Sir I had placed an order on TIMTARA Online shopping site and I did not receive the product even after payment was made in advance first they kept telling that order will be delivered in 21 days and and after 21 days completed they started saying sorry we will send it soon and they don t cancel order even after repeted requests TIMTARA IS A FRAUD SITE BAN IT ON WEB ORDER NO 10380344 10380342 order on 2-jan-13 Was this information helpful? | |||

Timtara — Non delivery of product - fraud company
I had placed an order on 7th Nov 12 for hp laptop order no 10350542.Till date product not yet recieved and no any satisfactory responce have been made even after following up with CST.
Urgent delivery of product or money refund and site must be banned in interest of consumer.
No one going to do anything for us until we do something. Lets get united and go to their office to get the product. If this does not help lets get united and file a court case. May be we can go to consumer board.
I ordered on 1st Feb 2013 and i cancelled my order on 4th Feb as I read many negetive reviews and complaints against Timtara and heard that its a fraud company then some how I manage to get below mail ID's and miracle happened when I mailed to these IDs and got my refund on 15th Feb 2013...It really works...Please try and send mails to below IDs:

This is Kondareddy from Bangalore. I ordered (Order Id:[protected] a mobile which is worth Rs. 9200 from Timtara on Feb 1, 2013. Till May 1, 2013 issue was the same as with u. Now i got the refund. U can also get the refund i[censored] pay thrue credit card.
What u have to do is:
1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.

Timtara — Product not delivered after payment
I have made an order[protected] with Timtara after paying Rs.5840 for a handset,, which was made in 10th Sept 2012. I haven't received neither the material nor any response from your timtara.
