I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Lite, white from www.themobilestore.in, and i have ordered it on 6th months EMI based.

Issue i am facing is, because of some problem in between The Mobile Store & Credit Card Company(SBI), amount of mobile has not comverted into EMI from their side.

I called to The Mobile Store Customer Care for help to convert that amount into EMI, i am following regarding same complaint from last 20 days, and no solution from their(The Mobile Store) side. If it will not get converted today, by tomorrow i have to pay whole amount of mobile to Credit Card company which i am not able to do.

So kindly help me out for this issue.

I EVEN GIVEN PRIOR NOTICE TO MY H.R MISS. NANDITA SHASTRI THAT DUE TO SOME PERSONAL PROBLEMS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTNUE MY DUTIES SO KINDLY ARRANGE ANY SUBSTITUTE ON MY PLACE. THEN AFTER GIVEN PRIOR NOTICE I WORKED MY FULL SHIFT FOR WHOLE MONTH OF JULY. AND AS WE GET SALARY ON 8th NEXT MONTH THAT MEANS ON 8th AUG, BUT I DIDN'T GOT MY SALARY. THEN I ASKED MY H.R THEN KEEP ON TELLING ME AS N.O.C WILL COME U WILL GET IT. BUT ITS NOW BEING 4 MONTHS I DIDN'T ANY REPLY FROM HER SIDE. NOW SHE IS SAYING I[censored] LEAVE YR JOB U HAVE TO PAY I MONTH SALARY TO COMPANY. I REQUESTED HER PLZ MAAM DO SOMETHING I M IN PROBLEM I NEED MY SALARY, BUT NOW THEY DO NOY GIVE ANY REPLY.............

Big Mobile (samsung mobile shoppee) — did not convert the paid amount to EMI

I have Buyed a Samsung Galaxy S mobile costing 18000 INR from the shop and made the payment through credit card it was promised by shopowner that the payment will be converted to 9 EMI 's and he charged me with processing fee too but that did'nt happened when i reached the shopkeeper with the complaint he said he will get it done but nthing happend i paid my bill of credit card as per my EMI now i have been charged RS 600 when i reached owner again and told him about it he simply told that he will now contact and see if it can be done now and intrest i have to pay ..... Please help me out i told him that i will even complain in consumer forum about this he is not bothered about it he simply said " thik hai kar lo complain "

Now i am facing the same problem.

I purchase mobile from mobilestore worth rs. 7490 on 27.02.2013 through SBI credit card online 09 month EMI payment method


Today after 15 days i login to my credit card site & i found that this money is still not converted to EMI.

My order no for shopping was[protected].

I call to customer care at mobile store & they give me complaint number - msco10013405.

I have all printscreen from mobile store i made the payment through online payment & also 0% EMI offer detail available at site.

Hello Mr. Desai, Please do update on whether and how The Mobile Store has addressed this. Is your issue resolved yet? I guess The Mobile Store has a pretty bad reputation in Service and Issue resolution overall across India.

    I have checked with the bank today itself there is no such transaction had been made ( 17085/-) , last transaction was of RS 15022/- which was made in August 2011 and after then there was no amt credited in the said account and further account has been closed as it was salary account and hence been auto closed.
    As there is no previous transaction of the said amount and now there is no possibility of transferring the amount i,e 17085/- , kindly issue the cheque against the same as FULL & FINAL amount.

    Pls share the timeline also as it is already delayed by an year.

    ESSAR the mobile stores — Claim

    Till date I have'nt received any feedback form your part.....
    In your last letter you wrote that for full and final settlement please contact us. I have tried several time but no response received form your part.

    Now I have warn you that I have to go Consumercourt and I have already discussed with labour commisioner officer.
    I told you something that you cannot terminated a guys without a notice period moreover you have send Warning letter and Termination letter with same currior and same date.Proof is now my hand.
    Im totally fadeup with you and your company.
    same experience even me had from the mobile store.
    for small mistake they told me your terminated who all doing big issues no action for them its depend on faces, and i called to HR Moiz FOR F&F his not giving proper response not picking call also.one of the worst Management team in TMS i can say there no respect for employee i can say.

