Dear Sir/Madam,

i have purchased a TVS Flame 8 months ago, and from the time i have purchased, i am facing more problems in my bike such as huge vibration, Vobbling, Engine problems .in that engine problem has been rectified and the vibration is not yet rectified for these days.alomost three free services has been finished and the service engineers of the showroom, where i purchased the two wheeler are unable to solve the problem.due to this vibration, i am unable to ride my bike for a long distnace, which is leading to a heavy pain in my arms and to my shoulders.i have complained regaring the vibration to the Territory manager(Mr.P.Velmurugan of TVS) and he is not accepting the compliant as he is from TVS.what should i do now? please assist me in resolving this issue.for each and every 10 mins i am driving with one hand( left hand for 5 mins and then with right hand) .

Yes this in not a good bike...! for raiders like us.

i make an accident at past 6 months my apache rtr is mostly damaged i purchase all the parts in show room but my bike is not as new.many problems in that bike i import parts as 23000 still my bike having some parts noice wheel wobling then i can drive above 80 so, please check it down

Reminder-I,

Now on 3-06-09 when i go for last sevice of TVS Flame Bike, the problems are

1.Front Shoker leakage 2nd time
2.Engine Noise
3Low Milage
4.Low Pickup
5.Vibration

The service center tech. tried to rectified the problems, only shoker leakage removed (seal replaced and oil charged), rest all problems are still pending.
When i demand for repairing & servicing bill, the Supervisor of the center starting quarrling with me and behaving in very bad manners.
What is the right solution now?
TVS Flame Bike is very bad experince.

Dear sir,
I have purchased an T.V.S. APACHE RTR Fi from KANCHANA T.V.S. mangalore, on 04/12/2008. Till 11/06/2009 (6 months) my bike has been for servicing for 13-15 times, an average of 2-3 times a month. None of the problems pointed by me are rectified or solved.
Problems:-
1) Engine turning OFF automatically while running.
2) Head lights turning OFF automatically while runi in nights.
3) Engine RPM meter( TACHOMETER ) not working some times. It falls to zero and stops.
4) Kick start rod touches the rear brake lever while kicking.
5) Shortest time in the display showing 3 seconds. A big BAKWAAAS.
6) Top speed showed in the display is 160. Another big BAKWAAAS.
7) 3rd class paint quality. Both scops do not match each other in colour, none of the scoop matches with the fuel tank, the middle part above the tail lamp is very dull and a portion of it is not painted only, front headlight doom is of a different colour. when this was asked wit the showroom guys they replied "TVS BIKES COME IN MULTI COLOUR". HOW FUNNY.
8) SELF START not working some time.

i have purchased a TVS Sports 10th Feb 2010. just completed one month and from the day 1st i am facing more problems in my bike such as huge vibration, Vobbling, the day 3rd 13th feb 2010 i had given compalint to the dealer Century TVS, at bhandarkar rd, pune. the vibration is not yet rectified for these days.I had shown my bike at authoridsed service centre of Century TVS, the service engineers of the showroom, are unable to solve the problem.Already 3 times since the date of purchase i had shown my bike at service centre. Service manager Mr. Bhide at Century TVS service showroom has told me that he has replaced the tyers, but found no effect, now my bike is in mumbai, 1st servicing is done 16th march 2010, at that time i called Mr. Bhide at pune's service centre but he treated me roudly & while taking to me on phone, he dissconected the line. Yet my problem is not resoled, & on this site i come to know that many of TVS bike holders aare facing the same problem.
plz give me the resolution on priority basis, because i can't spend any more time for this as my exams are going on.
expecting your specified solution on urgent basis.

I ALSO HAD PURCHASE A TVS VICTOR IN 2003, FUEL TANK LEAKS. THE MATERIAL OF TANK IS REAL BAD AS IT HAS LOGGED ONLY 27000KM. YOU MUST IMPROVE FUEL TANK MATERIAL, I M ALSO SHELLING OUT 3200 +LABOUR COST

    I have purchased the above mentioned new motor cycle from your authorized dealer M/S MCR Enterprisess, T2/175, Phase-I, Mangol Puri, Industrial Area, New Delhi-83 considering the reputation and quality of your company vide delivery receipt no 1035 dated 27/10/08. But soon I disappointed & frustrated as the vehicle gave frequent faults soon after the purchasing, on 1/11/08 & 15/11/08 and the vehicle was pushed around three kilometers. I soon complaint the dealer but the complaint was attended after four days on 5/11/08. The motor cycle was also stopped & pushed again around thirteen kilometers with the company’s mechanic on 15/11/08 and handed over to the dealer for service but I have still no response from the dealer. In spite of that I still not received the original bill from the dealer after 25 days asked repeatedly.
    You are therefore, requested, to kindly look in the matter personally as per the Consumer Act and replace the new vehicle with fresh one as soon as possible.

    hi guys, i have purchased a apache rtr 160fi
    it feels to be great to own this bike.
    but TVS service stinks.i have heard of people saying but now i realize. they dont support properly, once the bike is sold the showrooms work is over and its all upto us to slam our head againt the wall…

    abt the bike:
    amazing the bike is smootttthhhhh even @ 117 kmph, actually during 57-68 kmph the engine struggles, i dont know y. but after that the engine keeps quiet.. i dont feel hurrrr (vibrations)..

    problems :
    my bike is leaking.. well above the engine, little higher that the spark plug, to be exact over the first heatsink plate close to the inlet, i suspect its engine oil, its leaking only on the right side and not on the left side. guys said the sealent could have melted leaking the engine oil outside.

    dont know what to do.. any suggestions
    my name is jithin stanly and my bike is apache rtr 160 red colour it just above 5 months that i have bought tvs rtr 160 their showroom services is utterly type of service gear box is complaint gear stucks every time gear shifts automatically when we turn to road. front disk become rust at the first month itself my service light is still blinking socket is very thin sounds comes when turns left or right so many complaints are there in my bike my riding speed is 45 to 60 my timeing chain is complaint there is scrap sounds come from my bike . iam really fed of with my bike when i am going outside . i have take this bike from (flex motors, ramanattukara, calicut, kerala.) my mobile no is [protected]. so please contact with me .my bike no is KL 11 AC 2090.
    gear system is not well and perfomence of byke not well
    byke model is well but features are not good in this byke

    I went to Mahalakshmi motors, Kilkattalai and the way they greet was the worst I've ever seen.
    The one who is there to get cash knows only to sit.
    The receptionist girls - how to trust kind of speech.
    Even purchasing mixture will greet us kindly, this is worst
    TVS Motor is the worst motorbike company according to the service. they never give proper service to the customer after selling a bike. Hero Honda is the best in this matter, Bajaj is also a good company according to service response. I am suffering with my TVS Apache RTR 180 till the day of purchase. I have two e-mail to TVS company with all details related to my bike and its problems. But no response has been received from the company yet. We are the most unfortunate customers who made a big mistake choosing thair bikes brand.

    Faulty lock

    The handle lock of my bike, TVS Apache 160 can be unlocked by an another TVS Apache 160 keys, which is totally shocking. If such is the poor design of handle lock, then the bike can be easily stolen.

      I had bought the TVS Apache 150 cc in 2006, since then i have regularly serviced my bike every 3 months and as per the kilometers, however the clutch and the gear shift seems to be a problem. The clutch wire has been replaced twice in the last 2 years and the gear automatically shifts to neutral while riding the bike. At times the bikes stops automatically as if somebody has switched off the engine.

