[Resolved]  Times Of India — DELIVERY ISSUE / VENDOR MISCHIEF

Hi,
we are living in gurgaon. dharam colony from last 2 years. and we are not getting newspaper. And vendor is not delivering it after so many requests.

TOI is distributing newspapers free of cost at so many plaves and we are struggling to get it delivered at our residence.

Please advise what should we do to make vendor deliver at our place

Times Of India — Not sending paper from more than 10 days

I booked Times of India newspaper for 6 months. Paper has to deliver to my current address from 16-March. I already raised nine complaint's that i am not getting news paper already paid money from my end. Times of India people are not atall responding.

Times Of India — Damage good received

Dear Sir,

I have purchase blackberry bold 9000 mobile shopping by india times shopping , purchase date 17 November 2010 bill no. 2434 order no.[protected], amount of product 16880/- after three month his track ball is damage on paper he write it one year warranty but when i call brackberry service centre he told me this service are not free of cost . i am shock

Sir i have one year plan for times of india andvalid till october 2011 but from last 15 days i am not reciving paper . I have compliant many times incustomer care but still not recived paper .please refund my money or contuie the service

I paid subscription Times of India for one year of Rs 149 vide HDFC, multi city Cheque no. 017336 dated Nov 10 in favour of bennett & coleman .The vendor (Mr havaldar singh) of Navy Nagar Mumbai till Feb 2011, I didnot get the coupon. Now I have shifted my accommodation from R 29-5D, New Navy Nagar, Colaba, Mumbai -400005 to my New address .new Address as follows;

Times Of India — Newspaper not delivered

Hi, I purchased times of india 1year news paper coupon valid from 01-Dec-2010 upto 30-Nov-2011, till date i have not received any newspaper and also i dint received the coupon, I was promised that the coupon will be sent to me by Poonammalle Dealer of Times of Inida, No one responded to my complaint till now(today's date: 16-june-2011). Kindly respond to my complaint.......

Times Of India — Delivery Issue - Dealer Rude, no response

I am thoroughly appalled by poor customer service by Times of India personnel. I had never expected such a horrendous experience with such a great group as Times of India. Here are details of the problem I have and complain I wish to raise.

I have taken a coupon with:

I never got proper delivery of newspaper continuously for last two months. Every week and many times every day, I had to face problem and the paper was not delivered. I have to call vendor 3-4 times to get the newspaper.Past 2 week has been extreme now, when I had to call every day to get the newspaper and still it was getting delivered after 10 am.

I have been raising this complain several time from past two moths to the area managers - V. Suresh (Ph no - [protected]), Nandakumar (Ph no - [protected]) and requested them to find a resolution or find a new vendor for the delivery.
Out of this, Suresh kept promising of resolution, but never acted on it.
But Nandakumar has been extremely rude and never talked properly. He has not tried to resolve the problem, instead just told me to adjust with poor service I was getting from the vendor.
This is the first time in my life I am having such an appalling experience for a such a simple thing as newspaper. I had taken the coupon in good faith thinking it is a good option and will help me reducing problem of settling the bill every month etc. But instead, it has just created a nuisance for me and getting a newspaper in the morning has become a annoying experience.

All this bad experience with newspaper vendor was topped with a very very poor response from your area managers Suresh and Nandakumar ( especially Nandakumar, who not only failed to resolve the problem but also was extremely rude and challenged me to go and talk to anyone I want, he does not care.)

I have requested to get refund on my coupon amount paid to both of these guys and also raise complain to times helpline number on 18.06.2011. My complain number is 470768. Here also, I was told the problem will be resolved in 48 hrs but its already 96 hours since then and no resolution has come.

And definitely this warrant strict action against Nandakumar.

I never expected such an appalling experience from such an established group as Times of India.

I paid 301 Rs.by cheque as one year subscription fees and collected news paper daily from the stall since April`11 till 30th June`11.
Now they stopped saying that you (Times group) will deliver it to my doors.
Till now no body visited us nor the daily papers delivered.

Times Of India — missing of declared page

this is in regarding with the sunday times of toi dated[protected].
on the topmost corner of the front page they print some news regarding
"ARE INDIAS NIGHTCLUBS GETTING TOO HOT TO HANDLE ?
ON PAGE 10".

but as we turn to p 10 , what we got is a large full page advertisement of a real estate company named
LOGIX GROUP.

now anyone can tell me where did that particular topic go ?????

