My name is Million Haile G/yesus. I am writing this, if possible, to check with you that the seriousness of messages I have been receiving from a group of people, as though they were from the Beijing based “Toyota Lottery Promotion.”

They have repeatedly told me that I am one of the winners of a prize worth US$500, 000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) and plus a 20008/2009 model Toyota Car as a bonus.     FOUND CRACKS ON THE FRONT BONET OF TOYOTA INNOVA (MODELG2) FRAME NO 7007500, ENGINE NO9405219, REGISTRATION NO CH03-S-0763.BOUGHT FROM EM PEE MOTORS LTD 177 H INDUSTRIAL AREA CHANDIGARH..COMPLAINED TO ABOVE DEALER REGARDING CRACKS. PAINT SECTION MANAGER TOOK THE PHOTO OF THE CRACK AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SEND IT TO COMPANY AND LET ME KNOW WITHIN 3 DAYS BUT DID NOT GOT ANY FURTHER INFORMATION TILL DATE..VEHICLE HAS NEVER BEEN PAINTED THEN HOW CAN PAINT CRACK.         Sub:- Manufacturing defect noticed in one of Bridgestone Tyres on my Innova car no: KL-42-D-3939, ENGIN NO: 2KD6604805
        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased one Innova car from your Cochin show room vide their invoice no: vsa/10-11/0687Dt:[protected]
        The above car is used exclusively for my family purposes, obviously, therefore, the present running k.m. Of my car Show 4400 km only.
        On[protected] I noticed a very minute leakage of air on the edge of one of the rear right side tyres (Bridgestone) of my above car.
        Immediately I have reported the matter to your Cochin show room on[protected] and handed over this tyre to them for further inspection and verification on[protected].
        On 21-12-10 I was informed by your cochin show room that this very minute leakage is due to either of some foreign particles injected into the Tyre or due to some heavy strike by some heavy meterial on the Tyre .
        I deny both the above charges by the Tyre Company (Bridgestone) due to the following
        1) If it was caused due to some foreign material injected, the foreign material should have been available on the Tyre.
        2) If it was due to some foreign material injected, this should have been on the bottom side of the Tyre and not at the edge of the Tyre.
        3) If it was caused by a strike by heavy articles this also should have been happened at the bottom side of the tyre and not at the edge of the Tyre.
        4) If it was due to some strike by some heavy metal the wheel cup provide by you would have been damaged beyond repair. How ever not even a scratch can be noticed on this wheel cup which was provide by you at the time of delivery.
        The fact that the damage is noticed on the side edge of the Tyre is clearly indicate this is a manufacting defect at the factory itself as other wise it is impossible that a minute leakage happen at the side edge of the rear Tyre.
        I, therefore, request you to please take up the case with the higher authorities of Bridgestone Tyre company and arrange for proper inspection and take suitable action including replacement of this Tyre immediately as other wise the image of Innova in general and Toyota in particular would be damaged in general public.

          With reference to the earlier stated complaint on 21/02/2010, a strong apology had been given by the general manager besides an assurance to expedite the matter but there has been no response and the time of the delivery is extended to may or june.             I purchased Innova in August 2008 from Shinrai Toyota, Worli. It was my first car purchase and I thought of buying other accessories from the showroom only. Now I realized that I paid huge money for the accessories. I paid 45000/- Rs for skirting, 7000/- Rs for rear sensors which are available for only 3500/- Rs. They quoted me 12000/- Rs for rear camera which is available for only 1500/- Rs(camera only).
            I made yearly contract for car polishing for approx 6000/- Rs. They said first polishing was done at the time of delivery. When I took my car for second polishing, they refused to do it saying my car is not under contract. I'd to talk to manager and convince them to polish my car. Couple of weeks ago I took my car to them for removing one stain on the bonnet and few scratches on the door. I thought I'll use my third polishing for this. Also I wanted internal cleaning done(Surf wash). Again they refused to polish my car in spite of having contract. This has made me believe that even first polishing was not done. Why would they polish brand new car?
            First day they asked us to come in the evening. When we went there, they asked us to wait for some time. We waited till 9:00 pm just to know that no body was working on the car. All their workers were on leave. No body was available to do the job. This happened for another three days. Finally on the fourth day when we got our car, we found that absolutely no internal cleaning and no polishing was done at all. We refused to take the car but they forced us to take it saying everything is done. We are cheated.
            Last month I wanted to replace my stock cd player for which they quoted me 5000/- Rs. I got it done in 350/- Rs from outside.
            With this experience I would say stay away from Shinrai Toyota, Worli
            Well, I received the call from them when I lodged the complaint on their web site. They picked up my car and serviced as per the initial request. Now I say it is cleaned and polished. They also delivered the car.