      Last year i went to a local mechanic in Thane Mumbai as my self start was not working, when he checked the relay we found that the carbon bush had broken down into pieces. I paid Rs. 2500 for replacing the relay, carbon bush and the clutch wire. This year the bike has started giving me startup problems. The self start has stopped working 2 months back and it takes 5 kicks to get the bike started, My bike has only covered 11000 KM's and i'm a regular office goer traveling about 13KM's a day.

      I dont know whether it's worth to get the bike repaired again.

        I am a owner of tvs apache rtr160 with tank scoops varient.. i bought it on 15/04/08 from Sneha tvs showroom in Hyderabad, the problem is that the handle vibrates severely between rpm range 4000 to 6000 . i regularly gave my bike for servicing . the service center mechanics tell that the bike is in good condition to escape from complaints .they just tighten the bolts. i made them to make through survey and they made fork realignment and tighten engine mount nuts. but the still problem existed .. After few days tvs free service camp was arranged. Then i gave my bike for checkup then also they have not solved the problem ... And thanks to them it has become worse now bike handle vibrates between rpm range 3000 to 7000... please advice to solve this problem or else should i go for claiming warranty...

        how much KM on the odometer? some people say that before 2500km u must'n rev the engine above 4000rpm.. some other say that the steering must be tighten (top bridge)..
        the vibration is at 65 to 70 km/hr that is at rpm between 5000 to 6000. please do the needfull. my number is [protected]

          Dear Concern,

          This is to bring into your kind notice that I booked a TVS Apache RTRFI Bike with a booking amount of 10000/- on 24-Aug-2008, but the dealer is unable to offer me with that bike from last two months. And on asking for the refund of Booking Amount the dealer refuses to do so. Kindly take necessary action against the dealer so I can get my deposited amount back. The receipt Number provided by them is 1190.

            Dear concern,

            I owner of TVS Apache Motor bike (Reg No. HR51 AA7173 & Mod Jan 08). I face some problem in handle. Handle jam when we use disk break and use short turn it not work smoothly. I visited 4 time in Tayal Tvs Services Centre (Add-neelam bata road Faridabad-121101, Haryana, India) for same problem but they are not able sort out this problem.

            There is Person Mr. Raghav and Mr Ram has checked my bike problem they told bike is ok but this is still not ok. I have send mail to company regarding this on 30/09/2008 and then make a call to TVS company here is person Mr. Sandeep (emp id-4052), he told me visit to services centre they will serve you better. Then again i visited on 06/10/2008 they worked on my (Handle) problem but now after 15 days same problem incurred again then they again worked on (19/10/08) it but still they are not able to sort out this problem.

            Now a new problem incurred front wheel make little noise while driving. I think disk is interly teching some where. Services Centre people not provide satisfactory answer why this problem incuured and all the time they do oiling instead of change part.

            I think if they change hole part of handle, problem will be sort out. Pls help me in this regard to sort out same.

            TVS Motors Appachee 150 Cc — My bike is not working properlty from the first day

            I have purchased a TVS Apachee 150 CC motorcycle on 21st June 2007 vide Regn. No. DL8SAH6668 from MCR Enterprised, Mangol Puri Industrial Area, New Delhi on my name (the unlucky day of my life). From the very beginning, the first day it was giving me a lot of problem, pressuring me to think, why I have made such a wrong decision to purchase a TVS product in life?

            When I took delivery of the motorcycle from the showroom and made journey towards my house the gear was not working properly, gear was stuck and bike was not in position to move while driving within every half and a kilometer continuously and battery was not charged in full condition. At the same time, I went back to the showroom and told them the problem what I faced. After a little argument with the staff, they finally managed to charge the battery and have done some repair work on the gear box, the first day of the inauguration of the bike, it was about the company’s reputation and service want to fulfill the customer’s satisfaction. They even told me that the motorcycle has dry battery from the manufacturing unit and it takes the time to charge.

            On 06th July 2007, I made the first service of my bike and near about two weeks have passed but the problem was same, the gear box and battery not charged fully while continuous driving between my office and residence, from CGO Complex to Rohini, and after complaining the same to the showroom they finally managed to change the battery with the new one, but every time an argument was made with me, but your are showing your customer satisfaction, which I deny the most. On the day of my Ist free service, they even changed my battery and some parts in the gear box of the motorcycle.

            The tenure of the problem was not end yet, on the second free service of the motorcycle they even changed the silencer sheet, as a technical problem was occurred while driving the vehicle. From the first day of purchase of the motorcycle, I have made uncounted visits to the showroom for uncounted problems of the vehicle, but every time they assured me that now the vehicle was OK and you have never made any complaint in the near future.

            Many a times, I managed to escape from the accidents during journey on the motorcycle, having lot of mental pressure on me, how I could make such a big mistake to purchase the motorcycle. While driving, now here came a new problem, engine was generating a noise.

            On 10th October 2007, I went to the showroom for the 3rd free service of the motorcycle and noticed the problem to the showroom / service centre and again made an argument with the showroom / service centre staff for the problems, which were faced by me but they denied it and totally refused to not to make any change in the manufacturing defects of the product showing their inability for customer’s satisfaction.

            The day, 17th October 2007, I came to my office in the morning in good running condition of the vehicle, but in the evening, when I made to perform the journey on the vehicle towards my residence, at around 7:00 pm nearby Punjabi Area, the gear of the vehicle was got stuck at 5th gear and vehicle was not in a position to make a move. But somehow, I managed to start the motorcycle and reached at home on the 5th gear, but the engine was got damaged.

            After reaching at my residence, I contacted telephonically the concerned staff at showroom and conveyed the problem, but they totally denied and ignored me, again showing their inability for customer’s satisfaction.

            Till yet the vehicle was parked unused / idle at my premises and cursing the time, when I was made the decision to purchase the TVS product.

            May I request you to look into my problem and direct the concerned dealer to remove the defects and deliver the vehicle in good running condition after doing all the defects clear finally as the bike is within the guarantee period. Otherwise, it will compel me to take a proper legal action against the company and the dealer for the mental and financial harassment, which I faced from the day of the purchase of the vehicle.

            TVS — Bike not repaired till date

            My bike is TVS star city ES. I purchased it 1 & half year back. on 23rd ap '08 I gave my bike to Shunty Bunty Motors, Kanpur cause of starting problem. They told me its CDI is not working & needed to be changed. But they are now telling me to take it back as they dont have the part in their stock. Is this the service this company provide and boost of doing great.

            TVS Motors / Flame — Agent's deceiving and taking rashly when gone for registration of bike charging additional Rs.250 as bribe

            I had purchased TVS Flame from Shanti Motors Hyderabad for my father, After 15 days shanti motors had called me and given the Mobile no of thier agent. I had called that agent and asked the date for getting the registration. On today when my father went he treaded him very badly, taking as if a goverment officer, and taking very rashly, and asked Rs.250/-extra as bribe to RTA.

            If we go for registration it will not cost more than Rs.300/-, then why the showroom had charged Rs.960 towards registration charges( saying the difference for Agent's service) means I am paying Rs.600 around as the agent charges. And the service i got is the agent shouting on my father.

            Is this the way the TVS and their dealers treating their customers after selling the bike on MRP and taking extra charges(960/-) for registration which actually cost only Rs300/- towards fees.

            According to your company it gives 112 Km/Ltr. Average, but my bike gives 50-55 Km/Ltr. in City and 55-60 on Highway. There is 51% variation regarding the same. I have discussed this problem many times with Agency Manager. He is also not able to solve this problem till now.