      I purchased an Micromax from The Mobile Store online 15th Nov 2012(Order ID[protected]. After purchasing, they said it's out of stock they were not able to say the exact delivery date. Hence i cancelled my order on 19th November. While cancellation, call center executive told me that, it will take max 14 days to refund. Till now, they have not refunded money in my account.

      I made the below complaint to "The Mobile Store" to cancel the order and refund the amount in my account.

      You help is highly appreciate in this regard.

        the worst site.
        worst customer service.
        never response to mails.
        never contact the customers on any regard.
        i bought a micromax phone, cost me Rs 4499.
        it was lost during the transit and i was promised for a replacement from their side.but now they are making some lame excuses.there are no updates from their side no matter how many times i have mailed or raised a complaint.they seem to be botherless.i asked for refund since i will be out of station for a while and if suppose, they send me a replacement i wont be able to receive it.
        it would be great if something can be done in this regard.
        would appreciate a lot.

          i am a doctor ( MD Medicine, DM nephrology). i remain very busy everyday. i have purchased samsung galaxy note GT N 7000 from mobile store shahibaug ahmedabad on 14 feb 2012. At the time purchase store manager mr. Dhaval assured me that if any problem occurs with mobile then mobile store people will solve it immedietely & will provide home service to me. due to this assurance i purchased mobile which costed me 33600 Rs. at the same time its cost in other stores was 32000. so i paid 1600Rs more to mobilestore people due their assurance. within 10 days of purchasing mobile problem started with its battery as it took 6 to 8 hrs for recharge & was lasting for only 12 to 14 hrs with minimal use. also mobile was hanging repeatedly and processing speed was slow as compared other galaxy note N 7000 of one of my friend. i called to mr. Dhaval but he asked me to come to mobile store. i went to mobilestore and told the problem. mr Dhaval installed some softwares on my mobile & told me that problem is solved. but problem never solved & i got similar problems repeatedly for which i went to mobilestore repeatedly ( about 12 -15 times). each time mr. Dhaval told me different reasons & postponed servicing. on 28 july 2012 my mobile stopped working so i went to mobile store where mr. Dhaval told me that mobile needs servicing. he sent my mobile to samsung service centre. At the time of submitting mobile i had told him all problems of my mobile but he wrote only few & refused to write battery problem & told me that we clear the problem latter on. mobile was sent for servicing for 7 days. i have job card of service done. after servicing i lost all my imp. data. after servicing also problems persisted. now i have following problems with my mobile
          1) battery life only 4-5 hrs with minimal use so i need to recharge battery repeatedly
          2) takes 8-10 hrs for recharge
          3) mobile becomes hot when used continuously for 10 to 15 min.
          4) processing speed is very low as compared to others same mobile
          when i went to mobilestore to solve above problems mr. Dhaval spoke very rudely & arrogantly. kindly take strict action againt Dhaval & solve my problems otherwise i will go in consumer court. my friend Dr. Jitendra who purchased mobile from mobilestore have same problems.

            I have purchased a NOKIA C3-01 on[protected] from Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur Store

            On[protected] I found some problem in hand set & contacted at above store and they suggested me to contact Nokia Care but up on contacting Nokia Care on[protected] they refused to repair the same under warranty stating that Handset has been sold in month of July 2011 (I have Purchased on[protected] and it is not in warranty even and after shown of your Invoice they were not agree to repair the same in warranty.

            Thereafter I contacted to above store they said you leave the mobile with us we will contact our seniors get it repaired and it will take few days. But on[protected] they called me and refused to get it repaired.