                We have sent Toyata Qualis UP 16J 7104 for the engine repair with estimate of more than 1.5 lakhs.As the driver approached Uttam Toyata, D7, sector 8, Noida he was refused the trial along with the mechanic stating that payment has to be made for the release of gate pass for the trial.
                The issue is no trials are taken by the owner/driver even with mechanic co driver/Accompanist in the vehicle and payment is charged before ascertaining the quality of repair.
                The discussion with GM, Ms Yash and other officer Mr Mittal did not provide convincing reasons for refusal of trial along the company mechanic before the payment .
                Even, certain extra work could not be carried as the vehicle could not be touched by our driver and our vehicle remains with Uttam Toyata undelivered for last 15 days.

                  Before 1 month i called the dealer (Only 1 dealer available in city and that is why he is playing with customer). Name of the Dealer : Infinium toyota http://www.infiniumtoyota.com/

                  I want to buy altis but they agreed to sell me the old model of corola at good price.
                  I wanted to by altis but they made me fool. They also didn't gave me test ride of the corolla.
                  They given me the test ride of Altis.

                  To clear their old stock they fooled me.

                  I bought the old corolla and on delivery time i found that the gear shifting is very hard. I called the sales person name Ronak Patel and he insulted me by saying: Sir you dont understand. It is like that only.

                  I surprised as i am driving many cars and i dont know.

                  than i said ok may be i am wrong and than i again came back to the dealer and that time again they said nothing wrong in it.

                  I said when i am standing outside the car and some one shifting the gear i can hear it outside. Than they took my car for 10 min and say sir now there is no problem.

                  They told come after a month or 1000kms we will check again.
                  I went there after 850kms and one month they said the same. No problem at all.

                  I said i have to pull the gear very hard. but no help from them.

                  I call the TKM people at toyotabharat and spoke to Rupa about the same and complain.

                  than i got a call from Hetal who is with Customer relation at infinium toyota and shout on me how can you call them and complain this and that.

                  I said i am sorry i was expecting a humble voice with solution.

                  Is this the way to behave with your customer?

                  Sorry, to hear ur story. But, pls take more decisive action against them, instead of worrying.

                  First of all, i[censored] r sure they cheated u, pls consult a consumer court lawyer and file a case against inifinium toyota with the evidences u have.

                  I think u should have made payment by checque/dd/cc. I[censored] have paid by cash, it is not easy to catch them by invoice problem.

                  Also, pls avoid thinking that they are rich and they can come after u and stop taking action becoz of it. Even, if they are rich, not all will take bad route so quickly for matters like this.

                  Once, u send them notice most probably they will come to u for negotiation and u can make them hear u. I[censored] have valid points againts them, u can win the case easily. Even, i[censored] dont have strong evidence, just put a case, they will listen to u. Also, dont forget to notify Toyota bharat about this incident again and case against infinium.

                  In india, problem is no one comes forward to bring these kind of people to justice, thats why they commit the same mistake again and again.

                  Toyota is a company of words. They treat Indian Customers very bad. When they introduced Corolla to Indian Market they did not even give ABS for such a powerful car. It Hyundai with their advertising the comparision between elantra and Corolla highlighted this defect and made them instal ABS. Such is the mind of Customer first Toyota. I hear they also treat their employees very badly. Fed up with their attitude even their famous CEO Swamy left and joined Volkswagen.
                  I would like informed that Car JKA1668 ( MSIG/Insurance)Sum Insurance is Rm.58.000.00 and this amount requested by UMW/JB and all market price / information was given from UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD/ JB ( Ms.Linda / Admin assistant ) but I received a bad news from UMW WORKSHOP/JB on 1/12/2010, They said ' I need to pay more than 10% for repairing cost and reason is 'currently Car market price is RM.65.000.00 and my currently Car Insuranse amount not enough to cover for repairing cost.In this case, I have called UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD/JB but they (UMW/JB) didn't give me an answer and as information from UMW/JB, they already know this involved Salegirl provided a wrong market price to me(customer) but UMW/JB They never take action for this case.                     I am writing this out of frustration - after trying to talk to the dealer, trying to talk to toyota CR (absolutely no response)... well - they say customer is king - here it is the opposite!!

