To start with, i genuinely hope that the brand does not feel that its bigger than customer needs, the moment you start feeling so, that's the starting point of your downfall (And this is coming from a retail professional at the higher management in some other reputed brand in the market, who has shopped from one of your stores, and can be best termed as "pissed off" with your customer service!)
Now coming to the point, i had bought a pair of slippers from your ucb store in inorbit mall, hyderabad. There was nothing wrong with the product, but it was not required by me, which i realised later, and hence thought of taking a credit note and buy something else later from your store (Please note i was not asking for refund).
My request was outright rejected coupled with extremely rash behaviour by your store team and your cluster manager. I am sure that if your cm is such bad person, it's imperative that your store team is bound to provide the worst customer service because that's what this guy preaches!
Don't know whether this organisation looks into these complaints or not, but would be pleased if you do, and look into this issue.