Times Of India — Paper not issued prop

Hi there… I am writing this mail to address the irregularity in delivering the daily newspaper The Times of India to our home. We came to know about the yearly scheme paying the subscription for Rs 299. Representative from your company has come up with the scheme. Like anybody else we got interested in the scheme and subscribed the same. Here i would like to insist that we have not received the paper at least for a week. From this Monday till today we dint receive the paper. We kept informing the issues to the person who had offered for the subscription. Because of this we came under the impression that the comp itself is cheating ppl by offering such schemes. Please stop cheating ppl with these offers. We can produce the bills if required. I would like to get my subscription money, the telephone charges and other charges reimbursed or wanted to ensure that the paper is delivered to home every day. Please take immediate action on this. We have already conveyed the issue to the company through letter.

Times Group / Economic Times — Subscription Not Started

I had subscribed Economic Times through my college under one of ECONOMIC TIMES promotional activities in partnership with NMIMS, along with my friends, where in we were promised various additional benefits along with annual subscription of ET for Rs. 400.
I had paid the amount. But my subscription only is not started.
Since then every month I get call from TOI office asking whether the subscription has started. But nothing is of any help.
They gave me area manager's number but he doesnt responds.
I hope the concerned authority with look into the matter and do the needful.

Times of india/ Economic times — Late delivery

I am a regular reader of times of india/economic times from past 15 years. Recently i shifted my residence from wilson garden to vaswani astoria apartment,kariyamma agrahar, belendurpost,bangalore. I am very UNHAPPY with the paper delivery service from agent to this area. I learnt many of my collegues who stays in this area have same thought. Maruthi paper agent( [protected]) deliveris paper at around 8:00 AM and most o[censored]s leave office around 7:45 AM , We requested paper agent to deliver the paper on/before 7:30 AM, but is not commiting and he says "YOU CAN UNSUBSCRIBE, BUT I CAN NOT COMMIT TO DELIVER ON BEFORE 7:30 AM", so i unsubscribed and reading paper online. Also many of my collegues are on the similar path.
Infact I have raised complaint to TOI, till now nothing has happned. I expect Times of India should respect the readers and work with agents to deliver morning news paper in morning.

I hope Times of india cares loyal readers.

You believe it !!! Happened just a hour back... Times of India foul played with my remark sent on "Shammi passes away" to create a buzz among the readers & increase business... Shame on ToI.

i am residing @ 61, nammalvar street, chennai.79. i am customer of times of india past 4 years [from launching]. i have complained about not deliviering porperly new paper. they have not delivering editional papers like times ascent, property plus...etc. when i contacted delivery boy he gave his senioer no., when i contacted he gave me vender mr, mohan no. when i contacted & argued about inproper supply he stopped delivery of news paper from 1 sep.11. stating that subscription is over. when i inform my subscribed up to feb.12. on 1st [friday], he replied they have no deatails & they will contact times of india on monday [5.9.11] only & verify. he is telling that u have not paid me? whom u paid u complaint there only. is our offence that we have paid in advance? that's why times of india &their venders taking advantage. i am not receiving the news paper from 1 sep.11. pleas refund my subscription or retail vale of paper which not delivered.

times of india/economic times — delayed delivery of papers despite extra delivery charges

papers do not get delivered on time....they are delivered after eight in the morning....sometimes as late as nine........wherein everyone has left for their respective jobs and papers are of no use.this is despite giving extra delivery charges of rs 100 per month by each of the residents in this area.....some people are even being fleeced to pay rs 200.

I am sorry to inform you but the people whoo are selling the papers to the customer are very rudely behaving.

Platform # 5 & 6 perosn Mr. Sawantkar uis always rude to the customers.

Please look into this matter.

Times Of India — No Magazines Delivered , in spite subscribed

I was been told by August , you would start receiving this Magazines on the address provided

Can TOI explain me why is there no one responding to our complaint , even we tried calling their Helpline n o which[protected] which requires help himself , as no one ever picked the phone from last 28 days i am trying everyday
SUch a Big Organisation , doesn;t know about Customer Service --- or they are not worried about the consumer