                    I had a very bad interaction with Nandi Toyotaat Bangalore recently ... I used to drive a Hyundai Santro. However, with my family becoming bigger - I wanted to go for a bigger and a better car - and decided to go for an Innova - 8 seater.I worked with Nandi Toypota at Bangalore for my options. However, the expereience of buying the Toyota from Nandi Toyota was far from what I was looking far. On the contrary, I am now in a situation, where I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience.

                    During my discussions with Nandi Toyota, I was made aware that I am not allowed to purchase an 8 seater Innova as part of Company Lease program. Hence, when I wasnt sure if I wanted to go ahead with the purchase of an 7 seater innova (I’ve always wanted an 8 seater - for the comfy 3 seater in the second row - and with kids, the two seater in the second row is not much of a use), the sales reprsentative assured me that there is an option whereby he will get the 7 seater vehicle converted to 8 seater for a charge of Rs.42.75K, for which he gave me a proforma invoice as well. I was still doubtful - however, the sales person assured that being Toyota’s geniuine accessory and the option coming from Toyota’s authorized dealer, I did not have anything to worry about. I wanted him to buy back the middle row bucket seats back and instead reduce the price - however, he said, he has to give the seats back to me as per policy and they cannot take the oringal seats back.

                    Based on the sales guy’s reassurance and my trust on the name Toyota, I went ahead and ordered a vehice - and got it delivered as well - without the seat conversion. Later, I spoke to the sales guy for the date when I will have the seat change done - However, he seemed uncertain and stopped returning my calls. After many many calls - I understood that I needed to pay an additional 20K (add on to the initial price!) as the prices have changed. What has happened was - they did not even order the seats (the sales guy said he has ordered and gave me a delivery date as well when he delivered the vehilce!! - what a lie!) - and when the seat price changed, they simply started ignoring me - and when I persisted - passed the additional cost to me!

                    After multiple attemptes and a great struggle, I got help from the CR manager of Nandi - who initially after trying to let me know that three are no other options - and I said i will go to KTM - offered to change the seats at the same price. I was happy - however not for long.

                    When I got the seat change done, they did not return the old seats to me back. When I asked, the CR manager said, he will not give it back to me - as they have not given in writing anywhere that they will return the original part back. So, I end up paying for the original seats as part of the vehicle cost, and then pay another 43K for new seats - and gift the old seats to Nandi!

                    I am very unhappy with Nandi Toyota as a whole - they promise anything to sell a vehicle - but will not live up to the promise. As you can see - I had to follow up more than 10 times and later, when they had no option - they offered to live up to their original promise of changing seats at the initially quoted (i have a proforma invoice) price. But then when this happens i find they are not returning my original part (2 bucket seats - the cost should be over 30K). When questioned, the CR manager says, nowhere they gave in writing that they will return the original part!

                    What is painful is - I, as a customer did not make any mistake other than "trusting" the brand and dealership - which I am regretting now.

Hence, when I wasnt sure if I wanted to go ahead with the purchase of an 7 seater innova (I’ve always wanted an 8 seater - for the comfy 3 seater in the second row - and with kids, the two seater in the second row is not much of a use), the sales reprsentative assured me that there is an option whereby he will get the 7 seater vehicle converted to 8 seater for a charge of Rs.42.75K, for which he gave me a proforma invoice as well. I was still doubtful - however, the sales person assured that being Toyota’s geniuine accessory and the option coming from Toyota’s authorized dealer, I did not have anything to worry about. I wanted him to buy back the middle row bucket seats back and instead reduce the price - however, he said, he has to give the seats back to me as per policy and they cannot take the oringal seats back.

                    Based on the sales guy’s reassurance and my trust on the name Toyota, I went ahead and ordered a vehice - and got it delivered as well - without the seat conversion. Later, I spoke to the sales guy for the date when I will have the seat change done - However, he seemed uncertain and stopped returning my calls. After many many calls - I understood that I needed to pay an additional 20K (add on to the initial price!) as the prices have changed. What has happened was - they did not even order the seats (the sales guy said he has ordered and gave me a delivery date as well when he delivered the vehilce!! - what a lie!) - and when the seat price changed, they simply started ignoring me - and when I persisted - passed the additional cost to me!

                    After multiple attemptes and a great struggle, I got help from the CR manager of Nandi - who initially after trying to let me know that three are no other options - and I said i will go to KTM - offered to change the seats at the same price. I was happy - however not for long.

