I have ordered for a Sony Xperia S mobile phone worth 25,299 INR from www.timtara.com on 26th September 2012 through State Bank of India Net Banking on my friend, Karthik Nagarjuna Tunuguntla's behalf.

They guarantee the delivery within 3 weeks. But as they were not able to deliver, I cancelled the order 10331596 on 19th October 2012.
They guarantee money refund within 7 days of cancellation. But even on repeated requests for refund, they did not refund even after 2 months.

Please take this as a complaint on them and see that I get my refund as soon as possible.

    my order number 10357198. NOW ON 21ST NOVEMBER WHEN I TELEPHONED TIMTARA[protected] REGARDING MY ORDER THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE NO STOCK. I ASKED FOR REFUND ON 21/12/12.
    ON 27/12/12 WHEN I PHONED TIMTARA THEY SAID THAT YOUR ORDER IS PENDING AS THERE IS NO STOCK .I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD CANCLLED MY ORDER ASTHEY HAD NO STOCK AFTER ONE MONTH OF ME ORDERING THE MOBILE.THEY GAVE ME COMPLAIN NUMBER 62138 TODAY 27/12/12
    I WANT MY REFUND AS THEY HAVE NO STOCK

        I booked the product Lenova laptop speakers on 25 sep, 2012 thru online booking at timtara.com. i dint receive the product till 1 month. then i repeatedly called them and mailed to cancel my order and refund my money. the cancellation was registered on nov 4 after repeated complaining. the refund was expected in 10 days but now it has been 20 days and i dint get refund of money.order id 10330786.

            I ordered a prestige OTG on Timtara.com at 07th of October and a paid advance for the same, from that day till today i am continously following up for my product and no response received from there side regards the same till yet.

            Its a complete fraud website because from the day of order they are showing its awaiting shipment and after more than 70 calls from my side to them they not returned my money or nither gave me any alternative product.

            i want a strick action against them, its a cheat with customer and after providing by our goverment a that much libreage to cutomers, how could they cheat us.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I have placed an order on www.timtara.com on dated:[protected] with Reference No: 10328544 and Transaction ID: 10144227 for the product “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2p3100” worth Rs. 16890/- INR. I did a full advance payment via my SBI credit card for the same. After that I received the confirmation via email for the same from timtara.com side with promise of delivery of the product within 3 weeks.

              After 3 weeks when I inquired about my product, it was said (by your timtara.com customer care officer) it was awaiting the shipment. Since that day, my product was not supplied and also refund was not processed by them till date. I requested to timtara.com for refund my amount but they didn't reply.

              After that, I talked with SBI officer for my refund. As per the suggestion by SBI authority, I filled Dispute Transaction form and sent scan copy through attachment on 27-Oct-2012 to SBI Email Address : feedback.[protected]@ge.com, chargeback.[protected]@ge.com and requested for refund amount and for same I got reply from charback.[protected]@ge.com that my complaint is under investigation. They give Request No :[protected] on 30-Oct-2012.

              But after few days that SBI customer care said me that he has not received my dispute form. So I sent dispute form again on 02-Nov-2012 and again 06-nov-2012 I got reply from SBI and they requested me to mark a mail to merchant e mail-id and send us a copy at chargeback.[protected]@ge.com. I sent again mail to SBI with merchant email id on 07-Nov-2012 and for same i got reply from SBI that they acknowledge the receipt of my email and and they will revert me through email within 3 working days.

              Again after few days when I spoke with SBI Customer care they asked me to send Hard Copy on SBI Address So I sent Hard Copy through Shree Anjani courier on 06-Dec-2012, But then also they said they didn't received my courier and when again I spoke with SBI Customer Care they said me that send again dispute form because they have not received. On 25-Dec-2012 When I spoke again with SBI Customer Care they asked me to send dispute form copy again last time and gave me complain no :[protected] and request no :[protected].

              So I am totally I tired and frustate with SBI Card Customer care. They are not giving me my refund amount and giving only excuses.

              SBI — Refund of Disputed Amount

              Respected Sir,
              My account no. is [protected].A sum of Rs.1000.00 has been debited to my account on 10.08.2009 although the transaction did not go through and cash was not delivered.
              Please refund the amount.
              I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the above statements are true and authorize the bank to recover this amount from my account if the bank is unable to confirm the validity of my claim.
              Please take an immediate action and inform on my e mail ID..

