Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

They have lots of schemes in there triffs plans. my lots of money deducted many times so i m not satisfied with your services.

As follows your schemes tendency

1. if one customer pay debited 30 rs.each then 10 lacs 30, 00, 00, 00

They are earning lots of money without any efferts
If customer not satisfied with you scheme never come back executed money

According to me lots of people not aware and illiterate they have only attended the phone and make it call only.
according to me they are totally thieves
If you are not taken the action for this
i must go to the court and also against RTA.

Hi there,

Iam Rafee and my number is [protected]. Even i had a bad impression on Vodafone customer care yesterday. I was just checking the vodafone services which is available in our mobile under settings. But it automatically sends the msg to vodafone to activate that and they have charged RS. 30 as a monthly usage. I called customer care and inquired about it and they said this was activated after confirming from me but i have not confirmed anything from my side. It all happens automatically. Also, their response is very rude and they are not bothered about the customers feelings and their time. customer care reply is "You use if you want it otherwise cancel the service and go, we can't do anything for that". Also, they are repeating these sentence again and again and made me frustrated. They are not listening what I am trying to say. Then I called 198 toll free number to raise a complaint and give the feedback to them about this feature. The rep name is Krithika. Initially she too talked the same thing and told that this will be taken as a feedback and I will get the reference number for this call but i havn't received any numbers from them.

This customer care is useless. Even BSNL and other network customers cares are doing their job with understanding the customer feelings but Vodafone is useless. They can say Happy to HELP but they are really happy to avoid customers and made them frustrated. I have never seen the customer care like this before..
i have a problem in phone that is from last two month but nobody help me ..

Today on 5th april i got a message from my mobile no [protected] that u caller tune service will be activated as per ur request wher as i have never requested. Immediatly i tried contacting them but no message will go and they deducted rs 30 without my permission.I tried to speak with customer care in vain no message will go. Is there no way to stop such looting.
I want to deactivate my postpaid number [protected] i have called to cutomer care in amritsar.about this but nobody attend me properly. They given me a number for fax but its not working and also given me e mail id that is also wrong.e.g. [protected]. vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com getting failure notice.

Kindly sotitout my problem otherwise give me right email id on that i can send application to deactivte my number.

[protected]...this is really sad to say that the customers are not getting the help for the required query...i have been using the wwc card for calling usa n uk to my relatives...n for the pinless dailing they said to type WWC CREATE n the 14 digits number, i did it but there was no response it always kept saying that u have entered the wrong keyword please try again, what should i try still haan answer my questions when u cant help the customers in the right way for getting out of the problem then y do u people tell us the way of getting helped...?????

I am Ratish.K.N one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number [protected] suffering from the worse services just because the Customer Care Dept.
I am using your service from 23 July 2009. My purpose of writing is only because the Customer Care Centre of Kochi have no authority to do the needful of an valuable customer? I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?

I went to Vodafone Store at Trichur on 5th of April to pay my bill, because my bill amount crossed the Credit limit in that manner my sim card was bared. My credit limit was 2000/- One of the Lady attended me….I paid my excess bill amount and asked that lady to please upgrade the credit limit. She asked me how much my monthly bill amount comes….i said around 3500/- At that time she send an request to Vodafone requesting to upgrade the credit limit to 3500/-. She said it wil take around 24hrs to activate.
Yesterday when I saw my credit limit through my Acc. It was only 2200/- The Vodafone customer care of Kochi upgraded my credit limit by just 200/- where as I had requested for 3500/- From the last few months when ever I used to go
Vodafone Store I have to tell the customer Dept. to upgrade my credit limit because I wont be able to come to your place every time to pay the bill amount 2 to 3 times in a month. If I had to this kind of thing every time I would have
taken a prepaid card instead of an postpaid.

I spoke to the Customer care services in Kochi…they told me they would try to upgrade but before that they would like to look into my Account.

Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t know what to do ? Is that they don’t have any authority to do the needful of an customer?

I am very much sorry to say that this Vodafone customer care of Kochi is WORSE and if the concerned Dept. don’t look into this matter then I would be complain to the your HEAD OFFICE IN MUMBAI

I have said the above words because I have been the privilege customer of Vodafone PUNE. Their I had an credit limit of 9000/- and my Monthly bill amount never exceeded more than 2500/- If the customer care Dept. Of Kochi have any
doubt regarding what i have said..You can cross check my Mobile No.of Pune [protected]
So now its up to the Vodafone Customer care of Kochi to see the matter.

hi this purushotham,

i have recharged my number with 201, from that time onwards for every three hours 3 rs are deducting,

i tried to call customer care many times, , every time the voice and every thing loaded in tamil . in chennai,

they how stupid u know, just they didn't think that how can they understand if the person out of tamil nadu understands or not

any vodafone employee or any one who can help me call to this [protected],

and help in not deducting the amount from .. up to now 15 is deducted ..
I'm Karthik using vodafone last 4 years.I had lots of bad experience in the last 4years. Today 13.4.2010, morning 9.30am i got the call from VF customer call center, called by Mr.Khather. He collected from me a basic fundamental details, also explained about VF new offers, finally he linked with me a computer voice. i simply reject the call.Finally i loos my 147rs simply because of the computer. I am not even press any number. And then i called the customer call center i explained all the above to them. But they are not ready to agree my point. They finally said you activated the new scam of VF rate cuter, it's not possible to return the money in your account. end of the call i loos my talk time money of 147Rs. the vodafone customer care service is one of bad service in the world.

I was a vodafone post paid customer having phone no. [protected]. While i was moving out abroad i approached vodafone store for terminating the services of my phone no. but the representative (Happy to Help) at Seawood, Navi mumbai, store was trying to convince me to change it to lifetime etc. but i didnt agree with him then instead of taking my application he gave me a number and said that u make Fax on this no. and your services will be terminated. I made a Fax on 14 Feb 2010 but my services are still active and i m still receiving bills.
1) The Happy to help mantra is wrong bcz when a customer is giving u application one should receive and take appropriate action as they are working for vodafone co. instead of misguiding the customers to make Fax or talk to customer care. My Question here is only this that while giving connection why a customer is helped in every mean and while terminating he has been harashed.
2) i made a Fax on the given no. but there seems to be no action on that. I m holding the copy of the Fax and the no. which is an eveidence in case my deposit money is not returned.

Hi im Shrikant Biradar from Bidar & my prepaid mobile no.:-[protected]..I looks always new offers in the service & im coming to know offers by TV advertisement, to avail those offers im calling to customer care but the executives wil not give proper information & always they looks to close the call as soon as possible once call lands to them & they wil be rush on call so for im unable to avail the offers..one more thing i wish to share is, the female executives of VODACARE is very rude, they dont know how to handle the customers..pls provide the good service what u people have & dont look for more otherwise unnecessarily u'll loose ur image, credit, customers...

It's really irritating. I wanted to call customer care and talk to the representative to know about my prepaid balance account. I had tried all the numbers of customer care and I couldn't get support it's putting me back in the previous menu. Even I had tried from my office BSNL land line number no luck. I had browsed the vodafone site and got mumbai number. When I called customer care mumbai they simple said they can't help me.

I have received an sms on the29th march 2010 informing me that i have been awarded 750, 000 UK pound in 2010 INT Mobile Draw Head in UK.To claim, I was asked to send my name, age to Dr.MIKE via email to [protected]@.com. Despite my apprehension, I did try but no such email ID exist. My suspicions were confirmed but the one thing I wondered was how could a reputed company like Vodafone send such fraudulent sms to its valued customers.Is the Officials of the company aware of this, I wonder.
