I have order a mobile phone from timtara.com on 17 july 2011, but still i have not received my Product. Can you please check what is the Current status of my Purchase. and when i will get my product ( moblie ). when i Track my order it is showing Awaiting Shipment. what does it mean ?

Why it is taking more than 10 days to send a Mobile. I have Purchase a Micromax Q1 Mobile Phone from your timtara website. You have received the Payment. still in your website my Order Status is showing Awaiting Shipment. When you will send it. Today Morning i have called to your customer care. still they are asking for 7 days more. Please Send the Product as soon as possible.
