[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

UTI — i have not received pan card please issued pan card

Dear sir, i am apply pan card uti service center issue pan no.AYUPP1198A, But cannot received pan card. once's again apply revised pan form no.[protected] please send to my address: P2, Creative nivas aprt, Raghavendra nagar, Nacharam, Hyderabad Pin code:500 076.

i have not received our pan card

UTISL PAN SERVICE CENTRE — PAN CARD NOT RECIEVED

I have applied for PAN CARD in the month of january 2009 but till date I have not recieved my PAN CARD, while checking on internet it was found that my PAN CARD no is BGDPK4421K and it has been delivered on 04 Feb 2009 then I launched the complaint vide complaint no 95138339 dated 3 april 2009 and complaint no 95139228 dated 15 april 2009.but till date no action has been taken. I have also personally visited to the UTISL OFFICE, SHOP NO-55, GROUND FLOOR, RAJENDRA BHAWAN at Rajendra place office near Karol Bagh Delhi.According to Mr. Anish the person available at that time'' we have to sit our home and one day our PAN CARD will reach our home'' that is absolutely shocking to me and I am unable TO UNDERSTAND how irresponsible person employed in the PAN CARD OFFICE .No body is picking the customer care phones[protected], 25853116, 25853119 given in the reciept that is totally harasment for the general public.
Please guide me what legal action I can take in order to obtained the PAN CARD.

I Thousif Khan Had applied Pan Card 9 months back but I have not recieved the Pan, However as per
your customer support executives advice I had applied second time through CSF Form on 16/04/2009 its the second time but yet, Till the date i had not received the PAN CARD .
