EMI Issue

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Lite, white from www.themobilestore.in, and i have ordered it on 6th months EMI based.

Issue i am facing is, because of some problem in between The Mobile Store & Credit Card Company(SBI), amount of mobile has not comverted into EMI from their side.

I called to The Mobile Store Customer Care for help to convert that amount into EMI, i am following regarding same complaint...

Money Not Refunded

I purchased an Micromax from The Mobile Store online 15th Nov 2012(Order ID[protected]. After purchasing, they said it's out of stock they were not able to say the exact delivery date. Hence i cancelled my order on 19th November. While cancellation, call center executive told me that, it will take max 14 days to refund. Till now, they have not refunded money in my account.

the worst site.
worst customer service.
never response to mails.
never contact the customers on any regard.
i bought a micromax phone, cost me Rs 4499.

At the time purchase store manager mr. Dhaval assured me that if any problem occurs with mobile then mobile store people will solve it immedietely & will provide home service to me. due to this assurance i purchased mobile which costed me 33600 Rs. at the same time...

Wrong Commitment on 5% Cashback On Mobile Purchase

Defective BSNL Penta IS703C

I purchased BSNL Panta IS703C from The Mobile Store (one Line) vide order No [protected] dated 25th August 2012

After receipt of the Product it was found defective. The product was given to authorized service center of the Penta Technology for checking/repairing which was returned without fixing the defect.

I have ordered one samsung galaxy s advanced mobile through online mobileStore facility (order No [protected]) on 27/07/2012 .
After 4-5 days they updated status with a fake Shipping No :[protected] (Shipping Agent :AFL) ,regarding this I enquired them and they said some excuses. After one moth they cancelled my order due to unavailable stock and put the pending-refund status in online transaction.

Never Delivered

They are cheaters. They will deduct the money from your credit card and they will never deliver the product. On the top of this they will provide incorrect tracking id from blue dart. This is my kindly advice to all people across globe. I don't somebody to face this issue. I lost around $80 from buying through that site to ship mobile phone to my parents....

I have taken a Samsung mobile(Samsung Galaxy S advance) on[protected] from mobile store in Sector 38 A, GIP MALL on the rate of Rs. 23500, but at the mobile store site and any other location (Samsung) etc. its cost only Rs. 19500. CHeat in data usage
