Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Vodafone — useless service

Hi Sir,
THe following informations are regarding my connection.my number [protected]
Last month only i took postpaid connection from that day itself i am facing problem regarding my connection.After every 2 or 3 days my call are getting barred when i ask customer care they are not providing any correct information.what is this unbilled amount when i vist store and calledd customer care they are also not providing any information.I am getting mad with service please provide any information so that i can migrate to prepaid connection itself.hope i will get a postive feedback.
Hi everyboday, tis is manpreet, no.[protected], i did port it in the month of feb from airtel ...or on 18 march 2011 i took 11 rs local sms pack before taking this pack i called in vodafone custmorecare & nobody infomed me this is a autorenuable pack after 9 day u people again deducted my 11 rs from my account without my authorty & i[censored] r dudecting custmor balance so u should have to infome to custmore as well, is he agree or not ? after dudecting my balance nobody infomed me by sms also. then i called in care & i had word with Mr.rohit puri, i told him i don't need this pack so pls dct it & return my money back he told me, no need to worrei abt anything sir take my personal no so u can deructly reach to me then he gave me his mobile no on call ( [protected] ) i waited for long but none of responce i got. i used to call his no. as well but he did not pick my call then on 29 march i went to vodafone store at navyug market in ghaziabad as well there i met with Ms. vandhana or ms. mani they were also same like that. they were so rude with me they both were just fighting with me or the main resone is that they people don't feel like to prepaid custmores & don;t want to help anyone & they did misbehaive with me also & they just use to make custmores fools... they were very rude & ilmanered by there behavioure. they were treating custmors as a animal or uneducatedlly, they were just roaming here & there. then you don't belive till now i have been trying on ur nodal officer & appelent as well but they are not picking my call, tell me one thing, if they don't want to responces custmors so why they people are handling nodal or apllant helpline, u won't belive i called on there numbers 100 times but none of responce getting. 3 or 4 time they bloody people picked me phone for 2 or 3 second but did not gave any respone...so tell me which type of services u people are providing...i really got fedup with ur services... i had infomed these all thing to mr. raj kumar ( senior floor manager) as well on 8-march-2011 with also but non of reesponce i got...so kindly help me as soon as possible, even u can call me for same on my mobile no [protected] as well...

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model 6300 for software updation in nokia care of - platinum technocrats 45/1 1st floor, main corner market , malviya nagar , new Delhi-110017 in the month of march 2010, My phone was in working condition , every application of phone was working. job sheet number[protected]/100401/7

There after i got a call from nokia care that due to some please come to branch we would like to talk to you.
When i visited there on 15/04/2010 , they given back my phone but when i tried to switch on in front of them only , phone wan not even getting switch on, then they said u pay the consultation fee, and leave the phone here only will update it in 2-3 days & they given me new job sheet (Manual)number 138.
Then i visited that nokia care after 3 days they said "sir one of our employee has damage ur phone ICU, and he has left the job" I said it not my head ache u damaged it now u repair it or give me the phone in the same condition i have given to u, because i ll not pay charge for the damaged caused by you employee. They said OK, give us the time for 15 days will make it fine.

After that i visited nokia care , they said they require another 15-20 days time to make it fine from head office. i said ok.

I visited same centre again after 20 days , same story again.

Then i visited the nokia care again after 20 days, I come to know That platinum technocrarts shut down forever,
Some how i come to know my phone is with another nokia care in kolta mubarak pur , opp defence colony, new delhi.which is about 15 km from my house.
I discused my story with new nokia care centre, they will repair ur phone,let us discused it with previous nokia care malviya nagar.
Then i visited there 2 time they said we have not discused till yet.
Then nokia centre said we will charge fee for icu or something something because they are damaged by nokia care malviya nagar not by our branch.

I disc used the same about 12-15 times with customer care help line number. Every time i need to tell the full store to them .Every time they take more then one hour to tell full store and then put hold & even i get calls from complaint department they say we will disc use with seniors and all ,then they even dont call


First nokia care shifted my phone without my permission or without intimation that too very far.
Second they damaged my phone are asking money for that damaged cause by them only.
Every time i take off from my office to just visit the nokia branch.

Recent complaint number -1-[protected]

Its being more then a year my phone is with nokia care only.i m feed up with nokia care, Please resolve this or else i ll also complain against them in media & consumer court.