                    When I got the seat change done, they did not return the old seats to me back. When I asked, the CR manager said, he will not give it back to me - as they have not given in writing anywhere that they will return the original part back. So, I end up paying for the original seats as part of the vehicle cost, and then pay another 43K for new seats - and gift the old seats to Nandi!

                    I am very unhappy with Nandi Toyota as a whole - they promise anything to sell a vehicle - but will not live up to the promise. As you can see - I had to follow up more than 10 times and later, when they had no option - they offered to live up to their original promise of changing seats at the initially quoted (i have a proforma invoice) price. But then when this happens i find they are not returning my original part (2 bucket seats - the cost should be over 30K). When questioned, the CR manager says, nowhere they gave in writing that they will return the original part!

                    What is painful is - I, as a customer did not make any mistake other than "trusting" the brand and dealership - which I am regretting now.

                    Update - 14/Nov/2009: I attempted to talk to Toyota Customer Relations team again - about 3 months back. They opened up the issue again and Nandi folks spoke to me. After detailed appraisal, the Nandi CR person (Shyam - I think), can back and offered the seats to me - at Rs.20000/- :-). think about it - pay 20K again and buy your own seats back after a year!! I am still amazed that they could think that I will buy my seats back from them by paying money they cheated. This topped all and I could just not believe what I was hearing - adding more pain to me!

                    Anyways, I have now lost faith in Toyota as well. Just cannot believe this is the same Toyota that is quite knows for quality and customer service.Anyways, I am sure that Toyota would have closed the case saying that nandi offeed the seat back to the customer (conveniently forgetting that this is at a cost - which I can buy anywhere!) This will be my last Toyota in my life. (I was initially upset with Nandi, but Toyota also is no good).

                    Surprise, surprise! Your story goes exactly like mine. Dealer is the same. Circumstances are the same. False promises made are the same. Only I did not pay till they got me a seat in exchange, which they never did.

                      I got serviced my Toyota Innova from Globe Toyota, Mohali (Punjab). The dealer service had been very unsatisfactory. I find the following snags in the quality of work:-
                      1. Poor paint quality
                      2. Poor denting work quality
                      3. fender lining not provided
                      4. Mud guards not provided
                      5. Door open light still not working properly
                      6. Door rubber not installed
                      7. Car not delivered on time as promised
                      dealer may be directed to remove these snags

                          This complain I am giveing to make aware to all. I received one mail from TOYOTA UK as design engineer. After acceptance of their offer they askd me VISA Charge of 850 GBP. when I accept that and make payment again they ask for Health and travel insurance certificate charge. after that payment they again ask me for endorsement and stamping charges. Like this they taken nearly 2.2 lack INR from me. After this payment also they demanding nearly 3.0 lack INR for the COST OF TRANSFER o[censored]pfront salary to my domestic account. In this whole case only two person invelve. One is ERIC BLAIR who Claim as Company HR Manager and BARR. CLIFFORD as Legal adviser. Still also they are demanding the payment from my side. When they asked me for last payment that time I suspected them and check the company website and from that I got the details that company when select a candidate, then all the payment from travel paper preparation to air ticket charges company only bear. So be aware of it and i request all of the candidate who got such type of mail please first verify that clearly and then proceed.Below I have given the letter that they sent me first with success letter:

                          The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                          Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                          ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                          Toyota Company UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified Toyota Company UK discretion from time to time.

                          ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Toyota Company UK.
                          The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of Automobile Company UK, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                          ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                          Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the Toyota may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                          1month at full pay.

                          ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                          In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, Toyota may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Toyota Company UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                          ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                          Without cause. Our Automobile Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the Toyota requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the Automobile Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                          (a) The sale of substantially all of the Automobile Company assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                          (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of Automobile Company outstanding corporate shares; or
                          (c) The Toyota Company UK decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                          (d) The merger or consolidation of the Toyota Company UK with another Automobile Company.

                          ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                          Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                          ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                          If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Toyota Company United Kingdom (or any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                          ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                          The Toyota Company’s rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Toyota Company successors and assignees.

                          ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                          This instrument is the entire agreement of the Toyota Company and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.

                          ARTICLE15: VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT
                          Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project.                           For good consideration, Burger King UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
                          ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

                          The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 5 consecutive Years; 5 years and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.

                          ARTICLE 2: SALARY
                          Burger King UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (GBP 6, 200.00(Six thousand two hundred Great Britain Pounds) monthly, equivalent depending on employee's home country.
                          The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employee's embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through assistance from the United kingdom Travel agents.
                          Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

                          ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
                          Burger King UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at Burger King UK discretion from time to time.