            Then on[protected] I wrote online complaint on [protected]@themobilestore.in and on[protected] I got reply that my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. even and after waiting for more then 7 days I again wrote Email on above Email ID but could not get any reply .

            on[protected] I called on call center and explaind the complaint they asked me that Area Manager of The Mobile Store will contact me within 30mins but no one contacted me then again I called at call center then they gave me Mobile no. of Mr. Naveen Manager of Mobile Store I contacted him 3-4 times at last he gave me Mobile nos. of Mr. Param Pal Singh and asked me to speak to him. I contacted Param Pal Singh he said within 15 min. he will call me back & resolve my problem but after waiting for 3 hrs I again contacted him then He replied that I am trying to contact Head of Nokia Care to resolve your issue but he is not Picking the cell so as and when problem is resolved I will contact you.

            Again after waiting for reply I contacted Mr. Param Pal Sing he straightly refused to help me out and asked to contact with NOKIA Care onle.

            After entire story I understand that I have been cheated and they have sold me second hand handset.

              I have Purchased a mobile from Mobile Store,R-City Mall-Ghatkopar as they have said of 5% Cash back coupon code would be received via message in 30mins ...If incase you do not receive the message call up the customer care[protected] and get the coupon code ...i had called up thrice on customer care no. every alternate days ...they keep the phone on hold for 20-30mins and respond they would call me back ...but it couldn't happen ...
              atlast after 5days when i called they said that there is no such offer on your phone ...as they have given on discounted price..if such would be the case ...then why have they not mentioned on the bill...they said to speak to store person....when i had gone to store...they are now ...ignoring about the promise which has been made....Request people to go to small stores to purchase their handset instead of going to "Mobile Store" R-City Ghatkopar or any where in india.

                I purchased BSNL Panta IS703C from The Mobile Store (one Line) vide order No [protected] dated 25th August 2012

                After receipt of the Product it was found defective. The product was given to authorized service center of the Penta Technology for checking/repairing which was returned without fixing the defect.

                I am following up with The Mobile Store since 19th September 2012 for replacement. I had written various email & made lot of telephone calls. Everytime they said that replacement will be despached today.

                Till now I have not received the replacement.

                I reported the matter to Customer Care, Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. also but all in vain

                  I Bought BSNL Penta Tablet IS703C from The mobile Store S.V.ROAD Kandivali west. used it for hour i started facing issues like restart..problem with lcd screen and lot more problems on the next day i went back to return and asked for the replacement they took the tablet i continously called them for three days they told its in process we will help you out..evrytime i called they gave me same response sayinh "We will let you know tommorow"everytime i had to call but the same response..they are not replacing..nor giving my cash back

                    I have ordered one samsung galaxy s advanced mobile through online mobileStore facility (order No [protected]) on 27/07/2012 .
                    After 4-5 days they updated status with a fake Shipping No :[protected] (Shipping Agent :AFL) ,regarding this I enquired them and they said some excuses. After one moth they cancelled my order due to unavailable stock and put the pending-refund status in online transaction.
                    Now they are saying refund is already done on 11/09/2012 and update 'Complete' status in online transaction,
                    but the amount is not credited in my account.I called the customer care to get the reference No of refund transaction but they are not ready to give the reference No and still say some excuses..

                      My friend Prabha, had ordered one Nokia Asha 200 Phone with Free SanDisk Memory card from The Mobile Store online on 14/09/12 and also paid the amount of Rs 3692/- immediately with a promised delivery date of 22/09/12. However she has not yet received the mobile with free sandisk card till date i.e. 28th September 2012. (Order No.[protected]

                      On confirmation of the order , the Bluedart courier docket no. was also generated and sent as an e-mail to her. However, the courier docket no. as mentioned in the e-mail – [protected] is Invalid.

                      She also spoke to the Mobile Store customer care no. [protected] and lodged a complaint on 21/09/12.The customer care representative told her that there was some issue in the courier docket no. generated and that the delivery of the mobile with Free Sandisk card would be made on Thursday i.e. 27th September 2012. And she was promised delivery on this day.