I agree with mr buddiraja. Same case i see in my friend mobile problem. so speak asia is fraud
now its not the matter of phone only. its the matter how they treat with cutomer. i m not using that phone from 1 year, i have forget my phone but i wanna teach them a leson for this.

Vodafone — activate useless scheme

Dear Sir

I am Shailza . My nuber is [protected] I am suffering from vodafone services because they are activate useless scheme on my no. when i am call to customer care they put me on hold and they give me no solution in fact some times vodafone executives disconnect my calls. In short vodafone executive also did not about their services. this is not a first time. daily my phone balance is deduct. If you should not do some thing then as soon as possilbe then I will go to consumer court. this is my final decision.

Vodafone — why out of order

my vodafone broadband stick is out of order even after paying the bill of this month.. and i am unaware of the reason, please help me know the reason and assist.

they never give proper responce for my net setting in my cell .

nearly 5 time i make call to your customer care but they never give good response to me

always new person pick call from care say i will send you setting but result is zero

now my request to u please take proper action against your employees

so that other person like me not going to suffer or if possible then please

This is to inform you that I am a Vodafone prepaid customer since last 3 months (approximately) and my number is [protected]. in the starting of the services I was quite happy and satisfied with your services but now I am finding lot of issues with your Value Added Services.
Before sending you this mail I have tried your customer care number so many times to resolve the problem but I think your customer care is good for nothing.

I wanted to Port my services to Aircel but one of your customer care executive has called me up to ensure that the problems which I am facing will be resolved on high priority and also he was suppose to give me a talk time of 75Rs. and he ensured my that my plan will be changed and i will be charged only 0.1 ps per 2 seconds but there is no such plan has been activated and after transferring the amount of 75 rs to my number you have deducted more than 75Rs from my account which is really not affordable for me.
When I called your customer care to know the reason of deductions, they have told me that the deductions are for caller tune activation, but how can you people charge me more than 75Rs for 1 song?
I am very disappointed from your customer care and your cheap behaviour.
I want you people to transfer my amount back and change my plan or else my final decision is to port the services.

hi i am gautam having a useless sim card in vodafone ([protected]) i hate my entire life by using vodafone so i was decided to port my number to airtel. and i got my porting no. and submit my id proof on feb 26, 2011 to a dealer. still they are not changed my number to airtel. so i call to the customer care but they never connected my call to their officers they never respond me so i am pleasing everybody to not join vodafone. please chose airtl

Vodafone — Charged 3 times for every message sent on 22/04/11

My mobile no. is [protected] and I have been charged 3 times for every sms and every number i have sent on 22/04/2011 by vodafone. The same has happened with National sms for 22/04/2011. I have lodged a complaint on their helpline no. 198 and i spoke to some prashant and my ticket no is[protected].
They have not returned to my complaint and i feel cheated and very disappointed by their service..

I waited for 4 days for your executive to get back on my complaint but nothing happened and the i had to again call up on 198 and they registered another ticket [protected] and person was Rajesh.
I am aware that after 160 characters the sms is counted as double however u can check all the no's of dat particular day and ALL are charged at 3 times(very strange). When i have not exceeded 160 characters how is it possible that still all no's of that particular day is being charged thrice.. I am not talkin of onli 1 no. i am talkin about all no's(local+national) on 22/04/11.
There is a problem in billing, if you would read the bill, vodafone never displays any mobile no's in SMS section of itemised bill it just terms it as "Local" however on 22/04/11 it has displayed no's in the bill and to my surprise each no. is being charged thrice..
Well i am understanding now how vodafone might be cheating customers by displaying just "Local" in sms section of bill it can charge how much ever it wants to..
I should now order to get itemised bill for my sms's also as i feel that under the term "Local" you guys must be charging heavilly not only to me but to other customers also..
Really disappointing service.

I have taken a vodafone USB stick on 4 may and my no. has not been avtivated yet. I am not getting any response from vodafone care.They are not taking my words seriously and avoiiding me. Please help me out on this matter other wise i wil go to consumer court regarding this matter.

useless company...lov harassing the customers and charging money for nothing...their prepaid connection is the worst...your balance keeps decreasing itself horrible company
