i had earlier applied for the change of depot from moolakadai to mr nagar vide id no 29841103 and i would like to thank all those
who have made this happen now i am drawing newspaper from 11 mar 2015 from my new vendor

Hi,
I am a resident of Gyan Khand - 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, the local news paper wala does not deliver the paper and this is a trend he has been following since many months. I have tried to make him understand that there is no use if he would deliver it post 8 am as we all are out of home.


We look forward for your support in addressing the issue by way of some alternative or correction in paper delivery.

Non delivery of times of india.

I made complaints so many times.apr 25th and today 27th did not receive paper.
This is happening regularly.monthly 3 or 4 days not delivering papers.
I have made so many complaints regarding this.hope this time i will get
A good response.

I am residing in Jammu and regular reader of Times Of India, Chandigarh Edition.Every day i am observing that news Items are repeated.For example : "NGT panel to Check use of groundwater, Party rivalries mark debate in House on Tamil Nadu floods and Chennai ripples reach Paris add to climate justice call " news items are appearing in Times of India Chandigarh Edition of 04.12.2015 as well as 05.12.2015.Not a single day is without news repetition.
Further i would like to point out that recently in was in Delhi, i bought copy of TOI Delhi edition 28.11.2015 and brought the same to jammu on my return.What i found that news appearing in Delhi edition of 28.11.2015 and the news appearing in TOI Chandigarh edition of 29.11.2015 was almost same.Does this means that readers in Delhi are supposed to get latest updation and the readers of other parts of India latter on.What i feel i that Same news items should appear in all TOI circulation all over India.

I am taking Times of India and Economic Time Combo from Time from 4 to 5years. But It is the First Time that after receiving my che . No. 424890 of Rs. 1, 262/- My paper has been not given to me.
After repetitive complain to Times of India on .[protected]-66354021 th y only assure me that my complain has been registered . I have given the coupons to my vendor he tells that i he has given to times of india but times says they have not received the coupons . time person does not come to collect the coupons so vendor collects and gives to times of india . I have taken this matter to area head but he also only assures me that my paper will be delivers shortly from 2 months my paper has not been delivered to me.

If time does not have credibility to resolve the problem than kindly refund the amount other newspaper like DNA are eagerly waiting .After this issue I am not in a posstion to tell any one to buy times of india.

I am regular reader of Times of India and I subscribe it for 15 months by paying amount 795 through cheque. I received SMS on my register mobile that my subscription no, is [protected] and over phone it is confirmed that my coupons have dispatched in the last of March 2016.
It is Last day of May 2016 over 2 months have passed and i did not receive the coupons. I contacted several times and around 70 rupees have spend in calling times of India despite this only 2 times became successful to get conversation rest all the times i spent the money but customer care executives were busy only. Very poor we can say worst i have faced ever service. Even after assurance over phone i still waiting for coupons. I am wondering that as executives visited for collecting cheque why have not come to give the coupons. Even why not this coupons are being sent me over email. For all this bad service i am giving only 1 rating for Times group and saying using this that send my coupons as early as possible and contact me using details from my subscription no,

I am Mahaveer Jain from Choolai, Chennai My Subscriber / Customer Id 29786910.

There is a newspaper vendor in Choolai Area Chennai near Indoor Stadium.
Already so many times I have given complaint but there is no response.

He doesn’t supply newspaper on regular basis on time delivered the newspaper very late, when we ask why late delivered he says no person to delivered its happen so many times every time we requested to deliver the newspaper little early as he deliver the newspaper everyday by 9 am or some time 11am its happen so many times, doesn’t talk properly.

1. I have Paid Two Years subscription not received the receipt for the same

2. The Behavior of your supplier is not good always talk rude behavior, please change the supplier immediately. Late Delivery / vendor change and regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
