Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Vodafone Customer Care Department doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers? - behavioral training is must for them
I am having a lifetime vodafone prepaid card. I got the message to submit the documents before expiry date that is 31 may 2010. So, i have submitted the documents still my service has been stoped. Can i know the reason behind it? Even i have recharged the card if you won't be able to give proper service refund our money back.

I gpt a message from Vodafone RC 13 V2V 20P, All local calls to other mobile 40p and STD calls 50p per minit validity One year. This msg received on 20.05.2010 at 11.27am. But offer was not actived till now. I called 10times to Vodafone Customer Care.All the executives are told forward the concern authority offer will actived with in 24Hours. But till now am not getting the offer, today my call was not connected to customer care.I am understand wt happening. No body can't feel responsible. This is very bad experience... when this problem is salved give the reply my mobile or my mail id ram.[protected]@gmail.com

Vodafone — Though Activate DND 6 months ago,gets call from vodafone service

I am using Vodafone,activated DND 6 months ago,still I get calls ,missed calls from vodafone (from numbers [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect...
I gave complaints to Vodafone Customer Care but in vain.

I got a some advertisement(I think SMSpack.com) call from [protected] at 11.30 am on 2/6/2010.

Though I activated DND(Do Not Disturb) .I used to get calls.

My number is in DND Registry. I dont want to get any calls from vodafone or advertisement.

i am arvind. i am using vodafone since 1 year and i am not happy with this. vodafone's network is not good and its customer care is worst and useless, whenever i call customer care there is no option to talk to customer care executive. this is very bad. i suggest you to please provide a good customer care service to your customer. please provide a common number.

I am am a BPL-HUTCH-n now VODAFONE customer... using 3 number in the month off feb i cancalled one off my number [protected] in one off there kalyani Nagar(Pune) outlet and till date i am reciving the bills and they are continously calling me for repayment off bills where as there are no incoming calls as well as out going calls from that number since JAN 2010.

realy unhappy with the service and there aproch.

Vodafone service is too worse now a days. They only creates problems for customers and customer can't complaint against them because their complaint no.198 does not work and customer care executives do calls for giving tension to customer, if any customer tells them for any problem according their number they tell "they are working on " and the situation doesn't change for many days or weeks. Due to this reason customer is suffering problems.
I have already facing problem. I applied my vodafone no for postpaid migrate from prepaid. Today one week has been spent since applied date for postpaid but there is not any work and only customer care executives do call me daily and take verification but there is not change in condition and tell me" your no. will be change in postpaid very soon". So, I am already suffering ...
It is too bad how can you say "Happy to Help". You change your slogan in"Happy to Problems "
i'm linthaa from erode. i've added a bonus card of 14 for browsing with 3 days validity. before the validity gets over i've stopped using it. but my balance is going in negative. it has reached Rs-200 and i've called the customer care on 26.07.2010 at 5pm. and still the balance the going negative. pls do rectify my problem. once if the validity is over pls stop the offer do not let the customers to continue with the browsing. its too hard to go on with such a huge amount. just for Rs14 offer inreturn we pay u 200. i've already come across with this problem many times and everytime i register no action is taken, i;ve left 2 or 3 times also. i've even changed the number twice bcoz of this. i would like to get my complaint number. pls do necessary action.
I am a customer of Vodafone, when I tried to reach customer its not connecting properly and its very hard to connect customer care executive and there is no conference call facility in this network. please it is my request for the service provider please take care of customer care , we are paying for everything but service quality levels are very poor