                      However, she did not receive the mobile with San disk free memory card 8 GB. Secondly, she spoke to the customer care yesterday to Mr Vinod on [protected] who promised to look into the matter and do the needful. She again today spoke to Mr Pradeep at 10.00 a.m. on 28th September 2012 and asked for the call to be transferred to the supervisor wherein Mr Pradeep replied that the supervisor will come after 12.00 p.m.. The moot point is that the customer had placed the order 13 days back and paid the amount also 13 days back and still the product is not delivered amounting to deficiency in service.

                      The authorities are requested to take appropriate action against Mobile Store

                        I ordered a mobile from the mobile store online (themobilestore.com) on 26th Aug 2012. Today is 13th Sept 2012 and I still haven't received the mobile.
                        On the site they claimed the delivery in 6 to 8 days. The 1st shipping date was 3rd sept 2012. After the shipping date missed they don't even bother to communicate, I myself called them to know the next date. The shipping date got shifting. Even after writting emails to know about the status no one replied.

                        The Mobile Store — Wrong promise and information

                        I have purchase one Bleackbery mobile from The mobile store on 02/06/11, with that i got one 12 movie pack which was valid till 6 month ( Two movie per month). Cpn no. CR438b2d298. I had purchesed from Mr. Gaurav ctc no. [protected]. I have utilized 1 voucher on 14/07/11. but in next month in august it got expired this is also confirmed by one mobile team. I have asked to Mr. Gaurav but he is not giving me any solution. what should i do?

                          They are cheaters. They will deduct the money from your credit card and they will never deliver the product. On the top of this they will provide incorrect tracking id from blue dart. This is my kindly advice to all people across globe. I don't somebody to face this issue. I lost around $80 from buying through that site to ship mobile phone to my parents.

                            I have taken a Samsung mobile(Samsung Galaxy S advance) on[protected] from mobile store in Sector 38 A, GIP MALL on the rate of Rs. 23500, but at the mobile store site and any other location (Samsung) etc. its cost only Rs. 19500. So it a big difference of rs. 4000. So it is requested to please look in to the matter. I am waiting for your positive response. Please find the attached bill they have given me.

                              I have always purchased several handsets from your respective outlets but this time i am not at all happy with the experience i had after purchasing my Nokia-X2.
                              I bought this cell phone from the Irla,Mumbai Outlet on 04/02/11 my order no is 02064486 and invoice no is 1005/2386.
                              While purchasing i was offered an extended warranty with my cell and i was pleased to take it so i paid the extra amount and the salesperson gave me the bill which i have attached in this mail. while purchasing i asked the salesperson about the bill for extended warranty so he wrote in the bill and gave it to me and said said bring this bill and we will serve you, and as a customer, completely unaware of your services was happy to get an extended warranty, and now when there is a problem in my handset i went to the Mobile store outlet at Irla,mumbai they told me they dont have any information and they diverted me to the worli outlet, i even went there but even they said there is no entry in their system, so inshort you guys have fooled me with your splendid offer where even after paying, you didnt entered the details in your system for that i have to suffer now.....
                              Kindly provide me an acceptable solution as soon as possible...

                                I have taken Mts data card paying Rs.1352. I was promised to be given 10GB of data for 2 months (5GB each month). But they have provided me only 2GB of data. I contacted the MTS manager,he is saying I have used entire 10GB of data which is utter false for 2 reasons
                                1. They had said I ll get 5GB of data per month,then how come my entire 10gb data get over in just 15 days ??
                                2. The MTS statistics window shows I have just used 2gb of data.
                                I have spent almost rs.40/- in contacting the MTS people and the mobile store people,but nothing is helping.
                                I have taken the device for THE MOBILE STORE,even these people aren't helping.

                                  I had purchased Nokia Lumia 800 on 13.6.12 from the MOBILE Store located at Alfa one Mall - Hypercity Ahmedabad.