            With a very positive frame of mind & high expectations i purchased Apache RTR FI (orange colour) during the month of January 2009, which is now, bearing No PB 06 J 7589.
            To my shock and embarrassement, within a period of four months of its purchase only, FIRST- its stylish SPEEDO METER CLUSTER has gone out of order. The RPM arm is not functioning properly & SECOND- its fuel tank under the fuel lid has cought rust & its paint work is comming out about the area.
            I immediately brought this to the notice of the dealer, MAHALUXMI MOTORS, SAILI ROAD, PATHANKOT, who said they will replace both the things, only when they are available with them.
            A period of more than two months has passed since but i am still heaing the same - out of stocks - from them, which is further adding to my embarrassment.
            I very humbly want to request the company to immediately equip the dealer and request him to expedite in the matter.
            Or do i have to approach the consumer court/forum for further help.

            I am Mangal Kumar from Hyderabad.I have purchased a TVS Apache 160 RTR Fi from Sneha Motors in Malakpet, Hyderabad in Sep 2008.I went to the showroom in April 2009 complaining about the rear wheel wobble which was not rectified in 3 free services in spite of repeated pleadings.
            A showroom mechanic named Sanjeeva Reddy took my bike for a test ride to check the wobble & unfortunately met with an accident barely 100 meters away & probably died on the spot before even reaching the hospital.But miraculously no serious damage were inflicted on the bike.In fact there were just couple of scratches which were hardly noticeable.
            The death of the mechanic saddened me very deeply.But the rear wheel wobbling required immediate attention & resolution.I went to Sneha Motors showroom in Malakpet again in May 2009 to get the issue resolved.A mechanic named Krishna took my bike for a test ride this time & while he was riding the bike, the engine shut off abruptly while he was in the middle of overtaking a bus & all of a sudden a seven seater auto-rickshaw rammed into him at full speed which resulted in his right leg fracture.It also resulted in extensive damage to the bike.
            The showroom manager, however, assured me that the damages caused to the bike will be repaired free of cost & asked me to leave the bike in the showroom for a couple of days.He said the bike will be handed over to Mr. Surinder, the TVS appointed engineer for Hyderabad, for careful evaluation & resolution of any problems.I agreed & i left.
            I got a call from the manager after almost a week & he asked me to come to the showroom to fetch my bike.I went there with high expectations.I was hoping that the wobbling issue would have been definitely resolved by Mr. Surinder.
            But what i heard from the manager on reaching the showroom sent shock waves through my spine.The manager said that Mr. Surinder was going home after visiting his relatives, with his wife as a pillion on my bike on sunday evening just 2 days ago & unfortunately lost control over the bike & the bike skidded on the road at break neck speed.Mr. Surinder was seriously injured & was admitted to a hospital & unfortunately his wife died on the spot after being crushed under a Bus.
            After these 3 freak accidents, the Sneha TVS guys look freaked out whenever they see me & they think that i use black magic of some sort to harm & kill whoever i wish.They refuse to even touch my bike & ask me to go to some other TVS service centre or any local garage to get my issues with the bike resolved.I don't know what to do & where else to go.PLEASE HELP!!!

            I am the owner of TVS Apache Reg. No. KA 09-EP-145 Gray colored (Purchased on Jan[protected] writing this by taking out very precious time of mine. The issue is, the fuel tank of my bike was found leakage & the same has been conveyed to the showroom (Heera Motors, No.898, N.S.Road, Nanjumalige Circle, Mysore) for the replacement of the tank. Inspite of our very busy schedule we are continuously having rounds of the showroom from past 3 months but no result. Every time we inquired the owner of the showroom says it’s being delayed from the TVS-Company. In the last month, to make us believe that the process is on, temporarily they replaced the tank of my bike with some others (Red color tank). I believe you must have understood my problem hence I won’t write further but a request to get replace of the tank as soon as possible. Nor please let me know, so that I can take next action by filing it in the consumer court & get my work done…

            I have a complained against a dealer named Bulland TVS Gurgaon. I gave my bike(TVS- StarCity) Regn. no. UP-14AM-2137. to their service station situated at gurgaon near sohna chowk on10-Aug-2009 at 11:40. they give me delivery time of 2:00 .I told them that there is problem with Right Brake Yog. they told that it would be replaced and cost will be Rs. 273. i said ok. But first of all i got my bike at 3:50 instead of 2:00 and when i take a test drive i found that brake yog problem was same as it before the service.And i was shocked when i saw that they only change the upper part of the brake yog that costs only Rs.97.It was not fit properrly when i asked to the sevice manager he said, "The problem will be there till the handle is not changed". then i say u can tell it me early but they talk aggerrsively inated of listening my problem then i say u put my old article and give my cash back. then they return my Rs.273.

Haldwani) he checked and open engine side cover he saw a patti is remove from his place this is a menufacturing fault after that he promise to me and told me it will heppen not again but next day the same proble is created they are not able sort out this problem, this is request to you please replace my bike with new one.             I bought a TVS company make "Fiero" model motor cycle in the year Due to some technical problem I took my bike to local service provider. They could not provide any service because of non-availability of spare parts.

            Then, I had sent mail to head office on 09.09.09 through the company's web site. By return mail the company wanted to know the registration no. of the bike and the name of the dealer. On 10.09.09 I replied with registration no. and Dealer's name.

            After waiting for about 10 days, without receiving any response, I again wrote a mail on 19.09.09. When this mail also failed to generate any positive respone I called up and talk to Mr. Venkat ( Tel no. [protected]) of the company's customer service.

            I talked to him for quite a number of times, unfortunately, he could not satify me.

            So in this circumstances I have no option but to seek your help to get appropriate service from the company.

            sir! mai ek middle class family se hu jis wajah se iss bike par hone wale kharche ko aford nahi kar sakta. maine avrage k liye iss byke ko choose kiya tha jism ye poori tarah se fail hai.

            i ve purchased tvs xl super on 11.5.2009.from sathya jothi motors pvt ltd madurai. so far i ve done 2200 kms from the date of purchase.i ve done my 5th pay service on 4.1.2010, till then my vehicle was all right. after the service there is noise from the vehicle. again i went and complaint about the noise and they said something called barrel fault and it will cost you about Rs 1100/-.is there any replacement warranty available.if so please revert back to me.i hope you will do the needful and make allright

            Sinch I have boughy TVS Flame it is not getting started one time(specially in winter), I am very Disappointed to TVS Flame Starting Problems & Its Performance, Everytime during service of bike i use to discuss this with Agency Manager & service engg. but does't get any resolution for this problem it seems the are not able to resolve this problem till now.

            Hi, i got an RTRFI. bought it before 21days.i have the problem in that my speedometer run automatically upto 130 when i am in driving. what is the problem i want to know
            I purchased the TVS FLAME bike in May 2009 from Tapati Motors, Rupnarayanpur(West Bengal) 30Km away from Asansol (W.B.) then sub dealers now they are the main Dealer.During purchasing the the bike was not available in Asansol Dealer R B Distributor.they were only doing servicing job.

            After purchasing the first servicing was done in TAPATI MOTORS, The mileage was 45 to 50 km/lit and ALSO the engine timimg cover allen screws was all came out engine oil leakage starting.which was replced with local srcew which didnt last long.
            I was misguided by scrolling the digital meters and told to fix KM .Afetr that two servicing done in R B Distributors only they were washing and oil change was done complaint was totally ignored and just saying if any problem do come again.within three months of purchasing bike the muffler of the silencer internally dislocated and abnormal sound started sound of vehicle was irritating, complaint was given telephonically no attention was paid by anyone and TAPATI MOTORS.

