Sir,

It is difficult to deal with SBI Bhavnagar Krishnanagar Branch. I have taken a Housing loan of 11, 34, 000 in around March-Apr-2013. From that point of time no one has told they I can not pay my installment direct credit to my housing loan account through net banking. after 4-5 months they come with SMS saying that your saving account is debit balance of Rs.53000(approx) I rushed to the bank and inquire about the same. they said you are not suppose to credit your housing loan account insteas that you should credit your saving account and bank will deduct installment from your saving account. I did that but again bank has debited my account twice a month once on 3rd and again on 21st(I am not sure but that was month of Sept-Oct). again I went to bank and they said it is system mistake. will do the needful. Also in one moth my account was credited for Rs. 184000(Some 7000+x25 times and same was debited) but I have not done this transaction. there is no answer from Nilambaug branch as well. My SBI Account No. is [protected] & My Housing loan account no is .[protected]. Please do the needful.(Written application also given).

REGARDING OPENING OF SAVING ACCOUNT IN SBI

I WANT TO OPEN A SAVING ACCOUNT IN SBI BRANCH LALPUR:12623.
BUT THE MANAGER AMIT CHOUDHARY AND THE STAFF ARE MAKING ME RUN LIKE ANYTHING,
I HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AS WELL AS INTRODUCER BUT THEN ALSO THEY ARE
NOT ACCEPTING MY FORM FOR THE LAST 20 DAYS.

I have a SBI savings account no.[protected] which I opened recently ) with Thudiyalur, Coimbatore branch of SBI across the roadfrom my residence. But I work 30 km away from there. Since SBI branch near my place of work showed inability to enable me open an account I spent few thousand to take leave and open account ( savings ), at SBI, Thudiyalur branch Coimbatore - 641034 . I have a joint a/c, HDFC Bank with my wife ( whom I have nominated for SBI a/c ), and HDFC bank sends, whenever asked for Cheque book and also had delivered PIN number at home through courier.to my address. The same address is given for SBI account by me ?
If I have to take on ore day leave to go to o SBI branch I opened my account I will have to spend another Rs 1200/- FC bank, Thudiyalur again. Is it NOT possible to send PIN number and Cheque book by SBI to my registered address by me to home address? Or if my wife goes with her Passport or more ID can it be handed over to her? SBI as usual, does not respond when repeatedly call their number, which is nothing new as happens in any GOVT. organization. as is expected.
INTERNET BANKING AND ATM CARD

I was apply for INTERNET BANKING and ATM CARD ON 14th June 2014 at my own branch my account No.[protected] my branch code is 0159 address MAIN BRANCH PURNEA .After several time to visit on my branch but the concern lady employee says I DONT KNOW.What I do kindly suggest or solve my problem.

Dear Sir,

I got open a saving bank account in SBI Nangloi branch, Delhi, on 29th May 2014 including ATM Card or NET Banking service, A/C No. [protected]. They told me that we will send you your passbook and ATM Card by Speed Post. I received a SMS of Speed Post No. of that letter but i could not have to go to receive that letter from post office because i am working as an accountant so my boss was not approving my leave but after 6 days my father went to post office to get that letter but the letter has returned. After that I again went to SBI Bank i asked to bank manager about my letter he told me that write an application and leave there along with your identity card's photo copy.I wrote an application and attached my ID's copy and left there, then he told me that we will send again via speed post. But i did not receive any SMS related to SBI at yet.I got open my account four months ago but i do not have my passbook and ATM card at yet. Sir i need ATM card. Please take any action against this.

It is mentioned that my elder brother basic pension from 9423/- to 10029/- has been enhenced wef 24 Sep 12 but till date the arrears of enhenced pension has not yet been paid to him. I am trying your phone numbers[protected] & 11 every day hour to hour but always I am getting bussy tone which is seems to be kept advertently bussy so that no body can complaint with the dealing assistant which is unfair in the public interest. I once again requerst your kind honour to look into the matter and resolve the issue so that my brother can overcome from his financial crisis in these hard days.

It is submitted that I have deposited cheque bearing number 453164 dated 03 Aug 2015 for Rs.5000/- on 03 Aug 2015 for crediting into my account at SBI RK Puram at your extension counter of AAI, Rangpuri. I have received msg from my banker and asking for present with document. The same msg was shown to branch manager and request to take action accordingly. Despite repeated personal requests wef 04 Aug 15 til today he has not yet present the same and also Rs. 114/- has been deducted from my account on account of dishonoured cheque which is not my fault. Due to neglejency of the branch manager I am suffering now. You are requested to please look into matter and take suitable action against the branch manager for not taking timely action for the same under intimation to me.

Sir,

Even after clearing the HTL and obtaining No dues certificate, I am unable to get the pledged documents from RACPC Trivandrum till date. Repeated request and written complains to various offices of GM/AGM could not give positive reply.

Ref my complaint No. HL[protected].

To whom I have to approach to solve this issue.

I would like to draw your kind attention that I have an SB account of your branch (bearing no. [protected] and a fixed deposit of Rs.500000.00 (five lakhs bearing No.- [protected]) for a period of one your I, e, maturing on 19.08.2015. as advised through SMS on 13.08.2015 I visited my SBI Branch on 17.08.2015. (Badkulla Branch-11374, IFS Code-SBINoo11374 ) requested them to rolled over for the original term i.e, another 1year from the matured date 19.08.2015.
On the above issue the dealing officer of the branch has imposed penalty of nearly about Rs. 10000.00 ( Ten thousand ). Then I met the Branch Manager who is very relactant to listen my problem. But till now (28.09.2015.) the manager of the aforesaid branch do not cooperate with me to solve my problem of my fixed deposit.
I am a senior citizen and retired person so I request you kindly help me to solve my problem and refund the deducted amount

2.My Pension a/c no [protected] was transferred from SBI, Main Branch, Bhuj to SBI, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur approx 2 years ago .My most humble request is as under -
(a) My Pension Documents may please be transferred to Jaipur .
(b) My Saving a/c may please be converted in to Defence Salary Pension Package (DSP ) ACCOUNT .
(c) Monthly Pension Statement / Annual Statement may please be sent on mail id [protected]@yahoo.co.in