                                  1. I was committed by the Mobile store representative that if purchased via using SBI credit card, the amount of the mobile i.e. Rs. 23788 can be paid by me via 9 equal EMI's without any interest i.e 0%. Also it was communicated to me that my total amount of the mobile will not be blocked from my available credit card limit but only the EMI amount would be blocked every month from my credit card limit.

                                  2. Based on the above commitment made by the store representative, I had purchased the mobile i.e Nokial Lumia 800. The receipt of the same also confirmed about the statement made by the store representative about 9 equal EMI's with 0% interest.

                                  3. To my surprise on seeing the unbilled transactions of my SBI card, I found that total amount i.e Rs. 23788 was deducted from my account instead of the EMI.

                                  4. I contacted the store from were the purchase was made and they assured that it takes maximum 72 hrs to get reflected in my credit card account. But unfortunately it did not get reflected in my account. On again contacting the store representative, once again assurance was given that the changes would be seen within 24 hrs. But again the assurance given failed.

                                  5. I then contacted my SBI customer care, to my surprise they informed me that the deal with Mobile store for EMI at 0% interest was valid till 31.5.12 only and the slip given to me was a fraud slip.

                                  6. I informed the same to the Mobile store representative and expressed my concern about the EMI's since my statement was to be generated on 23.6.12. But once again only assurance was given by the store representative.

                                  7. I then registered a complain with the MOBILE Store Customer Care on[protected] and expressed my concern about the purchase not getting converted to EMI. I was given the complain number MSC[protected]. The customer care representative assured that before the statement is generated by the bank the changes of purchase getting converted to EMI would be done.

                                  8. Unfortunately again only assurances were given by the Mobile Store, my credit card statement was generated and it showed the full amount.

                                  9. I had again contacted the store and once again they tried to give me false assurance.

                                  10. I had asked for the refund from the Mobile store via customer care (complain number is MSC[protected] & MSC[protected] but still there is no response.

                                  I would request to kindly help me with the matter and get my money refunded.

                                    Non delivery of order Order number [protected], even after 20 days

                                    I had placed an order for Nokia model C2-02 and and micro SD card 8 GB on 6th June 2012 and payment made by my creditcard. The delivery time given in the webpage was within 4-6 days. On the very next day I have got the airway bill number of Bluedart as [protected]. When I tracked with bluedart website, it was showing as a non-valid airway bill number. I was waiting for next 2 more days, but the status on the courier website does not changed. But status in "myaccount" in the theMobilestore.com page was saying as "complete". I contacted customer care of "themobilestore" over phone and by email. But I didnot received any other replay than "it has been dispatched". They asked us to check with Bluedart. I had contacted bludart at their customer care and office at the destination city. But they clarified as it is not reached to even bluedart.
                                    I had contacted "the mobile store" again. After a lot of calls they admitted that it was not dispatched. But they committed that it will be dispatched on 12th June. But that also not happened. I was not able to get the actual status of this order, either from customer care or in "myaccount" of the webpage. Both of these are always saying that the order is completed. I really do not know, what they meant my "Completed". The ordered phone and memory card are not yet reached to the consignee till today.
                                    On 18th June, I had requested to cancel the order. When I asked for a reference number for the cancellation, they told it is not required, but the order will be cancelled on the same day itself and the refund will be done in 4-5 working days. When I contacted again on 19th June, the customer care executive was not aware of the cancellation. So I requested again for the cancellation by phone and e-mail.
                                    Till today (26th June) the refund not has been credited in my account. Whenever I contacted the customer care by phone, and they were not able to findout the actual status of my order, they committed a call back, but never made it. None of my e-mails are answered.
                                    Can anybody advice, what to do for refund of my money and compensation for the loss of time and this harassment? Do I have to proceed with police complaint or legal action against them?

                                      ON May 10th I went to THEMOBILESTORE LIMITED located in Frazer town in Mosque Road.
                                      The invoice number for the phone is 13956/6183731 for which IPhone 3gs was given to me.