            As the dealer is saying as you are not doing the servicing from TAPATI MOTORS they are unable to replace the silencer and doing the rectification job.

            In yiest a) Silencer needs replacement b) Engine timing cover oil leakage rectification c) Mileage not satisfy 45 to 50KM/LTR till date d)Silencer touches the speedbreaker. e)digital meter absard reading malfunctioning.

            The hopeless service support given by TVS dealers.No dealers at Asansol, the RB Disributor is closed long back.

            What to do?pl adavise TVS Motors Service Managers should look into the matters.

            firstly the tail lamp shut off, then fuel gauge stopped working. but when i went to the showroom to get it replaced/repaired, the response and service from the counter part was not at all satisfactory.the reason given by them is they are running short of inventory/stock. i have been running up and down to the showroom.and now they have asked me to wait for another 2 months.so this has completely been case of fraud and no proper after sales service.so kindly look into the matter with keen interest and please see to it that my problem is solved at the earliest..

            TVS — Delay in given me my Bike's number

            I have purchased a TVS APACHE RTR 160 bike from Sai baba TVS Showroom located in chinchwad, pune on 16th May 2010 and that time they told me that i will get my bike's number and papers with in three to four days after i will submitt all the necessary documents. i submitted all the required documents by Tuesday afternoon itself, that day they told me that i will get the number by Friday. But now its Wednesday and still they are not mentioning clearly that when i will get my bike's number. whenever i called them they tell me some new reason related to RTO and transfer call to some other person, keep me in hold and give me another date. but same thing happen in that another date also.
            so now after waiting for nearly 10 days i am filling a complaint against the manager and other working staff of Sai Baba Tvs Showroom.

            TVS Motor / Apache Rtr Fi 160 — Letter of dissatisfaction

            Sir
            I want to bring the matter in to your kind
            attention that I purchased a new brand Apache RTR Fi 160 on dated
            26/02/2009 which is bearing Engine No.0E5A92005137 and Chassis
            No.MD634LE5592A05134.My vehicle is registered in the judicial court
            Kangra under No.HP-40B-1562.
            Sir,
            Since I have purchased the vehicle I am facing the
            problems regularly. Really writing I am not satisfied with the
            performance of the Vehicle. Following are the problems which are
            requiring a prompt action:
            1) Shock absorbers are not giving proper suspension.
            2) Readings of the speedometer and odometer are continuously fluctuating while driving.
            3) Missing of the engine and generally it stops at speed while riding.
            4) Small lights at the head are getting fused at regular intervals.
            5) Unpleasant and disturbing sound of the Engine regularly.
            6) Self does not work properly.
            7) After the speed limit of 50 km/h bike starts vibrating too much.
            Whenever I faced any of the problem listed above I
            rushed to the authorized service station of yours at Kangra H.P. but
            really I did not find any satisfactory solutions of listed above
            problems. After paying a lot of pressure they changed the oil tank,
            but still the problem of engine stoppage did not solve. They also
            changed the shock absorbers but again the suspension is not fine.
            Twice or thrice the vehicle did not start, I called the engineer they
            operated the vehicle, even they carried it to the service station but
            again the problem is there. I am repenting on my investment. This is
            my second vehicle, earlier I was having Victor and even on my
            reference approximately fifteen vehicles I have sponsored.
            Sir, I want a thorough checkup of my bike from your engineer.

            I also want to remind you that I have sent many
            mail describing all the problems which I am facing till now. Sir I was
            expecting a prompt response from your end but unfortunately I have not
            got any good response. Virtually speaking I am not satisfied with the
            bike and even your service. You are also poor in correspondence.
            Kindly go through the problem/mail properly and give me prompt,
            suitable solution. This is my last mail.

            I have left my TVS VICTOR GLX bike at Mahavir-TVS Auth.Dealer of Tvs motors at jawalji around 1yr back for repair.They didn;t delivered the vehicle for one year telling us that a part named carborator pilot jet is not available anywhere in India. In this period of time there was no communication from the dealership to us.the only commiunication happened only whenever we go to their dealership.whole year they kept telling us that the part is not available.Last friday they called us and told your vehicle is ready and you have not submitted the keys so you have to pay rs 700 for new locks.Today When we reached their dealership and said we have given the keys to you they denied and even said that there was no petrol in your vehicle.when we asked them for emailid or contact no of any official of tvs motor company they refused to give us the same and told we dont have any number of any official of tvs and we will give you the number when we will get it.They are harrasing us and demanding Rs 700 for new locks.Already the insurance of our bike has expired as our bike was in their dealership for one year as they were not able to arrange the part

            I owner of TVS Apache Motor bike (Reg No. Rj27-SM-9004 Mod Jan 2010). I face some problem in bike battery and its not work. I visited 3 time in Roshan Lal Jain Tvs Services Centre (Roshan lal jain motors pvt .ltd . anand plaza, ayad bridge, udaipur Rajasthan, India) for some problem but they are not able sort out this problem.

            I have a complain about my motor cycle (starcity) having Eng.No-AFSG71876576 and Frame No-MD625KF5671G25222.with in warranty period I have found that there is little bit of crack in the OIL DRAIN NUT AREA then I contact to our local seller, SREE MAA MOTORS, Agartala, Tripura.But they couldnot entertain me as properly.Till now I have been suffering the problem for leakage of engine oil by the crack and using regular epoxy compound (M-SEAL).

            Competant motors — Not change parts in warranty

            I am Mr. Kapoor chand Bansal owner of the MARUTI swift DL2C AK 2174
            Purchased on 21-01-09 from competant automobiles and fitted CNG from them. They agree to give warrenty of two years. My vehicle is still in warrenty. And have a problem of wiring and fule pump change in my car now. But they not agree to do the same in warrenty and force to pay the said amount.
            I found the same problem of wiring and pump once more on[protected]. At the time of such problem I was in Agra and go to the Kawasaki motors for repair. They not agree to changed the fule pump and wiring in warrenty due to cng fitting. I agree to pay full amount to change fuel pump and wiring. They change the pump but they had not wiring to change. But they make some setting in my car and started it. I pay Rs.8724.00
            But it not solve my problem, I still facing the same problem and competant not agree to do in warrenty. I am facing very difficult problems due the very poor services and committements of competant motors.
            Please take any action against competant motors to solve my purpose.

            Hello Sir, I Woned Apache 180 on 24.12.2010 I Brought This Bike Very Eagerly Why Because Its My Dream Bike.But The Delar Which I Brought Bike From Them Service Was Very Poor.Why Means when I Leave My Bike For The First Service on 13.1.2011. At that time 535 km has been completed. Now my problem is when drive for short distance the engine getting very heat. due to doubt i checked the engine oil level.             I owner of TVS Apache Motor bike (chasis no. MD634KE41A2G94269 & MFG. DT. 7/2010). I face some problem in handle. They sold me a bike with damaged rear alloy wheel. Handle jam when we use disk break and use short turn it not work smoothly. I visited 2 time to dealer Pankaj TVS at Jalgaon for same problem but they are not able sort out this problem.
            There is mechanic who checked my bike problem & told bike is ok but still this is not ok. All the mechanics hired in Pankaj TVS are not professional. Now a new problem incurred front wheel make little noise while driving. Services Centre people not provide satisfactory answer why this problem incuured and all the time they do oiling instead of change part.
            If they change whole alloy wheel with brake assembly, problem will be sort out. Pls help me in this regard to sort out same.

