Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

I think Vodafone Customer service is the worst you can get in the service industry, wonder if they give the same kind of customer support in other countries as well or are they just taking us indian customers for granted??????
The fact that they take us for granted is that there is not a single response from vodafone to any of the above complaints.
I think its time we use gandhigiri and ask vodafone to go back to where ever the hell they came from if they are not going to treat us well and give us the service we deserve as paying customers
really now vodafone customer care is worst

Vodafone — useless service

i m a customer of vodafone for last 2 and half years.My mob no is-[protected]. i am a post paid user.I want to share about vodafone cutomer care service and its so called poor service. Vodafone barred my outgoing service for almost 1 day and the reason was i hve not paid my bill (as per the sms recieved by me), where as i hve already paid the bill welll before time. When i hve called customer care they told that this is a mistake and you hve to sumit address proof or else your outgoing will be barred.I hve agreed to that also and asked to send some one to collect the documents (As i am doing a job nd not able to reach the outlet within 8 PM also). They have called me atleast 10 no. of times and confirmed my address to collect tthe document but no one shows up.Now I am fed up with this type of service by vodafone. A lot of thanks to our Gov who have started this Mobile Number Portabilty facilty where this type monopoly can be over since all wants their existing number so its a good initiative.My main reason to write this becuse of MNP as i dont want to change my no that why i hve just let vodafone to do at their will but now it will not be possible. @vodafone try to change or you will loose all your customer.
I was Happy with Vodafone in Karnataka. . . But here in Maharastra. .. Vodafone is useless. . .

I have recharged with 17 Rs. for internet pack of 300 mb with validity of three days. After two days I got a Message of free 2 gb internet and validity till[protected]
I was happy to read that. About 300 mb i hav used. I was disconnected . i checked my balance .I was shocked to see it was -136 Rs.
I try to contact customercare severaaaal time abt it but they all rejected my call

My Mobile No. [protected](MTNL Dolphin), I have called 111 cutomer care for information on Portablity of my Mobile, talk to executive and he informed me that our sales person will come to your house and pick up document and cash of Rs.370.00 with Photo Id and address proof. I have agreed and asked him to send Sales person. Mr.Shivam Mbl. No.[protected]/ [protected] has visited on[protected] and I have signed application form, fixed Photo and given him Id and Residantial Proff and paid Cash of Rs.370/- send SMS portablity request on 1900 and I have received SMS for poatablity No.MMNT3IXC. Mr.Shivam have issued me Sim card and receipt of cash paid (No.[protected] and informed me that within 7 days your mobile will be activated with vodafone. I have received call on[protected] from Mbl No.[protected] for confirmation about paotablity request. But regreated to inform that till today the same is not activated and I have tried to contact Mr.Shivam and tried for the person who called for conformation for my application on above numbers but all are coming Switch off or not reachable, I have also called up [protected], but they have no information on above portablity of my application. I am tired and request you to give me information on above at the earliest.

Vodafone — receiving & miss call number not display on mobile screen

From 4 to 5 months, miss call & receiving call not display on mobile screen. I also contact to vodafone customer care no, they say submit the document. two times we submit the document, but till date we received any reply.

Vodafone — temporary out of order

Dear Sir,
my vodafone postpaid no. [protected] which i have subscribed on 03/03/2011 is currently "temporary out of order". even though i have submitted all the documents and also asked customer care for confirmation and also to the relationship manager mr. rajendra ( vashi branch) for and anamilities. my outstanding amount is also within limit. but with such an unacceptable action vodafone will loose its customer. kindly do the needfull action as soon as possible.

Vodafone deducted Rs-131 from my mobile number [protected], to activate the GPRS for my handset without asking me and without making any request for the service.

my cell nos are [protected] and[protected] as per liflet given by ur exe.mr milind ahire whose cell no is [protected] monthly rental 149, 200min free local, free 150 local/national sms, gr calling unlimited free but what i observed gr calling is charging from last 3 months, i went to voda office n complaint given they told me to pay bill and chrges will revert in next bill and ur exe not attending the call i fell ur exe n voda company is making cust fool and ur service is the worst in all mobile services now i[censored] r not attending then i m going to close relations with voda for life time this is for ur information not expecting action in this matter as regular practice from ur end

i have received message from VR-Sploffer that recharge with 56 Rs. and paye 125 local & std mins pure 30 ke liye. but after regharge i did not received 125 minutes so please solve my problem. my mobile no is [protected] and rechrge date 02/04/11