                          ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to Burger King UK.
                          The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of FOOD industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                          ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
                          Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the FOOD may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
                          1month at full pay.

                          ARTICLE 6: Disability.
                          In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 month, the FOOD may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Burger King UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

                          ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
                          Without cause. Our FOOD industry may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee. If the FOOD industry requests, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, the FOOD industry will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the industry. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
                          (a) The sale of substantially all of the FOOD industry assets to a single purchaser or group of associated purchasers; or
                          (b) The sale, exchange, or other disposition, in one transaction of the majority of the FOOD industry outstanding corporate shares; or
                          (c) The Burger King UK decision to terminate its business and liquidate its assets;
                          (d) The merger or consolidation of the Burger King UK with another FOOD Industry.
                          (e) Bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization.

                          ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
                          Should Employee die during the term of employment, Burger King UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                          ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

                          ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
                          This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the FOOD Industry or any predecessor of the FOOD Industry and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

                          ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
                          Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

                          ARTICLE 12: Severability.
                          If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the Burger King United Kingdom (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                          ARTICLE 13: Assumption of Agreement by Company's Successors and Assignees.
                          The BURGER KING’S rights and obligations under this agreement will inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Burger King Successors and assignees.

                          ARTICLE 14: Oral Modifications Not Binding.
                          This instrument is the entire agreement of the Burger King and the Employee. Oral changes have no effect. It may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.

                          ARTICLE15: VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT
                          Employee shall in no circumstance ask the Travel Agent to deduct the paper works fee for visa, work/resident permit papers from their first month salary. Note that the first month salary, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have procured the visa, work/resident permit papers from the Travel Agent here in United Kingdom where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee traveling document as readiness by employee to join the team for the recruitment project.                           I receive also a job offer like this from Mr.Eric Blair-HR Manager of Burger King, at first I was so happy and excited to join the Burger King United Kingdom Limited because I really need a job. But when I receive the third email that says I need to contact Marc Antheno of Ali Law firm, the procedure of payment was different from the Contract Mr Blair emailed. I tried to email Mr Blair regarding the matter but he never answered me back. I tried to contact them from the tel # they gave but I cant connect my call. So I decided to call UK embassy here at UAE for the authenticity of the job offer but the UK embassy told me that they dont recognize the job offer and it is only a scam that is why I never pursue my application...I really wanted to apply in your company but how? is there any possibility that I can apply in that location.

                          Best Way Travels UK — Fraudulent Company

                          Best Way Travels UK seems to be a Fraudulent Company sending offers and asking people to apply to them for a visa. I also received an email regarding a job opportunity with Murphy Oil & Gas Company UK. The company website claims that they are listed on London Stock Exchange. However, when I checked the data on London Stock Exchange, there is no company with such a name listed on LSE.
                          The financial reports of the company are also unavailable which is not possible for a listed company. Also, it is mandatory for a listed company in UK to write the name of the company with Plc.
                          There is no logo of the company on the website. Whereas there is a logo on the offer letter. This is again impossible according to me. The offers are not being offered on what we can call a official corporate letterhead.
                          Therefore, I wanted to bring this to the notice of people so that they dont fall prey to such fraudulent activities

                          It happend to my friend from Lebanon - Middle east, but luckily I live in UK, and I did my search and advised him at the right time before he starts transferring monies to them claiming its for his visa, insurance etc...

                            I got an e mail a few day ago from this fake company saying that they want to give me 600, 000. pounds and i got a call today(24/02/2009) morning saying that this agent is waiting at the mumbai airport with my consignment of the winning amount, the number from wich i got the call is +91 [protected], he said his name was Robert Adams.
                            He has just arrived with my consignment and requires 39, 000 INR to pay the costoms, i told him that i do not have so much of money, then he came down to 10, 000 INR, then i told him i hav 5, 000 INR only, and he agreed for it and gave me an account number, which belongs to HDFC Bank, the account number is : [protected], and the person to whom the account belongs is Satish Arjun Chaudhary, his PAN Card no. is : AKIPC6951E, he asked me to deposit the money as soon as possible. After which he would come to my town (Bangalore) and give the consignment to me. After a while i SMS'd him that i have deposited the money, which i had'nt, and asked him to give his flight details but he did not say anything and just kept the call, i think there are a lot of people involved in this sort of a scam.
                            There is some serious action required to be taken immidiately against these guys. It would be greatly helpfull to all such people who actually fall for it.

