I had purchesed the innova from your dealer lanson toyata chennai, At end of 60000km service they asked me to replace all the tyre, they asked me to purchase bridgestone from their store.I had replaced all the tyre as they suggesed. At 75200km their is crack in my rear tyre it leads to release of all air. when i went show this compliant to your dealer, without checking any think they as me to replace the tyre.pls clarify this fllowing
1, bridgestone is recommended by toyato genuine parts.

Fraud is not appropriate word but you may please convey to us what exactly shall we call the subject after you go through following.
MILLENNIUM TOYOTA/ARPANNA MOTORS PVT LTD., Thane (W), 400 604 driver on 22/10/2009 picked up for servicing innova regn. MH43A7947 and after servicing while returning after causing accident, quitely parked the Car in stilts of our Society and picked up Cash Rs.4072/- and handed over the keys of Car
Next day morning, we found door/front/driver side jam as also tell tale scratches from front of mud guard till right side of the door/front/driver
Technician of Millennium, has confirmed today after inspection of Car various damages resulting from impact of the accident and the Car was to be picked up and taken to worksho for attending to it but looks after the Technician reached Office and conveyed the gravity of the Damage, millenium has deveoped cold feet as even upto 10.00 p.m., neither has any driver come to pick up the Car nor have been we informed the reason for that and you are requested to look into the matter urgently.

dear sir,
i m Mr Nitin mundra from Indore. we had been to ur showroom om toyota, vki, jaipur today morning 9o'clock.
I was there with my 4 family members for almost 2 hrs.but none of the employee was there to offer a glass of water.
moreover we entred the showroom at 9 and our complaint was taken at 9:45 when there was no other vehicles than ours.
they were also not sure of spare parts availabiloty in theier stock .
this all leads to very poor performance from the whole crew..

This is Nalin Patel from Ahmadabad, Gujarat. I had given my Toyota Innova for service on 15th July, 2009. My cars runs well it is an awesome car, but I have a major problem for the Ahmadabad branch. The last service they charged me way more than they should I complained at the branch they told me the next time we will charge you little. Today i called at service center to check whether my car is ready or not, lady said the car is ready and your bill is 750 rs for the service charge, but when I received the car the employee had a bill of rs 2800. Then I called at the service center and said you charged me more and told them to take the car because I cannot pay more, they told me just sign the bill and send it back. It was nice of them, but now I am scared that from now onwards they might not service my car or they will charge me more. I highly recommend to please help me out. I am looking forward to hear from you.
