Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

I have been calling the complaint dept 198 number, ten times in a day and have spoken to Yuvraj, Balaji, Rajalakshmi and so many associates and have asked them to help me with my billing so that I process my payment, but no body has helped me, everybody places the call on hold for 20min and dont even help us to get the issue resolvedand finally disconnects the call

I was expecting a waiver from 5th till 10th of april for vodafone mobile connect service which I did not get, hence I can find my bill to be Rs 1476 for the month of may, can you explain me how?, I am tired of asking my call detail reports, nobody is helping me for this too

Can you explain me why you have added vodafone live and vodafone mobile connect service in my billing, when I have not asked for that service .
Vodafone associate tells me that by default Vodafone live and vodafone mobile connect services are there -You give whatever you want by default but it is not my problem to make the payment for all the unwanted service you give and you also force and torture to pay, this is rediculous. When I have just asked for 98 rs 1GB plan then why are adding all the other unwanted services - vodafone live and vodafone connect and billing me everymonth and now my call service for both the numbers [protected] and [protected] is disconnected

Who is responsible ?
I am not telling that I will not make the payment, please send me the correct call history and usage history and if this same has to contimue then would like to end this service
With whose permission have you activated vodafone live and vodafone moblie service for [protected] and [protected] and you are billing me every month
And can you tell me the reason for the diconnection of service

Why is 2G net disconnected when I go to coimbatore, Coimbatore also comes under tamilnadu. I have so many issues but nobody is there to help me

Vodafone — No service at 24 hour mini store.

I have purchased a vodafone data card 3 G perv month. I need to recharge the same and want to inquire some info regarding my card so i went to vodafone mini store. I am working in bank i dont have time in week days so on sat.i.e on 16th june 2012 at 5pm i went to vodafone mini store near to Minerva Resturant on the way to Rajbhavan road for inquiry. I was surprise to see that there were 5-6 counters but not a single executive was there in the store. one line was there for taking cash for billing ones. Then security guard came and ask wht do i want i said i want some information pls call some executive. he asked postpaid or prepaid. i said i want info for 3G datacard he gave me 1 leaflet and said these are the offers offered by vodafone. i asked him to call someone as i need to do inquiry for my 3G card. He said no one is there these are the offers read it. i was surprised that Vodafone like brand with promise of 24 hours customer care service, such kind of rubbish service they provide. Not a single executive was there at 5pm in store to handle customer inquiry..?????? I can know the leaflet stuff on internet also i went to store to get some valuable info of my card
Now again i have to wait for whole week for sat. to come with no assurance that this time somebody would be there to interact with customer. i want somebody to take action on this.

Kindly go though the undermentioned e mails which clearly shows the harassment met by your officials. After a long correspondence I could succeed in getting portability on my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. The portability was allowed after getting all the dues cleared. As per advise of your officials on 29.5.12 I deposited Rs 1600/- & 400/-, again after your demand I deposited Rs 800/- & 400/- and again as per your demand on the third time I deposited Rs 350/- & 50/- on 14.6.12. I was given to understand that some surplus amount is being got deposited in both the accounts as discounts etc have not been allowed yet and excess amount shall be refunded later on. At that time I contacted Mr Kumar Gaurav Arora at Karnal Office at Mob no [protected] and discussed my problem with him. He also informed me that there is no issue of outstanding bill in this case. But to my suprise I recieved message on both the numbers as "YOU HAVE A BILL PENDING WITH PREVIOUS OPERATOR. PLEASE PAY TODAY ENSURING CONTINUED SERVICES"

This type of highhandedness is not tolerable any more. Are you people are collecting any HAFTA from the consumers. I may be supplied with the detailed bill at my mailing address and my excess amount got deposited may be refunded to me.

In case you people tried to get blocked my mobile with this type of tactics you will be liable to pay damages to the undersigned and legal action shall be taken against you at your cost and responsibility.

Kindly get stopped this type of nasty messages and in fact get my amount refunded which was got deposited in excess at the time of allowing portability with the promise to refund the same afterwards. Also supply me the copies of my detailed bills which have not been sent to me, which is your primary duty before raising any issue o[censored]nder payment.

I HAVE ACTIVATED THE DND SERVICE 3 TIMES AS FAR AS MY KNOWLEDGE TO MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected], I WONDER WHY I GET THE THOSE ADVERTISING SMS AGAIN AND AGAIN DAILY. TRIED REACHING THE DAMN CUSTOMER CARE - NO RESPONSE, MAILED THE CUSTOMER CARE - NO RESPONSE !! I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE'S IS LEFT OVER OTHER THIS, USELESS SERVICE AT TIMES AND USELESS RESPONSE.

I had several bad experiences with them but still left with no choice because 1. it is nr my residnce 2. it is same like this everywr.
They train their exec. to HARASS, CHEAT, AND EXTORT customers very well which you failed to note is a sad thing because they are not untrained as you say.
The exec. employ all tactics to ensure you don't get what you want.
Hi Myself Hemant I am using vodafone prepaid connection ph no [protected] suddenly they activate my 3g services now every second they are deducting money out of my account or when i am trying to reach customer care from IVR there is no option where i can speek to any exceutive..plz resolve this matter.

Vodafone India — value added service activated without my consent

Hi, In my current bill i can see there is a change of rs 109 which is for value added service namely 1. d2c_mydala_99 2.rozgar_sewa_ppu_10 i have never activated these. I need deductions on this.
