on[protected], request no. is MSCO10014079. after that yesterday[protected] i call to cust.care for know this status he said your request regarding cancellation not in processing .so he again write my cancellation request. there no. is MSCO10014280. This kinds of behavior i have very tired nobody listen my problem.
After that i find mail by the mobile store is---->We truly value you as our privileged customer and regret the inconvenience cause to you in the matter address to us. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you and for your displeasure whilst you felt our service levels did not meet any expectations. We solicit your continued patronage to our services.
Hence, the refund has been processed from our end and you will be able to receive the refund within 10 – 12 days starting from today (i.e. Mar 29th, 2013).
Once again, we would like to apologize for the below mentioned complaint and communication of the same. The Mobile Store — CHEATING WITH DEFECTIVE MOBILE
Dear sir/madam,I Mr burhanuddin Rangoonwala has purchased Nokia X2-01 from THE MOBILE STORE located at Bhayander (west).
I have taken a particular color of handset but the phone had technical problem which was told to them on the same day of purchase within 1 hour.
They are now giving me the same Handset but of different color which is not accepted as i have paid for that particular color model.
i want justice and want your help in getting that same color phone from the store.