            Dear Sir with reference to the subjet cited above .I have purches one tvs sports vechile in the year 2008 whose chassis no-md625mf5181bo3109.I always used to servicing my vechile to m/s goodwill motor for servicing and repairing.m/s goodwill motor sambalpur whose showroom situated at:- budharaja dist:- sambalpur .And workshop at:-ainthapali, dist:-sambalpur state:-odisha. I had taken my vechile on dt 28.12.2010 for paid service what to speak about the paid service by the workshop ,my vechile damageed and now it in out of order condition. For this reason I will go to consumer court. These are following complain against the firm 1-the opening of workshop are not in time .2:-There is not a single expert machanic/techinecian in the workshop.4:-The maintainance of workshop is poor there are no such equipment in his workshop related to advance technology.5:-Service charge are very high as compair to other workshop.             I have TVS Victor GL motor bike purchased on date 28/06/2004. On date 20/08/2010 I changed block kit of my bike at TVS service center at “TIRUPATI AUTO” Kashipur road, Rudrapur -263153, Contact no- [protected], Tin no.-[protected]. I have given the bike for kit change & after whole assy. The mechanic found bearing noise in it. Once again he dismantle the engine assy & reassembled the engine. Again he found same noise. Finally he told that this noise will go after running. But still it was there. I have done servicing at Haldwani center after 2 month Oct-10, there also mechanic told to reassembled the bike engine. Due to less time & use of bike (only Sunday) I went on 26/01/2011 at Rudrapur service center.
            Now the Person is telling why are u coming after so long time???
            Due to Bearing not align properly & not resolve the issue at the time of service this question is only to save them self. If the bike was not ready why he handed over to us???
            I need to resolve this issue on immediate basis. For any engine wear & tear will be bear by the company if it will not resolve.

            TVS Motor India Ltd / Streak — DEALER DELAYING IN PROVIDING REGISTRATION OF VEHICLE INSPITE OF TAKING FULL CHARGES 3 & 1/2 MONTHS BACK

            I have purchased a TVS STREAK from TVS DEALER in BHOPAL M/S DREAM MOTORS ( 7-A, MAHABALI NAGAR , KOLAR ROAD, BHOPAL ( MP) - [protected],[protected],[protected] on 10/02 /2011 .

            vehicle chasis no is MP26DG37B2A14642 & ENGINE NO is OG3AB2373938 model STREAK colour MAUVE & full amount of vehicle with insurance & registration was taken during time of purchase thru DREAM MOTORS invoice no 416 dated 10/02/2011.

            Since purchase , I had to follow up with this dealer for nearly 2 months for getting the vehicle number ( MPO4 SH1085) & till date I have not received the vehicle registration. This follow up I had to do at least 10 times.

            It is well known that one cannot ride a vehicle without registration & insurance & it is almost 4 months , I have not received the registration inspite of paying full amount during time of purchase.

            why the vehicle registration money is taken at the time of purchase if nobody at dealer or RTO end is concerned about giving the papers timely to customers . This is really sorry state of affairs & company must immediately take action against such dealers who delibrately harass the customers. Are they agoing to pay the charges for this harassment & mental agony of following up umpteen time for own papers ?

            Pls look into the matter & instuct the concerned authorities to do the needful immediately & penalise them for the delay. revert back with the action taken on this .

I told them to replace the self motor in warranty, what they saying for self motor 1 year warranty period only.             THERE IS NO CLUTCH AND HENCE IF THE ENGINE STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD THEN WE HAVE TO BRING THE LEVER TO NEUTRAL AND ONLY THEN IT MOVES FORWARD OR ELSE IT IS JUST STUCK.

            Dear Sir,

            Scooty Pep + is a very good two wheel vehicle. On the visit the Palakkad Dealer Shop for this vehicle, my family and myself got very poor / Worst approchment from the Supervisor / Manager named Mr. Dilip whose phone no. is (0)[protected].

            For the price reduction, we have a discussion through telephone on 24th August morning, he expressed in inability and in the meantime I have requested the posibility.

            After that on the same day evening, I visited the show room with ready cash to buy the vehicle. I enquired Mr. Dilip with the show room staff. Within few miniute, he came and told me that he is not interested to talk with me and Insulted me in front of my family. Such a behaviour is not expected from this Reputed Show Room against the Customers.

            Iam very sorry to say that, is there any fault to request the price reduction with the dealer.
            If it is not posible he can directly convey the same. Hence my family andmyself feel very much.
            This type of worst approch is first time in my life. I feel very much.

            i have purchased tvs scooty pep plus
            on 20/10/2010 your co. products are very nice but the scooty which is been given to me is full of hadeache .i had purchased this scooty pep from sajawat motors from vasai (thane).
            the problems are like it does't starts properly after starting it goes on vibrating and also running some distance suddenly stops at aplace and it it doesn't gives milage what was told me before purchasing the scooty.this was the condition before giving to service center but when i talked to service manager of sajawat at vasai this are my problems he told me he will be clearing all the problems but he returned me the scooty

              I bought Apache RTR 106 four months ago (July 08). However, the color of my bike handle racer got damaged for some reason. I observed many other old bikes for which the color looks pretty good and without any problem.

              Hence, I am really disappointed because I like my black Apache. I complained the same in one of your dealers when I have given my bike for servicing. For your information, I have given the dealer details below.

              But, the dealer said they don’t give any color guarantee and they are not responsible for it. They suggested me to directly get in touch with you. I am sure it’s a manufacturing defect.

              Tvs Apache — poor quality of colour

              Respected sir/madam,

              My name is Yogesh K. Chejara and I had bought APACHE from you in December 2007 and after 6 month of that the colour of the silencer’s colour was burned due to heat of the silencer and initially colour becomes red and then started corrosion on it. I had not seen that in any other bike and think that it was due to low quality of colour so I had complain about that and told to change the silencer to the dealer. At that time I was told that my complain was told to the company and they would be needful.

              Recently when 1 year of the guaranty completed I was told that the company could not do anything about that and refused my Apply by saying that it was not under guaranty.

              Now colour of my bike’s body is also going to damaged automatically and it is not due to corrosion nor due to any other thing if it was not taken seriously it will cause problem to my bike.

              It is not a problem of guaranty but it is the problem of poor quality of your colour/paint.
              If I can’t get any quality after spending about the 61000/- rupees what can I do by getting the guaranty.

              I hope that you will forward my complain as soon as possible to the company and I hope that TVS is a good servicing company and will help me about that.

              My Name is Mayur Madhukar Walzade, (Mob-[protected]) I owner of TVS Apache (RTR-160) Motor bike (Regn No. MH15CF0388 /REG. DT-07/11/2008). I face some problem in Bike long time (Right from the beginning ).Oil Leakage above side stand, automatically off the bike in running, and gear not operate smoothly. I visited 5 times in Sachi TVs Services Center (Add-RDV Chambers, Parijat Nagar, Bhosla Military Road, Samarth Nagar, Nasik, - 422005, India) for same problem but they are not able sort out this problem.

              There is Person Mr. Amiat and Mr Adhav has checked my bike problem they told bike is ok but this is still not ok. Then make a call to TVS company here is person Mr. Amiat .he told me visit to services center they will serve you better. Then again I visited, they worked on my (Oil Leakage) problem, but now after 2 days same problem incurred again then they again worked on it but still they are not able to sort out this problem.

              Services Center people not provide satisfactory answer why? & They r not even water washing the bike properly. Pls close this service center i[censored] r not able to provide proper free service to customer. This increase ur sales as well as ur business.