                                      Then after two days I started to observe that the battery back was very less. So I started observing
                                      the phone another using not using the most of the applications. On 9th day I felt for sure the
                                      problem with phone battery . I had charged the phone completely to 100 % before my sleep but was
                                      shocked to see in morning with only a 10 % of battery left.
                                      Then I went to The MOBILE Store ( 21/05.12 ) from where I brought the phone the
                                      employees there sent me to Apple service office located in RT Nagar.Leaving my Job I went to
                                      service office to my surprise there was nobody available in to attend me as they busy with the
                                      meeting. After Initial fight with them the person in the reception a engineer came and attended me.
                                      I told him about the battery problem I am facing with the phone. He took the phone and said they
                                      need to observe the phone for 24 hrs. I handover the phone to them and in return they hand me
                                      service report : 3212 .Even after 24 hrs there was no update to me I had to call them up for the
                                      update. When I called them for the 1st timeon 22/05/12 the engineer asked my permission to
                                      format the phone.
                                      I informed the engineer to format the phone and do the necessary observation. The next day
                                      ( 23/05/12 )also no update was given to me so again I had called them up and to my surprise they
                                      were again asking me for permission to format the phone where as I had already given them the
                                      permission a day before itself. But it was not communicated to them Is the reply I got . I was
                                      fasturated with the kind of service centre they were having. Then again after my permission they
                                      format the phone and installed the software and did the necessary checks . The next day 24/05/12 I
                                      got a call at last from the service centre informing me that there is problem with the battery and I
                                      will get the replacement.
                                      Then Replaced handset also handset had some issues with the home button which was later replaced. Then third handset was given to me with a battery issues . The handset was again replaced with a fourth one. The current handset is having issues like freezing , ringing tone giving abnormal sounds .

                                      I am totally upset with Apple phone and service with regard’s to facing issue many times within a month of purchase itself.

                                        This is with regards to my Samsung E1081, mobile phone purchased on 06/04/2012. Please find the details below:

                                        Model: Samsung E1081

                                        Purchase Date: 06/04/2012
                                        Store ID: 1083

                                        Purchased from The MobileStore Limited
                                        Salt Lake Swimming Pool, Sec - 2,
                                        Kolkata.

                                        Please be informed, that the handset was faulty from the moment the sealed was open in the store itself. I just checked the call quality in front of the salesman from Mobile Store in the store itself and found that the speaker was not clear and appropriate and hence asked them to change the handset, but they ignored it stating it happens sometimes, due to network issue.

                                        I tried for 4 days, with other networks and different Sim Cards but the issue was still there.

                                        Then I took the phone to The MobileStore and told them the same, they then accepted the fault and asked me to leave the mobile for repair, and collect it after two days.

                                        I told them it was a defect from the beginning, and I even told them at the time of purchase but they ignored that time, so it should be replaced rather than repaired.

                                        The person at the mobile straight a way denied for a replacement and said we will repair it.

                                        Then I was not returned the phone in 2 days rather they took around 10 days, but the problem was still there.

                                        I took it to the Samsung service center they again repaired the same, but the problem was still not resolved.

                                        Finally I again went to The MobileStore, they said this time they will again repair it and then took around 3 weeks, by saying that the mobile is sent to Delhi for repairing and the board will be changed.

                                        I agreed and took the phone after 3 weeks from them, but to see the same condition.

                                        And the person from The MobileStore proudly said we tried our best, the mobile will not be replaced.

                                        So the ultimate outcome is, "You paid the money for a faulty handset and you have to bear the losses."

                                        Which is completely a wrong thing.

                                        I have purchased iPhone in the past from the same MobileStore and was loyal to the Brand, but this time I do not think I will even let others take the wrong decision of buying mobiles from The MobileStore Limited.


                                        The saying: "INDIA'S LARGEST AND MOST TRUSTED MOBILE STORE" does not holds true. If I would have bought the phone from a local store they would have replaced the handset then there.
