[Resolved]  TVS Motor Company — non availability of parts with dealer

MY VEHCILE REG NO TN23K6598 MODEL XL, ACCIDENT REPAIR IN BALAMURUGAN TVS (ASC) TIRUPATTUR ON 19/03/2009, THEY SAID FORK TUBE NOT AVAILABLE SO YOU WILL GET VECHILE AFTER ONE WEEK. 40 DAYS BEFORE I GAVE VEHILE TILL DATE I AM NOT YET MY VECHILE&NO PERSON NOT INFORMED &NOT FOLLED OF MY VECHILE TO TILL DATE..MY FATHER INJURED IN ACCIDENT MY FATHER 10 TIMES GONE TO WORK SHOP. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH US.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have ordered for a TVS Apache RTR tail light but from last 1 month it is not available in the market.I am the regular customer for TVS service centre Goregaon West even there many of the parts are not available.

Please help me out with a solution as it is rainy season going on and there are risk of accidents in a city like Munbai.

There is not a single part of Apache RTR 160, There is not a single FOOT REST for my bike available in TVS CENTER in Allahabad, UP, How can TVS run its company in Allahabad without having spare parts.
