T-shirt logo color (red) got over the t- shirt (white) after 1st wash.. On complaint, the retailer is arguing that the defect is minor and the customer should continue to wear the defective piece and exchange is not possible. I feel cheated and the behaviour of the salesman is unacceptable.
BENETTON — White Color Shirt fade
Dear Sir,I bought Benetton Shirt from Krom Shop situated at Mall road on date 15.12.2012 . Within 2 months I wore it twice & after 2nd wash as per instructions its entire color got fade. Krome Manager is not addressing my complaint nor he is guiding to where to contact. Benetton shirt is worth Rs. 1999.00. I request you to intervene & resolve my issue.

united colors of Benetton — logo color got over the t-shirt
The logo colour (red) got over the t-shirt (white), after first wash. On complaining to the retail shop (in Allahabad), they object to accepting it as a remarkable defect and refuse to exchange the same. The t-shirt is worth Rs 1250. Also the behaviour of the salesman was objectionable.
