Timtara.com — Product not received and no refund being done

Hi,
I had placed an order on 19-Dec-2012 - Order #[protected] a Portable hard drive with 3 weeks delivery promise - I had paid Rs, 4,840 using credit card and Timtara got the amount also.

Till date I have not received the product and when I call the customer care they just ask me to wait 48 hours. The customer care also says they are an outsourced company and have no idea about timtara!!! and when timtara will send the product.!!!! One of the customer care personnel asked me to email one [protected]@timtara.com - telling that she is head of backend department and she will reply - had mailed her on 23 Jan 2013 again no response

After all the mental harassment I decided and placed a cancel request on 30 Jan 2013 - but again there has been no response even after multiple calls - all the customer care says is wait another 48 hours.

Timtara.com — Product not received

I have booked one Skullcandy In-ear Earphone X2SPCZ-810, order number 10145545 on 13th of December and made a online payment of 404rs.
The order status still shows as "Awaiting Shipment".

Please file a fraud complaint and cheating complaint against the timtara and please take appropriate action against the website and do the justice to me.

Timtara.com — Not received product or Refund

I ordered laptop from timtara.com on 23-April-2012, first they cancelled my order as they told that they didn't receive the money. But my account already got debited. Later they told us that order is in process. so i waited for the product to deliver. first they told 10-15 days.. then next 10-15 working day and now after 20-25 days when i asked about the product shipment, they are telling that they didn't receive the money. My order status is still not cancelled. How to Proceed to take legal action against this company ?.

Transfer through - STATE BANK OF INDIA (Netbanking) for the amount Rs. 26445.

however online banking details show the amount transferred to INB INFOSECURE CONSULTING PRI

Timtara.com — Refund Not Received

TIMTARA.COM is not refunding my Rs.4000 apprx. Of my cancelled order No.10271074. Since last 4 months.
I dont know what to do. Please Somebody Help Me.

I have ordered the Bluray Player on 26 feb ,. customer service not responding and also not sending money back and the are not tell the status of the product.
