Uninor — Unwanted Caller Tune charges

DEAR SIR

I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR STOP MUSIC UNLIMITED, BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN
ACTION FOR THIS.AND DURING THIS CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR 4 MONTH.SO PLZ TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION.

Unwanted Caller Tune charges
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using Uninor services since 4 Months. I have an complaint that, the provider automatically deducting Caller Tune Charges. Due to that caller tunes iam facing much inconvenience. I have tried to Uninor customer care but they telling another version. I have faced this uncofortable action 2nd time. Please do the needfull, de-activate my caller tune and dont repeat that.

i have compliant that, uninor automatcally charging rs.20 for caller tune, which is not activated my me.i have never sent any request for activation of caller tune.i tried to contact uninor customer care but there is no proper response. please do needfull.