                              And there after no response to my mail so I am critical in position to take right decision

                                I just wanted to complain about my airbags in my Toyota Innova not deploying when my husband and I along with our 2 daughters and my mother got into an accident on December 30th 2008. What had happened was that my husband was on the driver seat and the Innova banged into a stationary truck from behind. To my very big surprise, the airbags did not deploy nor did the seatbelt locked. I dont know what action I can take but I am very concerned about this and anyone else who may own one.

                                The front and passenger side of the van was totaled and we were going at speeds of 70-75 KPH. We have lost the van and now left with suffering head, neck, and severe back pains. We are still waiting for the insurance company/car body shop to review the damages and make their decision and while they are investigating, I am going to have them check the airbag sensors in the front of the van. At the end of almost a month, my husband and I are still going in and out of hospitals due to the mentioned injuries and the trauma. We were shocked and appalled that these airbags did not deploy at this very severe impact. CAR IS TOTAL LOSS. The engine is smashed in, no air bag deployment. Emotional and physical trauma. I thank God but Toyota failed me...If someone can contact me regarding my options here that would be most appreciated.

                                  It is out of sheer frustration that I've decided to write to you.

                                  I had purchased a 7- seater Innova V - Deisel on 4th of Oct 2008 from Nandi Toyota(Hosur Road Branch, Bangalore).Registration no:KA03 MK 3532. We took the car for the first long distance drive to Kerala during Christmas.

                                  On 2nd of Jan., while driving back to Bangalore, I happened to hear a ticking noice from the right hand window corner whenever I shifted the gear or while travelling through bad roads. I stopped twice to understand the source of the noise.

                                  Then suddenly I heard a sharp noise and noticed that the front Windshield had cracked on the right hand bottom corner, for no apparent reason. I immediately gave a call to the Territory Head-Corporate sales Mr Gururaj, and he advised me to come down to Nandhi toyota for a warranty claim.

                                  The crack is in the shape of a very large spider and is on the inner side of the wind-shield. It does not reach the exterior of the glass at all.

                                  On 3rd of Jan 09, I reached Bangalore and directly touched on Nandi Toyota showroom. There I met the Asst Manager - Customer Relations Mr Vijaykumar and he took pictures of the glass-crack. I also indicated to him that the
                                  gap between the bonnet and the right wheel-side body had widened. After a superficial examiniation, he registered a complaint for warranty claim on the same day. Since the engineer was unable to figure out a reason for the crack, I offered to give the car for a thorough check-up, which was turned down by Mr Vijaykumar.

                                  After several followup calls on 5th and 6th of January, I was finally informed today by Manager-Customer Service Mr Gurudatt that the claim has been rejected, reason being the crack doesn't start at the edge. I tried to explain to him again; however he cut me off in a rude tone asking me to explain the reason correctly. He made it look like I was lying to him. Please note that the car has not been inspected at all even though we were ready to provide the car for inspection. The claim has been rejected solely on the basis of a Photo.

                                  So, do I have to pay up for the wind-shield just because the glass is cracked in a different way ? Am I not entitled to a proper explanation as to the cause of the crack? The warranty, which I paid for with my hard-earned money, comes across as just a money-making exercise.

                                  I am deeply disappointed with the crude manner in which the customer service dept. operates. This is certainly not expected from a reputed auto giant like Toyota.

                                  I need to understand what caused the crack. Even if I replace the glass there is no guarantee that the glass would not crack again. I will be deeply indebted to you if you look into my grievences and compensate me for the losses & inconveniences.

                                        The complainent had purchased the vehicle as aforementioned on 13th of December, 2006 naturally, in continuation of renewal the validation of insurance was upto 12th of December 2008 whereas, the local dealer M/s Sunny Toyota which claims to be the pioneer dealer of Toyota in India neither made any conversation nor any correspondence and consequently, the insurance is lapsed. Moreover, when we go through the records, we got surprise with the circumstances which happens and approach to customer care of Sunny Toyota, i.e., Madam Shikha on saturday, who co-operate and reffered the matter to Mr. Sachin, incharge of insurance sector, who send Mr. Ravindra the representative of New India Insurance Company, for capturing the photograph and inspection report of the vehicle. It is horrible that the same who have the complete details of address, location and cell number of the complainent, reach at the parking of the commercial complex and has made the missed calls continuously and wants to call personally at the parking. Is it an professional and social approach that someone who represent the renowned vehicle manufacturer of the world without approaching at the appropriate place, without made their contention for what he has approached and meet personally, made the missed calls from the parking and call personally, Please specify and do the needful gracelly, under intimation to the complainent.