              I always go to the service center to change the Oil Seal but the manager always says that the part is not available (for 3month). I think if they change Oil Seal, problem will be sort out. Please help me in this regard to sort out same.

Moreover when i ride the bike over 60 Km/Hr my engine is vibrating and is not comfor to ride. I recide in Chennai.

As I reside at Dindigul, I service my vehicle at Premier TVS, Dindigul. For the past one month I am facing a problem with my vehicle battery. I registered a complaint with Premier TVS, Dindigul on 05.08.2009. They have attended the problem and even after that battery is not getting charged up and self start is not functioning and front panel display is not coming as well. My repeated effort to convince your service point to attend to this problem and get the battery replaced is in vain. I bought this bike with high hope of getting a good service of TVS.               Hai this is C. Ramu from trichy.This January 19th 2009, I had bought my "TVS APACHE FI 160" Bike from Sri Raj Agency, Karur Byepass road, Annamalai Nagar, Trichy-12. After 6th month, i have changed my rear Disk Brake, But Now (October 1st 2009) i had a similar problem, i am unsatisfied with the product, the service and warranty problem. Within one year, whether i need to change the disk twice is a necessary one? I need a satisfactory reply! I request you to take immediate action for this step.               Meghdooth Motors in M.G. Road has an so called authorised service station near Ulsoor. When you enter their gates, first you get an unfriendly look from the supervisors. They are not ready to listen to our complaints. Not at all customer friendly, probably an illiterate who does not understand what we talk.
              With great dissapointment, we need to leave our bikes for servicing.

              Now the worst part: At day end when you go to collect your bike, they first ask you to pay for the services and then make us sign that we have received the vehicle in good condition...Sounds interesting right? After all this, the supervisor moves the bike from the parking and takes it for a trial... Full Speed... What for, i really do not know...Comes back and Says " Everything fine Sir!!. Tuning also is done...and we have polished your bike too (at my cost) ". Well, polish?, I do not smell of any polish. In fact smell of diesel everywhere. I see my silencer is damaged... When i complaint about it... the supervisor gives me an nasty answer and denies anything damaged by them... Well I see the mechanics taking the bikes from the ground floor to the first floor as if they are in for dirt racing.
              Next, with much disappointment I take the bike and after about 0.5 km, the bike starts acclerating by itself and jerks. Engine goes off and does not start for quite sometime and then again acclerates by itself.
              I go back to the mechanic, he says, " Sir your spark plug is gone". Well, when i left my vehicle, nothing like that happened to my bike. But all of a sudden, all this? He changes the spark plug, adapter but nothing works.
              At last he admits that when my Apache RTR FI was being tuned somebody damaged the cables and my bike was left untuned. Now the heart of an RTR Fuel Injection bike is the microprocessor that controls the activities of the engine... They lied to me saying that everything was ok and the bike was tuned.
              When I asked the reason for the same, they shout back at me. Even the Manager there behaved rudely and said to come back with the bike after 4 days. Now on what guarantee do i drive the bike. What if the micro processor goes bad?
              Meghdoot Service Station, at M.G. road has shown its true color by cheating a customer like me. tommorrow it can happen to anyone of you... Be aware.

              I Advice you not to purchase any TVS Bikes if you bought dont take it to service at SATHYA MOTORS, Chrompet.
              They have very Poor Customer service and Bike Service. They are Good only is Stealing our spares.
              Beware of your battery, and other spares. I saw more than three customers are complainting about their Batteries in Sathya motors.

              For me my bike was only 1yr old i replaced my disk pad for my flame spending more than 400rs. now Totally by disk was gone.
              now no disk brake is in working my bike.

              In another TVS service center For my sis scooty, i said a problem in engine in 2nd Free service itself. they serviced poor and took her scooty pep again after a month a they get 3rd Free service coupon from her to reservice and the repeted the same after a month and also got her 4th Free service coupon after all Free service the problem presist and when we took the scooty pep back to them they inspect the bike and said engine was damaged and they ask for a huge amount to fix more than 3000 when the bike in only 8 months old. even after servicing by paying 3000 the problem repeated again after a couple of month and when we asked they asked us to replace the engine with cost halfth of the price of the bike and they refused to claim the warranty for engine. so we take the scooty pep to a loacl mechanic in our locality he fixed the scooty for just 800rs.

              You can find their mistakes by taking your bike to any other service center but not at there. TVS Service centers never accept their mistakes and fix those.

                HELLO SIR,
                i have given my bike on( Visakhapatnam, Gajuwaka Branch Showroom) 12.08.08, 11:30 am for repair.They said 2days require to finish thier job.Later i had telephonic discussion with them on 14.06.08, 16.06.08 and both times they asked another 2days required to complete their job.
                Today (18.06.08, 7:00pm) i went to the showroom and noticed that my bike is not repaired, and it was in the same condition.
                And when i enqiured about it they are saying that my job card was lost and there was no apache mechanic in the showroom,
                and they are saying my bike will be replaced by tommarow.

                WITHOUT JOB CARD AND AND NOT ASKING ME ABOUT MY BIKE COMPLAINTS HOW THEY WILL REPLACE MY BIKE.
                I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE MAINTAING THE SHOWROOM.

                PLEASE TAKE ACTION AND REPLACE MY BIKE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                Tvs Apache 150cc is a very poor bike. As a my opinion Hero Honda Hunk is a very good bike. Beacuse Hero Honda Hunk's servise is very nice and good. After two or three servicing it provides very good and nice service. And so far as It's mileage is concerned, it is very very good. Actually, Hero Honda Hunk provides very nice and smooth riding. If you choose Hero Honda Hunk, I will say your choose is definitely good and right. Hero Honda Hunk is very good and nice bike rather than anyother bike. So my choice is Hero Honda Hunk and Your?
                Tvs Apache 150cc and Bajaj Pulsar 150cc and Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme, these are very poor bike beacuse these bike provide very poor service and very poor mileage. After one or two service you will find lots of problem. You can not find good riding in this bike. But one is very nice and good as a my point of view. Which Name is Hero Honda Hunka. Yes! Hero Honda Hunka is really good choice. Beacuse it provides very good riding. And if you ride Hero Honda Hunka, You will find real experience. What to talk to Hero Honda Hunk. It is really nice and good bike rather than anyother bike. I like Hero Honda Hunk beacuse I have Hero Honda Hunk. That's why I know It's performance. Yes! it's performance is really nice and good. As a my opinion if you thick for new bike, you should take Hero Honda Hunk 150cc.

                  I am facing the same problem. I purchased my bike on 11/08/08 from chittorgarh (raj.), there is a continuous abnormal sound from engine and the bike vibrates like hell beyond 50kmph.In btwn does posting complaints on this site really helps ?????
                  for first 1000 kms you should ride your bike below 50 kms. and even then problem occurs take it to some other tvs it should be solved!
                  I'm having the same thing, but before giving a solution, please answer the below 2 questions

                  Question 1
                  Did you ride a bajaj bike (pulsar 180 or Disvover 125 or a Hero Honda bike) after purchasing the TVS Apache 150 or 160

                  Question 2
                  Did you try comparing the engine vibration of Bajaj/Hero Honda bike with the TVS Apache.


                  If both answers are yes; Please read the below facts.