              SBI Card — non refunding of transaction dispute

              AS on date ,undersigend is continuously persuing the case and it is gentle reminder no. 06 sent ot them through e-mail

              This is with reference to 'Case ID=[protected]’ where scanned copy of dispute has been attached as reminder no. 04.

              With respect to acknowledgment of the e-mail dated June 21, 2011 regarding unsettled amount of Rs 6431/- against transaction made on 27th July 2010.
              1. This is to bring your kind notice that undersigned is passing through acute mental agony and hardship due to mistake of customer care personnel.
              2. In spite of repeated request and persistent follow since October 2010 , I am still not being able to settle this pending case. I would again remind you that maintaining the good services is the responsibility of the SBI card. By not doing so, it is guilty of deficiency in services. AS you are not being able to settle the case till date, it seems that you are reluctant to solve the matter even knowing that this is your pertinent responsibility to remit the pending amount . In this regard, numerous e-mail along with all supporting documents had being attached for your kind perusal, the matter was not taken at all seriously, which resulted in delay and now seems that your good office is being intentionally delaying the case of remittance.

              3. Let me tell you, this is not the MTNL VCC phone card where locking period is assigned and validity is being given to customer. This is SBI card services, where the customer as well as the SBI card is equally responsible for delay, or pending payment irrespective of the time frame. When the customer is liable to pay the credited amount along with the hefty penalty so is the case must be with the SBI card services. Being the good customer, undersigned have never delayed the payment and if so, always paid with interest then why so much mental torture and enormous agony are is given in remitting the amount?. I am not going to quit the case till the matter is resolved and payment is done along with penal interest.

              4. Since deficiency of your services, had led me to this transaction dispute, which had forced me to follow up the case, till end. This transaction dispute had to be resolved earlier itself by the SBI Card services but failed to understand why this is not being settled even after repeated reminder since November 2010. It is the foremost duty of the Card services to resolve the pending payment at the earliest.

              5. There are two instances in the statement where the SBI card had settle the dispute by itself then why so much hue and cry in settling this transaction dispute. Let me remind you that this is erroneous mistake on the part of SBI card and undersigned is continuous following up the case along with suffering.


              6. From the above, following inference is understood that..
              a. Undersigned is sincerely continuously follow up the matter and tried to resolve the issue.
              b. Customer care people are more frequently changing thereby setting immoral practices, which is definitely bringing disrepute to the organization and can sharp decline in business.
              c. The amount is not big but hard earned & put question on the business ethics of the SBI Card service integrity.
              d. Is this the way you treat your value customer? Even after knowing that customer is soliciting for his own money?
              In view of the above, it is requested to kindly look in to matter and resolve the issue instantly.

              Never ever opt for SBI credit card, they are very irresponsible, they handed over my card to some one else and by using that card, some one swapped 50k .

                Hello ATOM Support Team,

                Kindly look into my case, I have placed an order at Timtara website through your payment getway on 12/Dec/2012 at 01:11:42 am for the amount of Rs 16436.

                It seems that Timtara changes there payment gateway on daily basis. Because In the above transaction I selected a wrong model for the product I want, So Timtara Customer Support Team was telling me to place a new order. And When I placed a new ordeer on 12/12/2012 that transaction was done through TimesMoney.

                Since then I am regularly followup with Timtara for cancellation of my transaction made through ATOM, but they are not replying to me, their customer support team keep on saying same thing that we will reply you in next 24 hours. And nobody is reply to my email which I am sending regularly.

                Timtara team is not having real status, they have delivered me both the models, then I have returned one product but still their status shows waiting for shipment.

                This is my humble request, please intervene into this issue, please cancel this order and refund my money as earliest.

                    I had placed two orders:
                    10358970 on november 25, 2012 (rs.8990)
                    10361802 on december 1, 2012. (Rs. 550)
                    both of these orders show “awaiting shipment”
                    my numerous e-mails and telephone calls have not elicited any reponse. Every time there is a standard response that due to some technical issued the product will be delivered soon. An e-mail says to wait for another 21 days.
                    When I went on line to see about your website I found that it is full of complaints about non-delivery of products, non-cancellation and non-refunds.
                    I want a firm date of delivery and in view of the delay and the lost interest on the money paid, they should be willing to give me a discount.
                    In case no firm date is available then I want a full refund with 30 percent interest (normally charged by the credit card company) along with rs.10000 as compensation for agony and my wasted efforts.
                    Please help

                    I have ordered for vaccume cleaner on[protected]. with order number 10176975 by making advance payement. They said that product will be dispached within 8-10 working days but still they have not shipped it. It's been around 20 days already. Even on calling CC of them, either they dont pick call or disconnect it.

