Dear Benetton, I'm a regular customer at benetton. I recently bought a pair of shoes, i kept it in packed condition for a month and started wearing it after. I wore it hardly 6-7 times and its skin started to wither off, the sole pasting also started to fall. Its not even 3 months since i bought them. Hi, I have bought 3 UCB denims from Lifestyle, Trillium Mall Amritsar, India. in non- sale season.2 were female colored denims and one was male blue denims. Both the coloured denims have faded in the first wash, rather have spoiled one Van Heusen shirt worth 1700 and another UCB white shirt worth 1200. And the denim of blue jeans has been so pathetic that the jeans got torn on the second wash. If this has to be show, then why spend so much on brands...I made a total loss of 12, 100. I'm looking forward for some quick solution. This was never expected from a high end brand like UCB. I often love wearing clothing from UCB but Such a poor quality of denim was not expected, especially when we have spent more than 3000 on my every single denim. #DisappointedCustomer

Dear Team, ​I have got a gift on my birthday by one of my friend, he bought a shirt and trouser for me from SSIPL outlet situated at Mathura Road New delhi, wherein my trouser color have gone faded after one wash and i am not able to wear that ... this is one of the poorest quality in trouser i have ever seendo we buy branded cloths for this thing, , that even after paying so high we will not be getting good quality. Certainly my friend who gifted me these clothes flew to London and i dont have bill of this trouser now.​but i really wanted to get it replaced immediately. i will try hard and hard to get it replaced . will go to every complaint forum to escalate the issue. request UCB officials to please intervenue and get my trouser replaced without the bill . the clothes were purchased on 10 June 1983 .

Sir/madam I had bought a United Colors of benetton shirt an year back, Size Medium, and since then i have worn that shirt for only the third time.After washing, the color of the strip inside the collar leaked and affected the outer parts of the shirt, the main collar and behind the collar, the strip is purple coloured and now that color is clearly visible on the collar and other parts of the shirt. Its not the first time that I have used this company's products, I have shirts of other colours also and washing instructions have been adhered to in the past as well, I feel cheated with the quality of this product and would like it to be replaced.

hi! i bought a pair of loafers from UCB Lucknow in Fun Republic mall going for the first time ever for UCB shoes and i am to regret my decision. Shoes costed me around 3000 on sale but has a major defect. When i wore it for the first time, i got imbalanced while walking. Right side shoes is crafted wrong with a lot of imbalanced to the sole and side coverings. Shoes literally bending inside towards my left foot with sole somewhere else. When i got down for the replacement to store, they rudely replied to me for no exchange/no replacement. i hope it can be taken into consideration for replacement otherwise i have no option to sack it & never go for UCB in future even for best clothes they have. I am my wife visited your stores of 17 SHAKESPERE SARANI, KOLKATA – 71; on 29th July, 2014 evening. My wife liked one dress and tried that. She found it good, and we decided to buy. While buying, we also liked two other shirts, and bought the same size without trying it. Yesterday, she found that the other two dresses are not fitting properly, and she called the shop to exchange. The floor manager Sk Shamim Akhtar stated that nothing can be exchanged as at that time some SALE was going on. I heard so from my wife, and called him, and he stated the same. I think this is absolutely unjustified, as this is a standard item, and there are many more in the shop. Normally, I only go for Adidas/Woodland/LeeCoopers shoes. However, for the first time I decided to go for UCB shoes and that was a tragedy!! I just wore it once and its sole has tore out. Me, Shashi Ranjan, Lucknow purchased 2 T-Shirts from ABACUS RETAIL, A-1/22, UGF, SECTOR-B, ALIGANJ, Lucknow, Ph.[protected] on dated 20/07/2014 .I go there on the condition of getting 50% discount flat on every purchase, which was displayed in the outlet . But at my billing MRP was Rs. 2698.00, and I have to pay 50% i.e.Rs.1349.00, whereas they charged Rs. 1416.00 .Invoice Copy Attached.

After discussion with the Manager Mr. Samuel I came to know that they are charging 5% VAT extra on my discounted amount purchased. But in INVOICE they are not showing 50% discount, which I do not agreed. They ask me that this company rule, So, please convince me that is it true ? How? Their behavioural side was also very rude .

We took two jeans and gave them for alteration but they made it very short after taking the length in person also... and we asked them for any explanation and they simply said u asked us to give 48 length if we wer so good with da tailoring why would we asked him to take da length. I Had bought from Ahmedabad (India) C G Road showroom on 29/6/2104 bill no 370-3005, will taking trial & purchasing the jeans i did not foun any small defect, when i went home i noticed the same & hence next day went for replacement or exchanged, the staff Mr Bhagav Patel said it cannot be exchanged that is our company policy, i asked him if that is your company policy then how come you had exchanged it earlier, since we buy more than 20 to 30 garments in a year from benetton, our contact no [protected], you can check how much points we have in your company, The Ahmedabad store were rigid we will not replace or exchange even though we might have done the same in the past, i asked for credit note, they said they cannot give the same..

I left the store without taking my pants since it was of no use, is this the way benetton behaves to old clients, earlier for exchange policy they used to accept it now since staff has changed they don't, why can't policy be the same ??

Hi, I have been shopping with UCB since my teenage and it has always been one of my classy brand.I shopped in the UCB stores in london, Delhi and Chandigarh.However I am very disappointed with the service I 've experienced this time in the store and i felt like never returning to the brand which doesn't even have professionals or at least the people with etiquette's. Before proceeding further and explaining you the scenario, I would like to ask you three simple questions which might be in your rule books as well:- First WHAT ARE YOUR PROCEDURES OR STANDARD TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER AS SOON AS He/she enters the store? Second What are the things salesman (if attending) should convey to the customer while showing your clothes? Third What are the procedures over the till while or before billing the clothes? It would be appreciative if I could receive the response as early as possible.As these are the questions related to your standards.Once I receive the answers I would love to explain all what happened And how pathetic experience it was.
