Timtara.com — Money not refunded | |||
The online shopping portal- http://www.timtara.com/ is palying fraud with people. I have found out many cases similar to mine. I ordered Win 7 software online on 6/2/2013 and paid Rs.6200.00 yet till 4/3/2013, nither the product has been sent nor the money has been refunded. The customer service people are not allowing you to talk to anyone senior and won't give any concrete answer. It seems all, the owners and the staff are collectively playing fraud with outstation customers. My adivce, do not buy from them. I am in the process of repoting this web site to cyber crime cell, Bhopal. I have all digital proofs about the site and my communications with them. I HAD GAVE AN ORDER WITH TIMTARA.COM FOR SAMSUNG MOBILE ON 25TH SEPTEMBER 2012, BUT DUE TO SOME REASONS I HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, AND I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER SUCCESSFULLY, BUT THE MERCHANT (TIMTARA.COM) STILL NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT I PAID TO THEM, PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AS THE AMOUNT IS VERY VERY BIG FOR ME, ITS MY HARD WORK EARNING, WHICH IS STUCK IN TIMTARA, I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER ON 3RD OCT. 2012 BUT TILL TODAY TIMTARA HAD NOT PAID THE REFUND BACK TO ME, JUST GIVING THE EXCUSES, PLEASE ITS A REQUEST PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME AND HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND.

I placed a order by trusting timtara ,of huge investment of 21,000/- on motorola xoom tablet wifi+3g they dragged me one month with all bull storiesAs i Requested for my money back.they are again telling stories.please kindly resolve my issue.
