Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

it is very poor network in service
I am from chandogarh.This is my personal experience.Vodafone is the worst service provider. They activate any service at any time without any customer request. They just want their profit.So please whoever reading this mail from vaodafone side, stop all these things.
whenever we face any problem u people take more time to resolve the issue, nd ur executive are not co-operative they behave as the customer should not raise any issue to them, not only i even in my company many people r unhappy by ur serivce nd by behaviour.if it continous in the same manner then u will be loosing ur customers for us if not u other operators r there u may think only 1 person is giving wrong feedback what will happen but we all people r interlinked if i am not happy i suggest my friends, relatives nd other who are related to me to switch ove to the operator.So better try to respond us (customer) in respective manner.

i am from chandigarh i had a number [protected] from more than 2 years, i have lost this number 1 month before on 3rd july 2010.but frm 6 months i was in delhi so i didnt use that number.i come to chd one month before, and i lost my purse which contain mobile and i coplaint in police station on 3rd august and then i went to vodaphone store 1st day they said that they give that number to me, then on other day they give that number to somone to another person and they said this number is allot today to another person...what should i do no this is my professional number and i am a social activist, and i want my number very soon...please help me out from this problem.i will be very thankful to you

i, Sunil sharma, Account manager of Charhdikala Time Tv Channel, patiala (Punjab) was a customer of Vodafone 4 months ago by purchasing two connections prepaid viz. [protected] & [protected] by my bad luck as from the date of recharge everytime Rs. 30/- or Rs. 50/- are being deducting without no one extra service activated by me. Hence, I have donated to the company Rs. 190/- till now. When the company has no money to run it properly then why they come into existence to harass customers & eating wonderful gaaaaaaaaaaaaalis?

[protected] i. my complaint is that on my mobile caller tune and missed call information service is activate without my request. and mony is reduced from my account .now iwant that my balance is is given to my account otherwise i will put sim of another company in my mobile.i am waiting your response.otherwise itake another action.
[protected] My this vodafone sim hasbeen lost 08th August 2010.I took a new sim from Vodafone store at SILCHAR Hospital Road.But the new sim is not working it is showing that the sim registration failed..I want to know why as I am a vodafone customer it is your duty to solve my problem immediately...if want to contact me then call me at this number-[protected].

hi my mobile no. is [protected] ..i have taken ur rs 95 service in my mobile (vodasfone live). i got it recharged successfully on 21st aug. i even got message on my mobile. i confirmed it to cmr care if my service is activated or nt. they confirmd it possitevely. you are requested to get this service activated asap
i agree with ur opinion. customer care representative are not behaving properly.
i also faced problem regarding sim activation. first they activated the sim then after 7 days deactivated it. now dealer is not responding properly he is saying he can not help and after asking to customer care they are telling to visit the centre. who has got this much of time.
this type of behaviour from dealer and CC is not good for the reputation of vodafone.
i got my new sim n submitted my customer form. After i submitted my form in 7 days frm that day my outgoing was barred and its been 2 weeks time no response frm the customer care and i am really depressed n in moood to change my sim please make sure u give my connection today.My no is [protected]

we would like to buy 100 post paid connection . but i haven't get any +ve response from your side. how will contact with the right sales person.
my mobile internet is stop before a closing date my internet service ending date is after one week then whats internate i dont find out plz give my internet service for one week its urgent for my opportunities plz give me my internet service as early as possible.

My mobile no. is [protected] . I am using this Vodafone no. since last 6-7 years... Now i am really unsatisfied with the customer care executives and there way of tackling with people ... I am getting calls from your executive no. [protected] and instead of hearing towards my query she is just talking in a very rude manner and even she disconnected the phone which cant be taken. Vodafone executive are there to help customer but I am very much disappointed towards her behaveour ...And if this would be still continued then i would like to switch over other network very soon..