                  Bajaj or Hero Honda or any Japanese bikes have a less engine vibration when riding.
                  Bajaj & TVS engines comes with diferent technologies.
                  TVS company makes very good fuel efficient bikes but riding conditions are poor.
                  Bajaj company makes very good riding condition(comfortable) bikes but milage per litre is lower.
                  But Bajaj company is trying to make fuel efficient bikes,
                  but they cannot make bothe at once (very good comfortable + very good fuel efficient bikes)
                  And Bajaj makes quality bikes.
                  Try comparing the outer finishing of a Bajaj bike with a TVS bike.
                  Bajaj uses a higher technology than the TVS does. (ex: first digital meter bike)

                  Finally you have to understand that the problem you are having is not a problem,
                  That is the nature(poor condition) of the TVS Apache bikes. (I understood this)

                  But you guys have be happy and proud of your selves as you have got a fuel efficient bike.
                  When the petrol price goes high, Bajaj bikers are selling their bikes.

                  If you having a good income(salary) go for a Bajaj Bike
                  If the income is low, then it is better to go for a tvs bike.

                  Try and understand the diferrent between the two technologies.

                  P. S. don't take fast bends with TVS bikes, because you will see one day, Bajaj bikes turn bends easily
                  But Tvs.. it is bit hard to turn a bend with TVS bikes.
                  Hi All,

                  I just wanna say u that i too have an yellow RTR 160Fi & you guys are right it shakes lot after 50 kmph. I am not taking TVS side, all of there bikes have same problem, for sure Apache will give you 'Vibration'. TVS have to seriously look in this matter, as the apache lovers are getting there hand on so called pulsar or FZ (which I don't like)So before buying you could have made some study for the same. But as u all will agree to me, the feel of the bike will forget you the vibration which it gives.

                  And you all are right. TVS mechanics are a bit strange. I mean they react to situation quite late. After buying my bike on 27-Feb-2009, they changed my silencer, digital meter, some fuel gauge & all. but after making me come again & again to them & now a new problem to bike, the bike automatically turn off while running. & after a some mins of drama, it works again as the problem never occurred. BUT the BIKE is Awesome over all.

                  TVS PLZZZZZZZZ do something for 'Vibration' yaar...The new one 180 also has same problem. C'mon we love APACHE & ya eagerly wait for the 200 or 220 variants if its true...lolz

                  I m having Apache 180. The service of TVS centre is so bas. I m totally unsatisfies from the service centre. The fuel indicator of my bike is not working from the very first day. I have complained for the same in TVS but nobody bothers. I have purchased my bike (PB 33 D 0654) on July 30, 2011 from Nakodar (Jalandhar), Punjab and the black colour og the handle fades ang get a very bad look.

                    i had serviced my scooty pep at loyal tvs goregaon and bandra.Every time i visited i had faced a terribble problem of spares.now my vehicle is facing clutch problem and was told that the clutch unit is not available.i hereby request you to take action against this issue and also it is observed that the company is charging very very heavily.this dealeris looting me on labour cost.pls give a concrete solution .Also certain parts are not available in mumbai.

                    There is not a single part of Apache RTR 160, There is not a single FOOT REST for my bike available in TVS CENTER in Allahabad, UP, How can TVS run its company in Allahabad without having spare parts.

                        i have owned a TVS APACHE two years ago, i have many problems like vibration, pick up, heavy sound in front doom.

                        no one in the company showroom is able to solve this problem, they feel like they are not responsible.

                        how can i solve this problem
                        I am using TVS Apache 150cc since July 2006. Till date there is no problem at all. Ive maintained that in proper way. I never ride that more than 60km/hr during first 2000km. Ive never ride that more than 80km/hr during first 6000km. Im the only user of the bike. This is very important.
                        I am Using a TVS apache 150. There is a whistle sound coming from Engine which I will be able to notice even after wearing a helmet.

                        the service centrs is the worst in mumbai for tvs...don't tvs wish to sell bikes in mumbai..then they shoul stop the sale as well...as the service centrs are closing..they also take AMC and dont refund..

                          yup all the complaints are true. Just visit tvs motor company's site n there in contact get the numbers and do complains
                          i am going through the same trouble, wobbling of the front, issue with the t bar, shocker rods slightly bent, everything in disorder. TVS, please stop making bikes.
                          I have purchased TVS APACHE RTR 180(MD634KE68C2D26241/OE6DC2152800) from HEM TVS, Satara on 25th May, 2012. I went to many other company showrooms and then decided on purchasing TVS APACHE RTR 180 based on the presales service I got at the showroom.

                          I was a happy owner of APACHE RTR 180 for last one month, but seems like my honeymoon with my bike was only for one month. It changed into a Nighmare when I went to get the first free service today morning. This done I then requested for delivery of the bike and paid the Rs. 375 /- bill(oil+oil filter) and took the delivery challan. I then went to the security to get my keys. He gave me some keys which I instantly recognized as not being mine. I told him the same, but i got the response that as the key has got some token number 36 attached it is my key. I then very politely told the security guy that this is not my key and it seems to be misplaced and let me check. I went through the box and found out the correct key.

                          I thought it is fine and this may happen some times so not a very big issue. I then went to my bike and tried to start the bike, I tried both the starters (Kick as well as self start) but it didn't start. I then told this to the nearby mechanic and told him to look at it. That guy then starting fiddling with the bike pulling the choke and trying to start the bike. He then very harshly pulled the spark plug and blowed some air by his mouth into it. I was shocked to find out that there seemed to some water on the spark plug which is not expected. He then put the spark plug into it`s place and tried to start the bike once again. The bike was starting and stopping for which he then pulled the throttle at the extremity, which I don't suppose is right for a new bike.

                          The bike then somehow started. Seeing all this ill treatment to the bike I just wanted to leave the service center, which I did as soon as possible. Just to check if everything is fine I then rode my bike for a while and it seem to be fine. I came home and thought that may god help me and the bike is fine.

                          In the evening I once again took the bike for a ride and what i came to know is that there is some kirr. kirr sound from the rear part of my bike. Now I don't know what to do as the bike was almost fine till the first service. I am very afraid to go back to the service center and increase the ordeals I am already facing.

                          Additionally now by bikes`s front is wobbleing like hell at the speed range of 50-70 KM/s. Now I fell like robbed and dont know what to do next.

                          Papers not received,Duplicate and sub standard accessories given

                          I purchased the Jupiter on 8th march 2016, still not received warranty card, also the seat cover accessories are all of sub standard and duplicate. I want to get the quality check done of the vehicle from authorised company agents who can certify that all standard parts are fitted

                            Hi I had given my TVS fiero for servicing at MIDAS Motors lakdi ka Phul hyderabad. They said i need a engine rework and i was quoted estimation of 6.5 K which i agreed to. Later i was given a bill of 8.5K which was way high from the quotation.Why was i not informed time to time about the increase in the cost. An estimation can have +/-500 and not 2000. Also since the manufacturing of Fiero is stopped why are the customers who had earlier been your esteemed customers made to go thru pain in trying to procure the parts. It took close to 15 days for my bike to be done.

                            Now my major concern is with the cheating happening to customers at the outlets service center. They had used 2 bottles of Engine oil of 750ml each when the engine capacity of Fiero is 1.1L. Now when i am charged for 1.5L of Oil where did the balance 400ML of Oil go. I am sure this is happening to all customers and end of day the service center ends up with lots of profit.

                            When most of the bikes coming into showroom are of 1L capacity why are they maintaing stock of 750ML oil. Is this not cheating customers who may not realise this fact. So this is a request to all consumers to beware of this issue from the service centers. Before servicing the bikes make sure that the centers are keeping stock of suitable quantity oil and do not charge extra due to lesser quantity of oils.