                    Timtara.com — Non-delivery of Products

                    I had ordered following items:

                    (a) Order no: 10229264: 1 x Tamrac Aero 60 (Model# 3360) Camera Bag (Grey), placed on 2/April/2012

                    (b) Order no: 10230002: 1 x Nikon AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED (4.3x) Lens placed on 3/April/2012
                    these orders were to be delivered in 8-10 working days.

                    Initially I was told that items will be shipped within 6 days, then Mr.Raja Singh
                    told me on Wednesday (25th April) that they will be shipped with 48 hours and
                    then again on Monday 30/April that these items will be shipped today (Wednesday).

                    Now a mail has been sent from CCO account by Ms.Mamta asking for 4 more days.

                    It thus, appears that they do not have these items and are not likely to ship in near future.

                    Despite many complaints my product has not been delivered yet , every time I call them they assure me product will be reached in one week , and they r doing this for 10 weeks now .                         i ordered a micromax mobile on 08/11/2012 and payment was made by credit card.timtara assures to supply the product within 3 weeks. after expiry of time limit i lodged complaint with them regarding non shipment. no response was given and after repeated calls on customer care , i was finally told that product has been sold ( last call on 19/12/2012 ) even after my order the product was available for sale on site. i could not buy another mobile in this duration as the status of the product on site was " awaiting shipment ". finally i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money , but i have not been provided the cancellation no. timtara has only provided customer care no. and no contact mail id has been provided. if someone wants to mail complaint , it only says that your complaint is already registered.
                        this way , this online shopping site is making false commitments and never bother for customers complaint and no prompt action is being taken to resolve the issue.
                        i doubt that my money will be refunded within 7 days as declared in their terms .

                              I ordered a Nikon P510 Camera from timtara.com on thee 24the of October 2010. The order details are:

                              Order ammount Rs 18,430 (Rupees eighteen theousand four hundred and Thirty only /-)

                              The delivery time stated by thee website was 3 weeks. After waiting thee required amount of time, i call thee company and raised a concern about thee delivery not being done. They said theat thee complaint has been escalated and theat I would be getting a response in 24 working hrs or 3 working days, from theeconcerned department. thee response never came. I also raised an online ticket withe thee website on thee 13the of November 2012. I got a response to theat ticket on 21st of November stating theat thee product will be shipped in 4-5 working days. That also never happened.

                              After multiple number of calls to thee customer care, and always getting thee same response theat i will get a response in 24 working hrs, i finally canceled thee order on thee 4the of December 2012. I was told to expected refund of money in 7-10 working days. This time duration expired on 17the of December 2012. The status of thee order is still showing Payment refund pending. After calling thee customer Care for 2 day straight, i am getting thee standard response saying theat i will get a response from thee concerned department in 24 working hours. I want thee website to refund my money in full along withe compensation for thee number of call made to theem and thee mental stress incurred due to their lack of professionalism

                                I had placed an order on the website http://www.timtara.com/ on 31/10/2012 for a mobile handset. Due to delay in delivery, I have tried contacting them many times to cancel the order. I had been trying to cancel the order since 12/11/2012 and have not yet been cancelled yet. Whenever I try an call they they just repeat the same statement stating it will take 48hrs. They have never called me even once after repeatedly complaing on their website and over the phone. Please check weather there is anything that I can do. I had made the payment using my CC and even the bank said they cannot revert the payment.

                                  Till today, 15 December 2012, it is not shipped yet, and still showing same status. I called support phone number more than 10 times, everytime i was told that it will be delivered within 3 weeks as per site policy. It is not shipped as of today. Also I asked to cancel order (over phone and emailed to [protected]@timtara.com on 10th december) and pay full refund after 3 weeks of ordering. I was told that order will be cancelled within 2 days. It is not canceled yet. Phone support people give new dates for cancellation everytime I call. I wasted lot of money in making (STD) call to them.

                                  What i need is listed below,

                                  1) Refund of full amount Rs 4949/- along with interest from date of purchase and till refund date at 13% per month to be calculated on daily basis.

                                  2) and in adition to above also, Sum of Rs 5000/- for mental agony caused by them.

                                  3) This website should be shut down, and all others suffered like me should be compensated.