                            TVS Motors - Worse customer service

                            I have approached one of the TVS authorized service center for

                            1. General Service,
                            2. Overhauling of fork and
                            3. Replacement of shock absorbs.

                            First 2 things have been taken care and for 3rd item they have asked me to approach them after 2 days. There was no use, again same excuse like come after 2 days. At last 6th day (26.06.2008) I was able to get the spare part and fitting taken care by themselves. Unfortunately spare part sold to me was too worse, worse than my actual part which is not in good condition, it was absolutely not functioning, hard and immediately I started getting body ache. I immediately went back to them with actual condition of sold goods. They said that the concerned person is on leave and you can come after 4 days or so. Every 2nd and 3rd day I have visited but there was no use. On 10th June I am able to meet concerned person. Immediately that guy said the goods are new and good. In fact your vehicle has got alignment problem. I asked him that what the connection between alignment and suspension is? (When his own person admitted that new product is not good)When my defected shock absorb can work why can’t new? He argued with me, I told him if I can prove that the old shock absorber is better that new (Sold to me)? He said let us try? I am sure you are wrong? They have fixed my shock absorber and it was really better than the new. Then I asked them for replacement, they came up with new excuse like you have used this for more than 15 days and replacement is not possible. I clearly proved that I have visited your workshop for more than 8 times in 15 days. After that he said that it cannot be done by them and I need to go to TVS Company. I said it’s not possible for me to travel all the way to Chennai to get help. Is that makes sense! i am looking for a resolution from TVS. Can anybody help me.

                            I, am owner of scooty pep+.Basically i want to put forward a complaint for the improper services provided by service centres of south kanpur zone, namely mahindra motors(tvs scooty service centre) at kidwai nagar kanpur.
                            I am the owner of maruti zen lxi. My vehicle was having an electrical problem. It was dut to the wire neare by the right fender damaged by the rat. I approached the Bagavathi Auto Works authorized TVS motors work shop, Medavakkam, Chennai-600 001 on 28.03.2009. They immediately put a job card and asked me to come at 2.00pm. I was also agreed and went to tambaram for my personel work. Within 45mts, one of the person from that auto works communicated through my cell phone regarding the aproximate bill amout of Rs.2000/- for that work and immediately I replied to stop that work. After 1hr, I went there and I knew that there was no work was carried on my vehicle and immediatly I asked that person responsible for that one regarding my veichle. He asked Rs.2000/- for that work. I refused to pay that one and he asked Rs.500/- for the regisration of job card and there was no bill was issued for the same. The same work was performed in the other place with Rs.100/-only. For the discharge of vehicle was also not recorded by them.

                            This is to inform you that I have purchased TVS Scooty pep+ from Subam Motors, Chennai-12 on 29/7/2008. After three months (after 2 free services) I had problem with my horn . When I pressed the horn key there was no sound. So on my return from my office I straight away went to the service centre and informed the same at around 5.30 p.m. They (Mr. Nehru) checked and found that the earth was not proper. Thery rectified the same. I went for the 3rd service on 2nd February 2009 and got the vechicle on that day itself. After 10 days again I had the same problem with my horn. While pressing the horn key there was no sound. I contacted Mr. Mohan, Service supervisor and he asked Mr. Nehru to check the same. He tried a lot for more that 1 hour and finally he made some correction inside the horn and made it to work and thry promissed me to replace the same during my next service. My 4th paid serive was on 30th April 2009. But the serive centre at Subham was closed and I was not able to give my vehicle on that day. Today it was opened and surprised to note that the management was changed. When I told about the horn problem for replacement they told they will check with the TVS company and made the necessary arrangement. But when I went there to take my vechicle they told me that they have tuned the horn and there would not be any problem in future and since this is a paid service this part could not be replaced. Hence I want to inform you the matter before taking delivery. Since this is under warranty I want to replace my horn. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                            The Kohli TVS Service Center (Lucknow) is always upseted me... I have make my vehicle serviced here for 3 times and everytime they have upseted... Firstly the service is worst and secondly they take too much time for delievery...

                                This letter is drafted in response to utter frustration given by TVS service centre Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, kerala.

                                I considered myself to be a proud TVS Apache (Frame No: MD624HE3062k56398, Engine No: 0E3K[protected] owner but the irresponsibility of the TVS service centre officials have truly let me down.

                                I have approached the service centre a couple of time to get some urgent spares for the bike, they let alone, providing any valid reason for the unavailability of the same didn’t even respect the customer. When I asked them about the TVS head office address they just ignored to give the address. They also put a mockery which is quite a lot of frustration for me.

                                Hoping this letter will do some good to improve the service that all your customers deserve. Or my options are few and I shall opt any other brand which has some customer value.

                                On 8th October, 2009 I got my 6th pay service done from the same place. During the servicing my bikes Speedometer was not working, I was told it is in the guarantee period get it replaced. At that time i was informed that in a weeks time the Speedometer will be replaced, but it is already more than three months and nothing has been done. Every time I followed up the same one week time they are harping on. I am quite frustrated, please take some action and get the problem rectified.
                                Hoping that immediate action will be taken, and my problem will be solved.

                                Iam Nithya I sent my vehicle (scooty Pep) for the paid service.While Iam leaving my vehicle the only problem was starting problem but after three idays i gone there to get back my vehicle. I was shocked because seat of my vehicle is teared. I ask the reason to service manager i got such an irresponsible reply that is if you are not satisfied then leave your vehicle and go.i got annoyed then i complained to HO Ambattur there also no proper reply.what is my question is if seat is teared while iam leaving for service then it will be noted in Job card but it is not they are simply passing the bug and spoiling the brand image of TVS. Atleast with this mail they can try something goood to the customers
                                Totally irresponsible TVS dealer (SBM TVS - ayanavaram) and equally useless tvs officials.

                                  i had bought a apache rtr 160 five months ago and it had a defected digital meter despite of my rigorous complaints to the dealer they have not taken any action against it and are a sort of distrust for me

                                  and i am sure this will really affect your company as on my consent my 2 friends who were earlier thinking to buy apache have bought pulsar due to its great customer care

                                  I had brought apache rtr 160 last year on the occation of Deshehra. I only had its benifits few days after that Bike gives a lot of problems eg. brakes problem, engin vibration, shockupser problems, self starter problems, Now latest problem Iam facing in the Bike from last eight days that is engine is not proper functioning and it make a some improper noise, and oil leakage from the engin. Then, I went to service center from where I brought bike, they told me that spare part is not available from company to us, they named that part crankcase, and from 2 months they told me that they don't have oil seal packing.

                                  They also told me that come after 4-5 days we will give you service but after every 4-5 days I follow up but there is no responce. Now tell me what to do ? I am very fed up now and after very harashment I complaint to you through your wedsite. If you don't giving responce and not giving proper service, I will complaint to consumer court. and giving further reply through court.

                                  I bought a new TVS Apache RTR160 before a month exactly.I struggled hard to get the bike for the last two years & I won finally.I am a great enemy of PULSAR & generally BAJAJ over-all.
                                  But like disappointing me I am getting a kind of noice from the head of the engine from my new APACHE RTR 160 & the sound starts only after the engine gets temperature.I know pulsar is having the same complaint as my brother owns a famous mechanic shop in Bangalore.After a through discussion we planned & finalised to get APACHE 160 my dream bike.But it screwed all my dreams & happiness.I am really worried about the sound.Can any one help me in this???
                                  A small request to TVS...Please take care about this else you may loose valuble customers...& I dont want my dream company to get through such situation...Please
